Hello, I am Santosh (PNR No. D23DVF) - Emirates (EK 45),
On 19th October I have booked a flight ticket through Flipkart from Hyderabad to Frankfurt. On 31st October, I got an email from Flipkart travel booking partner Tripjack that my flight has been cancelled. From then, I was calling Flipkart to reschedule my flight. My friends are also calling them on my behalf regarding the reschedule. All together we might have called them at least 25 times, sent request emails at least 20 times. Complained to the customer service at least 12 times. No response at all, my flight has not been rescheduled yet. I have given them the options to choose among 3 different departure cities, 10 different dates without any time preference. Still,
they failed to book a seat for me. When I called the airlines, they told me that they could reschedule my flight in 5 minutes if I would have booked with them. However, in my case, as I have booked with Flipkart, the airlines, can't do anything, and they said that I should contact the respective travel agent (Flipkart).
I would never ever book a flight ticket with Flipkart. Also, this is the worst customer service we have ever experienced with. I really don't know what to do to get a seat on any of the flights. I am stressed and worried.
