I ordered the oppo enco air 2 from flipkart company worth rs 1899 and and later I checked the product and the product was defective and then I raise the request for replacement of product to the company but the company has denied many times and I have called them many times then they approved my replacement request and now after replacement I again check the product but I have to face the same problem the C type charging cable is missing from the box and its sound quality is also poor and again the left mic of the bud is not working properly and the company rejected my refund request please help me I want to return this product and want refund from the company please somebody help me its very urgent. Suddenly my account was blocked and there i have to pay my pay later bills but account is not getting log in..so its every time show your account was blocked now how I should pay my bills

I had ordered for de Remy Latour Cigar Eau de Toilette - 100 ml on Flipkart on 16 May 2022 which was delivered on 19 May 2022. After I opened the product on 31 May 2022 and applied the product I noticed that there was no fragrance at all and that the product was a duplicate. I immediately wrote to Flipkart on their messaging service on 31 May 2022. When I did not hear back from them I tweeted on 2 June 2022 on their twitter handle @flipkart support where they responded that they cannot take the product back as the product is non returnable as per the seller's policy. To this I clarified that Flipkart should take back the product and refund me the same as it is a duplicate product and it is a fraud they are engaging in. I have still not got a response back from them in respect of this tweet.

1.I ordered Samsung 1.5 Ton AC from Flipkart on 15th May 2022.
2.The product got delivered on 17th May. Flipkart sent installation team to install the product on 18th May 2022. The product got installed on 18th May 2022.
3.It was identified that product is defective. The product outdoor unit was not working . I raised a returned request on 19th May 2022. After that A technician supposed to come on 25th May 2022 to check the product
4.I am continuously following up with Flipkart to return the product but Flipkart is beating around the Bush & not providing any solution.
5.Flipkart committing false promise dates for resolution .
6. Flipkart & Seller doing unethical business and making fool to the customer.
7. I have been through lot of pain and depression in entire process and I would demand for 1 million INR compensation from Flipkart. As I suffer below.
1. Loss of Time.
2.Mental Harassments
3.Depression

I ordered a cooler from bajaj company on 24th may, 2022. The model is Bajaj 54L window air cooler. Order id is 0D[protected]. I received the product on 29th may, 2022. But when i opened it, the product was different from which i ordered. They sent an old model cooler of the same brand, where there is no humidity controller and auto refill connection. Then i immediately requested for replacement but there is no response from Flipkart. Flipkart customer service has been just passing time as they are not processing the replacement request. Its showing pending till 29th may. They are doing fraud with the valuable customers. And now i want refund anyhow. Please solve this issue as soon as possible as we are facing unbearable summer heat.

I was requested for replacement on may 23rd. but I didn't get the parcel yet . Delivery status was shown as delivered. I didnt get yet.Customer executives are not responding properly . I try to reach customer executive so many times some of them ignore my call. I want the replacement kindly please do the needful

I had order 2 Motorola Smartphones on 26th May and it was supposed to deliver on 28th May. It didn't deliver on the expected delivery date and delivery got delayed for some reason. I contacted customer care, they said, they are sorry and will try to deliver it by 30th May. I waited till 30th May and order is still not delivered. I contacted customer care on 30th May after waiting order to be delivered till 7PM, they said delivery agent will try to deliver the product in next business day. Even on 31st May order is not delivered.
Today, it’s 3rd June, still order is not delivered. Flipkart is not delivering the order and on top of that, it’s not letting me cancel the order.

I have ordered EarPods through Flipkart, package is delivered but the item is missing in the package

My order was expected to be delivered on 2nd June. The status says pin code address mismatch but I have ordered multiple times at the same address.
I have exchanged my current phone value and I need to be present during it, but now they have rescheduled it to 4rh June. I am ready to go to the FC but I'm not sure I will get my phone exchanged there.
What a poor service by Flipkart and eKart. My exams will start from 4th June and I will have to take my current phone and then from the behind he will come to deliver the product but then there will be no need of this exchange discount. What a gameplay!

I had ordered the adreno nutraceuticals performance whey 1kg pack, chocolate cake batter flavor worth ₹1, 549. The product delivered to me is not what I ordered.
Its adreno nutraceuticals super mass weight gainer 1kg pack, chocolate cake batter flavor worth ₹499.

This product comes under the category of products with a no-return policy of Flipkart.
But in my case a completely different product has been delivered to me.

I don't want to technically return the product. I want the product I ordered because I have already paid for it.
I have paid ₹ 1, 050 extra for the wrong product which was delivered to me.
I believe the concerned authorities at Flipkart look into it and take the necessary actions needed and ensure that this issue is resolved.
