We will be validating the ID proof shared by you through a third-party service provider. Please provide your consent to Flipkart for use of the identity proof that will be provided by you for the purpose of authenticating the Flipkart Account. Please share the below clause in the email reply along with the photo ID so we can work on your request.

Here are a few tips to ensure a clear photo of the ID card:

Place the ID on a dark surface
Use sufficient, natural lighting instead of a flash. It's best if the photo is taken during the daytime- Take photo as directly above the ID as possible. Please ensure that your shadow does not cover your ID
All four edges of your ID should be visible within the image
All details on ID should be clear & legible
I am very try to giving adharcardh through mail and website also but showing me error and something went wrong .And this problem i also said to flipkart agent but could not helping me and my return get rejected 3 times.After that i complain hear to kindly approve my return request and scheuled a pickup date and give my refund amount rs 6469/-.

      I have placed order on 7th Oct-21 from Flipkart and made payment through paytm wallet which was successful but order was not placed. When called to customer care of Flipkart about my refund they say that refund will be processed within 8 working days but till date refund not received in my paytm wallet. When again called to customer care after 15 days, now they are saying fault is from paytm side.

        Current date: 26th Oct'21

        Haven't received the product, it's been 22 days. I am not even able to cancel the order on the app.
        Have logged an issue at least 5 times with Flipkart, Nobody from customer support is willing to provide any resolution, every time I am promised a new date & asked to wait for the resolution. Nobody is willing to transfer my calls to the escalation handling team. Customer support executives just hang up on the calls. I have even waited for over 40 mins on call, waiting for the executive to transfer my call to someone who can provide me any resolution & she too hang up the call.
        Neither am I getting the product nor am I able to cancel the order.
        I want to cancel the order & want a complete refund of the amount I paid.

          Have placed order for 3 items worth rs 1036/- on 7th of october .
          paid the amount to flipkart through my paytm wallet .
          amount got deducted from my paytm wallet and also i have received cash back of rs 100/- from flipkart but orders for 1036 was not confirmed and flipkart says we have not received any payment .
          while paytm says amount has already been paid to flipkart .
          have called customer care more than 50 times but they just tell me that we have not recived the payment .
          just answer me guys if payment has not been received how will i get cash back ???

                    My self Ashish Kumar. My flipkart registered no is [protected]. I'm totally upset and unsatisfied by your costomer service by your courier service and costomer support. Totally disappointed from flipkart management. Because I lost my money and a lot of time by shoping in flipkart india's Largest (Cheater's) Company.

                    I booked a Boat Rockerz 333 on 8 Oct 2021. I did not recived this product yet. But you courier service updated it's delivered at 13 Oct 2021 at 12.22 AM night time. Official delivery time is 9 AM to 7 PM and your courier service did not giving product to costomer and updated on your site it's delivered in night. I did complaint on it. But that's also unresolved by your team that's means your are not capable to help your costomers. And you don't care about your costomer's money and time. So many costomers waste thair a lot of time and also money because of your ignorance. You recived money and you don't give product and also do nothing in costomer's favor. If you did not take seriously this than I'll case on your company against fake promisis and cheating.

                      Sir I complained about the same product on 16oct but they haven’t done anything about my refund since then. They are just wasting my time. I have complained the same issue to their customer care executives 41 times and to their senior customer care executives 9 times but they are just escalating the issue. I hereby believe that you will provide me a proper solution and make flipkart pay for the frauds they are doing with their customers.

                              PFA the photos of my bike during the delivery of the Order ID - OD[protected].

                              Hey, I am Premkumar Chithaluru, a valued customer in Flipkart. Here the issue is raised on "The delivery person was damaged my bike during the delivery of Order ID - OD[protected]". On this, I have raised a complaint through customer care support, but the team was not taken my issue seriously and did not give any solution. However, I approach customer care, the people listen to my problem after that to see the updates keeping the phone on hold, after 1Minute the phone will get disconnected (I have attached the proof as a screenshot during the call and recordings).

                              If you want, I will provide the video of the time when the delivery team hit my bike. So, will you make the decision on my query and respond to me asap. otherwise, I will approach the consumer court with all these proofs and raise the complaint against Flipkart and Ekart delivery team.

                                I recently purchased JSB Knee massager product from flipkart for my father.
                                I really dissapointed after seeing the damaged product.
                                I asked for refund/replacement, raised complaint in portal and followedup with customer care executives so many times.

                                The below are new ways of flipkart cheating:
                                * They wont call back
                                * If they call back they put ur call on hold automatically call get disconnected
                                * They will say will get call within 72hrs and close
                                * They said call forward to senior and call disconnects
                                * They say dont worry we will resolve and close
                                * They say signal issue and close
                                * They say cannot here and call disconnects.
                                ...ETC

                                The above are smart ways flipkart executives are trained to loot customer amount by giving damaged product.

                                I need an resloution and value for my hard enarned money.

                                  I ordered Laptop battery and got empty box in delivered item. Upon return they rejected my return 6 times by saying that I didn’t submit my id proofs al though i sent them every time mail of my Aadhaar card and passport.                                     Hey hi, I raised a missing product complaint for my recent order of iPhone 12mini. And the amount for this phone is 37999. Flipkart customer executive told me that my refund will credit in my bank account that I provide him.. With in 3 to 5 business days. But today morning I received a mail that my refund request is cancelled from the seller because the product is not returned to the seller. But when I already told that I received a missing product and I was not able to raise a complaint for missing product from my side.. And i called in flipkart and they also not able to create a missing product return.
                                    Now I'm not able to download my invoice as well that I can proceed with other options. Because I have registere a compliment in customer court and FIR in police station as well for my missing product from flipkart team.
                                    And your executive team, they put me on hold for 25 minutes today. That is really unprofessional and unexpected from flipkart for plus member.
                                    I'm with flipkart from last 3 years and still I'm facing this type of behaviour.

                                    This is really giving me depression now because my parents will kill me definitely. If flipkart will not help me regarding my complaint I will no longer be able to face my parents and my family. They will tount me on every and each time or topic.                                         I ordered airpods pro and got airpods 2 in delivered item. Upon return they rejected my return 6 times by saying that I didn’t submit my id proofs al though i sent them every time mail of my adhar card and voter card. But at the end of every return they cancel my return snd looted my 17k. More than 2 weeks passed and still I didn’t get any help
