Hi
I have ordered a product from my Flipkart account registred with [protected] but the product i received is broken. Then i tried to return the product but they blocked my account now i have to clear my pay later dues and i am unable to access my account to clear dues which eventually effects my cibil score which causes loan process in future
Please help me

    I had ordered one plus buds amounting to Rs.4999 from Flipkart on 21apirl . On 27 april, the order was delivered. The outer package was intact but the inner package was in a bad state. When I opened the inner package, I found that I was delivered a one plus box but not buds in box.

    Immediately I raised the return request but there was no response from the customer service team for 48 hours despite me contacting them multiple times. So, I sent a message to their Twitter handle for which they responded, and asked me to attach my Aadhar card for a third party vendor to authenticate and they have also asked me to sign a Consent form which states 'Lodging of FIR for the missing Mobile/Laptop'.

    Flipkart is forcing me to share my personal confidential documents (Aadhar card, Voter ID, Driver's license) to process my return request. I do not want to share such confidential documents to Flipkart or other third parties due to privacy risks. If the Seller and Flipkart have delivered box product, why are they demanding to share confidential documents for their own faults? Nowhere in their returns policy have they asked the customer to provide the ID proof to process the return request. So, why are they asking me to provide the same?

    Also, why is Flipkart demanding me to sign a consent form to lodge FIR for a missing Laptop/Mobile? I had ordered for a one plus bud, not a Mobile/Laptop.

    Flipkart is causing me too much of mental stress and I've been waiting for a week for them to resolve this issue, but in vain.

    I want Flipkart to -
    1. Process my return request without sharing my confidential documents (Aadhar card, Voter ID, Driver's license, etc)
    2. Send a replacement or refund the amount paid 4999.
    3. Send the correct consent form for the one plus buds not for Laptop/Mobile if they want me to sign it.

    Kindly help me out.
    @flipkartsupport as per your concern I shared my Aadhar card and consent form with you, but mine request got cancelled why??? .

      I have ordered suitcase from Flipkart and it was not a good product.
      So I immediately requested for return.
      App showed that on 23 April parcel will be picked up and till 27 April refund will be done.
      But it didn't happen and I contacted customer support 5 times, and they just listen to complaint and put call on hold.
      My money is stuck with them and no action or assistance is provided by them

        I have made all the payments on time still they have reported late repayments, due to that my cibil points have been decreased when contact they said mistake is one our side but its been 2months still they have not resolved worst customer support only there representative care is ratings

          I had order SSAMSUNG 198 L Direct Cool Single Door 4 Star Refrigerator with Digi Touch Cool (LUXE BROWN, RR21A2C2XDX/HL) from flipkart on 23/04/2022 and the expected delivery date was 02/05/2022. But now when I track my order it shows that (Item waiting to be picked up by courier partner). In this regards I had already raised a issue at Flipkart website & they had promised to resolved the issue. But till date my order was not shipped by flipkart and this is happened second time in this month.

          Previously I had order SAMSUNG 198 L Direct Cool Single Door 4 Star Refrigerator with Base Drawer with Digi Touch Cool (Inox Wave, RR21A2F2XNV/HL) from flipkart on 09/04/2022 and the expected delivery date was 13/04/2022. But now when I track my order it shows that (Item waiting to be picked up by courier partner). In this regards I had already raised a issue at Flipkart website & they had promised to resolved the issue by 21/04/2022, but they had not delivered the producted.

          This issue was repeated on my last two order.

            This is regarding my booking through flipkart for the saudia airlines with booking reference "P26YM8" . Please find the below. When i made the booking, the transit time in Jeddah is just 4 hours and now they have changed the flight and the transit time is almost 12 hrs which is not acceptable. I called the airlines and they asked me to connect with flipkart for cancellation of my ticket with complete refund. I called the flipkart toll free and as per their suggestion, i cancelled my ticket in the flipkart portal. I have yet to receive my refund. I have been calling and emailing flipkart but not getting any response. Please process it and issue the complete refund.

              I had ordered a Drill machine set from Flipkart, order ID OD[protected]. But the drill quality was not upto mark, so I returned it. At first, the wishmaster came and told me that the brand check was missing. Then, i contacted the customer care and they told me that there is no brand check present in the box. But from then on, I've placed return request for 6 times and contacted customer care for 3 times, but my return request is getting cancelled again and again without any valid reason. And now, the return policy has ended.
              Please help

                Sir i went to sbi home branch and they told me to contact flipkart as money is stuck with them coz with given rrn number unable to track anything. Flipkart told me to contact bank same thing happening help me to get my refund 4999rs asap🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

                      I recently ordered Mi TV from Flipkart, since then I'm facing this irritating customer service regarding my delivery. They don't let customer to contact them directly when there is any issue with the delivery. At first when I spoke to customer care they said the product will be delivered at some specific day, it missed, later I called after several continuous calls and chat support then they said it's delivering which didn't happen again. Later when I tried to contact them it's simply being told by auto bot that there is some issue complaint is raised and it will be resolved soon be patient I'm not at all getting connected to customer care agent at all. Hardly I received one call from Flipkart which they simply called and are not speaking I think it was just called by auto bot only so just to make sure that they called and later on they say that there are some network issues. Seriously pathetic service. Now my product is there in nearest hub only since 4 days but it's not being delivered. Whom the hell I should speak to. We don't even know if they did something to the package and changed some parts also. Seriously this is the worst ever service and worst ever experience I had with any ecommerce company. Flipkart is worst to the core. Please take a complaint against this and make sure that this worst Flipkart changes its customer service point and also improves delivery.

                      Just now I recieved a call from Flipkart while I'm speaking to them they disconnected my call. See this is how customer support is working. Really irritating.

                      One more call from Flipkart again disconnected without speaking anything. Why do they even call if they don't want to talk they just want to showcase that they have called and later cover stating that there are network issues. This is irritating to the core.

                        I purchased Mi10t under buyback guarantee option which is valid till 17 June 2022. Whenever I am trying to use buyback value option under exchange option I receive error thta ABB is not enabled for this account. I raised my complaint with Flipkart support however no response received yet.

                          Hello, I need a very urgent help (by today) as I lost my mobile number registered to Flipkart. And it's now accessed by an another person. He's changing my account details such as (password, name, address) again and again, even trying to buy stuffs through my name.

                          When I'm changing the mobile no. the otp is being sent to both nos. (new + old) Help me please!

                            I am unable to exchange my phone for which i had purchased buyback gurantee. Everytime i try to exchange my phone for a new one, app shows "ABB is not enabled for this account". I called flipkart helpline, but even their. senior executives were not sure what ABB is.

                              I have created my flipkart account in 2016 with my phone
                              number [protected] few years a back i changed my number into
                              [protected] and forget to update in flipkart now my old
                              registerd number is losted and cant be recover, the main
                              problem is when i tried to update my new number otpare
                              being sent to the both new and old numbers .This making me

                                I ordered fire boltt hurricane smart watch and it got delivered yesterday but I don't why the battery is draining too fast, I mean it is not giving battery backup as mentioned above in specifications by websites and poor in display too so I thought of returning that product and get refund. And more over I have requested too for a refund but still they is no update on that, it's really disappointing. So do my refund as soon as possible and let me order something else as there is big savings sale too. And yes I am plus member too in flipkart so please make it fast

                                  On the month of February 2022 my flipkart account got unreasonably banned I ordered some products which were defective so were returned and then i ordered a phone which a seller automatically cancelled and then again i did ordered but after a few days my account was banned and after contacting you through mails and calls and every possible means i couldn't possibly do it and now that the phone has some problems and i couldn't even download the bill also the account is connected with my pan card so if the registered mobile no. Is lost then my cibil my credit will be good as dead so atleast do me a favour please unlink my pay later and if possible please unban it even if i have to pay fine for unbanning it I am willing so please do it.Thank you

                                    Once I enter my mobile number and Click send OTP, an Error message - "Unable to Proceed error message" is displayed. There is no option for OTP login also. My email ID has been linked to the same account and still, the same error message is displayed. The entire is not accessible to me due to this issue and unable to purchase anything. I cant buy another SIM or create a mail ID to log in and use the service. I tried reaching out to Customer Care. After selecting the language, it just says Go to My Account and see your order, after that call gets disconnected. I'm facing this for several months and nothing resolved.
                                    Note: I may not have logged in to the application for several months, but when I need it back I should be able to.

                                        I have purchased a camera using Flipkart pay later EMI. I made all my payments before it's due date. There is no late payment reflected in Flipkart pay later. But the same time the lender (Flipkart pay later ) IDFC bank send me a legal notice stating I missed 4 to 5 emi's and blocked my account. And also this affects my cibil score. I have all proof with me. And now I am thinking about move legally.
