The order for dining table was placed on 3rd oct, 2021 along with other items through EMI on credit card. The promised delivery date was 13th oct, 2021. On 13th oct, 2021, it got postponed to 18th oct, 2021. Then, on 18th, again it got postponed to 23rd oct, 2021. On 23rd oct, 2021, it again got postponed to 28th oct, 2021. On 28th oct, 2021, it got postponed again to 5th Nov, 2021, and on 5th nov, 2021, it got postponed again to 11th Nov, 2021. Today is 11th Nov, 2021, but I have not received any message for delivery and delivery stats is also not updated. After calling to Flipkart, the customer representatives don't give any proper reason, they are only extending the delivery dates. One of the customer representative called us ask to cancel the order. How is it possible, ? I have paid through credit card, interest and emi is going to start from this month. Also, the price of the item is increased. This is a complete fraud. It has been more than a month but we have not received the product, yet they are asking us to wait.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Happened with me so i'm sharing my experience with you.
If yoy want to continue for return request, withdraw all of your wallet money & clear all of your pay later dues, that way even if you get blocked by flipkart you will have not much to loose.
