I had ordered few items on 16th Oct and 18th Oct 2021. The product got shipped quickly but is not delivered yet. Orders are being sent to wrong location multiple times and my delivery date is postponed after commited deadline is reached. Even if it reaches to my nearest hub(12km from delivery location), it is being returned back to mother hub.

Flipkart doesn't even have knowledgeable and experienced professional in their customer care service. I am bluffed everytime I contact them. They don't allow me to speak to their senior executive as well.

    Discount issue of realme 8 (Cyber Silver, 128 GB) with order ID OD[protected].
    I tried placing order with and without Exchange offer, Also Tried using Different cards, No success.
    Spoke to multiple representatives, First was told t try next day, I tried and was still not working, Spoke to another, Was told to place order and would check internally after that since order is not placed, can not check.
    I placed order and checked after that.
    Everytime I get a call, People talk about cart value is not what is required. I keep telling them This order is not going through with Additional discount as mentioned in terms with or without exchange both ways, I also have tried using Different cards like CITI/AXIS/SBI, Does not work. Nobody is helping.
    I have had Numerous interactions, Last one was wherein Representative who called me said he can not do anything and I asked if I should escalate on my own since he was not ready to do it, He asked me to escalate it wherever I want and hence, I Raised it here in this forum.
    I changed my desicion n wanted to keep the phone n checked with support team.
    They checked n informed me, order will not be cancelled n would make attempt to redeliver, I had many interactions via phone n chat, nothing happened n they finally cancelled order.
    I had to gift the same but i could not. I want to raise a complaint for false promises made, not keeping the word n irresponsible behavior.
    Now, Deal is gone n i can not buy it in same price. This seems like retaliation.

      I have a issue regarding getting rewards by playing Flipkart videos like ladies vs gentlemen s2, I see an error Suspicious Activity Detected when I try to unlock the surprise gift.It says I cannot claim any rewards from flipkart video. I assure you that I didn't misuse my account.. Kindly see through it what happened.

          I ordered a Milton vacuum flask which was delivered on 12 Oct 2021. It turned out to be defective. My refund request was accepted by Flipkart on 14 Oct 2021 and the pickup was scheduled to be by 16 Oct 2021. When Flipkart's partner Ekart logistics didn't turn up to pickup I phoned Customer Care on 18 Oct 2021 and was assured the issue would be resolved by 20 Oct 2021. As expected Flipkart didn't do anything so I again phoned Customer Care on 20 Oct 2021 and was told this would be resolved by 22 Oct. Again as expected Flipkart didn't do anything so I phoned again on 22 Oct, 23 Oct, 24 Oct and 25 Oct 2021 and everytime I was told it would be resolved. Now they said it will be resolved by 28 Oct 2021. Flipkart and their crooked partners Ekart logistics is playing all these games just to avoid giving refund. Please don't buy anything from Flipkart since they are cheats and don't refund money if product is defective

              Payment done through paytm wallet but order not confirmed on 8th Oct 2021. Flipkart chat support is pathetic. Requested for call back, from there also no support ...everybody is saying "due to server error at bank's end..payment was not successful". And also i got the cashback from flipkart only in the same paytm wallet.

                I ordered product on 16oct 2021 which includes 1earphone + mi camera during sale and paid the respective amount.Next day in the evening i got message they cancelled my product . I contact customer care they told to re order i did the same . My re order was also cancelled few days back. Now my 1 more order has been cancelled after shippment how is this possible .
                I ordered Products during sale now i am not getting the previous deal and my product has also cancelled .
                This is unethical one can't refuse to provide product after sending successful mail or after payment or after shipment.
                Flipkart is manipulating their customers, if they won't provide deal then why do they advertise everywhere.
                There customer care executive also no knowledge about the issues they keep repeating single text, system is not working m sorry etc etc . I dont need apologize i need product .

                  Fortune Oil packet was missing from my order. I ordered 13.5 litres of oil but I received 12.5 litres of oil. After I called the delivery guy, he said that he will deliver in 2 days. But I think, that won't happen. So please refund or deliver that packet.

                    Wanted to order something from Flipkart and paid via Paytm but the order failed and payment got debited, they said the amount will be credited back into my Paytm wallet in 24 hours so I tried again and got the same error, my money is not been refunded yet for both the orders its been 20 days should I enquire consumer court now?

                      I was ordered IFB 7kg Smart Sense, Lint Tower Filter, 3D Wash Fully Automatic washing machine on date 5 th Oct 2021.
                      Order No. OD[protected]

                      But instead of ordered product I received wrong model i.e. TL-REW 6.5kg AQUA Fully Automatic washing machine on date 8th Oct 2021.

                      Then I was called customer care 20 to 25 times to report the issue but the issue still issue was not resolved.
                      Then I was applied for replacement request but it was cancelled without giving any reason.
                      Then I was applied for the return request FOUR times and these requests were also cancelled without giving any reason.
                      STILL ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED

                        I have purchased a Mi tv 5x 43 inch LED tv worth rupees 29999 from Flipkart on 07 th Oct 2021 with order id OD[protected]. The product got delivered to me on 12 th of Oct 2021. On 13 th Oct 2021 the product got installed in my home by the service team. Unfortunately the very next day i.e. on 14th Oct 2021 the tv stopped working with some panel issues. Regarding which I raised a return request, last date for which was till 23 rd of Oct 2021. For the return request they had set a deadline for technician visit to approve the return request was till 18th of Oct. However, the technician didn't visit till 20th of Oct 2021. When I called the Flipkart customer support team they responded saying that there is a technical issue and extended the deadline till 24th of Oct 2021. When I asked regarding this to the customer support they again told me the same thing that my issue will be resolved very soon and backend team is working on my complaint to resolve it soon. issues. In the meantime the extended deadline for technician visit i.e. 24th Oct 2021 is already over. And still there hasn't been a technician visit for inspection nor have I received any details regarding the same. The customer support of Flipkart is also not responding and they have turned a deaf ears to my query. Since the date of raising of return request i.e. from 14 th Oct 2021 till today I'm kind of in a mental trauma at the response of Flipkart customer service and their support assistance.

                          I placed refund for two products from flipkart. But the amount not credited in my account. The website of flipkart shows that the refund is completed. I contacted the bank as well as Gpay customer care and cross checked with the reference id given by flipkart. Both the bank and upi confirm that there is no transactions regarding the reference id given. I contacted the flipkart and they kept saying that seller has completed refund from his side and there is nothing more to do and I can give complaint to upi. I also submitted my bank statement to them as a proof. Still they are not taking any actions. Please help me getting the money back

                                I ordered a product but the product was missing in the package.When i request my refund they rejected it 4 times. Then i registered a complain of it to consumer complaint. Then they asked me to send 3299 rupees for the ID verification which they will send me with the refund. And they told me to send 1599 rupees for the watch which was of 3299 but they asked for the half price because it was being given to me as a compensation. Even till now I didn't get my refund nor the compensy

                                    I ordered "Whirlpool 292 L Frost Free Double Door 3 Star Convertible Refrigerator from Flipkart Delivery thru E-kart. Once I received it was defective mostly due to logistics. It got replaced 3 times and every time it was defective. The logistics guys were so unprofessional and were handling product very badly. Every time they come to take the product, they make big mess at home, break thermocol, break Flower pots, and one day my daughter had put some thermocol in her mouth causing her to choke. I finally Opt for a refund and Today on[protected], they came to take the fridge but without it's packing material and thermocol . They don't want to take it because auto is full. Before that, I even helped them to keep some auto good at my home for sometime until they deliver some things .. After that they comeback silently like thiefs took their goods and ran away in auto leaving the packing material at my home. I followed them and asked them why you not taking packing material, he replied rudily that we are not municipality to take waste, Go and complain to whom ever u want and he warned me to go back home else he ll kick ### out of me. I ll attach auto number, contact number etc.

                                      My order I'd OD[protected], for size 3 was requested twice and I was delivered size 4. Again twice the size ring size receive and now again I had return the same which will get pick up by Nov 3. I will not be available at home after 29th oct 2021. So forcefully they want me to keep this as policy of 14 days will expire. Please help me in getting this product before 29th oct and all fault is of seller they twice send me wrong size of 4 instead of 3.

                                        श्री मान जी को मालूम हो कि २०१९ में हमने फ्लिफकार्ट कंपनी से ऑनलाइन कोडेक कंपनी का 43UHDSMART[protected]K स्मार्ट टीवी ख़रीदा था. जिसका Extended Warranty भी हमने लिया था. अब जबकि टीवी में पैनेल में शिकायत आई है, तो हमने ०१ अक्टोबर २०२१ को आपके फ्लिफकार्ट के हेल्पलाइन पर फ़ोन कर अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करवाई थी. जिसके बाद फ्लिपकार्ट कंपनी द्वारा जिप्स कस्टमर सर्वीस से टेक्नेसियन हमारे घर आए और टीवी की जाँच के बाद उसे जिप्स कंज्यूमर सर्वीस सेंटर ले गए. जिसे २5 दिन बीत चुके है. अब कहते है टीवी नहीं बनेगी. जिप्स कस्टमर सर्वीस कंपनी उसे बनाकर देने की बजाय ७०% रिफंड अमाउंट देने की बात कह रही है. जबकि हमने Extended Warranty इस लिए लिया था कि यदि हमारे टीवी को कुछ होता है तो कंपनी Warranty के तहत बनाकर देगी. अब रिफंड अमाउंट देने की बात कर रही है. ऐसे में मैं और मेरा पूरा परिवार Extended Warranty लेने के बाद भी परेशान है. साथ ही मैं उनसे फोन पर लगातार अपनी समस्या जानने की कोशिश भी कर रहा हूँ. किन्तु उनसे कोई संतुष्ट जवाब नहीं मिल रहा है.
                                        अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि आप मुझे मेरा टीवी बनवाकर दिलवाने में मेरी मदद करे या मेरा पूरा पैसा वापस दिलाए. जिसका बिल इस मेल के साथ जोड़ रहा हूँ.
