      I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

      The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
      Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

        I ordered first time on flipkart it was my first order recieved defective moecen earbuds tried to placed return request but flipkart blocked my account saying unusal no. Of return but it was my first ever order on flipkart with my account.
        Contacted many times via flilpkart customer care as well as on tweeter but no help is provided to me.
        Request them to call me back to resolve issue i am ready to product any proof or document or info to proof its flipkart system misunderstood anything which block my account.
        But they are not conatcting me any way please help me out.

        Please help me too reach out and resolve my issue.
        Its a genuine issue.

                    My order delivery date is 20/12/2021 but product not delivered yet and when we call customer service 1st they told issue resolve 24/12 another time they told 28/12
                    And now they told 31/12 even we not able to cancel the order we told her to transfer call to your senior they told wait 1min and hold the call we wait 20 min or more and call automatically disconnect it’s happened all time. Please help and cancel my order it’s prepaid order.

                        Description of Incident

                        A Thomson Smart TV sold through FLIPKART by CONSULTING ROOMS PRIVATE LIMITED without Invoice at the time of delivery and also not available in website, this is a type of cheating a customer, due to non issuance of tax invoice i am unable to claim warranty through thomson tv customer care.

                        Selling a product without a tax invoice is violation of the act moreover plan to cheat the customer.

                        FLIPKART customer care being irresponsible to respond customer and chance a leads to tax evasion.

                        Nine months completed till now you are not giving me a tax invoice to the product you sold, the flikpkart making this issue more complication.

                            My product delivery date is 13 nov so I m calling 13 nov time 6 pm, for information about my product when my product was delivered but customer care said u wait stil 9 pm for delivery so I m waiting but tomorrow I open my Flipkart my product show me delivery but I shocked because no products out for delivery no otp and also not any other msg from Flipkart but my product show me your products is delivered
                            But I see my product not show where to shop and where my product delivere then i m complain Flipkart Flipkart say me only for refund but I m telling Flipkart I need my product seller not redy to deliver product because product rate is increased so last Flipkart give me 1000 wallet balance and tell me this ur Mousa and also returned ur money in your account after 13 days but still 2 month I m not getting my money
                            But Flipkart only when seller initiate ur money then i give your money so please sir help me Flipkart hars me because not give any information about Flipkart and also seller
                            I need urgent solution sir

                              Received low-quality shoes. Within a half-hour of running the sole and air-mesh wore out. I am not sure if Flipkart sent me original Adidas shoes or a copy. I had my doubts when I held the product but trusting Flipkart for their good customer service I ignored my instincts. however, I had a loss of 1349 rupees as they denied the return of the product stating: they don't take used/damaged products. I do not know any other way to test running shoes for their quality without actually running in them.

                                My name is Mukesh Saharan Mob [protected]. I do so many orders from flipkart from last 5 years & I am their Plus Member. I order Sofa set on 15 October for Rs 26075/- in flipkart’s Big Billion Days Sale & Flipkart cancel my order & Block my account. When I contact to Flipkart then they said that they found payment irregularities in this order but I use my SBI credit card for this txn. I always use online payments for all of my orders. I do many mails to flipkart but they always give same reply. I also said that pls tell me definition of payment irregularities bcz I never do any wrong. When I contact to customer care then they don’t know exact reason for block my account. Some of them said that you have do so many returns & some one said that you place order & cancel them but I never do this. I request you pls check my account again. In my flipkart wallet I have Rs 2100/- but they block my account & I am unable to use this. So I call customer care and I request them that pls refund my money or unblock my account or transfer this money to my brother’s Flipkart wallet but they are refused to do so. I attach my order history in which shows my Credit Card last 4 Digits & my card photo. I also said that I am provide you my KYC documents if you have any requirements. But they never listen my words & no action is taken. I request you pls look into the matter ASAP.

                                    I've placed an order of PRAMUKH Scooter Cycle Skate Scooter Scooter Kids Scooter on 08/12/2021 with 2 quantities. I've received only 1 quantity. Immediately I've registered a complaint thru customer care. But no response from Flipkart end, then my ID has been blocked without any reason.

                                    The seller is a cheater. Seems the seller says they sent 2 quantities but I received only 1. Look like Flipkart takes the seller's side. Please see the images attached. There is no way to fit 2 quantities in that cartoon. It is not fair. I don't expect this kind of activity from Flipkart. I need the solution at least now, otherwise, I'll take this issue seriously and proceed with it legally.
