I had ordered 6 products and on 9th December I got a delivery in which I received 2 items, but three items were mentioned in his invoice and also on Flipkart app it was showing that the item is delivered. I immediately contacted an executive of Flipkart and I was told to wait for three days. But after two or three hours my account has been blocked. Then I contacted on Flipkart Customer Support Twitter page and I got the reason that my account has been blocked due to a high number of returns. Then the next day I got a mail that a product has been canceled by the seller due to an excessive delay and that product was the same as the one for which I had lodged the missing complaint (Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk Mousse). I was also given a gift card of 50 by the seller for appreciation.
Sir, basically I'm trying to say that due to that product which was not even delivered to me, my account was blocked. Sir, I tried a lot to contact with Flipkart team, but it was not happening properly. And even if it was happening, I was being given the same reason that I have returned a high number of returns, which is completely wrong.
Sir, I have mailed so many times with my reasons but Flipkart hasn't responded.
I have been a Flipkart customer for almost four years and also a valuable plus customer and I have never done anything unusual. Till date I have huge trust in Flipkart, please request not to let it break. I had ordered other products that have not been delivered to me yet, and I am not able to track them due to the blocked account. I have placed all orders through online payment and still, I am facing this and not able to trace the order.
If you think that all this happened because of my fault then I sincerely apologize to you. And I also assure you that there will be no mistake from my side in the future. Please give me a chance to prove myself🙏
I hope you understand my helplessness. And I am sure that my account will be unblocked as soon as possible.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
