I ordered Groceries worth rs 1430 (total 19 items) from Flipkart on 02/09/2023. It's was about to be delivered on 04/09/2023. It shows out for delivery since then but is undelivered till today dated 12/09/2023. I contacted their delivery partner on 08/09/2023 (number provided by Flipkart itself) and he informed me that the parcel is damaged and will not be delivered. Informed the same to Flipkart but they neither cancelled my order nor refunded...

I ordered something around February 2023 . Delivery Boy is refusing to deliver the product doorstep. When I asked him calmly to deliver it doorstep, he started talking rudely to me and without even listening to me ended the call. I called him again telling him that I'll complain on Flipkart but it looks like they're not afraid of it either. He said "Complain whoever you want"....

Purchased a Oppo Reno 10 Pro mobile for Rs.37, 068/- with an exchange of Realme 10 Pro+ mobile for Rs.17, 600/- on 20.08.023 ( Order ID : OD[protected]. But till date the mobile has not been picked up. On complaining Flipkart is dodging me by giving me one reason or the other....
