In continuation with previous complaint: Grievance Number: 3455310 I am reaching out to know my handset package with shipment #FMPP[protected]. This order has been made on 27th April and till date, I haven't received the order. Since this is an order with an exchange of my old phone, i have completely formatted my old phone and currently do not have one as well. It was promised by Flipkart that the delivery will be made on 28th April before 7PM. I had waited the whole day, in fact canceling my evening appointments to receive the shipment. It's been three days since no attempt was made to deliver the product and I have made multiple attempts to contact Flipkart, EKart through all mediums. 0n 1-May-2022 - Contacted the Ekart delivery hub. They mentioned it is because of a technical issue they cannot create a request to pick the product. They asked me to wait. 2-May-2022- After I have raised a complaint, someone from the consumer department of Flipkart spoke to me, and she assured me she will get the prod delivered by the same day. But that did not happen. The evening she again called back to say that the technical issue is still persisting and advised to cancel and replace the order as this issue happens once in 100 people. I asked about buy back and she said its okay I can reapply again for the new order. I was not convinced hence she said she will arrange a call back from the buyback team on 03 rd May 3-May-2022 - No one had reached out. I personally called the CC and they advised me to cancel and reapply the buy back. I still waited. 04-May-2022 - I again called the customer care and informed them that am waiting to receive the order. They said to cancel and place a new order and said that the buy back is applicable. I did what they said. Now after canceling, I am unable to apply the same and when called the CC they say that it has expired. The policy copy says that they buyback is applicable till 7-May-2022. I have been horribly cheated by Flipkart and I demand an answer from them. If it's not getting resolved I will surely raise this up to the legal addressal.
