I placed an order for an MSI MPG Z690 EDGE WIFI DDR4 ATX Gaming Motherboard on Flipkart with Order ID - OD[protected]. Unfortunately, the delivery process by the seller, RetailNet, has been characterized by extreme carelessness. On [First Delivery Date, which was 22nd Oct '23], I received the incorrect DDR5 variant, and today, [Current Date], is the second attempt for a replacement. Both products arrived in used and damaged condition, with tampered packaging and old tapes.
Over the course of 14 days, the waiting time between these deliveries has been exceptionally frustrating, causing significant mental stress and inconvenience. This entire ordeal has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service provided. I've reached out for a resolution, but the issue remains unresolved. I earnestly seek a prompt and appropriate resolution, either by receiving the correct product as originally ordered or a full refund.
In addition, I have documented the condition of the received products through an unboxing video and photos, which can be provided as evidence of the issues encountered.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Arun99v 👎 So frustrated with @Flipkart! Been waiting for a solution since October 9th, 2023. While some may be lucky to have their issues resolved, I'm still waiting for the right product, despite sending all the details. The name "customer service" doesn't quite fit the bill here. 😞
