    I ordered puma shoe from flipkart and I got it on time. But unfortunately that shoe is not fitting in my feet, so I requested for exchange the same shoe with smaller size. Then they said it will pickup and exchange the shoe within 27th December but no one came and picked up the shoe. I complained about it in flipkart, they said it will pickup within 30th December. I got message on 30th that your product will not pickup today, will pickup tomorrow. everyday I'm getting messages and no one coming for pickup. this is totally harassment. I never faced like this before. Totally pathetic service of flipkart. I paid for product, I'm not getting it free of cost. I never expected from flipkart. I read all policies of flipkart and they promised they will deliver and exchange within promised time.
    Today I got call from flipkart and the guy cancelled the exchange without my permission and said i will again request for exchange but he didn't. what the hell! he said within 2 hours it will happen and solve your problem. but it not happened. Again I requested for exchange by my own.
    so harassing and worst service of flipkart. and third class of customer service of flipkart. They should pay for this misbehave. I paid for the shoe for my trip. I needed the shoe.

      I have bought a chair in Flipkart on 25th December 2021. But the seat length is not mentioned in product details and has some defects. So i have raised for replacement of my product. Technician came and said you have received small chair so we are updating the same and pickup will happen on the next day but after one hour i received notification i .e, your return request has been cancelled. Techinical updated comments "issue resolved customer is happy". This is fake update and it happend twice. I request Flipkart team to look in to my issue.

        I Purchased Thomson TV from FLIP KART & Warranty in JEEVES.
        Now my TV is not operating, Jeeves technician visited our place and took the TV. Now they are telling us not to repair it . Will pay the amount.
        As per jeeves terms and conditions they must pay 70% of invoice value.

        But my tv invoice value is Rs 7499/-.
        70% of invoice value is Rs5249/-
        But in JEEVES mail that they will pay Rs 2474/-

        How is it possible ? Please resolve this problem

          "maximum units allowed for purchase reached", am experiencing this kind of popup over my screen whenever i am trying to place any order. And that item has not been ordered by me in the near past also. Such poor service by flipkart although i don't get these types of error kind of things over amazon or snapdeal.               I have flipkart affiliate account on these mail.id ( [protected]@gmail.com)
              and earned from years ans give flipkart campaigns also
              but now from 7 to 8 months the affiliates is not working as kt shows in otification that referal fee is not alloted for these month kindly pause your campaign initially i thought it was routine maintanace so didnt create issue
              but now i saw from months and neither got any single rupee from flipkart

              kindly resume the affiliate pause in my affikliate account so i can earn again as it is my main source of income and i gave sales many times to flipkart from my id

                I placed order on 16th dec, it should have delivered on 18th dec. Today is 30th dec but they are not delivering it. I am calling flipkart but everyday they saying same thing "your issue will be resolved in 24 hous" it's been 2 weeks no delivery.

                now they cancelled my order by throwing blame on me. They are saying cancelled due to delivery partner can't reach me (however it's a false statement coz, I went to my nearest hub as well)

                      My name is Ramakumar R and I had ordered Redmi 3s Prime mobile of RS. 4, 199. in Flipkart on[protected] and after[protected] I returned this order due to product defective. And on[protected] Flipkart initiated the amount to my debit card but I still didn't received amount in my bank account . Flipkart sent reference number 74766511356150332655446 and told me to fill chargeback form but SBI bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent .

                                I had to pay the pay letter bill next month!
                                I had bought another product and paid through UPI.
                                My flipcard account got blocked suddenly. Maybe(20/12/2021)
                                I have to pay the amount of flipkart pay letter. But

                                        Iam waiting over 38 days from my issues addressed. There was no any convincing progress. Flipkart team committed me that should be clear today, but still not received any kind of information from concern team.

                                        The item covered warranty, and also the item in flipkart courier partner(E kart) office at pala, kottayam district in more than 20 days. Flipkart higher team comitted me that the refund is approved from seller.

                                        But i waiting over 38 days and i connected flipkart call center over more than 20 times, and put mail more than 6 times- but the team is not interested to solve my issues
