I have ordered a product on flipkart on Dec 30th of 2021, the expected delivery date is shown for Jan 3rd of 2022. Now its been past 2 days of the expected delivery date and the product is not even shipped yet. As I had already paid the full amount with credit card and converted it into EMI, Now I dont know whether they will ship or cancel my product and there is not even a response from seller side.

    The issue that i have experienced was: my name is sangram kokate and i have placed order, order id: od[protected] on 21st dec with three items wall clock, shape-wear and a wall decor item (I have attached my order details for reference), the expected delivery date of wall clock was 23 dec 21. I have contacted flipkart before delivery regarding address change i. E the mentioned address on order was old please use new one which is stored in my flipkart profile. Flipkart support person agreed and told that there is no need to worry, it will be delivered to new address surely. When i got message from flipkart regarding "product out for delivery" on 23 dec, i have called the delivery agent and told about address change and urgency of it this before delivery, he also agreed on it and sured me that product will be delivered on same day though it is late. I have waited till 9 pm since i want to gift it to my closed friend as promised but the oder was not delivered to me on 23, i have called delivery agent so many times on that day regarding my delivery but he said it will be delivered to you any case but he didn't delivered me so again on next day i have called him and asked agent about that he said it will be delivered today but that day also same thing happened. He promised me every time i called him and finally prodcut not delivered so with frustration i have contacted flipkart support told him about my two days experince and the representative said no need to worry it will be delivered by next day but that day also product not delivered. So again i called flipkart support asked about it and he said he had escalated the issue and promise to deliver it by the 30th in any case. I have no other option left so i have waited till 30th dec but still no delivery. I got out for delivery message everytime but no one is contacted me and when i call the delivery agent he always said it will be delivered today. So again i have contacted flipkart support and asked about it and now they said we are sorry your order will be delivered surely on 2nd jan. On 2nd jan igot a call from three different flipkart support persons telling me that delivery was 100% sure today, no need to worry. Again same thing happened i got message "out for delivery" and no one contacted me so i have called agent and he said it will be delivered late today but unfortunately no delivery on that day. When i checked my order on site next day the order was canceled saying we are not able to deliver you. Such a ridiculous service by flipkart so again i called back to flipkart and they says order has been cancelled by seller we cannot do anything if you want you can place order once again. Such horrible repsonse from flipkart. How come any one trust flipkart?
    I want my order to be delivered as soon as possible and for such headache & waste of time flipkart should give it free as compensation.
    I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

    I got call from flipkart Saumyajit Roy and she told me since order is already cancelled it can not be delivered and if you need place the new order and we will give you 67 rs compensation. Such ridiculous service flipkart providing. When I disagree she said we cannot do anything

    Also I got call from this number [protected] flipkart service saying that they are ready to deliver the product tomorrow without any compensation. I asked him if you are able to deliver it why you said it is cancelled and you cannot do anything. Also I asked him for so late delivery you have to give me compensation and he strightway disconnected the call. If you look the behaviour of flipkart they are making customer fool and playing with them. Flipkart needs to banned for such behaviour

    Flipkart is such a worst company i have ever seen no response and no resolution to query. My humble request for everyone never use Flipkart for shopping in fact we should ban it.

      and in that I cant change my mobile number because i have lost my old phone with the old number . So i can't fetch the OTP.
      Please do the needful . My old number was +91 [protected] and new number I want is +91 [protected]

        Flipkart has opened Pay Later Account in my name without my permission/consent. They have created two loan accounts in my CIBIL report without my prior permission. Despite my multiple requests they are not closing the same and updating to CIBIL.

                I have ordered a couple of items on flipkart in december and my order was suddenly cancelled .I cannot even find the details of the my orders in the order summary to check why this happened or what got cancelled, it is as if they have been cleared. I have received a refund of only almost 3/4th of the amount paid on january 3rd.They have sent me no prior notice stating the reasons for cancellation of my orders and they have not even fully refunded my order.I have ordered these as a gift for a special occasion and the day has passed .If an order is to be cancelled the reason should atleast be intimated with the consumer. I would like to get a compensation for this grievance and the rest of the money i spent for the order back.
                I hope this problem will be resolved at the earliest.

                  I have purchased projector from Flipkart on 5th of December 2021 and I have done on line payment same time. I got message product will deliver at 16th December 2021. But I dint receive product on 16th December they told product will come 23rd but again it's not delivered. Again they given new date 30 th December then i cancel my order. And request for refund but till now I dint receive my refund. Their customers care making fool every day.

                    Hello,
                    I am Guru, I ordered adidas M running shoes from flipkart (retailnet seller). O ordered for an size 10, but I have issues with the size and I thought of replacing it with the larger size(size 11). They are not accepting replacement now, even the same product with large size is also available they are not replacing and giving stupid reasons like seller is not approving the replacement. Size issue is obvious and when I am ordering it shows that the product is eligible for 14 days return and replacement. But when I am spoke to customer care they are denying. Its a real stupidity. Even in the adidas warranty it shows that customer can exchange for the same product within 90 days but I don't know why flipkart is doing like this. I like to resolve this issue asap.

                      When i am entering my IMEI number which i got from dialing *#06# and also from checking about phone (both same) flipkart says its not matching with the selected device which i am very sure about my phone model which i have selected is correct. Why this is happening when there is an option in flipkart for exchanging phone to buy another one and disappointing customers like this.?

                        I have created flipkart account with a mobile number 4-5 years ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                        The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                        Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                          After delivering the product, the deliveryboy asked me to forward the product delivered message as it is compulsary for prepaid orders.
                          But, this was cheating.He was using the link in this message to give feedbacks to flipkart.when I enter into the link the feedback was already given.He was such a fraud.Now I am afraid if he can enter into my account.Proper action should be taken against him.

                            I want to mention in this complaint that I had purchased a product from Flipkart and wished to return it coz it was not exact similar to which I ordered...however, inspite of refund request being raised by Flipkart executives, thrice the seller had rejected my refund request. I am mentioning every details of the case. My order ID is OD[protected] and it was placed on 19/12/2021 from Flipkart App & the order was for REAL TECHNIQUE CRUELTY FREE ENHANCED EYE SET(PURPLE)_Seller-Fashion Rewind. The order was delivered on[protected]...however, the brushes received were a bit different from those actually shown on website. Besides, instead of Purple color, brushes received were Pink in color. For this reason, I raised return request thrice by speaking with Flipkart customer agents coz I was unable to raise refund request from my end coz the product is Non-Returnable...however, since I received different brushes, I asked them to arrange for reverse pickup and asked for refund. But very disappointedly, three times the refund request had been rejected by the seller and on speaking with Flipkart agents, they were mentioning that since its a seller fulfilled product, seller is rejecting the request and they have nothing to do with it. I want to mention further that the package I received was not tampered and the brushes are also inside the brand packaging but are quite different than those shown in website( I had shared images of the bruhes i received in this complaint )So, please arrange for quick reverse pickup & refund the same.

                            No resolution has been provided till date, neither Flipkart Customer Support had contacted me to sort out this issue...please help me in this regards...I want consumer complaint department to inform Flipkart resolve the case

                              It is not resolved yet. They are not try to understand our problems. Only said if company aproved then we replace your product. They said if company approved your product is defective then we rutern it. But that convertion time call was cut by them.

                                I bought around 70 to 100 products using Flipkart previously without any issues, but now all of a sudden I see 'Currently out of stock for your pin code' message for almost all the products. My pin code is 500090. I have some vouchers and Gift coupons that need to be redeemed in Flipkart before February.

                                I have tried reaching out to customer care at least 10 times, but the executives are busy and I couldn't reach them.

                                  Im really Facing Issue with flipkart a lot .not for 1 day or 2 day or 1 month almost 60 days passed

                                  I ordered an AC product last 2 months back 30th October 2021. Till today I did not received Product (Daikin 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split Inverter) .when i called to flipkart team they are saying do it fresh order how much extra difference amount will provide you after sharing bill copy for new product . But till today product is not available my pincode area they said wait for 10 days after 10days they are saying wait for 10 day again im waiting after that they said wait for Christmas like this 50 days passed .now I told them this is not correct way to say all the times we have address this issue and close it by today .

                                  I dont have hope product should available in flipkart again fresh order same product they eat my time simply with temporary solutions . every one having patience for that flipkart team taking advantage till today they not proper response.

                                  I called flipkart team every day n number of times please check my call history my complaint i explained almost 15 to 20 min they will listen simply say sorry and they can able to resolve and they told will forword your call backend team finally backend team responded after 15 min finally that guy disconnected call like this happened every day one call it will take 40 min then assume 60 days im doing like this i request them please give other mail id's or other phone numbers they said sorry lot of panic situation im facing with flipkart

                                  As per the Flipkart records they are saying i will attached the screenshot in below please look once .they promise day one will ready to pay difference amount if you order fresh order but product not available what is the use .

                                  1) Now Im asking i can wait again again simply like this please come to my position think and let me know i'm waiting almost 60 days .

                                  what flipkart saying order near by pincode availability address I said this completely risk for me who will go get that product from other locations that to we can not able to carry in buses or trains completely risk for me

                                  Now I'm saying that is only option i will order near by pin code please give some good compensation amount that will be good i will take risk get the product from one location to another location by bus or train its not possible to handle AC I need to go and get in separate vehicle .please consider my request and provide good compensation .through gift card or mail conformation also fine

                                  We have to address this issue close by today itself . see my history till today how many times i remember 50 times i called .please again im saying review my issue and close with good solution

                                    I have ordered JACKAL 393 inch Yellow, White, Green, Red, Multicolor, Pink Rice Lights (Pack of 6) through Flipkart. but seller sent me only one item .instead of 6 . i have requested for return. but flip kart rejected my request. they are asking for my adhar card .that is completely irrelevant.                                       On 26th October 2020, I bought hard disk of 5tb WD. I received the product and started uploading data. Recently I gave it to my it team and asked them load some data but they couldn’t upload because the hard disk what I gave isn’t 5tb it is 500 gb. I didn’t check when I received the same because it’s from flipkart and it was in a working condition plus am not tech Savi, so didn't check the space. For 5tb I got 500 gb and I have paid 8k. When i contacted Flipkart, they said its not possible to take this forward as i didn't get back within 7 days. So this becomes my mistake and not any one else’s. So seller has nothing to loose nor the platform but the buyer has to go through the hassle of loosing money because seller and the platform fail to send the right product. How is this fair, My request isn’t for money, I would want I ordered for and how can the brand do something about this because it isn’t product fault. The seller has sent me the wrong product.

                                        I had orderd KILLER FULL Sleeve Solid Boys Jacket on 19th of December 2021, which was supposed to be delivered by 22/12/2021. But till now they didn’t delivered and ask me for few extra days for delivering and also forcing me to cancel my order. I can not cancel as I have ordered it at ₹669. But now price of product has been increased. Please help me in this matter. Please ask them to dispatch a new product from their side as i think they have lost my product and making excuses.
