I have purchased a gaming laptop along with complete laptop protection policy last year on dec 2020. Since I faced few issues with laptop within a year I claimed my warranty. And in the process I was asked to submit my invoice and trying to download the sooftcopes of invoice in app and aswell as browser I received invoice for my warranty alone but not for my laptop. On calling the customer care 'N' number of times the were not able to update the invoice in the website and was also not able to send it personaly through mail because they have a server issue. But I am receiving all the other mails from flipkart aswell as customer care services to my registered mail. But iam not receiving the mail of the invoice they are trying to send. I dont know the logic behind it. And I deeply regret that they have not generated a invoice or provided me through mail for a product that was purchased a year ago. And I facing the laptop issue for more than 20days and I have to wait for 5more days just for the invoice that have to generated a year ago. I deeply regret my purchase and the response they show towards the customer. And request to resolve this as soon as possible and provide me with my invoice for me to process the warranty and get my laptop done.

    Hi I order (OD[protected] via flipkart a AMERICAN TOURISTER Brookfield sp56 blue the order time rate was 2148 INR online payed the order date was 15/12/2021 expected delivery was 21/12/2021 but flipkart not deliver this date, this item i am give to my friend gift, so i am trouble i call after 22 they tell will deliver within 3 days, i wait that 3 days they not deliver, I complanited 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 december 2021, all time they tell 24 hours will be deliver, and last today I call the customer support they answer this will be 6/01/2022 to elver i told i don't want this i will cancel, see this service is very bad, i am gift for this my friend, my time waste, my money waste so please arrange the compensation from the flipkart team. I attached the digital screenshot and payment details. please solve my issue ASAP

        My order id - OD[protected]
        Order delivery date was 19dec-21 but still order not delivered.
        I contact to customer care but they dont give any information and when i told to transfer my call to senior they disconnected the call while transfering.
        Very bad experience with flipkart. They dont even contact for late delivery by call. They are telling to me to cancel the order and make new order for the same for that flipkart give me 50rs reward. Very bad business strategy of flipkart. Goverment need to banned flipkart. They and their customer service people are making fool.

        Still my issue is not resolved, consumer forum should take this type of issue on priority. Nobody is listen to customer. When flipkart fail to deliver item they cancelled order their own and refund money after one month, they had my money for one month and wasted my time and energy as well.
        Complaint still not resolved and flipkart cancelled the order from their own. How they can cancel my order after 20days while i already did payment. They had my money so long and wasted my time and energy both. Wrost service provide by flipkart.

          Flipkart i am ronak dave. I am not able to login into flipkart account. I am also a plus member. My mail id - rd.[protected]@gmail.com. Mob - [protected] and in this account i have super coin and gift vouchers also added.. I am using this account for personal uses for my brother, sister and collegue and sometimes i order products for my family members. And now flipkart blocked my account saying that i am reselling products. That is totally wrong. To order product for family members is not a reselling things please check your system flow and update your auto process ASAP.

          I have already talked with flipkart support they said create new account, this is totally wrong. i need my account back and my supercoins as soon as possible.

            I have made a booking with flipkart travel platform.
            Money has been deducted immediately, but the booking is in pending state.
            I even tried calling the customer care, but the call is getting disconnected before it reaches the customer support.
            Could you please confirm the ticket and share the PNR details.
            If not please refund the amount so that I can go ahead and book the tickets from another travel portal.

              After using this Mi 4A TV for around 10 months.. there are small small lines (more than 10000) at the middle of the screen from top to bottom and left to right. During installation I bought Flipkart complete protection. After registering a complaint at Flipkart on Oct 12, technician has not come to home as of now and issue is not fixed yet. One day Mi technician called me behaved rudely and didn't even visit my home to check the TV condition. On the same day I called flipkart and informed what was happened. They said technician will call or come home again. Today (Oct 30) I called to flipkart and they said ticket is cancelled with reason like customer does not have the warranty details and not shared with Mi technician.. Neither SMS or a call or Email communication is made to me. Today (Oct 30) again they said they registered another ticket. I am wondering how a customer is treated till now. With out a resolution. We have to wait and see how long issue will be resolved.

              I haven't heard any update on the ticket resolution or no one called me on the same. When I called flipkart complete protection through[protected] from my Registered mobile # on Nov 3, Nov 6, Nov12 they asked to wait for few more days and Nov 20 they said that the 2nd ticket was also cancelled on NOV-3-2021 for the same reason as the first ticket was cancelled. They asked me to log a new ticket. I am really surprised to hear this.. without intimating to the customer (SMS/EMAIL/CALL) that the ticket was cancelled. Even no technician or no one called me or no one came to home for any details. I asked them to create a new ticket for the issue resolution and they said the system is down and unable to create a ticket. I was informed that a new ticket will be created and the details will be informed by calling to my mobile # .But no one called me again. I also sent an email to [protected]@jeeves.co.in with Invoice copy and warranty details and a picture of the TV and issue details on Nov-12-2021.. Replay from them is please wait for few more days.

              It has been 40 days since my first complaint was registered. and ticket is in Cancelled status with out any resolution. Not sure why is Flipkart is doing this. Can this issue will be resolved soon?

              On 4th DEC 2021, MI technician came and said it will cost around 16458 Rs to fix the issue. And Flipkart complete protection team said that will give it customer and not to technician..and i called 5 to 6 times so far .. and still they say that we will give money .. but today is 1ST JAN 2022.. no resolution yet..

                We have ordered Cushions Cover on 14th December 2021 against order id- OD[protected] and Tracking id- FMPP[protected]. And delivered on 19.12.2021.
                But Cushions cover are larger than our requirement, so we placed return order on 21.12.2021. But flipkart representative rescheduled the return order 2 times. As a result till now they have not pickup the cushions cover and flipkart cancelled the return order on 26.12.2021 due to this product had 7 days return option.

                    I had booked Go Air ticket on 16/11/21 worth Rs.20, 240.Go Air cancelled the flight and paid the refund on 9/12/21.I didn't receive the refund yet.Flipkart travel desk number is invalid, and other flipkart customer care number doesn't have the data related to travel.I am helpless.

                      On this number, my Flipkart account is blocked since many times for which reasons I don't know, and also Flipkart executives didn't give me any reason for the same in the past.

                      But Now, Customer care had said me your account was blocked due to many return requests but my question is that why not we return the product.
                      If your seller gives us bricks, stones, and different(other) products in the shipment it's your(seller) problem, not ours. So unblock my account on [protected]

                      And I also want information about Flipkart Plus Membership for students.

                        It has come to my notice that your service provider for FLIPKART PAY LATER EMI has put a notice of DELAYED PAYMENT to all the CREDIT RATING AGENCIES - CIBIL, EXPERIAN, CRIF, etc.

                        REFERENCE

                        -Bill date: 4th Oct 2021

                        RECORDS
                        Here are the payment details:
                        OCT 2021
                        Entry date: 4th Oct 2021
                        Description: 1 of 3 EMI's of 1557
                        (There was a refund from this order of Rs. 71 - also 1 of 3 for an order returned)
                        Paid: Rs. 9521 on 29th OCT, so no Bill was generated.

                        NOV 2021
                        Entry date: 1st Nov 2021
                        Description: 2 of 3 EMI's of 1486
                        Bill Date: 1st Dec 2021 (pay by date: 5th Dec)
                        Bill Amount: Rs. 8996
                        Paid: 1st Dec 2021

                        I have attached your Bill statements for your reference.

                        ISSUE:
                        IDFC has submitted that I have made a late payment of EMI of Rs. 1, 487 by 29 days. My CIBIL SCORE has gone down by 86 points, Experian Score is down by 92 points and so on.

                        CONTENTION:
                        1] I have no direct relationship with IDFC bank. They are service providers for FLIPKART.
                        2] I have not made any delayed payments on my behalf to FLIPKART EMI PAY LATER. So, there should not be any CLAIM of late payment to that effect.

                        REMEDY:
                        1] FLIPKART PAY LATER EMI should communicate the same to IDFC with a copy to me, so that in case there is any issue in future, I can use it in case of any further dispute.
                        2] IDFC to correct the mistake and inform all the CREDIT AGENCIES to this effect. The letters of the information to these CREDIT AGENCIES, with a copy to me, so that in case there is any issue in future, I can have the proof that there was NO DELAYED PAYMENT, it was just an ERROR.

                        CLOSING STATEMENT:
                        Kindly note that I did not sign any agreement with IDFC for making the payments. I have a relationship with FLIPKART PAY LATER and FLIPKART PAY LATER EMI. I have not made any delayed payments and therefore I should not be PENALISED. I understand that there is an ERROR somewhere and it has to be rectified ASAP, as it has a MATERIAL IMPACT on my CREDIT FINANCIAL POSITION.

                        I[censored]rgent action is not taken, then I may not have a choice but to approach the CONSUMER COURT and ask for remedy as this is going to cost me a lot of time and delay my own projects because of the CREDIT RATING.

                        Have been talking to the FLIPKART ESCALATION Team every alternate date. Last communication from them was on 9th JAN, that issue has been resolved, but their service provider IDFC has not yet TAKEN ANY ACTION to communicate the CREDIT AGENCIES and also refused to change the STATUS.

                        SO THE ISSUE IS STILL UNRESOLVED.

                          The product was supposed to be delivered on 16th December but still hasn't arrived. Have been chasing the customer support teams on social media and on app but they have not provided any concrete solution yet. Instead they called up and said the seller has misplaced the other. When requested for a written mail for the conversation, they didnt oblige to that request and only mentioned that a new order has to be placed.

                          Why should I as a customer of 8 years should go through this inconvenience?

                          Screenshots have been attached to show how the Flipkart customer team has not mentioned misplacing the item in the mail sent and in chat option they keep saying issue will resolved soon but nothing has happened as of yet.

                          The seller doesn't provide cancellation option, so request the Flipkart team to cancel it from their end and process the refund amount immediately.

                            I have ordered 9 pieces of curtain for rs 5121 on 15/11/2021 from flipkart but they have delivered single piece of bedsheet and when i raised a complaint regarding this they promised me to make a refund and but they only refund me for 2 pieces of curtan total rs 1138 and when i try to contact them they are trying to fool me that i make too much return request from my account and even they disqulaified my account but it is the company who broke my order in 9 invoice and then raise 9 cancellation and now try to make us fool. Even i try to reach them through consumer helpine but even after that i cant help me out please help me in this .thanking you in anticipation.

                              I have created flipkart account years back with a mobile number one year ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                              The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number([protected]) cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                              Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                      I placed an order for my galaxy tab s7 plus on 24th and after waiting for 4 days I came to know that it was sent to a different hub (Vidranyapura hub) 400kms far from my nearest hub and flipkart canceled my order

                                      After a few days I placed another order for the same product and this time also the product reached a different (Vidranyapura hub) and as soon as I saw that I was sure that it's some kind of scam . I mean twice ??? Once maybe a technical glitch but twice is definitely intentional. The app shows that it's in Vidranyapura hub, customer service says that it's in bangalore mother hub, and the messages say that the item was out for delivery and couldn't be delivered. That too I received the out for delivery message at 9.30pm .Hence I want flipkart to find my product, and send the product to the initially provided address and please do not cancel it since I have been waiting eagerly for that product since many days .
