The phone number which i used to create my Flipkart account is lost and not working anymore, when i tried to change my phone number on Flipkart it sent OTPs to both the numbers and I'm only able to get the OTP from my current number n not the previous one cuz it's lost.
If i had my previous number why would I even change my number? This is exactly why i wanted to change the number, Please Help. 😔

      I ordered an item 20 days ago. The seller of the item is from the same city that I live in. It was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd day of order. Since then I have contacted so many times with them on chat/email/calls but no answer at all!
      And on top of this they are not letting me cancel my order as well.

      So in short, not delivering the item and not letting me cancel the order.

      Their customer support knows nothing except escalations and the resolution dates are always automatically increased by 3 days. Pathetic!!!

            I had ordered a product Flipkart Perfect Homes Julian Engineered Wood 3 Door Wardrobe and got it delivered on 1st May 2022. The installation of this product was supposed to be done by 4th May 2022. On 4th May morning the installation guy whose number was provided in th Flipkart app, refused to come for installation. Since then I have been contacting Flipkart and also got a complaint/incident registered regarding this. The next morning 5th May I got two messages saying that the installation is being cancelled. No call center executive is helping me with the issue, they are disconnecting the call whenever I ask them for a clear concrete answer. They have cancelled my installation without informing me and without my permission. They do not even talk to their customers and give proper resolution. They just keep repeating the script.                 Hi, I am using this Flipkart account since a very long time. I am unable to update my registered mobile number which is lost since two years ago. Everytime I'm trying to update my mobile number it sends OTP to both my current number and old number which is lost and probably deactivated by now but my registered email id is still active. I've been a good customer of Flipkart but I'm facing trouble now due to this difficult process set up by Flipkart. I want to resolve this issue asap.

                  AC was delivered by flipkart on 30th April 2022 and it was supposed to be installed by 1st may 2022 by jeeves. But on the same day i got a message of rescheduling it by 6th may. No contact has been done by jeeves till date. No customer care contact number is provided to contact. When i contacted flipkart, they gave me a long resolution date and today is the last day of that and they will again increase the resolution date as usual. 6 days has passed after delivery of product and no contact has been done with me or no contact information is provided of any technician till date. It seems like they will install it in next season now.

                    If they want to block my account first they should check my purchase history nd my civil history also they should coordinate with me in valid platform where i explained my side but no they sent me mails where we dont reply bcz they are under no-reply policy.

                            I have ordered CROCS sandle..but I recieved a cheap product names as CROKS. I have immediately raised a request for the return on the date of delivery 21st April..but return rejected without any reason..I have attached my kyc and the product photos..I have raised return request 5 times..all the times return is rejected..I have called around 50 times to the customer executive, they are telling they it has been escalated..but no response.i have ordered many products and none of them are returned ..i also informed them to check my previous order history'. But it is of no use..finally they have blocked my flipkart account..

                              I had ordered the Eufy cleaner for my home. It is not working at all. I raised the return request.
                              The flipkart is not assigning the executive for the same.
                              My product cost around 12k. I had called them several times but they escalate the issue saying there is some issue in backend and wokring in it.
                              in order to give the product they have the people but not to pick up the return product.
                              There is lot of mental harrassment from their side.
                              Please help in the same.

                                  In continuation with previous complaint: Grievance Number: 3455310 I am reaching out to know my handset package with shipment #FMPP[protected]. This order has been made on 27th April and till date, I haven't received the order. Since this is an order with an exchange of my old phone, i have completely formatted my old phone and currently do not have one as well. It was promised by Flipkart that the delivery will be made on 28th April before 7PM. I had waited the whole day, in fact canceling my evening appointments to receive the shipment. It's been three days since no attempt was made to deliver the product and I have made multiple attempts to contact Flipkart, EKart through all mediums. 0n 1-May-2022 - Contacted the Ekart delivery hub. They mentioned it is because of a technical issue they cannot create a request to pick the product. They asked me to wait. 2-May-2022- After I have raised a complaint, someone from the consumer department of Flipkart spoke to me, and she assured me she will get the prod delivered by the same day. But that did not happen. The evening she again called back to say that the technical issue is still persisting and advised to cancel and replace the order as this issue happens once in 100 people. I asked about buy back and she said its okay I can reapply again for the new order. I was not convinced hence she said she will arrange a call back from the buyback team on 03 rd May 3-May-2022 - No one had reached out. I personally called the CC and they advised me to cancel and reapply the buy back. I still waited. 04-May-2022 - I again called the customer care and informed them that am waiting to receive the order. They said to cancel and place a new order and said that the buy back is applicable. I did what they said. Now after canceling, I am unable to apply the same and when called the CC they say that it has expired. The policy copy says that they buyback is applicable till 7-May-2022. I have been horribly cheated by Flipkart and I demand an answer from them. If it's not getting resolved I will surely raise this up to the legal addressal.

                                    One a person frauding to your company by doing this he go to your app of flipkart or shopsy also. In flipkart he go to return and choose the option of the product is missing from package and your company refund the money and also not pick up the parcel because you know the product is missing. So, first of all you and your company remove the option of the product is missing from package. Otherwise your company loses all the money. So please remove the options of the product is missing from package in your app .and is so easy refund your money back and also your flipkart company not pick up the parcel. I have a photo proof

                                      I ordered an Iphone 12 mini on April 17th through Flipkart quick. After i received the order, I saw that the screen had a deep scratch and I immediately raised a return request. My return was approved and the product had to be picked up on April 19th. The pickup was not done on 19th. I raised a complaint and was told my issue will be resolved on 24th. This was not done and postponed to 27th April, further on to 28th April and then 29th April. I reached out to them on social media as well and a new ticket was created saying pickup will be done by 4th May. Yesterday on 3rd May, My return was cancelled : reason " Due to unforseen circumstances". On enquiring the customer support agent told me that it was due to server issue and return will be done by 4th May. On contacting the support team again on 4th May they said it has been cancelled and now raised a new ticket and resolution date is 7th May.
                                      From the past 15 days, I have been waiting for the pickup and refund. I have written more than 10 emails to Flipkart and Grievance officer, No action taken yet.
                                      I am yet to get my refund of 42149 which has been pending from 17th April.
