My name is Radhakrishna, I have ordered Lenovo X18 through flipkart and i recieved the product 7th april 5pm, when i checked the wireless earbuds, right earbud not working and turn on, i have contact flipkart customercare and i have explained my issue.

Flipkart support team suggested to replace the product and provide the address for replacing the product.
Address: Sri Siddhi Vinayaka Electronics, Innespet, Rajahumndry-533101br...

On flipkart, I placed a order of Nike shoes (size :6.5) but they delivery different product of nike (size :5.5) .
So I Raised return request for same with in a return period policy.
but suddenly i orberved, I was not able to login on my flipkart
. Flipkart blocked my account too

my request is that, you can close account . i don't have any border but pick up your order and refund my amount of last orderbr...

Why block my flipkart account?...

I have ordered a MSI brand laptop from flipkart prepaid with a credit card for an amount of 74740/- Rs. Now, the order has been put on hold. Even though the order is ready from the seller to be dispatched, flipkart isn't shipping the order.
