I ordered airpods. But received used product having scratches on it also case is full of dust. Already paired with other device 10 days ago. When i contacted call team. They simply started ignoring and disconnect calls each time. Replacement rejected due to technician gave false update.
Technician update that he has resolved issue by troubleshooting. How he removed scratches by troubleshooting? I want replacement as soon as possible.

    Order product LUMINOUS RC25000+Zelio1100 Tubular Inverter Battery on 8/10/21 from Flipkart and promised date was 25/10/21.
    Product got shipped on 8/10/21 and after that no update regarding the product.
    Status of product has been changed to delivered but product was not delivered actually.Called Flipkart customer care several time as a loyal customer but got only false promises that the product will be delivered on / before 25/10/21.
    Again on customer care executive informed on 26/10/21 that promise date is changed to 28/10/21 again a false promise.

    Flipkart had delivered the product on / before times but these kind of incidents tends losse faith in Flipkart.

    Request to Flipkart provide the actual status and deliver the product asap.

      I had ordered LG 4K TV on 5th of Oct-21 vide order ID No. OD[protected]. I had received it on 7th Oct-21. When LG techenician came for installation, he opened deal pack Box and found that product display pannel damaged. He made Job Sheet report which was shared to Flipkart also.

      Thereafter I requested for replacement. Flipkart had arrange for it. Almost 3 times my replacement was cancelled due to IMEI/Product no. not match with E-kart delivery person. At last I was told by flipkart for retun and refund the payment.

      Again same issue created, E-kart delivery person refused to return due to IMEI/Product no. not match with the system.

      Many of times i spoke with Flipkart customer executive but every time i was assured for replacement/Refund. But at the end i get nothing. Damage product laying with since last 20 days.

      Requested to replacement my damage product asap.

        I had made below transaction of Rs.9318/- on 02/10/2021 through flipkart from my ICICI Credit Card:
        1. Luvlap Baby Stroller: Rs.2948/-
        2. Allen Solly Bellies: Rs.646/-
        3. Peter England Watch: Rs.343/-
        4. Livpure Water Purifier: Rs. 3977/-
        5. United Colours of Benetton Bellies: Rs.506/-
        6. Allen Solly Sneakers: Rs.714/-
        7. Parker Vector Gift Set: Rs.184/-
        On 03/10/2021, I found that Luvlap Baby Stroller price was reduced and I cancelled the product. Unfortunately along with the product, all other products got cancelled.
        Since, Livpure Water Purifier, Peter England Watch and Parker Vector Gift Set products were already shipped, the products got delivered to me.
        After a day or two the refund for Allen Solly Bellies, United Colours of Benetton Bellies and Allen Solly Sneakers was credited back to my account. But as I can see the refund of Rs.2948/- for Luvlap Baby Stroller has not been initiated yet. Its nearly a month now and I am following up with flipkart daily but no proper response. No update or no resolution and closing the issue without any resolution. Further, I enquired with ICICI bank as well and as per their response, there is no refund initiated as such from the flipkart. Kindly, consider the issue and resolve it as early as possible.

          I have done nothing wrong, nor have I used unfair means to play games.But for the last six days, whenever I'm opening gamezone I get an error message saying-something went wrong, we encourage fair play in line with terms and conditions. The same error occurs with flipkart video too.
          This is the 4th time in 3 months I'm getting blocked from gamezone only because I have won some gems and supercoins consecutively.
          This doesn't seem fair.

              Yesterday money automatically got deducted from my SBI CREDIT CARD which I previously used on flipkart for transaction. Flipkart scammed me for 35000 rupees and money got deducted without even otp. Yesterday I went to bank and blocked my card and I call flipkart customer care and they just don't care about it and say sorry.
              Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Call SBI and register for chargeback. You can also do it via SBI Card app. Got to Dispute transaction, select the transaction and provide the reason and submit required details and create a dispute. Alternatively you can call SBI Card's customer care and dispute the transaction and ask for temporary credit.

                    I ordered Sparx shoes from Flipkart on 21 October 2021. As I received a different product delivered on 25 October 2021, I raised a complaint regarding them. Now for the return of the product, they want me to share pictures of my Adhaar card for so-called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. What for the verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why do I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture the personal details of customers?

                      I had ordered a tv unit for 12490/- from Flipkart on Big Billion Days
                      I received the product on 26 October 2021.
                      On 27 October the installation man came and found that a part of the tv unit is damaged so he raised a complaint to replace the defective part of the product and then he left. After an hour I got an email that the seller has disapproved to replace the part of the product He will replace the whole product. But when I saw my Flipkart order section it showed me that you will get a refund, not the replacement.
                      I contact customer care they didn't help me and told me that I can only get a refund, not a replacement.
                      Now tell me that will I get the BigBillion days price if I take the refund????
                      No, I won't get the same price again so I want the replacement, not the refund.
                      Kindly help me.

                            I ordered a Bluetooth mouse(amount-rs1045/-paided) with order idOD[protected] and as my product got delivered i raised a return request.i contracted with them multiple times for return request because my return request was not processing and after 3-4 times after placing a return request my account got blocked now i am unable to place request due to account block.i placed return request due to valid reasons and my return request got accepted but i have another pending issue in that account regarding another order and i am unable to take action due to account being blocked. I contacted customer service and they said " we can only help you after account gets unbanned" and that issue is serious please help me with this matter

                                I've ordered one pair of Puma shoes with order ID OD[protected]
                                on 3rd October and it was a debit card payment. I received the product on 9th October and returned on 11th October as the product didn't match my expectations. But refund amount was due on 18th October, CS team is saying the payment is done from the seller's end but I've not received the refund amount yet. I'm constantly following up with the Customer Support team and they have shared a reference number[protected] but the Bank is not able to track any transaction with this number. Now the CS is neither replying to my mails or I'm not able to give callback request as well.

                                I've ordered another kurta trouser set on 4th October with order ID OD[protected] as the product was taking too long to deliver I've cancelled it on 13th October and the refund amount was due on October 19, CS team is saying the payment is done from the seller's end but the amount is not credited yet in my account. This was also a debit card payment. They've not shared any reference number for this order, now I'm not able to contact the CS team and they are not replying to my mails as well.

                                Please resolve this issue. Hoping for a positive feedback from their side a t the earliest as it's been too long already.

                                  On 07.10.2021 I tried to purchase a reclining sofa for an amount of Rs.11, 999/- on flipkart and paid through paytm balance vide FLIPKART Order ID - OD[protected] and PAYTM Order ID : PZT[protected]M8RMB01 and Transaction ID [protected]. Amount was deducted from paytm but flipkart is showing that “Order Not Placed, Your Payment was not confirmed by the bank”. Several times I raised the issue with flipkart and every time they are saying that the issue will be resolved in a couple of days or in a week. Paytm says that the amount was sent to flipkart and it is flipkart to comply with it. Already 20 days passed and no company took responsibility and my amount was not refunded.

                                    One of the specialists reached out to me on 22nd October and offered refund of 25012 for one of the undelivered/unsent pixel 4a. I asked him that there were two products I didn't receive. He told me that he was authorized to do refund for one of the units as the complaints were registered separately. He assured me that he or some other agent will contact me on 23rd October (refund promised date) and provide refund for the other pixel 4a.

                                    Been 4 days, till today (27th October - resolution date). I have been calling them for updates all along and till now no updates from them. There's still a missing refund of ₹ 25011 for the other Pixel 4a.

                                    The total refund should have been ₹ 50023 for the unsent items. But only ₹ 25012 is provided. Still waiting for the ₹ 25011 refund. It hasn't even initiated yet and why did they give me a false hope.

                                    Please issue the pending refund for the unsent pixel 4a. Please don't delay this further. I'm already disappointed in you guys. I'm already regretting coming to Flipkart for my purchases. Please don't make me lose hope in your humanity. This is my hard-earned money that I've been saving for the past two years to buy something nice for my family. Please don't steal it from me.

                                    This is not a duplicate complaint but a followup from my previous missing/undelivered complaint.

                                    They already promised refund for both the undelivered/unsent items but till now only partial refund provided. Total should be 73496 for the entire order. For missing items, its 50, 023 out of which only 25012 has been initiated but not credited yet. And 25011 for the other is not yet initiated.

                                    No updates from the support or the seller. I have also asked for device details so that I could create a CSR and file an FIR against the missing mobiles. It was even suggested by Flipkart support team.

                                    I still haven't received any device details nor the refund they promised almost a week ago.

                                    It has been a month since I placed this order. Throughout the month, I haven't received a single proper response from their support team except on 22nd and that too turned out to be a false promise.

                                      I recently purchased JSB Knee massager product from flipkart for my father.
                                      I really dissapointed after seeing the damaged product.
                                      I asked for refund/replacement, raised complaint in portal and followedup with customer care executives so many times.

                                      The below are new ways of flipkart cheating (Seems trained to loot customer money)
                                      (Based on my experience i faced with flipkart kept these points)
                                      * They wont call back
                                      * If they call back they put ur call on hold automatically call get disconnected
                                      * They will say will get call within 72hrs and close
                                      * They said call forward to senior and call disconnects
                                      * They say dont worry we will resolve and close
                                      * They say signal issue and close
                                      * They say cannot here and call disconnects.
                                      * Almost morthan 15days customercare executives are passing time saying you will get resolution wait 72 hrs and closing issue agian need to open or create a new issue or followup
                                      ...ETC

                                      The above are smart ways flipkart executives are trained to loot customer amount by giving damaged product.

                                      I need an resloution and value for my hard enarned money.

                                        I have ordered luminous battery from flipkart on 7th of oct which was showing to be delivered on 22 oct and and suddenly on 21 of October flipkart start showing item is delivered on 9th of oct which is incorrect as i have not received any call or OTP till date, and I have been checking flipkart app its always shows in transit till 21 of OCT.

                                        Flipkart is looting customer.

                                        I have already paid for the order via credit card.

                                        Kindly help me to get refund as they are not doing anything from there end.
