Hello, My name is Govind. I am from Jaipur. Since last two months, Flipkart accept the order, which are prepaid, items are out for delivery and never get delivered. They keep assigning the replacements and after a month of wait, they cancel the order. I am not getting this behavior. If you can't deliver the product, why are you accepting the orders. The pin code is fine, even your firm Myntra is delivering everyday on the same address. Amazon is delivering. Why you keep me waiting for a month for a prepaid orders and end with nothing, a canceled order. The fun fact, I have called more that 10 times to customer support, and every time they say, "We are sorry sir" but they do nothing. They give me a date, by which the issue is supposed to be fixed, but when the date arrives, either system replace the order and ends with order cancellation. This is torturing me mentally. I am not supposed to make so many calls. In my previous calls, I was assured that my complaint has been escalated, and registered. Today when the dates arrives and order got cancelled (As expected), I made a call I came to know that there was no escalation or previous complaints logged and when I said what is this, again the same answer "We are sorry sir". Dear Flipkart, why you are having a customer care, if your answer is only "We are sorry" and there are no actions associated around. Wake up and see, I am not talking about any brand or products issue, its you, your systems and your service. I ordered for my parents, to whom I everyday confirm that the item will be delivered today, tomorrow, today, but it never gets delivered. you can't understand the value to emotions that are behind. You don't even look towards the complaints which you are getting from months. All the systems are just to show, no actions. I am not going to place any future order with you and I pray to the God that you feel this pain when you are making promises to your parents and they are waiting for something prepaid. Totally unexpected.
