I ordered nothing buds 1 a week ago, on 21st April and received it the next day, but inside the box was a product of different brand. So I made a replacement request and they asked me for my ID proof, so I sent my full aadhar e-scan copy. They rejected it and made me resend it, and I did, after that they asked me for the pictures of wrong product. I sent them the pictures, and they still declined the return request. I requested callbacks and they either call for a second, end it and then message me that they're not able to reach me, or they put me on hold for 5 mins and just disconnect, they never provided a resolution. So I made another replacement request, and they asked me for all the id proof and pictures again and they still rejected it. Yesterday was the last day to return to I made a return request, and they rejected it without any reason and won't replace it, so now I'm stuck with a wrong product and they're not providing a solution. The customer service doesn't care about the customers at all. I need a replacement/refund for the wrong product that they've sent me.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The website and the products posted on the site are highly lucrative and any body will jump to buy it. After taking the money by "Only by Online Payment" and No COD they cheat the customers.
It is high time that such fraudsters " Kiritbhai Kalubhai Bajaniya" who gets the money after transfer from online payment be caught and be jailed.
Also I want that the message shall go to all customers to be beware of such Companies which post cheap items in the website and such website shall be authenticated before loading in the net.
