I had placed an order with Flipkart on 21st Nov 2021 with order number OD[protected] and paid Rs 1660/-. The promised delivery date was 30th Nov. But it did not got delivered then. Later, promised delivery date got extended to 3rd Dec. But it did not got delivered then also. Now, on the app, it got updated that issue will be resolved by 9th Dec. Between this period, I called Flipkart executives for follow up regarding delivery but all said to wait till 9th Dec.
On 9th Dec, issue did not got resolved and in the evening, I got message that issue will be resolved by 10th Dec. Today is 10th Dec but the issue has not been resolved yet. I have not been given expected delivery date nor I have been informed with issue resolution. I have called Flipkart Customer Service executives more than 20 times but no satisfactory reply was given.
It has been more than twice the time by which the product was expected to be delivered. I have been waiting patiently but still it has not been delivered. As the product is an USB adapter, I cannot work from my laptop efficiently without it. I have paid for the product and was expecting delivery within time. Delay in delivery and issue resolution has caused harm to my office work.
I ask for issue resolution as soon as possible and compensation for late delivery.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
