My order placed on Flipkart on 7th Oct was unsuccessful but balance got deducted from my Paytm wallet.

Been more than 2 weeks, I have contacted Flipkart several times never got the resolution, every time they close the status as issue resolved .
Whenever they call the ring goes for a second and gets disconnected and then SMS comes we tried contacting you
The worst customer service, there was a lady who kept me on hold on call for several mins and never returned back
Customer service is a joke.

The issue has been resolved, by contacting the customer service again this time they promised that i will get the resolution in 3 days. Kudos to that i got the resolution and got the refund.

    So i ordered this laptop on 2 oct 2021, and i received on 7th oct, so after 2 or 3 days o[censored]se i found some frame lag in display, then my Bluetooth drivers suddenly get removed I have to particularly restart it for Bluetooth and the last my graphic drivers crashed and uninstalled.so the very next day i contacted asus customer care for the issue so they told me that they are arranging an technician for my laptop and if the listed problem are there i will get an DOA and i can replace my laptop thhough my 7 days replacement gets over still i can replace
    so the agent came and check my laptop he found that problem and applied for DOA but gets rejected from asus because of "out of DOA DATE"
    because asus consider the invoice date has billed date so as per my flipkart bill invoice date was 3 oct 21 so from 3 7 days are 10th of oct and i got my laptop in hand on 7 th of oct so the period of returning passed out before i even seen the laptop
    and now iahve complained to both the entities to resolve my problem of replacing but no one is responsing and the days are getting passed and passed then they will say now it cant happen i have every proof of problem that my laptop is facing though i am not getting replacement
    imagine the pain i am having right now after buying your first laptop of around 1 lakh and still geting faulted piece and still not getting replacement too ...

      Sir,
      myself Shreyas Gupta has orderd Msi laptop during Flipkart Big Billion days sale.
      Order id- OD[protected] on 03/10/2021 payment through Axis bank debit which i cancelled on the same day.
      According to flipkart refund was initiated on 03/10/2021 and processed by 08/10/2021.
      Till today i have not recieved the refund. I contacted my bank but they denied by saying there is no refund from flipkart to be processed.
      Also after raising several complains and sharing my bank account statement everytime [Incident: IN[protected]] no one is replying back.
      They gave me the last date of 21/10/2021 nothing has been done and also my mails are being blocked by flipkart and calls are been disconnected.

      Its the huge amount RS. 48990 which they are not refunding back.
      i am completely devastated as i have tried as much as i can do..even they hold me on call for hours.
      at last i came here for the money which belongs to me and flipkart is not refunding

      please do the needful and refund my money.
      I hope you will resolve my issue soon

        I want to know how your services can get worse day by day. I ordered this headphone in orange but it came in blue. That's what I'm thinking. Why not check and pack properly. These should look good because we bought a lot of planning when ordering. Then I see your work like this. Then I complimented you a lot by chatting but no one responded well to me. I wanted a replacement but I was not given one. Then I saw it automatically I became a return request. But I don't want to return because I can't get it now at the price I bought it. Give me the same thing but at the same price. I want proper help and resolution from you. Please find the attachment.

            I am writing this complaint after talking to the customer care of FLIPKART atleast 5 times.
            The app shows that they have refunded my money, but my bank statement shows no account of it.
            It was a order of ₹484/-, out of which, ₹434 were to be received in my bank account and the balance were to be received in my PAYTM wallet. I have received neitjer of the amounts.
            I request FLIPKART to please look into the matter as your customer support is a total time waste.

            Flipkart, your customer care is a total mess. These people just hang up the calls after listening the complaint.
            It has happened atleast 3 times to me.
            You people have notjing in name of customer care, no mail id, no reliable contact number.
            It really sad to see such a big institute's defamation because of some ill trained presonals.
            I would never suggest anyone to buy from Flipkart.

              Suddenly, on the website it shows that all products are not deliverable at my pin code. My pin code is 110032 and I have been shopping from flipkart with no issues earlier. I really want this issue to be fixed.

                Iam tensed and worried that my order will be cancelled and my product won't be delivered and iam ready to visit the Flipkart hub and collect my product. At first the delivery date is mentioned as 23rd October and now it's mentioned as 25th October. Worst shopping experience for me ever

                  I ordered Tommy hilfiger watch from flipkart from flipkart, money got deducted from paytm wallet and also recieved cashback of Rs.100 under offer of Rs. 100 cashback on Rs.1000 order or above. Money of Rs. 3549 needs to be refunded by flipkart or confirm the order.

                    Flipkart Order ID is OD[protected]. It was cancelled without my consent. I have discussed several times regarding this concern with customer care but it has not been resolved yet. I had ordered a mobile on 8th Oct 2021.

                    After without any notification they cancelled my order on 22nd Oct 2021.
                    It is a prepaid order.

                    I want to get this product ASAP.

                          Flipkart Order ID: OD[protected]

                          I purchased "Golden Sand back cover for vivo x70 pro" from Flipkart for 599 rupees on 8th october 12:20 AM, i tried to pay through Paytm but the payment error was showing and money got deducted from my Paytm wallet two times and i payed through HDFC net banking the third time which was successful. I contacted flipkart to refund me back for two times extra money deducted from paytm but they are not agreeing payment error and telling to contact paytm, i called paytm and they gave me confirmation email saying money has been sent to flipkart.

                                I had purchased soch dress material (costing Rs1849)which was delivered on 3rd Oct 21 and I made return request on 4th Oct 21.The pick up date was showing 16th Oct .The item was not picked on the scheduled date.On enquiring the customer execitive told it will be picked by 20th Oct 21.The item still didn't get picked up and on calling the executive failed to solve my issue.This problem I have faced twice. So I think one should break his head for the return and refund in Flipkart. SO beware before making any purchase with Flipkart.

                                  Dear flipkart,

                                  I've purchased a JK tyre worth rs.2685/- which was delivered on 15/09/2021 September through flipkart pay later option. Later on October 6th i tried to pay the pay later bill through Google pay UPI and payment was successfully completed by my side Transaction ID[protected], but the payment is not reflected in flipkart Pay later account . But the money was deducted. It's been 3 weeks. I chatted almost everyday with flipkart consultants & everyday i've had to explain the same issue repeatedly to every new consultant. Some consultant told me that the amount has been refunded. the team will let you know all the details." but the team didn't reply. The other consultants told me to wait for 24-48 hours as the team will get back to me. But still now the issue remains the same. I didnt get the refund back.
                                  Because of this, I have also had to pay a penalty, and my credit score is also getting worse

                                  Now almost 18 days to go but still i am suffering and not getting any response from your side,

                                  Kindly do the needful As soon as possible

                                  Ordered an MI TV via flipkart pay later account, cancelled on next day but till now from 14th August 2022 to 31st August 2022 - the refund is not yet made, The Flipkart staffs are clueless. They are generating the bill and forcing the customer to pay for an cancelled bill.

                                  I would like to file a case against Flipkart for this issue and made me to contact the Customer service so many times but the issue isn't rectified. I want a compensation from Flipkart for the poor responsiveness

                                  Being a loyal customer for more than 7 yrs
                                  This is one of the worst experience I have faced.

                                  I have full rights to go to court and ask for a compensation of INR 1 LAC for the fraudulent from Flipkart team

                                    Very poor quality of product Bajaj GX 1 mixer grinder ordered through Flipkart Order ID - OD[protected] first one came with loose base jar and tight locking replacement one started making abnormal noise in just one month very disappointed with this product registered complaint with Bajaj under Call ID DEL[protected]-1 service person said motor needs to be replaced imagine the quality of the product I don't know it's Bajaj in particular or Flipkart is selling low quality control check item for high profit yield but I will use my consumer rights for redressal and Flipkart in not allowing this review to be posted on product page not received any satisfactory response from either of them to resolve the issue

                                        I've booked a top 19th September but it was not delivered on time. Then I tried to cancel the order but unable to do it. I asked the customer executive to do that but they are good for nothing .They can't even give any correct information, continuously cutting my phone, wasting my time.
