I ordered a laptop Asus tuf f15 costs Rs. 57, 990 on October 18. I received the product on October 20 and i found battery issues..i placed a replacement request and a technician visited me on November 3, confirmed it got hardware issues.. I got a replacement for that on November 15.. The package contains dust but it was sealed. After opening it, i found like it's an used product.. I don't think its a new product as i have another laptop of the same before. The laptop cover is not properly done and inside packaging is not like a new product.. The hinges of the laptop is not like a new laptop which i got first.. Then i found it came with a dead battery, after charging it to full again i started it.. It got too much screen bleeding and display looks cheap quality..The battery is draining too fast.. The same day itself i contacted flipkart and opted for refund.. I'm not satisfied with the product and don't want any more from that seller and flipkart.. Seller cancelled my refund request and told they will a arrange a technician visit on next month.. Why should i need to wait that much long, its already been a month after i ordered for a laptop.. Till now I cant use their product and i dont want to repair it or use a repaired product.. I spended my money for a new laptop.. Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.
