      I have ordered a phone from Flipkart. It's been more than a week and it's still not being shipped. The only concern here is it's prepaid using gift card. So when there is amount in the picture, we should be complaining until the issue is resolved soon. Order Id OD[protected]. I have not faced this kind of issue with Amazon. So Flipkart, please keep your customers happy or else we have options. Thanks

          Booked flights through flipkart travel for 13 members of my family.
          Airline cancelled the flight and after lot of efforts have got the airline to refund the entire amount. but amount went to flipkart and they have been harassing us for past few days to refund our money. we have been treated leg beggars. no way to reach the senior management. no senior is even bothered to get back to us or resolve our issue. different customer care people keep calling and giving different versions and stories. being mentally tortured and feeling helpless.f

            Ast month I got a DUROFLEX FLEXI[protected]BLUE 1 inch Single PU Foam Mattress from Flipkart. But the color was mismatched as per the order color so I requested the Flipkart team for Replacement and they also accepted as per Duroflex Instruction but till now they have not replaced my mattress and Lots of times I contacted Flipkart they are responding very irresponsible, Now my Replacement was canceled without any notice there are canceled in this item for the second time. I am very much disappointed with Flipkart support I have attached the conversation on how they will respond. I got lots of products from Flipkart and I believe Flipkart but last to order I am getting depressed due to customer service response.. I honestly say hereafter I will never purchase anything from Flipkart and also I will not suggest my friends and family completely worst customer service now I'm highly disappointed with your service. This is my last request kindly replace my mattress Because without mattress my grandma suffering in this winter even I spent money I can't use this product due to the replacement not done. kindly arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

                The service provider not provided the solution yet, the call raised on 16th Nov in Flipkart but getting call as to wait 48 hrs.. now 5 days over there is no technician call received yet. Request your support.

                System in under warranty period now.

                  I have ordered 46 size in blazer but firstly seller delivered 44 size afterwards when I have raised request for pickup on 15th November they are taking it so long. Product has not been picked up even after following up with them on this every day pickup has not been done yet. Everytime I call they give me new timeline but of no use outcome is zero. Even being biggest logistic team they are suffering for a pickup. They are even refusing to refund. I have told them I am not faulty delay is from there end only why do I suffer loss for 6000. We purchase online to save our time not to waste our time. Flipkart doesn't cares about customer problem and their customer service is worst they really don't know what is going on and you need to explain same thing to them every time you call. Please help me with the pickup and get me refund as I am in need of money. I am enclosing screenshot of order having order ID and commitment.

                    Hi there,
                    I have joined flipkart affiliate programme and earned more than ₹ 6000 but they are releasing my payment.
                    It has been more than 6 months since I have approved balance of ₹ 6, 789 but they are not ready to send my payment even I mailed ([protected]@flipkart.com) them several time each time they said "you will receive the money within first week of next month." but the next month never come.
                    here is my flipkart affiliate username - armanbos
                    I am now hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. I have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money.

                      I ordered a TV from flipkart 18 October 2021. It is still not delivered. More than one month from ordered date. Customer care representative told 24 to 48 hrs will be resolved. But many 24 to 48 hrs gone.

                        I have ordered realme gt master edition 6gb 128gb phone on nov 1st 2021. After 20 days they cancelled the order without delivering the product. Saying seller side damage. If seller side damage how can they packed and not informed me this 20 days time span?
                        Yesterday that is 21st nov when I called their customer service they told that your product will be delivered on Monday.
                        Now they are saying seller side damage.

                              Hello,
                              My account with email shivendra.[protected]@gmail.com on Flipkart is banned, when contacted customer care they told because i had raised high number of returns. but please try to understand i raised more than 6 return request for the same product because that was getting cancelled due to some technical issues, and when i went to raise return request for the 7th time, my account got banned. So the high number of return request is invalid and it wasn't accepted.

                              Now my concern is either unban the account or please provide me refund of my Wallet Balance which was more than Rs. 1400 in Flipkart Wallet. I am a loyal Flipkart Plus member since more than 3 years, ordered more than 50 products with over total cost of more than 2Lakhs rupees. Not sure Why I am getting this type of Experience, and there is no support from Customer care, The customer care agents have started to talk rudely over calls. Please help me to get my account unban and refund of my Flipkart Wallet Cash.

                                  More than one month has been passed and I've received nothing. I've called and emailed many time to flipkart customer care.

                                  The flipkart executives called me some times for this but each time they provided me the wrong information. They were providing me different information each time.

                                    Have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                                    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.

                                      To check this product and open the package

                                      Earbuds and accessories are missing
                                      Then i can call customer care
                                      I can all situation can faced tell to customer service
                                      I remember that miss Manisha mam
                                      Executive from Flipkart during call

                                      Then his replacement complaint raised to seller

                                      After 7-8 days no status can be updated my Flipkart account related this product
                                      I again to again call him to customer service

                                      But resolution my issue then on10 November
                                      A deliver man call him
                                      For replacement the order

                                      I get the new product and older product can be taken and open the product he said
                                      Brother on Flipkart team can be provided information only accessories are missing
                                      For Earbuds missing do not provide information
                                      Then don't replace the order

                                      Then i again call him to customer service
                                      For taken this issue for regards replacement
                                      Then he time taken on 24 hours
                                      Again call him to 24 hours
                                      Again taken on 72 hours

                                      But no one taken a action related my issue

                                      I humbly request to flipkart team
                                      Please resolve my problem
                                      I'm call on 50+times to customer service provider
                                      But no help me

                                        As we have not sold any fake product, we have a right to know the following:-
                                        1. Why will you not activate our account after sending invoices and BAL.
                                        2. If you are not activating pls share the reason why you will not activate our account, what we have done.
                                        3. If you are saying that our above product was fake then share the proof as we know that we have sold genuine products.

                                        If there is the problem of brand we will remove all the products of that brand and give you the affidavit of that.
