I ordered realme 8 and I got it on Dec 30th when I opened the pack and found that I got a different product which is of totally cheaper than I bought and then immediately I contacted customer care and placed a replacement request and after that, after a day I got mail that replacement is rejected and after that every day, till today I am placing refund request and after few hours I will find that they canceled my refund request, every time I contact customer care they say that they will help me and they places refund request and asks for id proofs which I also provide them on time and next day I find that refund is rejected even today I am facing this prob please help me with that refund

    As a valuable customer I received
    Wrong Item and no replacement/ refund issues from flipcart, multiple times we call to customer care and they promises that your refund or replacement provided but after 08 day no refund return ireplashment issues from flipkart .
    Plz do nessasary action against it

        This is first time I am facing problem for my order No is OD[protected] and tracking id is[protected] to get deliver on time. On 5th January product has reached KOLKATA hub but after that my product is freeze there. I am getting no call from delivery agent, no sms. Flipkart is saying that they have no connection with 3rd party logistic that means my product, money and time are wastes. Money already paid, winter is going. Now this Puma jacket will going to use in next year winter may be….Flipkart is also not registering any complaint. Please avoid delhivery logistic as they are not capable of their job. 12 days already passed and my product is still coming from different planet.

        Today I went to KOLKATA delhivery hub, in Picnic Garden..in computer they find my product details but in real their input is zero. No one is trying to search my product. All product are not properly segregated, my product supposed to come in Eliot Road hub but landed in Picnic Garden hub..and lost there.

          I have ordered a product on 5th of dec then they delayed my product’s delivery date that’s why I tried to cancel it but i have called their customer care five times but still they are not doing anything. In their app still they are showing that delivery date is 21 dec 2021 but today is 9 Jan 2022 . Please help me to get my refund

              I have created flipkart account with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

              The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
              Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                        Product not delivered/replaced after payment, almost 13 days over, flipcard team share the delivery msg and mail without product delivered/replaced, After complaining more than 10 days over still no resolution . Take the action against this fake company .his courier partner is fraud .Only earn money by crook or hook is priority of this company . More than 20 calls i have done I am harnessed by flipcart team from ~ 13 days, Product not delivered/replaced after payment, almost 13- days has been over, flipcard team share the delivery msg and mail on 2nd Jan22 without product delivered/replaced, After complained, more than 10 days over still no resolution . Take the strong action against this fake company .his courier partner is fraud .Only earn money by crook or hook is priority of this company .                             I am Sampat Kumar, my registered flipkart id is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com, I had ordered USHA wonderstich machine on 31.10.21. I was outstation at the time of delivery...I checked the product today on 9 th and found that sewing kit is not delivered with the product. I had contacted your customer representative number of times, but they are saying that replacement period is over we can't do any thing.

                            The product was in good condition and I don't want replacement.Then how does it comes under replacement policy. I only want the product for which I have paid that is the additional sewing kit which your Company failed to deliver. If your service would have been proper, I would never have to complain and waste my time.Now the mistake is on your part that you didn't scrutiny the product you had delivered to me.

                            Who is responsible for this mistake?? I am only requesting the product for which I am entitled to receive.Kindly arrange to deliver the product ( sewing kit) as soon as possible or else I have to proceed to the consumer forum.

                            Kindly reply with updates on my issue at the earliest.

                                    I have been order Realme c25Y model in flipkart on 28th Dec 2021 and delivery is withing 2 days but still not delivering. Even I have raised complaint on customer care even they are helpless. They sent mail to cancel product from my side and product price is increased by Rs 2000.

                                      I wanted to return a product because it was not my size. First they accepted my return request. But then flipkart canceled my return request without any information. Then I contact flipkart help center on January 3 .I was told that my problem would be resolved by January 5. Till now i have not received any mail or call from flipkart.Otherwise I did not get any message nor did I get any mail. From you side I do not expect such from flipkart. I want to know why my return got cancelled without any information. please solve my problem as soon as possible.
