    I have ordered CROCS sandle..but I recieved a cheap product names as CROKS. I have immediately raised a request for the return on the date of delivery 21st April..but return rejected without any reason..I have attached my kyc and the product photos..I have raised return request 5 times..all the times return is rejected..I have called around 50 times to the customer executive, they are telling they it has been escalated..but no response.i have ordered many products and none of them are returned ..i also informed them to check my previous order history'. But it is of no use..finally they have blocked my flipkart account..

      I had ordered the Eufy cleaner for my home. It is not working at all. I raised the return request.
      The flipkart is not assigning the executive for the same.
      My product cost around 12k. I had called them several times but they escalate the issue saying there is some issue in backend and wokring in it.
      in order to give the product they have the people but not to pick up the return product.
      There is lot of mental harrassment from their side.
      Please help in the same.

          In continuation with previous complaint: Grievance Number: 3455310 I am reaching out to know my handset package with shipment #FMPP[protected]. This order has been made on 27th April and till date, I haven't received the order. Since this is an order with an exchange of my old phone, i have completely formatted my old phone and currently do not have one as well. It was promised by Flipkart that the delivery will be made on 28th April before 7PM. I had waited the whole day, in fact canceling my evening appointments to receive the shipment. It's been three days since no attempt was made to deliver the product and I have made multiple attempts to contact Flipkart, EKart through all mediums. 0n 1-May-2022 - Contacted the Ekart delivery hub. They mentioned it is because of a technical issue they cannot create a request to pick the product. They asked me to wait. 2-May-2022- After I have raised a complaint, someone from the consumer department of Flipkart spoke to me, and she assured me she will get the prod delivered by the same day. But that did not happen. The evening she again called back to say that the technical issue is still persisting and advised to cancel and replace the order as this issue happens once in 100 people. I asked about buy back and she said its okay I can reapply again for the new order. I was not convinced hence she said she will arrange a call back from the buyback team on 03 rd May 3-May-2022 - No one had reached out. I personally called the CC and they advised me to cancel and reapply the buy back. I still waited. 04-May-2022 - I again called the customer care and informed them that am waiting to receive the order. They said to cancel and place a new order and said that the buy back is applicable. I did what they said. Now after canceling, I am unable to apply the same and when called the CC they say that it has expired. The policy copy says that they buyback is applicable till 7-May-2022. I have been horribly cheated by Flipkart and I demand an answer from them. If it's not getting resolved I will surely raise this up to the legal addressal.

            One a person frauding to your company by doing this he go to your app of flipkart or shopsy also. In flipkart he go to return and choose the option of the product is missing from package and your company refund the money and also not pick up the parcel because you know the product is missing. So, first of all you and your company remove the option of the product is missing from package. Otherwise your company loses all the money. So please remove the options of the product is missing from package in your app .and is so easy refund your money back and also your flipkart company not pick up the parcel. I have a photo proof

              I ordered an Iphone 12 mini on April 17th through Flipkart quick. After i received the order, I saw that the screen had a deep scratch and I immediately raised a return request. My return was approved and the product had to be picked up on April 19th. The pickup was not done on 19th. I raised a complaint and was told my issue will be resolved on 24th. This was not done and postponed to 27th April, further on to 28th April and then 29th April. I reached out to them on social media as well and a new ticket was created saying pickup will be done by 4th May. Yesterday on 3rd May, My return was cancelled : reason " Due to unforseen circumstances". On enquiring the customer support agent told me that it was due to server issue and return will be done by 4th May. On contacting the support team again on 4th May they said it has been cancelled and now raised a new ticket and resolution date is 7th May.
              From the past 15 days, I have been waiting for the pickup and refund. I have written more than 10 emails to Flipkart and Grievance officer, No action taken yet.
              I am yet to get my refund of 42149 which has been pending from 17th April.

              I request for an immediate refund

                  Issue detail :
                  I have ordered Brand new Dell Inspiron I3 10th Gen Laptop on 30th March 2022.
                  Product received as a used item on 6th April 2022 and return request sent to Flipkart on same day (6.04.2022).
                  Replacement request approved on 9th April. pickup and replacement done on 14th April 2022 .
                  While pack unpacking time we noticed that Scrap Lenova Laptop received from Dhrupad computer throw Flipkart.
                  This time I requested to refund the amount for same .
                  Flipkart allotted technician visit on 21st April 2022 but on one came to visit here.
                  I raised Complaint for the issue and again Flipkart allotted technician visit on 27th April 2022 but this time also no one came here. Again I called Flipkart helpcenter and register the issue they also ask some more time to resolve the issue ( May 2nd ). But nothing happened.

                  I Request you to resolve the issue and take necessary action on its.

                    I am vishal abhang resident of pune. I have purchased Samsung f62 last year from local vendor in pimpri.

                    Now after 1 year phone got locked saying payment overdue for flipkart smart upgrade plan. I did not used this service while purchasing the phone. I made full payment in cash. Now when i have contacted with vendor he is not giving proper answers.

                    Vendor have purchased using flipkart smart upgrade plan and did not done repayment. I don't have any order id details of that purchase. I tried calling flipkart customer care but no response received from them as well.
                    Request you to look into it and provide your input on same.

                    My all the work is stuck due to this issue.

                      They sent me a wrong product twice, cancelled my return request twice and are now saying that it is not possible to return the product without submitting ID proof. I can only show my ID proof to the delivery person and nothing more than that. They asked for my ID proof previously as well and i didn't submit it, so it's absolutely possible to do it again. This is going to be my last purchase from this third world ### company.

What should i do..? Will i get my money back or my products on time..??

                          I have ordered a samsung split ac order ID OD[protected] from Flipkart. After installation the ac did not provide any cooling, the technician said that there is a gas leakage in the ac and suggested me to replace the same. I put a replacement order on Flipkart app as per their replacement policy but they are not approving my request.I have talked with their customer care but did not get any solution. I have lost my hard earn money . please help

                            Visited on 3rd may 2022, Mr Dinesh Technician visited my new Samsung F23 5G mobile in my house, he has checked my mobile, initially temperature 39 degree celsius at 12.26pm, after 20minutes again checked the temperature 41 degree celsius.
                            As the namesake visited, they have not checked even 25 min,

                            I do know, why the complaint again and again rejecting.
                            As per the policy i have given complaint before the deadline but it was rejecting.

                                  I have ordered a shoe on 17th May, Skechers Shoe in flipkart, & product I received is not fit for me, due to the fit issues & quality issue I have decided to return the product. as I have every right to return the product if the product is not useful for me, I tired returning the product before return window. THE RETURN REQUEST IS REJECTED 7 TIMES BY FLIPKART WITH REASON DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUE, etc..

                                  They marked all the issues complaints I raised as resolved without resolving the issue

                                  I CALLED FLIPKART CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOLLOWED UP ATLEST 100 TIMES, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CAL THEY SIMPLY DONT SPEAK, THEY DISCONNECT THE CAL AFTER EXPLAINING THE ISSUE.

                                  AFTER DOING ALL THIS nuisance with me & I have made multiple followup, & waste customer support who disconnect the cal in the middle multiple times .for this product return.
                                  This my first bitter experience with Flipkart and I request you to look into the matter immediately & resolve this problem without delay. I want an immediate pick up of the product & refund my money to source . failing which I will be moving to the consumer court against @Flipkart @flipkartsupport @Flipkart @flipkartsupport @FlipkartStories @FlipkartW

                                        I have ordered DIZO by realme TechLife GoPods D with Enviornment Noise Cancellation (ENC) Bluetooth Headset (Black, True Wireless) on 24th April and got the delivery of the product on the next day that is 25th April. When I open the outer box I found that the product box was torned and the main product is missing it has only its accessories and user manual. Within 30 minutes I filled the refund and after some hours I receive an email from the flipkart in which they have asked me to send the valid id proof and the images of the product. I had sent all these images to the flipkart. After 2 days I receive the mail that my refund request has been cancelled. Again I filled the refund, again they rejected the request. Flipkart has rejected my refund for three times and now on 2nd May I filled the refund for fourth time. As in their terms and condition they have not mentioned for the valid id proof. Till date they have not issued my refund. I want my refund as soon as possible. Kindly issue the refund.
