I have ordered Laptop Backpack from flipkart online store on 25th Dec 2021 and the delivery date is 31st Dec 2021. But the product is not delivered on time and there is no update on the site also.

I connected to helpdesk and got the delivery agent and connected him, he said I don't have your order,

Now they simply updated the expected delivery date to Jan 2nd

    I am teja, i have ordered apple airpods pro through flipkart order id : OD[protected], which dont have any return policy based on that seller SENA RETAILS PVT LTD GSTIN :37AXXCS0974R1Z2 SENT duplicate product which is seems to be same as original product, and serial number on the product cross verified by me and apple authorise service centre also confirmed that its a fake product, flipkart not giving proper solution since delivery i.e 29 th december 2020, please help me

      I Ordered the Apple Airpod on 19 th of Dec2021 and when i received the Product there was no apple Seal for the box instead there was cello tape and when i opened the BOX I found the Air pod Charging case and Headphones was found to old or used one I really wondered and not able verify the warranty and other details Checked the invoice and went to apple service center and validated and found that the Apple charging case and Airpod Serial no are not the same and warranty is void .

      It is smartly done fraud the seller is TrueComRetail

      I did complained to flipkart and wrote review also they called me and sent me the Engineer From SAME Seller (TrueComRetail) on 30 th Dec and he come he took photo and called some one and told serial no are not same and rejected the replacement .

      First sent the airpods with Different serial no with no warranty and rejected the replacement with same reason wow what a plan

      I need my money back or replacement for the product

        On 15 December 2021 ordered Product Pantaloons Boys Festive & Party Kurta and Pyjama Set with order ID OD[protected] to company address it's not delivered to my hand on dec 18th 2021 instead its showing
        status product has been delivered ..i raise complaint on 19th dec 2021 still 12 days over i dint get proper resolution for that or not resolve issue. purposely they are closing issue without resolving my complaint it's 3rd time i'm raising complaint

          The delivery boy is not picking up my call after numerous attempts .My complaint is for pick up .The delivery boy is not picking my product it's more then 1 week now . Every day it's shows out for pick up and later on it shows a msg saying could not be picked today we will try again tomorrow.Plz file a complaint against this.Its urgent.

            The amount of ₹2, 059 for order numberOD[protected] was deducted from my account on 26 Nov, 2021 but not yet refunded in Flipkart application it is showing refunded but still not refunded.

              I have tried to purchase a product from flipkart on 18th september, but the order is not placed and an amount of 7499 is debited from my account. Later they have given me the reference number[protected] and said seller is refunded the amount. i checked that reference number with my bank and bank confirmed that reference number belongs to some other perosn of an amount 30 ruppess. Again as per flipkart i have raised a charge back request and bank confirmed thatamount is credited to beneficiary account successfully. Still i didn't get my money and flipkart saying check with my bank again and also they are not giving the correct reference number.

                      I have been using Flipkart for more than 4 years now.I have been a very active customer, i literally order spend so much on Flipkart per month that I recieve parcels everyday.It was all smooth and i pretty much liked Flipkart than other websites.Last week I had ordered for a slipper, it wasn't fitting me so I had placed a return request as soon as I recieved the parcel, but Flipkart blocked my account suddenly saying i have done too much cancellations/returns..I have been talking to several customer care executives for more than 10 days now, they keep on saying they have raised a complaint but nothing has changed till now, I need to pay the Flipkart pay later bill which Is for 3000 rs but since my account is been blocked I can't pay the bill too...I need my Flipkart account to get unblocked. It's already been 15 days and the issue is not yet resolved.

                        Camera quality of the product is not up to mark . And i also tried to contact customer but every time call disconnect. I also told the problem to the technician but he didn't help at all and also rejected my return request, i want Flipkart to refund my money

                          I had ordered bean bag from Flipkart online with prepaid payment. They provided 21st December 2021 delivery date to deliver the product but not able to deliver the same on provided date. From that day when I connect to Flipkart customer care executive they provide me date of delivery more 03 days. They always told me that there is constraints with delivery by E kart logistics. Also when I asked to cancel the order they said that there is no option for cancellation of order.
                          Please help me out for the above problem I want to cancel my order and refund my money back i.e. 1898 rupees.

                            I am not getting any mail or sms related to product Out Of Delivery also one agent called me Yesterday late and said He will deliver my prduct tomorrow morning anyhow, Still I didn't get any call/sms related to my delivery, I am waiting from last 3 day just because of this issue. I have other works than this stupid things flipkart is doing. Please raise a complaint against Flipkart delivery service promise.

                              I have purchased a gaming laptop along with complete laptop protection policy last year on dec 2020. Since I faced few issues with laptop within a year I claimed my warranty. And in the process I was asked to submit my invoice and trying to download the sooftcopes of invoice in app and aswell as browser I received invoice for my warranty alone but not for my laptop. On calling the customer care 'N' number of times the were not able to update the invoice in the website and was also not able to send it personaly through mail because they have a server issue. But I am receiving all the other mails from flipkart aswell as customer care services to my registered mail. But iam not receiving the mail of the invoice they are trying to send. I dont know the logic behind it. And I deeply regret that they have not generated a invoice or provided me through mail for a product that was purchased a year ago. And I facing the laptop issue for more than 20days and I have to wait for 5more days just for the invoice that have to generated a year ago. I deeply regret my purchase and the response they show towards the customer. And request to resolve this as soon as possible and provide me with my invoice for me to process the warranty and get my laptop done.

                                Hi I order (OD[protected] via flipkart a AMERICAN TOURISTER Brookfield sp56 blue the order time rate was 2148 INR online payed the order date was 15/12/2021 expected delivery was 21/12/2021 but flipkart not deliver this date, this item i am give to my friend gift, so i am trouble i call after 22 they tell will deliver within 3 days, i wait that 3 days they not deliver, I complanited 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 december 2021, all time they tell 24 hours will be deliver, and last today I call the customer support they answer this will be 6/01/2022 to elver i told i don't want this i will cancel, see this service is very bad, i am gift for this my friend, my time waste, my money waste so please arrange the compensation from the flipkart team. I attached the digital screenshot and payment details. please solve my issue ASAP

                                    Order delivery date was 19dec-21 but still order not delivered.
                                    I contact to customer care but they dont give any information and when i told to transfer my call to senior they disconnected the call while transfering.
                                    Very bad experience with flipkart. They dont even contact for late delivery by call. They are telling to me to cancel the order and make new order for the same for that flipkart give me 50rs reward. Very bad business strategy of flipkart. Goverment need to banned flipkart. They and their customer service people are making fool.

                                    Still my issue is not resolved, consumer forum should take this type of issue on priority. Nobody is listen to customer. When flipkart fail to deliver item they cancelled order their own and refund money after one month, they had my money for one month and wasted my time and energy as well.
                                    Complaint still not resolved and flipkart cancelled the order from their own. How they can cancel my order after 20days while i already did payment. They had my money so long and wasted my time and energy both. Wrost service provide by flipkart.

                                      Flipkart i am ronak dave. I am not able to login into flipkart account. I am also a plus member. My mail id - rd.[protected]@gmail.com. Mob - [protected] and in this account i have super coin and gift vouchers also added.. I am using this account for personal uses for my brother, sister and collegue and sometimes i order products for my family members. And now flipkart blocked my account saying that i am reselling products. That is totally wrong. To order product for family members is not a reselling things please check your system flow and update your auto process ASAP.

                                      I have already talked with flipkart support they said create new account, this is totally wrong. i need my account back and my supercoins as soon as possible.

                                        I have made a booking with flipkart travel platform.
                                        Money has been deducted immediately, but the booking is in pending state.
                                        I even tried calling the customer care, but the call is getting disconnected before it reaches the customer support.
                                        Could you please confirm the ticket and share the PNR details.
                                        If not please refund the amount so that I can go ahead and book the tickets from another travel portal.
