On 29th of april my mother misplaced a order from flipkart app. Then on 5th of may the product got deliverd, she was not at home so I recieved the product . So on 6th of may I tried to initiate for the refund of the product from the app, but in the app surprisingly there was no option for return, so I called on their customer service number but they told me there was no order have placed from this number . I am so disappionted, a big company like flipkart have scammed me . My order id : OD[protected]
