Wrong item delivered, return not accepting

I have ordered a LG 3 star convertible refrigerator GL-S292RDSX on 13 Mar 2022, item delivered on 16 Mar 2022. I have opted for flipkart open box delivery, but ekart logistics partner not delivered like that. Also when I open the box, the model is found to be LG 2 star non convertible GL- N292BDSY. I am a customer of Flipkart for a few month and bought a few items.
Suddenly Flipkart's gamezone is showing something went wrong : something is not in order.
So I tried to restart the app many time but same error is comin eyery time
Istarted a chat but when I come back after some moment it was closed and not ticket was there. Please Flipkart restart my gamezone .

Transaction successful, money deducted, order not placed twice

I have tried to place an order for a watch on feb. 18, 2022 from Flipkart. I have tried to pay the amount by using 575 rs from my gpay UPI. The transaction was successful and money deducted from my bank account twice but the order was not placed, then again I tried to place the order third time and this time the order was successfully placed. Today is 13th April 2022 and I haven't received the refund yet.

Flipkart smart upgrade plan error

I bought a mobile under Flipkart smart upgrade plan a year ago.now its time for me to either pay full amount and keep the Device or exchange it to another one. I want to upgrade to another one and while trying to verify my IMEI number under exchange section. It is not recognising my IMEI and showing that imei number doesn't match the product....

Narzo 30 Pro lock

I purchased narzo 30 pro from Olx before 11 months, it was just 1 month used. Cancelling the order and asking again to place the order

I have ordered a product pedestal Fan on 13 march 2022, flipkart given expected date as 22 march. But there prolonged for 25 march and cancelled my order. After this issue, I have received a text message as order cancelled and as a compensation we are providing 150rs voucher as, I should order the same product, than only I can get this voucher. So i again checkout the product but there increased the price of 130 rs extra.

Amount debited but order pending

I ordered first through flipkart pay later payment option but it led me to vain making amount debited from my pay later account but orders pending but finally I got refund of that amount to my pay later account thnx for that so I thought of not using pay later rather I used my phone pe UPI but amount got debited from phone pe too agin but order pending message again 🤦🏼‍♂️ so I don't will my order get deliver or will it refund...

Refund of flipkart pay later account

I ordered a phone by using flipkart pay later but order is not placed but the amount has been deducted from my flipkart pay later account and there asking me to pay that by next month I don't why this flipkart is so back in technology, they always have theses technical issues making to fall flipkart from too High
More over it so bad that they are asking us to pay without buying anything 🤣 and they haven't refunded to flipkart pay...

Flipkart exchange mobile rejected

I bought a new mobile phone Samsung galaxy f23 on flipkart along with exchange of my old mobile. However the delivery agent rejected stating phone has a dent.
Firstly, as per flipkart t&c while buying phone, it was clearly mentioned that scratches, dent would lead to price reduction and not rejection. So why is flipkart not following the t&c?
