The product received wasn't working and on checking the product isn't genuine and wanted to return or get replacement for the same but the return gets rejected and asks for more information in terms of id card for verification and sharing with thrid party vendor which i do not want to
Please assist and get me my blocked money or proper working product

    Worst service by flipkart...dont buy from them..ordered in biliion sale on 01.10.2021 and received on 18.10.2021 great speed by flipkart.

    Installation guy came on 23.10.2021 and checked that the order received different color. though received different I was in urgent for fixing the item. So asked him to do installation. when opened he found that the diwan is defective due to lack of screw inserts on one of the wood plank. so he said he will put a replacement. So agreed.

    But flipkart is accepting returns only instead of replacement. Taking my money with them for 25 days and not (return not completed and refund also) sending me good product/replacement. I will go to consumer court for doing this.

        I got this product 2 times defective. Let me explain to you in detail, Actually, one month ago I have ordered a "LUMINOUS LB600PRO 600VA UPS -PRO UPS" and I got the defective product and I requested a replacement for this product and then I got replaced product that was again defective and then I requested "Return/Refund" and then they told me that they will pick up this product on "16 Oct 2021" and this deadline has gone and today I am complaining the date is "23 Oct 2021" Still they have not picked up the product from me. I have contacted them regarding this issue so many times and they Increased the time day by day, They told me they finally will pick up the product by 23 Oct 2021, and still, no one has picked up the Item and today I got an SMS that they will pick up the product by 25 Oct 2021 so, again they have Increased the deadline of pickup and I am Flipkart Plus Member and I am Frenquitely buying so many products but this time I am very disappointed. The last time I talked with the customer care number and he listen to me but he was not able to answer me correctly and then suddenly he got silent and I was like Hello Hello Hello...What the F..K service is this?????????

        I want my money back As soon as possible otherwise I will case an FIR and Case against this Issue/company.

        I will go through it deeply now. I am very frustrated.

        Useless People, Useless Company, Useless Customer Care Service, Useless Delivery Partners, Everyone is useless in this company, No one is solving my Issue, No one is responding me on call, on chat, I am plus member, I was don't know This company has this type of special Customer care services and benefits like this.

        Here comes the real scam/fraud, After 10 days of waiting for pickup, they rejected the pickup, even my status is Refund Accepted, For this Issue, I have contacted so many times and explained my Issue about no one is picking the product and they Increased the deadline again and again and today I got SMS called "Pickup Rejected by Flipkart" Seriously????? You guys have wasted time, Energy, and Money.

          I ordered ROYAL Enfield helmet but I received smartbuy helmet product which I wasn't ordered and the seller Retailnet company stick some other barcode in the box (order ID:OD[protected] and I applied for replacement waiting for 48hrs and still no reply from Flipkart side.

          I don't know why Flipkart making too slow to replacement process

            Finally it's time to deactivate my Flipkart account permanently after when I use Rs 932 Flipkart Wallet balance .I'm just waiting for flipkart to start delivery in my location 811311 then I will use ₹932 flipkart balance then delete flipkart account permanently I'm deactivating my account because flipkart lost my trust. I purchased an adaptor with Type C cable but they provide micro usb cable continue 3 times in replacement product also. And no action taken on seller . Flipkart support team famous rote dialogue "we can understand the trouble you have faced" . After 3 weeks there support team say only refund available now price of this product increased from ₹224 to ₹432.

              I ordered a shoe from Flipkart on 27 September on that day price was ₹699.
              And that order was cancelled by Flipkart itself on October 4. And I got email that if you reorder this item within next 7 days we will get difference amount. So I ordered this issue again with the price tag of ₹2249.
              The difference amount is ₹1550. But I got only 100₹.

              I attached all the photos and email I got with this complaint.

              Please help me to get a difference amount.

                was also delayed i bought it as a gift for someone on birthday but it got delayed so i had to buy from a local shop on the same day, flipkart has caused me so much trouble and harrasament

                  Sir,
                  I have booked a new phone with order id: OD[protected] and OD[protected] along with the exchange of my old phone MI Redmi 5A. Flipkart delivery boy has rejected to take my old phone despite the difference amount I was willing to pay for Screen crack and dents. I made a call to Flipkart customer regarding the issue and they told me that taking of old phone is in the discretion of the delivery boy, whereas there is no such instructions in their sites or application. I would like to know why the Flipkart is showing something in the site and not abiding their own instructions. Please take a look into the matter.

                    This is regarding a transaction done on 8th October 2021 amounting to 1424 on flipkart, the order was not placed but the amount was debited. Payment was done thru PAYTM.
                    As per PAYTM the amount has been credited to Flipkart and cashback of Rs 100 was also issued.

                      I have placed Non Stick utensil for my Grand mother in last Nov 2020, i raised return on teh same day that the whole Utensils are faulty ... To which the kept on delaying the return and never sent any one to pick up and never refunded the money ... Thats how you deal with Senior citizens .. I have asked them to present in Police Station they never cared about that too.. I have called them from Police sation with Show cause notice, to which they never cared too..

                        I placed the order in Flipkart and the order number is OD[protected]. I was received the product on dated 17th Oct 2021. But they send me the damaged product and I initiate return and refund, and it could be done pickup by 20th Oct 2021. Pick up was not done on the date, and they are increasing the date every time. The customer support doesn't know anything, and they are giving fake promises to close the call. They are disconnecting the call between the conversation.

                              Hi,
                              I have booked air india flight from your website an year ago (apr17-2020). Due to the covid, return flight got cancelled and refund is still pending.

                              I have contacted Flipkart team, Refund Pending on booking id ending wth [2202] and the [Incident: IN[[protected]] logged against flipkart is not resolved.

                              When i contacted customer care support[protected] for the update. It was still waiting under 120 days tag.

                              Still i didn't receive any update from team. Please help me in expedite the process .

                                  I placed my order on Flipkart on the 7th of October that time delivery date was showing the 10th of October. But again they changed the date to the 12th of October so I registered a complaint regarding this. And asked to deliver early to the Flipkart executive. They said ma'am your order has already been reached the nearest hub, logistics team is responsible for the delay. We will try to resolve your query by 3day. But again even after 3days, they didn't resolve my issue and again they extended my complaint date by 3days and again they didn't resolve my issue again asking for 3days more for the delivery of my product. Please look into this matter. And I want to raise a complaint against the logistics team of Flipkart. I think they have stolen my phone.

                                    Flipkart has started a programe where a person watches videos and inbetween answers questions which allows them to earn some points and which later can be redeemed to vouchers.
                                    I have been playing this for a year and now i have earned 2500 points..when i tried to redeem with 2500 flipkart voucher .flipkart says i am not eligible for it.
                                    When checked terms and conditions .it clearly mentions i am eligible.
                                    Now i want action to be taken against flipkart and fine to be imposed on them for wasting my time and effort.

                                      I have ordered with Flipkart on 23rd October 21 : OD[protected]

                                      I amount has been debited from my acc but it shows that transaction failed. I have received no refund of the amount debited.

                                      And it would really help on the consumer end if you had telecommunication for customer care, writing takes a lot of time for reply and in such situations a customer cannot be having patience till you reach back us in writing.
