    I had Ordered Thomson TV and product was defective and has quality issues.
    Flipkart took 10 days for tech visit to acknowledge the issue and now forcing to accept the replacement however considering the quality issues and known issues where Hot keys on remote is not working for Sony LIV .
    i need my entire money refunded and don't want a replacement.

      An order was placed on online shopping website Flipkart with order id OD[protected] on dated October 05 2021.
      Flipkart assured to deliver the order by October 07th 2021, they were failed to deliver the product till date 21.10.2021, Still I waiting for the product to be delivered they are keep assured dates by which the product will get delivered firstly 12.10.2021 then 16.10.2021 after then 20.10.2021. now they extended it till 25.10.2021.
      I have screen shots and recordings of all the Flipkart Customer Care Representatives, I have communicated with regarding the subject.

      Please make it possible that the product get delivered in time.

      Still there is no progress in product delivery status, Neither any flipkart team has tried to contact me regarding the Complaint nor the product is delivered till dated 26.10.2021, 16:31. please do the needful in this matter so the product get delivered to me as soon as possible.

      First installment has been deducted but still waiting for the product to be delivered...

              Hi Team,

              I ordered OPPO RENO 6 5G via FLIPKART on 18th Oct 2021 and amount has been debited on the same day from my credit card ( SBI BANK) and Expected by, 22nd of 2021 but not arrived on the day again it has been postponed to 25th of Oct 21, i raised so many complaints in flipkart there is no action on that and no proper response.

              That Flipkart People are making fools to everyone on BigBillion Days by doing this type of Fraud things.

              Please need a proper reaction on this type of frauds things

                    Whirlpool 300 L Frost Free Triple Door Refrigerator, It stopped working. technician visit had happened but they are not replacing it.

                    At the time of placement of order, the demo & installation date was scheduled on 9/10/2021.

                    After the demo, it was stopped working. I have raised a return request on 10/10/20201. The schedule was not followed by the Flipkart technicians and after a lot of follow up, the technician reached my place on 19/10/2021 and said there an issue with compressor. I have immediately raised a return request.
                    Now the status is not getting updated. In the portal and they are saying they cant take it return, they will replace it since 5 days but there is not status update.
                    I have seen many complaints from the seller and Flipkat is not taking action. The seller name is IWQNBecommerce

                        Delivery date keep on extending as I have to go out of station and waiting for this product as I need mobile urgent for office purpose.

                        I decided not to do any online shopping in flipkart if anything urgent.

                        I lost my hope after repeated calling to customer care as they don't have any authorisation to take an action.

                        Again received extension date message, now they are extended till 26th october, 2021.
                        Flipkart is playing cheap tricks for floating money by dragging the orders for those who paid already and delivering cash on delivery items on priority.
                        I lost my confidence and want to deactivate all of my flipkart accounts

                        I don't know what happened to flipkart and could not able send small things in courier, if I book big things like office furniture or some thing it would have taken one year of time.

                          I have placed an order for Luminous Inverter Battery with order ID OD[protected] on 8th of Oct at around 3pm. After 1 hour i vot the notification that my product has been shipped. But since then today is the 21st of oct and still there is no information about the product nor i have received the tracking details. I am a regular customer of flipkart but This is my first bad experience with flipkart.

                          Today they are showing that my product is delivered on 17th of oct. But i didn't received the product. Is this a kind of fraud ? firstly you people neither shared the tracking details nor the Courier partner's name. and now today on 25th you are marking this as delivered one week earlier. what is this flipkart ? I never expected such kind of services from your side. do enquire that where is my product now.

                                I order asus rog strix with order Id-OD[protected] on 13 October
                                However I'm sorry to say that leave apart the delivery, the order hasn't even my shipped yet. All the messages and calls to CUSTOMER care have gone in vain.everytime they repeat the same thing that flipkart team is looking into it and will provide upgrade and everytime they say that the shipment has been delayed by seller. My patience I now slowly getting over and I'm getting frustrated.my whole work has been standstill due to late delivery of my laptop.flipkart have been mentally harassing me for past 1 week and I'm passing through a lot of trauma. Flipkart is a ### company with terrible service . I would advice everyone not to but from flipkart . I will also not buy from Flipkart every again. Earlier they said by order will be delivered by 20 and now they shifted to 27..no wonder they will shift it again...ship the order or I'll sue the company in the consumer court .

                                  Hi I am Hemant. I have used Flipkart pay later for shopping in October month. I have returned some orders due to size or wrong product delivered. And still I'm waiting for my refund amount since 10th October. Due to technical problems I have faced a lot of issues.flipcart is not working on my issues. Even when I called customer care they were saying we car working on your issues but still my issue is not resolved. Please solve this technical problem in Flipkart pay later as early as possible.

                                    This complaint is for the order ID- OD[protected]
                                    I have Ordered this on 4thOct 2021 and the expected delivery was on 15Oct 2021.

                                    But what I can see is that the delivery date has been extending again and again like 16oct then 20 oct then 23oct and recently they gave me the new one which is 23 oct.

                                    @Flipkart my only concern is transparancy. You should provide details on portal or in a app about delay.

                                    Kindly deliver my order ASAP or provide some compensation for this large delay.

                                      I've ordered a gshock watch for Men on 8th september 2021 vide Order ID - OD[protected] which was delivered to me on 12th september 2021 amounted to 7915 but instead received a defective product. The product was dead on arrived An immediate complaint was raised by me but after some complaints my account has been blocked by flipkart sying my account has high no of returns but I haven't returned even 1 product yet so I registered many complaints and I was given an intimation to wait for the next 3-4 days a but for which no heed was paid by company. Multiple complaints were also registerd by me but in vain. Since the product delivered was itself defective, the pickup could not be raised Return Requests were denied by the company stating the reason which was itself mentioned wrong by the seller. I contacted officials through Helpline and company local office but no corrective actions were taken. The experience of online shopping at Flipkart from last year has not been good as I've faced similar issues with my friends account in the past also to which I did not move legally and got it resolved after several attempts. All this has lead to a lot of problems and frustration on to me. I holds all necessary call recordings which will be made available on demand for how I has been fooled by Customer Service. It is high time I'm waiting for any response from the company for the loss I've occured and on the way to taking strict legal action against the company.

                                        I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                                        The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                        Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.
