I have ordered Kendalwood study table which was delivered on 26th October but I got damaged product. I was not able to raise return request because of some backend error. I have raised incident on 28th October and still didn't find a resolution and now even the return window is closed. Meanwhile I placed order for same table again hoping the damaged one is returned and I can get new one because delivery takes 25 days and usual price is 2600rs more. But to my disappointment, I can't return old damaged table or cancel this new yet to be delivered table which isn't even shipped because of their policy. Is resolving errors before closing time not part of their policy? Seems pretty convenient. Please look into the issue. I'm really frustrated with this pathetic behavior and to be honest was never happy with flipkart in any of my previous orders.

    Hello myself Shubham Sonkar, my flipkart account assosiated with phone: [protected] & email: bittu.[protected]@mail.com got blocked on 6th november 2021 around 1AM to 2AM.
    I was not notified about the account block as why did they do it. Since then-so far i dont have my account access.
    It is my humble request to kindly unblock my account so i could withdraw my gift card balance & pay the unpaid pay later dues, after that i will deactivate my account myself.

    Expecting an early response from flipkart team. Thank you!

      Dear sir i ordered mi 4a horizon addition tv on 2 oct which got delivered to me on 08 oct.But the unboxing was not shown to me by the delivery boy. After that I talked to the coustmer care and inquired whether I can unboxing the TV, then they told that no, the agent who will go for the installation will do the same, otherwise your warranty will be over. After that on 12 oct. Vikram Kumar came for installation, unboxing the TV and talking about it on the TV, then dimage was found in the corner of the screen. He put a request for replacement by clicking the picture of the dimage part. Since then only date is being provided to me from Flipkart side, no solution

        Hi Flipkart, I was trying to buy a new phone by exchanging my old Phone. But when I enter my old phone make as 'LEECO', model as 'Le 1s' with IMEI no. '[protected]' it says "imei does not match with selected brand/model"

        subsequently i have checked IMEI number at https://www.imei.info website it shows correct information

          This is DEVENDRA REDDY B, I was received a damaged mobile, I was placed a replacement request on 11 Oct 2021 with order I'd OD[protected]. For my replacement request was rejected nearly 4-5 times, there's no response from Flipkart customer suppot too . finally he was accepted . again the seller was cancelled my replacement request on 3 Nov 2020 at 9.46pm.may I know the reason and how was cancelled my replacement request without my request/permission or any intimation. I was not placed cancelled request from my side.please need help as soon as possible

            I ordered a product and amount debited through UPI but ordered did not placed.

            At the time I contacted to customer care of Flipkart and they told it will refund within 8 days.

            After 8 working days I again contacted them they checked and told they have not received amount. And also told to complain to UPI customer. I have also complaint to UPI center.

            I have checked my bank statement that amount has been debuted and the has been transferred to concern account.

            payment done INR 799 debited from A/c no. XX1150 on[protected]:07:25 IST at UPI/P2M/[protected]/flipkart/HDFC BANK/.

            Well this has been resolved from bank end after contacting to bank. But flipkart has no idea how to guide to customers in this regard. Flipkart just waist customer time.

              This issue has been resolved for me from bank side. Flipkart only need to work with their app, if no order placed should not deduct amount. After deduction amount you thrown tension to customer that how customer get back amount after even months. It is better to do offline shoping.
              I am Saloni I bought Ezee detergent.flipkart advertisement pic show 1kg bottle +2kg refill pack on 569. But flipkart delivered 1kg bottle +1kg refill pack on this pack price 320

                I ordered 2 product from flipkart on 22nd sep 2021 at huge discount (79 each) and got order confirmation but after few days it got cancelled automatically from Flipkart side. When i ordered the, product was was in stock but now it cancelled stated as it was out of stock. If the product was not available the app would have not let me order it by showing it is out of stock.If i have been able to order that meanss they should deliver it as commited.
                I need the order to be delivered as ordered previously at same price.

                    I tried touching base with customer service to fix the issue about their Diwali and extra 10% discount for prepaid transaction. After reading and match their T&C I placed the order and I still didn't get the extra discount as promised. Tried talking to the customer service about it and they said we will get back to you on this.

                    No reply from their team.

                      I am feeling frustrated about the incident which is happening now. Flipkart delivered wrong product to me and then i raised return request with valid reason then wishmaster denied to pick the item. he said that he will only pic that item which i ordered but i received wrong item then how i give them origina item. Even after the sixth return request raised by the Flipkart customer service executive itself, the product is not picked up for return. The wishmaster pick up person said that he will not accept the wrong product for return, which is delivered to me . I already contact to flipkart customer care many times approx 20-25 times but they can't give me proprer resolution of my concern. I am fed up with this. Do really Flipkart is trying to help the consumer? Denial of return request daily and raising a new one is what is happening now... No Solution.

                        I ordered a PUMA T-Shirt on Flipkart on Oct. 17, 2021 and paid a part of total amount for faster delivery. The delivery was expected on Oct 28, 2021. But, the delivery was not made and date was extended till Oct 30, 2021. I received a call on 29th Oct from the delivery agent that his bike stopped due to some faults so he would deliver the order on 30th, but it was not delivered.

                        For 4 days starting from 30th Oct. 2021, I received blank calls from the delivery agent's number. He called and put his phone on hold and didn't talked. I raised a complaint about this in Flipkart then my delivery was delayed to 8th Nov 2021 for resolution. And now again, it has been extended to Nov 11, 2021.

                        I request Flipkart to kindly look into the matter & resolve it as soon as possible to keep customer's trust in it.

                          Hey Flipkart, I am Ikram Khan. I have a Flipkart account for which I have to change to change my mobile number. The problem is that it's sending OTP on both old and new number and I no longer have access to that old number, I can't even change my account as my Pay Later and Plus membership is associated with this account. I request Flipkart to acknowledge my issue ASAP and take some action on it. My new number is [protected] and Flipkart can reache out on this number for any further verification.

                            I am booked luminous battery on 11/10/21 after that show deliver date 27 /10/21 on this date night 10 :30 pm show deliver already done on 20/10/21 timing 11:59 pm same time i am complain to flipkart customer care after that they told your problem will resolved on 2 november again calling on 2nd november they told problem will resolved on 5 november on this date they told u have to stay 48 hours after waiting as per they instruction time i had waiting after that i call again to customer care again giving same information u have to stay 48 hours they not resolved my problem they telling lie only

                              I have placed the order on 5th Oct, Order Number is OD[protected], one month have passed but the order not yet delivered. flipkart has postpone the delivery date 6 time. even i don't have the option to cancel my order, my 20K bucks have struck from last one month but the order not yet deliver.

                              Also your customer service is pathetic none of executive have any knowledge, they keep holding calls 15 to 20 minutes and finally they disconnect the calls.

                                This is in regards to the last order that I tried to place on Flipkart Quick 90-min Grocery Delivery but due to some technical issues on the app it was not placed but my amount (Rs.730) was deducted on the UPI (Google pay) app.

                                  My name is Nikhil Singla. I am a normal customer of online shopping & frequently buys from websites like Flipkart & Amazon etc. As you all know, it is the time of Great Indian Festival Sales & like everybody else I want to buy a refrigerator at the biggest discount available.
                                  So I searched the refrigerator I want at many online shopping websites & came at a conclusion to buy it from flipkart as its price was Rs. 2000 less than the Amazon. That was my biggest mistake because I don’t knew at that time that It would be the worst shopping experience in my lifetime.
                                  I ordered the “Samsung 845 Ltr Side By Side Double Door Refrigerator (RS82A6000SL, Stainless)” on 24th Oct at 08:18 AM & paid Rs. 88, 990/- via upi mode, for which the delivery was scheduled by flipkart on or before 30th October (Screenshot 1). This order was shipped on the same day of ordering. Then on 30th October, i.e. on the day on which it was supposed to delivered, I got a message from Flipkart that my order has been delayed due to logistical constraints faced by the courier service provider & also giving assurance that my order will be delivered by 31st October.
                                  Then on 31st October, I received a call from Flipkart that due to some delivery issue, my order will be delivered by 1st November. I also want to mention that at this time, if the flipkart would have told me they can’t deliver my order then I would have purchased this item from other shopping website & there would be less problem for me. But that does not happen & Flipkart again contacted me on 1st November & this time & they postponed the delivery for the 3rd time & by a very long time i.e. 8th November. Now it was very difficult for me to wait & I contacted their helpdesk via “Need Help” section & after trying for 8-10 times, I was called by their Customer Care mentioning the same old reasons that they would the deliver the order at the earliest & there is no need to worry.
                                  In this conversation I felt that nobody in Flipkart seem to care that the date of delivery was after the big date of Diwali i.e. 4rth November the whole reason for which we make big purchases & then wait for item to arrive. My mood was spoilt but then also I have hope that the item would be delivered.
                                  But the real shock came for me on 3rd of November, when I received a message from Flipkart that my order has been cancelled by the seller due to a prolonged delivery delay & I can place a new order for this item in the next 10 days and gift card of Rs. 2000 will be added to my Flipkart account within 3 days of order delivery. That’s all.
                                  They don’t even called me even once before cancelling the order & tried to give me a Rs. 2000 at the time, when they have increased the Item price by Rs. 10K on their website & item was no longer in stock on their website. Now what would you call this if not a Fraud. I also want to mention that at this time my order was not showing as cancelled on their portal or App.
                                  I contacted their Customer Care again for several times & also talked to their Senior Head mentioning my issue. He again give me the false assurances that he would mention the issue with concerned department & a solution will be provided to me at the earliest. Then on same day, I got a call from Flipkart again that my issue has been resolved & my order would be delivered on or before 5th November. I was again happy to know this that Flipkart actually cares & I was wrong before.
                                  But what would I have known at that time that they are just making a mockery of their customer & common man. I received a message on 4th November at 11:42 AM mentioning my order has been cancelled & refund for the order has been processed which would reflect in my bank account by Nov. 16, 2021.
                                  Now I was really sad on the day of Diwali because the refrigerator I want to buy was selling at Rs. 100K in Local Market on other online websites or sold out & all Diwali Offers were long gone. I did not get the item even after spending my hard earned money & blocking it for more than 10 days.
                                  I was also unhappy because on that day I realised that big Shopping Websites like Flipkart can do anything they want with a Customer & we the Customer can’t do anything against them. I was feeling very helpless.
                                  Today on 6th Nov, 2021 I collected myself & is trying to make a voice against these types of Fraud by Companies like Flipkart via this letter. If you are reading this then kindly support me against these Frauds, so they also came to know that Customer is still the King & they just can’t do anything they want.

                                    Luminous battery of 150AH has been. ordered via above order number on 08 oct after paying the full amount to flipkart. As per flipkart website order tracking it was shown that the product will be delivered on 25 th Oct and product in shipped status. Same status was continued till 25 th evening. Suddenly the tracking status was changed as 'product delivered on 16 th Oct and return policy is ended. The fact was highlighted to flipkart customer care over phone immediately and they told the issue. will be resolved before 30 th Oct. As I need back up battery urgently for my home use, please solve the issue early...
