I have ordered a Huami Amazfit GTS 2e smartwatch on the 30th April 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered on 2nd May 2022. After making the payment online and also after it was shipped to my nearest delivery hub, the product didn't go out for delivery for couple of days and it was already the 4th of May. When I asked the customer support about this they said that there's some logistics error from the Flipkart delivery side so I will have to cancel it and place the order again from a different address if I want it. I was ready to adjust and I cancelled it and also placed a new order for the same product on 4th May 2022. This time I had to provide my old hostel address (since I'm new to this city I have no place else) and I had to collecting it on the road when it's being delivered (since I don't stay there anymore) and it was supposed to be delivered on 7th May 2022. But, even on the delivery day it was not out for delivery. I again had a talk with the customer support and they promised that it would be delivered before 7pm on the 7th of May itself. I waited until 8pm and it was not even out for delivery yet so I again connected with the customer support and informed that if it's getting delayed and being delivered on the next day (8th May 2022) I need it before 2pm as I had a train to catch at 4:30pm. She promised that it would be delivered by then for sure. The next day the product was not out for delivery until 2:40pm. I tried contacting support again and it was no use, I tried requesting the delivery agent to deliver it immediately and he refused and told me that it would only be delivered after 6pm. I cancelled my train ticket and asked him if it's possible to deliver between 6:30 to 7pm and he said he will do it. So I had to book new train tickets for the next day at 12:30pm (afternoon) and i went to the delivery location at 6:30pm waiting for the delivery. He didn't show up till 6:50 and I called him. He said he will be there in 15mins and he did not show up for more than 30 mins. I again called asking him to deliver it immediately and he cut the call as I was speaking and never pickup up my calls after that for a while. I tried contacting customer support but it was no use I kept calling the delivery agent repeatedly and he picked up my calls after nearly 2 hours of standing in the middle of the road (at 8:15pm) and started talking back to me saying, "you think completing a delivery is that easy? Can you do that then?". We had the call for couple of mins and then he again promised that he will be there to deliver it by 8:30 for sure. And as expected yet again he didn't show up and neither did he answer my calls. I waited till 9:30 without food or water, and on the roadside for 3 whole hours. Then had a call with the customer support executive and he gave me an address landmark and asked me to go there and contact Flipkart for delivery hub location so that I can go in person and collect it myself. The next day (9th May 2022) I went there (about 12kms away) and stood there for more than an hour being on call with the customer support team and they were denying sharing the location or the contact number. I literally stood under the sun for another 90 mins yet again because of them and had to go back home and so cancel the train ticket for the second time. The next day morning (Today - 10th May 2022) at about 6:30am in the morning I got an update from Flipkart saying, "As per your request the order was cancelled" without my consent at all. I never asked them to cancel this order. Also, for further proo I have all the call recordings of my phone conversation with the delivery agent as well as the Flipkart customer support. During the 3 hours that I stood on the road for delivery I've made 56 calls to the delivery agent and every single call that he didn't answer, every single call that he spoke back to me, every single promise he made me for the delivery is all recorded. And also I have about 25+ call recordings of me speaking with the customer support along with all the promises that they have made as we. Also I still didn't get the refund money from my first cancellation itself which was supposed to be refunded by 8th May 2022 and now this product is also cancelled by them and wrongly accused me for cancelling it. When I called the customer support regarding the same they're saying that nothing can be done now since the product is cancelled. If I want it I should place the order again (now the prices have gone up in all the websites). I asked them how could you cancel without my consent and apparently the delivery agent said that I refused to take the order this morning. He claims that I refused to collect the order from him.

    I've ordered the product online though flipkart on 3rd May and it showed that the product will be delivered on 9th of May, but it did not get delivered instead the expected date has increased to 16th May now... i talked to the customer care but they responded by saying that it was a technical issue and they too are helpless and i hae no other option but to wait for another 8 days to get the product delivered... not satisfied with this kind of behaviour... my 2 weeks are wasted...

        Hi. Flipkart team,
        From last 14 days I'm struggling to return my refurbished pixel 3xl, i have filed a lots of complaints and call back request and even the return is approved twice but still you have not picked the product and everytime i call to your customer support they only say I'm sorry for the delay we are working on it..

        I have bought the product with a credit card and due to your laziness and ignorance, now i have converted the bill to emi on which i have to pay a high amount of interest.

        Tell me are you going to compensate that amount????????

        You people are busy in taking advantage of customer not to help customer..

          I placed an order for some kettles on 21st of april.

          Few got cancelled for no reason and the ones that I was delivered was fraudulent product.

          For the rest of the products I got my refund but for 2 products they are playing games with me. Firstly they arrange for a return pickup and the delivery guy denied to pickup because it was a fraud order and his manager also denied.

          I complained the same to the customer care and they said they will re arrange the pickup and for that they had to cancel the existing pickup request and place a new one. Now they did not do as said and now my refund is stuck and the reason they are giving is that the time is over for return of the product whereas it’s complaining their fault.

          I raised a complaint very next day I got the order and still due to their mistake they are not processing the refund for

          So as you can see in the image, I received a very small box in which only a small phone cover can fit and in the label its written as 2 kettles. Now its not even possible for 1 kettle to fit in there and it says 2 kettles,


          when asked the delivery guy take it back then and there he started misbehaving at another level. Below mentioned is his details.

          So we were left with no choice.

          I got 1 very small box that has mentioned 2 kettles in the label. Can’t believe they are taking this long just to decide if to provide refund or not.

          Whenever I asked for Status they only said we are working on it and we will get back to you but nobody reached back to me and every time they said that they will provide me a resolution but the time passed and now what they are saying is that the product cannot be returned and so I will not get my refund I did had a conversation with them recently to which they again said the backend team will reach out to me and still no response from their end I need my refund back I cannot accept the fraud product received actually not even a product it’s just a cardboard box not acceptable at any cost.

              I ordered a Cetaphil baby lotion for my brother...He is having a issue with rashes...and the doctor suggested it...so I ordered it on May 1st 2022 and I didn't got the product yet, Period...The right time for the delivery is today May 9th, 2022...My brother is suffering...
              I looked all around the city offline but didn't get the product.. that's why I ordered it online..

                      I bought Infinix Smart 5 in flipkart, i was facing many issues performance wise and that to recieved damaged one, so, i placed many return requests but they rejected all, and finally blocked my flipkart account.

                      i m requesting you to please look into it, and help me in to get refunded.

                        I placed Table Tennis order on 2nd May.
                        Item Received in the Nearest hub on 3rd may, but courier guy recklessly saying item is heavy so i cant able to deliver it to you.
                        I complained to flipkart cc and they said it will delivered to you next day 4th may. But i didnt got till now. Again i contacted cc they said it will resolve by 10th may. so i waited till now.
                        But on 9th may ( today) i got cancellation email from seller due to delayed delivery.

                        Who is responsible for cancellation ?

                        1. Its EKart courier guy who denied to deliver my item due to item heavy, take action against him

                        2. Flipkart customer care who didnt take any action to deliver my product

                        So i reuest flipkart that please attempt delivery of my item
                        and my item still in my nearest hub.

                          I have recently purchased CARVES Cast Iron Automatic Hob from Flipkart on 10th April-2022 And this product which got delivered to me was defective When I processed for replacement, while showing on your site, you will get the second product delivered the next day, of your product is picked up, from when my defective product was picked, Your tracking details will change its showing it will take 6 to 7 days for delivery, It was not possible to make me wait for so long, I cancelled the product and asked for refund, and I kept following up with the Flipkart team for the refund amount till yesterday, And I came to know yesterday that your Flipkart team has refunded my money in gift card, without my concern and any confirmation of customer.
                          And when I told your Executive that I want my money in my mode of payment, which i pay trough credit card they said that we will not be able to refund your money in card we have refunded your money in gift card.

                          Point of my concern

                          1) How can you give money refund in your gift card without confirmation of the customer.

                          2) I kept telling your executive that I have to talk to your senior, but he was not ready to transfer my call to anyone he is continually telling me our executive are busy? then I told him to arrange call back to me from your senior butt he has not ready for that also.

                          My experience with you this time has been very pathetic I will never buy anything from you in my life,

                          If you do not understand the pain of the customer, then the market is open for the customer.

                          Reliance Croma and Amazon is there.

                          Kindly give me solution as soon possible If my concern is not resolve soon I will escalate it social media and consumer court too

                              I am trying to make a purchase using a debit card. This is a card I have used with Flipkart many times before and am using with other vendors (eg Amazon) regularly. I received the message "transaction was declined on the basis of risk checks" (see attached screen print).
                              Please advise how to clear this, so that I can make payments as before.
                              I wish to make a purchase.

                              I have subsequently received one standard response after another promising this issue will be resolved in 24 hours, 48 hours... It's now 3 weeks later!! Appalling response from customer care. No response from anyone with any sensible information. Just the same standard responses. Seems impossible to get to someone who can resolve the problem. Does Flipkart want customers???

                                I use my flipkart Id from long time. I'm trying to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i don't have it.
                                I want to change my mobile number. Please help me to change my number.

                                  Dear team,

                                  I would like to get your notice that I'm facing an issue with regards to one of the products purchased in Flipkart.

                                  Order ID: OD[protected]

                                  Product Name: Kendalwood Furniture Premium Dining Room Furniture Wooden Dining Table with 6 Chairs Solid Wood 6 Seater Dining Set

                                  Product purchased on April 8th '22 with an above ORDER ID

                                  Delivery: 25th April '22

                                  Issue: 6 Chairs were missing. Only a Table received. Raised a complaint on the same delivery date i.e., 25th April '22

                                  I tried reaching the flipkart support from the last 10 days but no resolution was made till yet. I reached almost 44 agents on calls where most of them disconnected the calls without any update, while they were requesting me to be on hold in reviewing the issues. 3 Senior executive Agents were contacted but no resolutions. 10+ Agents were chatting on the flipkart website and were disconnecting the chat without any update

                                  Mehar Banu - One of the Relationship Managers from Flipkart contacted me without any idea on the issue and again requested me to wait for 24 Hours to get the resolution but she didn't come back yet. My rating for her support would be zero (0). Kindly take an action on her

                                  This is completely a waste of time and an insult for a valuable customer like me. A pure negligence and a failure from the complete flipkart support team.
