I purchased a laptop on 13th april 2022 and got it by 14april 2022. But the delivered item was damaged the upper portion of laptop have too many scratches i contacted customer care and told the whole thing. They told me don't worry i will place a return request but because of some technical error the return request was not completed.
This error was occurred from 15-20th april 2022 and after that i received call from escalation team and they tried again but this time 4times replacement and refund request cancelled automatically. I have not received any proper resolution till today 2may.
Its more than 18days now and still my issue is not resolved by flipkart.
I request you to please provide me my money.
Its a huge amount for a middle class.
Because of flipkart technical error why i suffer.
Kindly help me in this issue.

    I have ordered a Surya flame gas stove from flipkart.. But received a damaged item & asked for replacement. Although my delivery address is at prime location still it took 7 days to receive & again they are telling I have to wait more days & also hand to hand delivery not possible in this product. As this is linked to basic need fulfilment I need fast replacement or refund.. Bt i am harassed by knocking d door.

      I have ordered a surya flame 2 burner gas stove but received a damage one... Asked for replacement but got the response that i have to wait more than 10 days for that & even no hane to hand delivery.. As the delivery address is at prime location & the item is used for basic needs I need immediate service.. But did nt get satisfied solution & also they are not ready for refund.

        Hi iam from chennai...this is regarding installation problem of Havells fan bought from flipkart on 22/4/2022...till now nobody came for installation...we paid a installation amount of rs..299/- called so many times customer service...but they are telling same thing within 24 to 48 hrs they will come..but nobody came even after one week...we asked to refund our installation amount...but they are blaming that warranty will not be available... We don't know what to do now... Because flipkart not sending the person and not allowing us to do installation..not refunding the amount too..pls help in this...and solve our problem

          I have purchased a product from flipkart and money was paid via pay on later but after returning the product the money was not sent back to bank account…every time i call them they say they have sent the money back to my account which I haven’t received till now

            I am very seriously taking up this issue on a strict notice to FLIPKART.COM with regards to my Grocery Order ID : OD[protected] placed on April 5th for Rs.857 and, paid through "Flipkart Pay Later".

            Until this day the order has not yet dispatched or shipped and delivered. And also, Neither I nor the Flipkart Customer Support Executive is unable to cancel the order (even after cancellation it is returning back to 'to be dispatched soon' status).

            The Order is paid with Flipkart Pay Later option and I will be charged for the same on May 5th.

            They want me to pay Rs.857 for the undelivered order. Is this a way of doing a fair & clean e-commerce business? Several times I have contacted the customer support and informed them, still this issue is not yet resolved

            On a very strict note to Flipkart.com, I need this issue to be sorted out please. If this issue is unaddressed or ignored, I'm ready to file a legal complaint in consumer court on this fraudulent behaviour, taking this up to limelight in print & visual media.

            HASTIWORLD seems to be the brother of THE FRUIT SHOP. Both are frauds and cheaters and do not give the products after taking money. These donot have proper registration, phone no, address.

            The website and the products posted on the site are highly lucrative and any body will jump to buy it. After taking the money by "Only by Online Payment" and No COD they cheat the customers.

            It is high time that such fraudsters " Kiritbhai Kalubhai Bajaniya" who gets the money after transfer from online payment be caught and be jailed.

            Also I want that the message shall go to all customers to be beware of such Companies which post cheap items in the website and such website shall be authenticated before loading in the net.

              I am unable to exchange my phone for which i had purchased buyback gurantee. Everytime i try to exchange my phone for a new one, app shows "ABB is not enabled for this account". I called flipkart helpline, but even their. senior executives were not sure what ABB is. I think flipkart is cheating with their customers by not honoring buy back gurantee

              My buyback guarantee ends on 6th june. I give more trust on flipkart. But flipkart cheated me. No response from flipkart. Still i am not able to exchange my phone with iphones. The guaranteed buy back value can't apply to some of these modela.

                  Hi i have ordered groceries of ₹492 on 28-Apr and it was supposed to be delivered in 60 minutes, after 1 hr i have got a message that due to delivery partner the order is going to be delayed. And after waiting for 6 hours at 10:00PM i got a msg that the order has been delivered. But i was not there at my place and didn’t get my order.
                  Since then i have been raising complaints. The Flipkart agents answer the call, they put me on hold and never comes back.
                  Please help.

                    My order id is OD[protected] I received damage product and
                    already raised multiple complaint about this. But still not get proper response from your side. This is the worst customer service i faced. From last 2 weeks I'm trying to contact your customer care executives but nobody giving proper response. Now they blocked my Flipkart ID ([protected]@gmail.com) and my phone number([protected]). i already shared my aadhar card photo copy as per their email.
                    Please refund my money as I don't want this damage product and in future I'll never buy any products from Flipkart because of your service.

                      I ordered Realme wireless earphones from Flipkart and want to return them as I ordered the wrong model by mistake but Flipkart is not letting me return them. They are saying that the bought item can only be replaced in case of damage to the product but I don't want the product as there is a better version (model) of the same.

                        I ordered nothing buds 1 a week ago, on 21st April and received it the next day, but inside the box was a product of different brand. So I made a replacement request and they asked me for my ID proof, so I sent my full aadhar e-scan copy. They rejected it and made me resend it, and I did, after that they asked me for the pictures of wrong product. I sent them the pictures, and they still declined the return request. I requested callbacks and they either call for a second, end it and then message me that they're not able to reach me, or they put me on hold for 5 mins and just disconnect, they never provided a resolution. So I made another replacement request, and they asked me for all the id proof and pictures again and they still rejected it. Yesterday was the last day to return to I made a return request, and they rejected it without any reason and won't replace it, so now I'm stuck with a wrong product and they're not providing a solution. The customer service doesn't care about the customers at all. I need a replacement/refund for the wrong product that they've sent me.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I had purchased a jaspo skate shoes combo, my order id:-OD[protected] on 13th april 22 and its delivered to me on 20th of april 22 and I found 1 accessories is missing in cartoon then I made the return request at the same time (on 20th april 2022) but is not picked yet(on 1st may 2022, 20:04 ).
                          I contacted customer care after 3-4 days and they said "you had selected the wrong reason that's why your parcel is not picked up" then he cancelled the return request and again created the return request with the correct reason in the backend . Next day the pickup was not done, again I connected with customer care again I received the same response, "you had created the wrong request, so pickup is not done." then again she cancelled my request and again she created the request.
                          Next day I received a notification that your return request was rejected because "as per our conversation your issue is resolved" but I had not received any call from flipkart regarding my complaint.
                          Again I call to customer care then they are saying your return window is over but you had already made the complaint before return period so we are creating the return request from back end after some time "we are facing some technical issue so unable to create the request so we are forwarding your concern to technical team you will get a call from them.
                          But till time neither I received any call from them nor my item was picked up for return.
                          Please do the needful asap.

                                I made an order OD[protected] for an USPA medium size tshirt and they dispatch a Allen solly shirt of 44size and when raised replacement request they keep on rejecting my request and then I was told that it was rejected because I did not upload the id proof I uploaded the id proof they still rejected it and then I was told I had to upload front and back both sides of id proof and then atleast they said my 14 day window for replacement or refund is over
                                When called them they keep on disconnecting calls and don’t call back as well

                                  Of Rs 920 on 9 march 2022. It was delivered to me on 15 march 2022. I found it was not working in my phone or it was faulty so wanted to return it or replace it. I asked for replacement on 19 March 2022 . As my refund and replacement last date was 21 March 2022, my refund request was within this. They started replacement request but before the product gets replaced they cancelled it after 3 days on its own don't know why. And after that they are saying your product can't be refunded or replaced as time gets over. What's my fault I requested the replacement before the last date. You cancelled it on your own and cheating me . I want my product replaced or refunded as soon as possible.
