I placed refund for two products from flipkart. But the amount not credited in my account. The website of flipkart shows that the refund is completed. I contacted the bank as well as Gpay customer care and cross checked with the reference id given by flipkart. Both the bank and upi confirm that there is no transactions regarding the reference id given. I contacted the flipkart and they kept saying that seller has completed refund from his side and there is nothing more to do and I can give complaint to upi. I also submitted my bank statement to them as a proof. Still they are not taking any actions. Please help me getting the money back

      I ordered luminous battery on 7 October, it was showing that the product will be delivered by October 23..but today i haven't received the product and it is showing the product is delivered on October 12, , i have also attached the screenshot of chat on 19 October which is showing that the product will be delivered by October 23

        I ordered a product but the product was missing in the package.When i request my refund they rejected it 4 times. Then i registered a complain of it to consumer complaint. Then they asked me to send 3299 rupees for the ID verification which they will send me with the refund. And they told me to send 1599 rupees for the watch which was of 3299 but they asked for the half price because it was being given to me as a compensation. Even till now I didn't get my refund nor the compensy

            Hi there,

            I ordered "Whirlpool 292 L Frost Free Double Door 3 Star Convertible Refrigerator from Flipkart Delivery thru E-kart. Once I received it was defective mostly due to logistics. It got replaced 3 times and every time it was defective. The logistics guys were so unprofessional and were handling product very badly. Every time they come to take the product, they make big mess at home, break thermocol, break Flower pots, and one day my daughter had put some thermocol in her mouth causing her to choke. I finally Opt for a refund and Today on[protected], they came to take the fridge but without it's packing material and thermocol . They don't want to take it because auto is full. Before that, I even helped them to keep some auto good at my home for sometime until they deliver some things .. After that they comeback silently like thiefs took their goods and ran away in auto leaving the packing material at my home. I followed them and asked them why you not taking packing material, he replied rudily that we are not municipality to take waste, Go and complain to whom ever u want and he warned me to go back home else he ll kick ### out of me. I ll attach auto number, contact number etc.

              My order I'd OD[protected], for size 3 was requested twice and I was delivered size 4. Again twice the size ring size receive and now again I had return the same which will get pick up by Nov 3. I will not be available at home after 29th oct 2021. So forcefully they want me to keep this as policy of 14 days will expire. Please help me in getting this product before 29th oct and all fault is of seller they twice send me wrong size of 4 instead of 3.

                श्री मान जी को मालूम हो कि २०१९ में हमने फ्लिफकार्ट कंपनी से ऑनलाइन कोडेक कंपनी का 43UHDSMART[protected]K स्मार्ट टीवी ख़रीदा था. जिसका Extended Warranty भी हमने लिया था. अब जबकि टीवी में पैनेल में शिकायत आई है, तो हमने ०१ अक्टोबर २०२१ को आपके फ्लिफकार्ट के हेल्पलाइन पर फ़ोन कर अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करवाई थी. जिसके बाद फ्लिपकार्ट कंपनी द्वारा जिप्स कस्टमर सर्वीस से टेक्नेसियन हमारे घर आए और टीवी की जाँच के बाद उसे जिप्स कंज्यूमर सर्वीस सेंटर ले गए. जिसे २5 दिन बीत चुके है. अब कहते है टीवी नहीं बनेगी. जिप्स कस्टमर सर्वीस कंपनी उसे बनाकर देने की बजाय ७०% रिफंड अमाउंट देने की बात कह रही है. जबकि हमने Extended Warranty इस लिए लिया था कि यदि हमारे टीवी को कुछ होता है तो कंपनी Warranty के तहत बनाकर देगी. अब रिफंड अमाउंट देने की बात कर रही है. ऐसे में मैं और मेरा पूरा परिवार Extended Warranty लेने के बाद भी परेशान है. साथ ही मैं उनसे फोन पर लगातार अपनी समस्या जानने की कोशिश भी कर रहा हूँ. किन्तु उनसे कोई संतुष्ट जवाब नहीं मिल रहा है.
                अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि आप मुझे मेरा टीवी बनवाकर दिलवाने में मेरी मदद करे या मेरा पूरा पैसा वापस दिलाए. जिसका बिल इस मेल के साथ जोड़ रहा हूँ.

                  Dear Sir,
                  A sum of Rs:1095/- was deducted from my SBI bank account [protected] on 05/08/2021 for online purchase of the follwing article from Flipkart-India.

                  1. Tendula Nova 1290 Prof. Foldable Electric
                  Hair Dryer - 1 No for Rs:270.00
                  2.Prestige Atlas 1.0 250W
                  Hand Blender(Blue) - 1 No. for Rs:825.00

                  But no purchase order was placed for the above mentioned articles. I raised up the matter to customer care-flipkart, and they demanded to wait for 24 hours.
                  I raised this issue through my bank also, but no fruitful action had been initiated both from flipkart as well as from Bank even after completion of 75 days.
                  The Payment was made through BHIM-SBI mobile application on 05/08/21 and the transaction particulars are furnished below:

                    I have created flipkart account few years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                        I placed order for 2 items on flipkart today i.e. 24/10/21. Money was deducted from the bank and items are showing in the order section but it's written 'Payment not yet confirmed from the bank'. But the money has been deducted I checked in account. My items are still showing in the cart.

                          Dear Team I have purchased a Macbook Air 13 256 GD Space grey from Flipkart Order id- OD[protected]. I have received a defective piece, kindly help me with the replacement of the same. We have already raised a complaint with the Shoppsy (Flipkart) Within 7 days from the delivery of the product. It is well within time. Their executive asked us to also talk to Apple executives. We have sent the mail to Apple executives explaining the complete situation and they have informed us that the replacement can be raised from the reseller end only. A screenshot of the mail is attached herewith for your reference. Dated 11 October 2021. Case ID[protected] A case report from the apple service centre has been attached with this mail for your kind reference. Kindly take the case with utmost urgency. We have requested the shopsy (Flipkart) as and when we received the defective product. Also as per the terms mentioned this is clearly a hardware issue which is considered as defective product as mentioned by the apple service centre report and not the functionality issue. Also, apple informed us that this issue won't be covered under warranty. We requested Flipkart as well as Apple in the given time frame. Further, we contacted the Shoppsy (Flipkart) teams bit still no resolution or replacement has been provided to us. As per Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 Grievance redressal- E-commerce entities will also be required to publish the contact details of the grievance officer on their online platforms, along with the relevant procedure for a consumer to register a complaint. No such grievance officers details was mentioned on website nor on App. Even after asking flipkart on several plateform flipkart not responded for providing the details when I tried to contact the flipkart on call they denied by mentiontning fact they are not allowed to share such confidential information. Flipkart is clearly violating the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and Flipkart should be penalised It is very saddening that even after purchasing the product of the most advanced and noticeable brand Flipkart and apple are shifting their liabilities. It has become a trouble to communicate with Flipkart on the same issue. It gives distrust to buy from Flipkart that too the product of this price level. Already facing a lot of trouble with the product kindly replace at the earliest.

                            I have ordered a Thomson 32" Smart LED tv on 02/10/2021 its promised delivery date was. 18/10/2021 then they promised that it will be delivered by 21/10/2021, but it didn't delivered to me although they have cancelled my on 22/10/2021 without prior informing to me.
                            Now they are saying you can reorder, but I have purchased it in 9800 now it is in 12000.
                            This is complete breach of contract.

                              I had very bad experience with flipkart regarding delivery delayed of my order.
                              The promise date given by Flipkart is 18 October 2021 but they repromise my date on 20 October 2021 and again this side we will deliver your order between 1 to 3 days . But still they not deliver my order. I registered a complaint but I can't get any reply from Flipkart. My order almost delayed up to 7 days. So I request you to please solve my issue as soon as possible.

                                Actually i order asus vivobook 15 laptop at price 32000 but the delivery delayed 14 days after that flipkart cancelled my order.
                                Now the product cost at 36000.
                                I m not able buy this now i want at 32000

                                  This is to inform you due to pathetic and ridiculous process of your company and third class customer service, here by I have to complaint here on Consumer Forum.

                                  Grievance is related to refund of the order canceled by my brother.

                                  This amount might to nothing for you but it’s very huge amount for me.

                                  I am following up with your customer care team since a month but every day I get a call from your CC team and everyone has the same question “What is my issue?”

                                  Really?? Are your CC executives are blind? Illiterate?? Can’t they read the previous incidents?

                                  I have shared all the proofs asked by your team. Still they call and asks the same question again and again.

                                  For better clarification kindly go through the previous grievances and if you require more details them call on register number.

                                  For God’s sake don’t ask illiterate and blind people to call and ask same question. Unknowingly I may abuse now.

                                  It’s really really frustrating now. kindly refund asap.

                                    I have purchased the mentioned product from Flipkart. Since one of the item is missing in the pack, I have sent it for replacement. The item got picked up on 21st of October and the same date they got cancelled my replacement request and the amount (₹9, 290) not yet credited to my account.

                                        The issue is regarding my order made for POCO M3 back cover on 12th October. I created my Flipkart account few years back, between then and now I lost my mobile and and lost the registered mobile number along with that. But every thing was working fine because I used to order things by giving my new number. Now there is an issue regarding one of the orders. The thing is I opted to return one of the item but the delivery guy is not coming to pick up the order. So to resolve the issue I wanted to talk to their customer helpline number but I can't call them because their process is calling us back and I think they are calling on my registered number which had been lost for quiet a few years.
