I had ordered the dress but instead i received slipper with same company package. I have raised return request 5 times. Everytime customer care tells wrong product will be picked up for return but in end they cancel the request. Kindly help me on this matter. My order id is OD[protected]....

I had purchased an AC and Installation & Demo package for a total of Rs 34, 379 on 20/2/2022.

The AC was Rs 32, 940 and the Installation and Demo was Rs 1, 298.

However, I had to pay the FULL cost of the installation, including basic installation and additional parts. The installer did not acknowledge my payment of Rs 1, 298 to Flipkart. They also did not know anything about Jeeves, which is the company Flipkart...
