Hi Sir/Madam,

I, Balaji, am a Flipkart customer. I made an order of Realme GT Master Edition on 21.12.2021 along with mobile exchange. Exchange value for my old phone was Rs.7900/- and I paid rest amount through Debit Card. On 23.12.2021 delivery person named AJITH came to deliver the item. Before delivery he had to pick old mobile up. Old mobile is in very good working condition with minor dents. As per the Flipkart return policy, my old mobile is eligible for exchange even though it has minor dents and it can’t be denied on any ground. When the delivery person came he checked the mobile but unfortunately he told it can’t be exchanged and made fictitious excuses. I asked him why are you making such excuses. He told me that the phone has some minor dents and it is not eligible for the full exchange value of Rs.7900/-. He said that the old phone can be taken only for the exchange value of Rs.3400/- and asked me to pay the difference amount of Rs.4500/-. I paid him the difference amount Rs.4500/- in cash and received my order. But after the delivery when I checked in My Orders section it is displayed that my old phone has been picked for Rs.7900/-(attached the reference screenshot) instead of Rs.3400/- and then I realized that the delivery person has cheated me. Also when I checked the price chart for exchanging old phone in the website it has been mentioned that my old phone is eligible for the maximum exchange price of Rs.6200/-(attached the reference screenshot) even though it has dents or cracks which means the maximum difference amount I’m supposed to pay is Rs.[protected].

I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by the flipkart delivery person and I was cheated by him. Therefore I request you to look into the matter and make necessary steps so that no customer gets cheated like me in future. Also I request you to take necessary actions to refund my amount based on the eligible exchange value for my old phone.

      I have placed an order in Flipkart and they have provided an invalid tracking id. When i tried to contact customer support they were not sure what was the tracking and where is my product located. They were not allowing me to cancel my order as well

          I had purchased United denim jeans item on 14/12/21.item was not delivered but in my orders in Flipkart site it is showing item delivered.i raised the complainant on 19/12/21.but no resolution came from the concerned team .I purchased the item on offer price but solution they are telling after offer ending so I had lost my offer item and offer to purchase another item .I'm unable to get the solution from Flipkart team.

          This issue I'm facing 2 nd time in the October month also I had faced same issue but I did not got any solution.

          I'm asking team to replace the same item or else refund the original price. Not offer price which I had purchased.so that this type of mistakes will not be repeated by the website and team.

                I ordered a shoe on Flipkart on 3rd Dec 2021. It never got shipped. Once the expected delivery date was reached, flipkart sent me an SMS saying that my order is delayed due to unforseen circumstances and they gave me another delivery date. I then cancelled my order thinking that there might have been some technical issue on their side. I again ordered the same product from the same seller and again i am facing the same issue. This time I ordered on 17th Dec 2021 and it gave an expected delivery date of 26th Dec 2021. But the order is still not shipped. I think they will do the same thing once the delivery date is reached. They will just keep on increasing the expected delivery date.

                    I ordered a noise colorfit sp02 smart watch in flipkart.
                    I recieved a delivery on 14th December but the product is missing in the delivery.
                    I raised a complaint on that product above 5 times and I submitted a documents to the Flipkart seller.
                    But my request has been cancelled and i didn't recieve my product as well as my refund money also .
                    Finally my flipkart account has been blocked by Flipkart.
                    Please resolve my problem and help me with my refund money

                      Purchased Apple Airpods from Flipcart in end of October 2021, Later i found the volume controls and call receiving and disconnecting is not working. I took the airpods to apple store and they confirmed that the product is a FAKE product. I need my amount of Rs 16, 500 back.

                        I Ordered a colgate sensitive plus from your website on 13 december 2021. Due to some problem, first i paid 375 rs through gpay (ekart upi) and then again paid same amount to the delivery person upi ID. I called to your customer care and informed that I made a double payment . They said to wait for 8 days to complete refund process. I have waited 10 days still I dont get any refund. So i request you to refund my money as soon as possible. Please find the attached payment proof.

                            We have ordered PS4 - Dark Souls III game disc for Rs 3, 300 and received a wrong game Plants vs Zombies GW2 (for children age 7yrs) on Dec 12, 2021.
                            I have been calling Flipkart Customer service since 2 weeks, the Replacement request is rejected twice and the customer service says they don't know why. I have talked to supervisor also and the call is put on hold or is disconnected.

                            It is a VERY BAD MERCHANT (RAMASTR) and VERY BAD CUSOMER SERVICE from FLIPKART.
                            I request your assistance in getting my money Rs 3, 300 refunded.

                                On 06.12.2021 my flipkart account is closed by flipkart when I tryed contacting daily two times to custimer care they didnt respond to me properly but they use to send this following machine generated mail "Hello,

                                We'd like to let you know that your recent request has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

                                Flipkart.com " When I started scolding them then their executive says its not possible to unblock ur account u creat new account with new mobile no, then what about my super coin balance of 300 which i have in that account and what about some cheap things i received from them people i need to return them is my money is not a money is my time is not precious what they think of them selves please help me out with my problem its my humble request to you

                                      Dear Sir, I would like to lure your attention to an important issue that I have faced lately due to your delivery agent . I trusted on your service through some of your good customer reviews. But I am really disappointed with your service. I was promised on time delivery for the order from Flipkart ( Order No.: S[protected][protected] / AWB Number : [protected] ) This irresponsibility can easily end up in losing some valuable customers. My parcel was to be delivered on 21/12/2021, at 17:14 delivery called me and he refused to deliver it today and also he was not talking very nicely . He was saying that he would deliver order in next two three days and if i needed it today then i have to go collect it. I immediately complained about it to Flpkart and Ecom Express and got assurance that it would be delivered on 22/12/2021.On 22/12/2021 he called me and said he is coming to deliver my parcel but within 30 mins I received an SMS stating that "your order was undelivered as the address was unlocatable", which is not true( please see the attachment of several parcels I have received at very same address ), He is intentionally not delivering the parcel. Now today he will try the third attempt after which the order will automatically get canceled.

                                        I have been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 201306 for almost 3-4 years now with no issue at all. Suddenly almost 80% of the items from almost all the sellers went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for 201306 about 3 days ago. But when I check the same product for a pincode almost just 2kms away I.e. 201301 it's showing available. HOW SUDDENLY ALMOST ALL THE PRODUCTS went to Not Deliverable status for the first pincode. This is true for same product for multiple sellers. Both these pincodes are in the centre. This doesn't even make sense. Flipkart is not even acknowledging the issue at their end and is giving a very generic answer that we are expanding and blah blah blah.
