I ordered nothing buds 1 a week ago, on 21st April and received it the next day, but inside the box was a product of different brand. So I made a replacement request and they asked me for my ID proof, so I sent my full aadhar e-scan copy. They rejected it and made me resend it, and I did, after that they asked me for the pictures of wrong product. I sent them the pictures, and they still declined the return request. I requested callbacks and they either call for a second, end it and then message me that they're not able to reach me, or they put me on hold for 5 mins and just disconnect, they never provided a resolution. So I made another replacement request, and they asked me for all the id proof and pictures again and they still rejected it. Yesterday was the last day to return to I made a return request, and they rejected it without any reason and won't replace it, so now I'm stuck with a wrong product and they're not providing a solution. The customer service doesn't care about the customers at all. I need a replacement/refund for the wrong product that they've sent me.

    Dear Sir,
    I had purchased a jaspo skate shoes combo, my order id:-OD[protected] on 13th april 22 and its delivered to me on 20th of april 22 and I found 1 accessories is missing in cartoon then I made the return request at the same time (on 20th april 2022) but is not picked yet(on 1st may 2022, 20:04 ).
    I contacted customer care after 3-4 days and they said "you had selected the wrong reason that's why your parcel is not picked up" then he cancelled the return request and again created the return request with the correct reason in the backend . Next day the pickup was not done, again I connected with customer care again I received the same response, "you had created the wrong request, so pickup is not done." then again she cancelled my request and again she created the request.
    Next day I received a notification that your return request was rejected because "as per our conversation your issue is resolved" but I had not received any call from flipkart regarding my complaint.
    Again I call to customer care then they are saying your return window is over but you had already made the complaint before return period so we are creating the return request from back end after some time "we are facing some technical issue so unable to create the request so we are forwarding your concern to technical team you will get a call from them.
    But till time neither I received any call from them nor my item was picked up for return.
    Please do the needful asap.

        I ordered hp pavilion gaming laptop model no. Ec2004ax on 27/04/2022 and it had to be delivered by 29/04/2022 but it is not delivered till today and there is no response from any side. I paid with credit card .

          I made an order OD[protected] for an USPA medium size tshirt and they dispatch a Allen solly shirt of 44size and when raised replacement request they keep on rejecting my request and then I was told that it was rejected because I did not upload the id proof I uploaded the id proof they still rejected it and then I was told I had to upload front and back both sides of id proof and then atleast they said my 14 day window for replacement or refund is over
          When called them they keep on disconnecting calls and don’t call back as well

            I purchased SanDisk Ultra 128 MicroSDXC Class 10 120 Mbps Memory Card

            My order I'd - OD[protected]
            Of Rs 920 on 9 march 2022. It was delivered to me on 15 march 2022. I found it was not working in my phone or it was faulty so wanted to return it or replace it. I asked for replacement on 19 March 2022 . As my refund and replacement last date was 21 March 2022, my refund request was within this. They started replacement request but before the product gets replaced they cancelled it after 3 days on its own don't know why. And after that they are saying your product can't be refunded or replaced as time gets over. What's my fault I requested the replacement before the last date. You cancelled it on your own and cheating me . I want my product replaced or refunded as soon as possible.

                      I have Ordered a Nokia Tab 4 GB Ram and 64 GB Storage Tablet from Flipkart on 24th . The delivery took place on 25th April 2022. The Courier person from Ekart refused to give packet without OTP. The Product was collected by my sister, it came in Corrugated box with flip kart tape on top. When She opened the packet she found the seal was broken, she immediately opened the box. There was no Tab inside and it had only a charger. I immediately called the delivery person but he did not pick so i contacted the customer care at 11 immediately. They told that they will look into the matter and refund the money after investigation. They asked for Voter Id, Aadhar Copy. I submitted it to them. But they rejected the refund and its happened 3 times. As per Ekart there shipping partner they have delivered the box with Tab Intact. I want to ask did they open and check the box or did the delivery guy was standing there to check if the product was intact. The Delivery guy just Vanished after taking the OTP. I have again raised a refund request from flipkart. Have been asking them to refund...
                      To my surprise i can see the seller is same as IndiFlashMart who has a bad reputation already.

                      This is not all i have been cheated on Facebook page of Flipkart. Where in one of flipkart admin acted as customer care executive and told to helpin refund process. But i had been scammed again with Money worth 45000 charged through credit card. I had a very bad experiance these 5 to 6 days. I have already filed polica Complaint for Same.
                      Now i am asking Flipkart to atleast refund my money. There are many people who were cheated by your seller IndiFlashMart .Can you verify these people. I am adding Images of Box as well as videos and Also how my Account got debited due to Scam. Which all started with Shopping on Flipkart.

                          One month back on the date of 25 march 2022 on morning when i try to log in into my flipkart account .There was error i thought it was some glitch and after than a hour, i tried to again log in but these time the account was logged in, after a second it logged out, then i tried but then it shows your account has been blocked and please contact to customer care but when i contacted the customer care first time they said ' it will be resolve in 4 days. After 4 days my issue was not resolved after that i contacted more than 25 times to customere care every time i contact customer care .They said 'sir it will resolve after 4 or 5 days' or they would gave a date. We should raise voice against this type of business. Please solve my issue. I need to pay the bill of flipkart pay later. They are adding the interest. Please solve my issue. Let see does democracy has the power to solve my issue or not ?

                            My Flipkart Plus Account has been block with a reason given unusually high number of returns.
                            The seller was not ready to accept the return and kept rejecting the same hence the multiple return requests.
                            Even tried contacting the customer care to help me with the same and still got the request rejected.
                            Have already raised multiple issues regarding the same to no effect.
                            The account has been Blocked since 20th April 2022.
                            Request you to Unblock my account.

                            This is the message i keep getting after every raised query:-

                            Hello,

                            We'd like to let you know that your recent request has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

                              This is Vishal Poojari and My Flipkart acc has been blocked by Flipkart a month ago there were some unusual activities on my acc and I've complained to Flipkart regarding that activities and I've also changed my password but 3 days back I got my order delivered and it was an empty box I've not received the product which I've ordered and the amount of that was paid by Flipkart pay later. So I contacted the Customer support executive they told me that matter will be resolved but nothing happened and on top of that my acc got blocked so how can I pay the balance of pay later this thing is going to affect my credit score..?? And why is this happening? Please unblock my account as soon as possible.

                                Flipkart is not doing anything to solve the issue and keeps me waiting and only waiting. I have completely lost faith in online shopping and I'll never do online shopping from now on.

                                  I am Punam Singh resident of Jaisalmer District, Rajasthan. I has purchased a Samsung Galaxy F62 mobile set from a local mobile shop. I have attached a receipt of the same herewith. Now after 1 year o[censored]sage my phone has been blocked refering the Flipkart Smart Upgrade Plan for non payment of the amount. I have enclosed the bill copy which shows I have paid the full amount to vendor. On contacting the vendor it is informed that the vendor purchased the mobile set from other agent who has purchased from the Flipkart but now is non contactable. I do not have any details of the Flipkart order details. I have been defrauded in this case.
                                  I am facing huge problems as I have important data in the mobile set and required to unlock it. I am even ready to pay the balance amount to the Flipkart directly in return for the unlocking of the device as I have no other option.

                                  I will be highly obliged for this support from the Flipkart side.

                                      I have placed an order for realme neckband on flipkart on 12 april 2022 but the product was defective so i raised return request but that was rejected with reason that the delivery was intact so i called the customer support they told me that was some technical issue any they are raising request and same happens around 6 times but the product was not returned and then at last my flipkart account was blocked with reason that i have raised many return requests.. i think that how flipkart start working now a day. No solution of the problems

                                        i have ordered a sandal price rs 971 from the app
                                        Iam an active customer of flipkart i have purchased the sandal from the app few days back but when it came.. it turn out to smaller than what i expected... now that i want to return the product... flipkart is not accepting the request... reason was given by the higher authority that your account is barred due to high returns... i accept that there's high returns but it's simply because I have done high purchases too... and it's happening to me for the second time...last tym i had to keep that defective product with me... now this tym also flipkart is doing the same... please consider the concern and compensate my loss...
