Discount issue of realme 8 (Cyber Silver, 128 GB) with order ID OD[protected].
I tried placing order with and without Exchange offer, Also Tried using Different cards, No success.
Spoke to multiple representatives, First was told t try next day, I tried and was still not working, Spoke to another, Was told to place order and would check internally after that since order is not placed, can not check.

I haver ordered more than Rs.15k products from Flipkart on big billion day 2nd oct 2021. And when I got the first product it was a jeans from Flying machine the item was used, the tag of the product is hanging with different stripe not the original one which a company provides with there jeans. I had Ordered Thomson TV and product was defective and has quality issues.
Flipkart took 10 days for tech visit to acknowledge the issue and now forcing to accept the replacement however considering the quality issues and known issues where Hot keys on remote is not working for Sony LIV .
i need my entire money refunded and don't want a replacement.

An order was placed on online shopping website Flipkart with order id OD[protected] on dated October 05 2021.
Flipkart assured to deliver the order by October 07th 2021, they were failed to deliver the product till date 21.10.2021, Still I waiting for the product to be delivered they are keep assured dates by which the product will get delivered firstly 12.10.2021 then 16.10.2021 after then 20.10.2021. now they extended it...

There was an free bezel offer for samsung tv purchased during big billion days, i had brought a samsung tv during this sale but till now there is no resolution internal ticket IN[protected] is created and respnse given is same will be resolved within 2 days this is happening from last couple of days...

Pls do something on this issue, From past 3-4 days showing not delivered on single products at my area. PIN -732103 Malda, west bengal...

Hi Team,

I ordered OPPO RENO 6 5G via FLIPKART on 18th Oct 2021 and amount has been debited on the same day from my credit card ( SBI BANK) and Expected by, 22nd of 2021 but not arrived on the day again it has been postponed to 25th of Oct 21, i raised so many complaints in flipkart there is no action on that and no proper response.

That Flipkart People are making fools to everyone on BigBillion...

Selling damage product in Flikart, 10 days back i bought 1 fridge that is damage, then they replace, that also damage, now still they not refund my amount simply telling some story and making delay...

as per the schedule they need to finish the installation but not yet completed up to now as a customer iam trying to explain the situation to customer care but they are not responding and they didnt clear the issue up to now....

Delivery date keep on extending as I have to go out of station and waiting for this product as I need mobile urgent for office purpose.

I decided not to do any online shopping in flipkart if anything urgent.

I lost my hope after repeated calling to customer care as they don't have any authorisation to take an action....
