My order OD[protected].when I ordered my promised delivery date was 14 th nov through ecom express.order reached on 11 th itself my destination.hence I reached customer care they asked me to wait until 14th Nov.but shipment not delivered and considering ecom express bad reliability, I cancelled order on 15th nov.when I checked ecom express tracking parcel was under return to origin lock.i requested flipkart to process my refund immediately...

I ordered one product from Flipkart (Sujata mixer grinder) on 3rd November 2021. Today (16 Nov 2021) it got cancelled stating that seller cancelled the order. This order is priced at Rs. 5283 when I ordered it. Now it is pricing at 6300 on Flipkart. My mother waited for around 15 days to receive this product and now it is cancelled as well as it is at very high price. Both money and effort are lost. This is highly irresponsible thing happened...

Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me...
