I purchased Puma Glory Running Shoes through UPI ID.Product was ordered on 1st May and delivered on 5th of May.When I opened the package I saw box of Puma but inside it shoes of any other brand or company were their. Then I requested to return and get product replaced back.They said your resolution will be on 8th May but my problem didn't resolved and they don't approved my approval. Please Approve My PENDING return request.

    I have ordered iPhone 12 mini on 1 may 2022. Shipping date was same day. But yet 9 may 2022 order didn’t shipped. Order delivery date (7 may 2022) also passed.

      Hii this is Krishna. My flipkart account has been blocked.I dont know why but it blocked. I didn't violent the rules and regulations against flipkart. I request you to unblock my flipkart account fast with highest priority. & no one contacted me to solve my problems unblock my account.

          As am buying mobile from flipkart on Dec 2021 in smart upgrade plan. That plan ends on Jan 2022 but am not done my due amount so that mobile is permanently locked after that pay option also gone. So I requested that customer service team for enabling pay option after many request they send a link through message and mail on 21st april and they mention that link will after 48 hours.I used that link and pay on 22nd april after my payment immediately they send successfully money received messege through mail. After 4 hours mobile not getting unlock. So I enquire them again they ask time first 3 days.. again they ask 3 days. This is how they take 20 days. But still my mobile not getting unlock. Please help me to get my mobile back

            I've been a plus customer of Flipkart and ordering since 2018 on the location pincode - 500005.
            But suddenly from past 3 to 4 weeks everything is showing not deliverable to my pincode .. why is it happening.. how should I order now ?????

              On 1 may MI TV was delivered the very next day installation was supposed to be done but till today nobody has shown up for the same despite of numerous calls to customer executives and mails also tweets several tweets at flipkart support Twitter (social media ). the return policy attachment is valid till 11may which is now coming to an end.
              Me as a customer is devastated at flipkart after service since nobody is coming for installation and one of your executives asked me on call did I contact the brand .What do I take this statement as ? That I should have purchased TV from any MI outlet and not from flipkart.Below is the photo attached of my order and the order ID

                        The customer service is so pathetic and they are unable to udpate my mobile number just because the new number was registered on someones account many years back and that account is blacklisted, but this is not my headache. I want my number to reflect on my account and not on xyz blacklisted account

                            I have ordered a Samsung ear buds live prepaid and after receiving from delivery person I found that the ear buds were missing from the box. The flipkart packaging that came with the box was intact but the box of the Samsung buds live was preopened before.
                            I complain the same by calling the flipkart customer support but they are delaying the issue everytime I call them.

                              I've ordered a realme C20 model mobile phone on 13th March 2022 (Order id - OD[protected] through Flipkart and it got delivered to me on 15th Mar 2022. I started using the mobile from the same day and notice there was a network problem (intermittent) where I've to put on flight mode and restart the phone etc. Few days passed and return policy also got expired on 22nd March 2022, the network problem seems to be consistent and was getting hanged badly + heat while charging. So, finally I took a call on 15th April 2022 (after 1 month) to return this mobile through exchange and buy samsung mobile. But, while doing the exchange process, Flipkart pops up a message this IMEI number is not matching. I thought maybe due to some technical issue this might have happened and I tried the same thing on 20th April 2022 and was getting the same issue. I raised a complaint on 21st April 2022 (Incident ID:- IN[protected]) where Flipkart support mentioned they'll resolve this by 24th April 2022. I waited till 24th April and called them on 25th April where they mentioned to wait till 28th April to resolve this issue. On 28th April they sent an email to send picture and IMEI number details and I replied on 29th April. From that time onwards, I'm keep on calling them everyday but the executive will say to wait for 24 hours. Today is 8th May (20 days completed since I raised the complaint). I've suffered a lot and my time has also got wasted in chasing out them.

                                Hi Flipkart Team,
                                Ordered Moto G52 From Flipkart with Order Id : OD[protected] but received Realme C11

                                Customer care not helping and saying it was open box delivery
                                and it's your fault that while receiving you didn't check...
                                but the delivery person came around 7pm, he was in a rush...
                                as something like this never never happen with me
                                hence I took the delivery without opening the box and now i got stuck

                                Now Not able to process Return request, getting "Return cannot be placed for this reason. This was an open box delivery. " when Reason for Return selected as : Received Wrong Item

                                Please help me on this, it's my humble request..

                                  I ordered DSLR canon 1500 D but inside the package item is not there, instead of dslr detergent soap is there.
                                  Its fraud from Flipkart.
                                  I have unboxing video of this where it is clearly show there is no dslr camera inside the package.
                                  I already applied two times for refund but both the time Flipkart rejected my refund request.
                                  I am in too much tension because rs 32000 is a huge amount. So kindly resolve this as soon as possible and refund my money.

                                    I have purchased De Faboulus shampoo of 5 quantity (Order ID - OD[protected] total amount is - 3295rs.
                                    The product I received yesterday it is totally duplicate.
                                    I have called to customer care so many times from yesterday to return the product, either they gave any illogical excuses or they disconnected the call.
                                    I have attached pictures of both original and fake one. Left one which I have purchased from local shop(original) and the right one which I have received from flipkart yesterday.
                                    1. Packaging of bottle like bottle cap, bottom of the bottle totally different it is like any local shampoo
                                    2. Shampoo quality, smell is totally different.
                                    I want to return this duplicate product and refund thr money.

                                      We ordered a tv unit from jeeves through flipkart but received a broken product. We requested for replacement and it got approved but it had been 7 days now, flipkart promised to pick it up latest by 7th May but still no one has come to take it. Their customer care say they have escalated the issue but no use. We are unsure what to do with the heavy damaged product taking up our space and our money has been wasted.

                                        I am unable to exchange my phone for which i had purchased buyback guarantee. Everytime i try to exchange my phone for a new one, app shows "ABB is not enabled for this account". I called flipkart helpline on 3rd may 2022 and they told they will resolve this issue till 6th may. But no resolution is provided. Everyday i follow up with them and they are just increasing one day each time. I clearly told them that my buyback is going to expired in next month and i need to do the buyback in this sale offer only.
                                        But they are not providing any solution for this nor they are commiting anything that what should happen if the sale period is over.
                                        Kindly provide me a solution for this.
