Flipkart big fraud day

I placed order for a toy on 04th October from seller Nizomi for 854/-. it was delivered on 09 Oct 2021. I received toy in opened form with bubble wrapped and no price tag??? I didn't buy used product, flipkart is refusing to pick the order for more than 5 days n asking me to wait, they are postponing the pick up date again n again. I need compensation for cheating me and allowing seller to sell...

Phone cancelled without inform

My phone was scheduled for delivery on 5th october 2021 which was rescheduled on 8th and further to 13th october and then it was cancelled without any consult. Now I cannot order same phone with same price as sale is finished....

Faulty product and zero service for flipkart complete protection plan

This is the worst service i am ever facing and when i call up they dont pickup nor they call back !! The automated machine says they will call back in 30 mins bt no one calls back bcz they dont need to pay and they are just taking our money as if its there !! I have ordered tv and now tv has stopped working and i have purchased Flipkart complete protection plan bt they are saying that u have purchased on EMI so within 7 days the technician...

Product order not placed while payment deducted from paytm

I have placed my order on 7th October and today is 13th October, my order didn't got placed in Flipkart while my payment was successful from Paytm to them..i have called and checked with paytm, they say payment has been made 100% but flipkart CS dept is just not buzzing.. They tell some new reasons everytime and are not providing any resolution..i am tired of taking there reasons for past 1 week and 3 times a day.. Its so pathetic so see...

Infinix Hot 10 play

I purchased a product from flipkart 29 October 2021. The product was shipped by the seller and was at the nearest hub and should have been delivered by October 2nd, however there was a delay in delivery and new date was given 5th October. However the product was not yet delivered, I called multiple times related to the delivery and every time a new date was given and the last date was given 13th October.

I want my order to be delivered

I have ordered a grocery basket by using a coupon given by flipkart on 7th September 2021 .. Today's date is 13th October and still my products are not delivered yet. Since one month Whenever I contact with flipkart customer service they're giving me some nonsense dates.. Every single time they're giving me a new date but the Main products in order section still showing the delivery date as 17th September...and the products haven't shipped...

Order not delivered even though more than a week of order placed

My order Order ID:OD[protected]. It was ordered at 5OCT 2021 nd today it is 13 oct 2021 nd Its not yet shipped. The tracking status is stagnant. Do ship it as soon as possible. Else please let me know so that I can cancel it and go for amazon where they ship quickly. I had been a regular customer of Flipkart and this time I am very Dissappointed. Hope you can help me in someway as this is important for me. Appreciate your service....

No update on my product

My order was said to be delivered on 13th oct and still it hasn't been shipped yet. I ordered it during the big billion days and now the big billion days are over. And now if they cancel the order I will have to pay atleast 20k. Very disappointed from Flipkart's service....

Product canceled without my consent

I ordered aristocrat wave strolley on 2 October 2021 having my residence as delivery address. There delivery partner sent me sms for self pick on 10th oct
On 12 oct morning i had a conversation with flipkart where i requested for delivery of my product but to my surprise after some tie product was canceled.
I contacted flipkart customer care they replied that due to security issue cited bu there delivery partner product was...

I had order a grocery items on 06/10/2021 and it should be delivered on next day but till now it is not delivered and neither I would get refund....

Account ban without reason

In game zone and video zone showing error suspicious activity... And game zone showing fair play with our term and condition... But I'm not break any rule of both zone... Contact customer care but he didn't solve my problem......

I ordered a phone (realme gt edition) on flipkart 10days ago and for the order delivery date was 10oct 2021 but which hasn’t been delivered till now. Their customer care executives have wasted my important 4 days but just saying to wait for tonight then again tonight.Now they aren’t picking my calls at all. As being a humble customer and citizen I wanr flipkart to pay penalty for wasting my precious time and efforts....

Money not refunded after order cancellation

I cancelled an order on 03/10/2021 OD[protected] amount of Rs.10799 using my Flipkart Axis cc 533467***4128. They assured that my amount will get refunded to my cc by 08/10/2021. But till now I have not received my refund and they are saying they have already transferred the amount. I have even shared my credit card statement to show that they have not refunded. I have even asked them to give me reference Id of the payment made to my cc but...

Provide damaged product and customer executives refusing the call

We received damaged washing machine from the flipkart in big billion days, we ae trying to proper response from the flipkart team from last 1 week but they not respond and now they at least not attending calls with my number....

Shame on you Flipkart

My product already arrived at my nearest hub on 9th October. Today, on 12th October it was supposed to delivered to me. Yes this was the last expected date. But after 6:30 pm you changed the date to Oct 14th!!! Shame on you people, never gonna buy anything from Flipkart because of this in future.
