I declined package FMPP[protected] but Ekart executive marked it as delivered. He refused to return the product. I gave feedback to Ekart but they didn't even bother to call me and understand my concern.

Horrible experience faced by Flipkart. I ordered a phone and I received the product as well. Few days later, I got the same amount credited back to my account. The seller sent incorrect/used book with multiple additional cardbourd packing so that it looks a hard bound one. Very poor service by the flipkart. I was shocked after opening the packet.

Further the sell is unethical. Later I found the original MRP of the book is Rs 200/-, but it was sold in 647/-. flipkart has now started unethical business.
