I've ordered a realme C20 model mobile phone on 13th March 2022 (Order id - OD[protected] through Flipkart and it got delivered to me on 15th Mar 2022. I started using the mobile from the same day and notice there was a network problem (intermittent) where I've to put on flight mode and restart the phone etc. Few days passed and return policy also got expired on 22nd March 2022, the network problem seems to be consistent and was getting hanged badly + heat while charging. So, finally I took a call on 15th April 2022 (after 1 month) to return this mobile through exchange and buy samsung mobile. But, while doing the exchange process, Flipkart pops up a message this IMEI number is not matching. I thought maybe due to some technical issue this might have happened and I tried the same thing on 20th April 2022 and was getting the same issue. I raised a complaint on 21st April 2022 (Incident ID:- IN[protected]) where Flipkart support mentioned they'll resolve this by 24th April 2022. I waited till 24th April and called them on 25th April where they mentioned to wait till 28th April to resolve this issue. On 28th April they sent an email to send picture and IMEI number details and I replied on 29th April. From that time onwards, I'm keep on calling them everyday but the executive will say to wait for 24 hours. Today is 8th May (20 days completed since I raised the complaint). I've suffered a lot and my time has also got wasted in chasing out them.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
