I Order new mobile phone on flipcart and get a defected product..on the day of receipt of defected product, I request flipcart to pick the product and refund the amount.

Almost 13 day already have expired and flipcart team not pick up the product and refund the amount.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I had ordered a mobile infinix hot ten play of rs 8499 the it was fully damaged but in working condition I had raised a replacement request it was approved by flipkart but when the wish master came to my house he said the IMEI number is not matching and then I checked that the mobile which in the box is different which is on box I have complaint about that several times but they did same thing that wish master comes and check IMEI number and says that it's not matching I have tried it several times but I didn't got resolution till today I have online classes and so much works should done in mobile but they are not at all replacing or refunding my money they hi ust saying that thaey call me back in 24 hours but they don't resolve my problem
    So please give me justice

        I ordered the complete Calvin and Hobbes set of books for which I paid Rs 4300.

        The set contains 4 books. Which comes in a set and it includes a box of its own.

        The package I received has only one book. I have shared the images of the product and the package I received to Flipkart. They started asking for my government ID which was not required when I placed the order.

        After this Flipkart started closing my ticket without any action

        This product was delivered using ekart, Flipkart’s own delivery company.
        Ekart Logistics - FMPP[protected] Here is the tracking number. The package according to description of the product should be 8kgs. This information is nowhere displayed in the package. This is a easy way to identify it’s problem at Flipkart side.

        Though it’s a problem they are not refunding, the mode of payment was on my card. So I don’t think there is more information needed to refund or identify.

        I have been ordering from Flipkart for near 10 years using the same ID to the same address. Still Flipkart is harassing me and wasting my time.

          Product has been picked up but status is not getting updated

          Hi Team,

          I have ordered a product from Flipkart but because of size issues, i need to return the product. I have raised return request for same. Next day i received a message for pickup and but it didn't happen. Again they gave me deadline of 15th dec 2021. Again the pickup was not completed. They cancelled my return request and again ask me to raise return request. This time my product gets picked up but still status is not...

            I had ordered Vidyami Honey 16 kgs on 3 Nov 2020 and made a payment of Rs 7173/ through my credit card ., On 17 th Nov 2020 I received 3 kg of my order .Till date I haven't received 13 kg of the product nor the refund . Made numerous calls .I was informed that the package was damaged so it was returned and you will get the balance money credited to your credit card account only after the seller gets his damaged good back.This is ridiculous excuse to hold back my money and make me suffer for no reason of mine .Till date I haven't received my refund . please help .

            Till today Flipkart has failed to refund my money all I'm recieving are phone calls and wasting my time.

                        I recently ordered a laptop from Flipkart worth rupees 1.3 Lacs and, I got the wrong product delivered at my doorstep, I reached out to Flipkart immediately asking for them to make sure I get the right product...

                        They contacted me asking for my ID proof, now here is the first red flag, why would you need my ID proof? I am able to verify the order details, the details of the product I received, and everything else, it is my account so no one else could have access to the account and hence asking for the ID proof of the person making the order is not only senseless but also irrelevant.

                        I did share my ID proof (not of the one under whom we purchased the product, but both had the same address), now they reach out to me saying they will file an FIR against the seller and I should "assist" with the investigation so bottom line, they want me to be a party to the court case and entertain police at my home just because I chose to invest money buying a costly item from them? How is this even justified?

                        I am authenticating my account, there is where I am raising the request from, I have also shared the images of the wrong product that I received along with an ID proof to confirm the address, this should be enough for their "investigation" to proceed, I do not want to be involved in months long court cases... that is something Flipkart can chose to do, not on my behest, all I want is my product or my money back..

                          I have ordered Motorola G31 mobile phone on 6th of December. I have given a promised date as 14th December and without any intimation it was postponed to 17th December. I have been waiting for an update but nothing has been done from 11th. This is really frustrating that I have ordered as gift and I have been continuously calling customer care and they are helpless. Please update me on this and make sure I get the product by tomorrow and compensate for the delay and mental stress.

                          This is so disappointing that the delivery time is again extended from 17th to more three days. I don't understand why there is so much of delay if the product has arrived to our nearest hub on 11th Dec and there is no update from then. Please resolve asap

                            I have order for a lumbar support due to acute back pain. Despite the late delivery for 2 days, the Flipkart has delivered me wrong product, and I informed the Flipkart immediately but those people are saying that I have to wait up to 10 days for replacement. Does that mean that I have to wait for 10 days with pain for the mistake of those people. I need justice in this regard.

                              The below two are the incident ids ( Seller’s complaint) for resolution by the Seller support team of Flip kart. 1) IN[protected]) IN[protected] Complaint ref Nos) with Flip kart

                              1. Absolutely there is NIL way for a small seller to contact the Seller support executive at Flip kart end . The Noida no given is now nonexistent.
                              2. There is no way a seller can talk to the talk to the seller support team ( Only few big sellers have the facility of call back)
                              3. Ours is an Ashram selling own publication on Philosophy.
                              4. We have been raising complaint against one fraud customer from Idduki district of Kerala who keeps ordering our books and once the dispatch starts, he will be cancelling the same . This has been going on for the last 5 months. We have been complaining to Flip kart seller support team, who have turned blind and deaf to our complaint and the above two incident ids are poof of this.
                              5. This customer so far this customer Nasim Abdulsalam would have ordered around 30 books on us over a period of 6 months, , but he has cancelled all of them once we dispatch the same. We are incurring huge costs by way one way shipping charges, packing charges, waste of man-hours and materials.
                              6. When we have raised these issues with the seller support team, executive keep marking as resolved without even reading the issues we have raised . They many a times copy / paste their guidelines as how to raised a complaint, without reading the issues we had detailed
                              7. This team, despite our request to provide us with the contact no of this customer, the sellers support team without responding, closes the ticket/ complaint
                              8. The seller is disable to contact the seller support team to get his issue resolved, nor the team by themselves resolve the issues we have raised.
                              9. The situation was somewhat better before being taken over by the US multinational. At least through their Noida contact no was available for the sellers to contact which is now disabled.

                              10. Not only it is a waste of our time, money and material, but involves loss of effort and damaged books and shipping charges. Despite request, Flipkart has refused to provide the track order cancel history of this customer to know the truth. The customer does not give any reasons for the cancellation. It appears that this customer is playing a hide and seek game with us and Flip kart does not bother about this.
                              We earnestly hope some good sense will prevail with the Seller support team and resolve the issues we have raised

                                    I, a customer of Flipkart, had ordered two products from flipkart site. one is the tshirt and second one is jacket. and On the day of delivery of my products i am not at the home, because the delivery is 2 days before the delivery date and i don't know about that. so my mom to take the delivery and make the payment.

                                    And after two days when i reached at home and open the box i was shoked that the jacket is not inside the box. and for which I had called Flipkart Executive and they made multiple Refund Request. but didn't solve any of the request and after 2 months i didn't get any kind of refund
                                    and now the flipkart is also blocked my account without any reason
                                    so please resolve my issue . i need my refund
