I have created flipkart account with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

        I have purchased one mobile in last month but suddenly mobile is cancelled reason don't and amount also not refund still now. What services given to customers I don't know. I complained to flipkart team but anyone no response.

        Flipkart team pls improve your team and services. Compare to Amazon flipkart is waste services providing. I can't expect like this services providing From flipkart.

            Product not delivered/replaced after payment, almost 13 days over, flipcard team share the delivery msg and mail without product delivered/replaced, After complaining more than 10 days over still no resolution . Take the action against this fake company .his courier partner is fraud .Only earn money by crook or hook is priority of this company . More than 20 calls i have done I am harnessed by flipcart team from ~ 13 days, Product not delivered/replaced after payment, almost 13- days has been over, flipcard team share the delivery msg and mail on 2nd Jan22 without product delivered/replaced, After complained, more than 10 days over still no resolution . Take the strong action against this fake company .his courier partner is fraud .Only earn money by crook or hook is priority of this company . More than 20 calls i have done and received but no every time make excused.

                Dear Sir

                I am Sampat Kumar, my registered flipkart id is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com, I had ordered USHA wonderstich machine on 31.10.21. I was outstation at the time of delivery...I checked the product today on 9 th and found that sewing kit is not delivered with the product. I had contacted your customer representative number of times, but they are saying that replacement period is over we can't do any thing.

                The product was in good condition and I don't want replacement.Then how does it comes under replacement policy. I only want the product for which I have paid that is the additional sewing kit which your Company failed to deliver. If your service would have been proper, I would never have to complain and waste my time.Now the mistake is on your part that you didn't scrutiny the product you had delivered to me.

                Who is responsible for this mistake?? I am only requesting the product for which I am entitled to receive.Kindly arrange to deliver the product ( sewing kit) as soon as possible or else I have to proceed to the consumer forum.

                Kindly reply with updates on my issue at the earliest.

                        I have been order Realme c25Y model in flipkart on 28th Dec 2021 and delivery is withing 2 days but still not delivering. Even I have raised complaint on customer care even they are helpless. They sent mail to cancel product from my side and product price is increased by Rs 2000.

                          I wanted to return a product because it was not my size. First they accepted my return request. But then flipkart canceled my return request without any information. Then I contact flipkart help center on January 3 .I was told that my problem would be resolved by January 5. Till now i have not received any mail or call from flipkart.Otherwise I did not get any message nor did I get any mail. From you side I do not expect such from flipkart. I want to know why my return got cancelled without any information. please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                              I have ordered Del's Wireless Keyboard and Mouse on 26th of Dec 2021 and the order ID is OD[protected].

                              This was a gift for my little nephew (a student) for his laptop so that he can attend the online classes and operate the laptop using wireless keyboard and mouse at a distance from laptop screen without harming his eyes.

                              The laptop was supposed to be delivered by 28th of December thats why I have booked the order only from Flipkart but the delivery got delayed by two days. Now it was expected to be delivered by 31st of Dec but still I didn't get the laptop. The small kid was very upset because of lot of strain in his eyes.

                              I still thought that its bcz of new year so lets wait upto 1st or 2nd of Jan 2022 but still I didn't get the product at my hometown Jalandhar (India's) address.

                              I made a complaint that either cancel the order and give me full refund or send the new product but I need the solution within 2 days. I have given my Dubai's number +[protected] to be contacted by Flipkart team to talk and resolve but neither I received the call nor the product and today its 9th Jan 2022.

                              How easily Flipkart is making people fool. Full on fraud is going on. If I have paid the money as per the value of product then I should get the product on time. Why have we paid the money?

                              I need an immediate solution for this.

                                I have placed a Prepaid order on Flipkart with Order ID - OD[protected]. But Delhivery service had cancelled my order without trying to deliver the product. This is not the first time that Delhivery is cancelling my orders without my concern. Very pathetic delivery service. I need resolution soon

                                  I am unable to use my flipkart account for placing any order for last 1.5 yrs.
                                  Any kind of prepaid payment option is not working Credit card, debit card, UPI etc. Only cash on delivery option works.

                                  Whenever i try to place an order and make payment i get error on flipkart page" Transaction was declined on the basis of risk checks"

                                  I have been taking constant follow ups with customer care but nothing helps.

                                    Order Id - OD[protected] Order was delivered on 25th Dec`21 and from the same day I have been escalating my issue that the shoes which got delivered does not match the description which I had requested for. In addition to it there were no invoices along with the shipment and also the package was damaged and torn and It is clear that the package tape was tampered. I have received a completely different product. Is it my fault that I had placed the request during the offer period and is this the way how a customer will be treated on something which is beyond my control.

                                        Dear Sir/Mam,
                                        I Yogesh Kumar booked a ticket from Flipkart on 8th November from Amritsar to Dubai but unfortunately there was delay in my visa regarding this I contact to Flipkart to reschedule my ticket or cancel it. I contacted with Flipkart on 23rd of November to reschedule my ticket but they gave me 8 hour time to get back to me with the details of re-schedule but after 10 hours I again contacted to Flipkart to re-schedule this ticket but they told me again to wait for 24 to 48 hours for more details therefore I wait till 27th of November and on 27th of November flipkart told me that they can’t help me to reschedule or cancel this ticket they ask me to contact to Air India to cancellation of this ticket. So i dropped a mail to air India for cancellation my ticket. Furthermore, very next morning I again call to air India and they told me that this ticket was booked from travel boutique New Delhi, Then I contact to travel boutique they ask me they can’t make any change in my air ticket as it was made by Flipkart and they deal with business to business not business to customer then I again get back to Flipkart they told me that your ticket is now no show they can’t provide me refund of this ticket. In all this matter clearly Flipkart harass me for a week and I lost my hard earned Rs.40, 000 in this air ticket,
                                        Moreover, now flipkart asking me for full refund proof from airline, i think they are still making me fool

                                        If my Concern not resolve here I will launch this complaint to the consumer Court portal with all the evidence like all call recordings and email screenshot.

                                        Your retrospective action in this case shall be highly appreciated.
