I had requested to the return the product (Order ID:- OD[protected], Replacement ID:-[protected]) on 12th of October. Nobody came or responded for that.
And early today(on 22nd) morning around 4AM the return was cancelled without my knowledge. I don't know how and why it was done from you.

Flipkart is wholly responsible for this fraudulent.
I want that to get returned and my money back.

    On October 6th, 2021, I ordered a laptop from Flipkart. It was scheduled to ship from the seller on October 10th, 2021, and be delivered to me by October 16th, 2021. The product arrived in my state on October 13th, went to the next hub on October 14th, and then to another hub on October 17th.

    By now, the product was delayed from the original delivery date of October 16th to October 18th. However, there has been no movement of the product since October 17th.

    I have been on too many calls with Flipkart customer service since the last many days. The experience has been absolutely horrible. They have been incredibly unhelpful, have disconnected my call when I have asked them to connect me with a senior employee, and have given very vague explanations about why such a delay is happening.

    Once the October 18th date also lapsed, they updated that the issue will be resolved by October 22nd. Then they arbitrarily changed that date to October 23rd. I was assured by the customer service executives I called that my issue will be resolved "for sure" by the 23rd, I only needed to wait. But at 12 AM today, this date got changed again, to October 25th.

    On the order updates on the Flipkart app, they have stated that they will try to resolve the issue within the next 3 days. This message has been present since the October 18th date was lapsed. I thought this would mean that they will resolve the issue by October 21st. But with every passing day, they are expanding the deadline by one day as well. It's like a never-ending loop.

    It is not everyday when I decide to buy a product of such high value. There's a lot of planning and saving involved. I have been suffering from anxiety ever since this issue has come up, and I cannot bear this any longer. This is an extremely anti-consumer approach from Flipkart and I'm thoroughly disappointed in their practices.

      I bought Thomson TV online from Flipkart during Big Billion days.. Order delivered but no installation happened for 7 days. Followedup many time but no positive response. Finally I opened the box to check if TV is working otherwise Return day would pass by. And when checked its remote was faulty, for which I raised replacement complaint. And it was cancelled without any explanation. Followed up on same for 10 days. Raised another replacement request that too was cancelled without any explanation. Now when ever I call customer support they just hang up and drop the call. Thats not at all expected from this reputed company. Sorry to say but this is the worst service I have seen in my life.

        Order id- OD[protected]

        Today 21 OCT 2021 while we eagerly waited for our product (REAL ME NARZO 50A. Price 12499)
        which was order on 10 oct, 2021 but unfortunatel it was came to be delivered on 21st oct, 2021
        and it was not our first time to got online purchase on mobile phones . i am going to take the phone in the exchange
        And delivery boy came and gave to us on 21st oct, 2021 after 7.30 pm in night
        and he checked the phone and told us to pay extra Rs.1150, we thought the phone was old so i am in staircase with Rs.1150 money to give him.
        Suddenly the boy behaves very rude to us and telling that, i have camed to give this phone, other wise no one will come to give .
        Delivery boy spoke very rudely and in tough voice in front our house, flipkart delivery boy behaviours is very rude to us.
        We are common peoples that doesn't means anybody came and rush to behave rude to us.
        I do something then will b greatful but i am doubtful that even flipkart do anything according to my complaint??
        So i decided that i never buy any products from flipkart .

          Myself Aurelius Soares (25) Mumbai a Flipkart Customer of yours ([protected]) I had placed 3 Orders on 7th Oct worth Rs 3525/-
          Nor my Order was placed moreover my Paytm wallet money got deducted for the same of 3525/-
          I raised so Manny conserns but no Idea if I would get my Money back.
          As your Customer I request you to please check on it
          It is some money from my hardwork which I have put into if it was 200 ..300 I had no issue but the Paytm says we have initiated it's successful...and I have also received cashback for that Order of Rs 100..Please I don't want that cashback but my money to be refunded.

          Please I hope you will resolve my Case Soon.

            Hello,
            I purchased a mobile phone realme 8i on 6th October on flipkart in exchange offer with my old phone ( mi note 4). This delivery date is 12 October. And on 12th October after contacting to multiple times with flipkart customer service rhe delivery boy came at 6 pm on 12th October. But he making less money on exchange phone, so I refused them to take mobile, but after some time flupkart message me via sms, and email that if you want to take your this mobile phone with that offer in big billion days then you contact with me (flipkart). Then I contact to flipkart and booked again that offer with exchange offer.
            But this time I want to gave exchange offer mobile phone cash not the phone . So they gave a date to me 13th October to delivered my phone . Because my phone is in rewari (my location) since 9th October. So after 13th October I contact to many times with the flipkart service and they not deliver on 13th October. But after that they gave me a issue resolution date of 19th October. But on 19th October I Don't receive my product. So they said you received your product in 24 48 hours so I waited. But on again 20th they said by typo error your order was delivered by 20th October 7pm but I don't receive on that day respectively. After that they say you receive your product by 21th 7pm respectively. But on that day also I don't receive my product. And now is 22th October and also this day they saying you receive your product by 24 -48 hours . When I will get my product . They Don't give me a sure or confirmation date. They telling lie lies and lies again again and again..
            They telling lies to everyone they delivered all product late by the date they gave.
            So I want to said that when will my product came, I want my product today and today. Today
            If they said whether they send my order or not . If not I will buy another product on amazon . Amzon are best in delivery matter they always delivered their product before there dates they gave. So I want my product today .
            They are a making joke of me day by day.

                  I am ordering Poco M3 Pro on 3rd Octomber 2021 from Flipkart online shoping, then product curior boy delivered the phone on 5th October 2021 when I open the mobile box (flipkart packing box is completely seal pack) when I found mobile box is alrady opend and when the mobile box is open I found the soap bar. hear I attached some images for the same, then I complaint the flipkart customer support and the all are give time the told me within 17th October your issue will be solved, then on 10th October I got mail by flipkart in the mail show the replacement and return is accepted by the flipkart so I am happy that time but after 4 days automatically cancelled return and replacement and reason show to me product is not replace and not covered in return and replacement policy,

                  Dear sir flipkart 2 time accept his mistake and give me two time replacement approval, but after some time they cancelled my replacement, flipkart big cheat with me please sir take necessary action with flipkart

                          Sir I accidentally ordered two watches from flipkart. One pending payment got successful suddenly & another COD. While trying to return one of my watch they block my account citing so many returns from the account. 100+ products brought from flipkart. Hardly 10 products I returned if have a genuine reason. I contacted flipkart via call, email, Twitter, Instagram but everything gone in vain. It has been 1.5months they haven't unblocked. There is no guidelines for number of returns per month or yr. Then how can they block a account without prior notice.I can't even get invoices of my valuable products. I always get a message in mail that account can't be unblocked because of high return.

                          There is no guidelines provided by flipkart on number of maximum returns can be made in a month or year. Then how can they block a costumer account without prior notice. Out 100+ orders I made flipkart 10-15 products if product found to be faulty.

                            My order Order ID: OD[protected] Its not yet shipped. The tracking status is stagnant. Do ship it as soon as possible. Else please let me know so that I can cancel it and go for amazon where they ship quickly. I had been a regular customer of Flipkart and this time I am very Disappointed. Hope you can help me in someway as this is important for me. Appreciate your service. Also I updated this issue in another forum but no response, I got a call from flipkart telling seller is facing unforeseen issue but they did not tell what alternate they are doing or what efforts if any they had taken to get the product shipped. its worst online shop portal ever. The paid money kept in their hand for 20 days now. I have fed up by complaining in their pathetic customer support. I am not getting any proper response. The product i ordered is not available in any other platform. If its available i can choose in that way.

                              I ordered a safari trolley bag from flipkart and money got deducted from my paytm wallet but due to technical issue flipkart didn't received money . I tried again and I faced same issue againhe. I thought that flipkart would return money in 7-8 days . But my money is not Refuned till now and it's been 14 days .
                              Now They say they have not received any money, please contact paytm. Paytm says they have paid to flipkart. Flipkart is fraud. There customer care executive harasses mentally 😠😠

                                I had recently purchased a Boat Rockerz 255F Pro+ Bluetooth Headset (Order ID: OD[protected] from Flipkart on 4th October. I got the product on 9th October. But after using it for 3-4 days, I started facing some issues in the right side of the headset.

                                So, I raised a return request on 13th October which was approved on 15th October. The headset was supposed to be picked by 16th October but it was not done that day and the date was postponed to 21st October.

                                Then, I received an SMS from Flipkart on 19th October saying that the headset will be picked by 9 p.m on that day. But, the delivery guy did not pick his call when I tried to contact him and it was not picked up on that day either. Then, I received another SMS from Flipkart that the pickup will be done by 20th October.

                                Now, 21st October has already passed but still the headset is not picked. Even after multiple conversations with their support team all I get is some lame reasoning and false assurances.

                                Flipkart sent me an SMS that it will be picked on 22nd October. I was pretty sceptical though as they were not able to do that from 16th October which is almost a week. But, today i.e. 22nd the order is picked and to my surprise the money was refunded instantly into my account. I thought they will take another week to refund the amount too.

                                    Return of an incompatible product

                                    I have purchased one Faber chimney on 4th oct from Flipkart order Id OD[protected]. Brand has denied installation as the product is not at all compatible for my kitchen. Hence I requested Flipkart as an exception to return the product. As it can't be installed as mentioned by brand technician. As per product policy it is eligible for replacement I know.but as I purchased it through online hence every details was not mentioned...

                                    I ordered FLYING MACHINE Full Sleeve Solid Men Quilted Jacket with Rs 1728 + 91 Flipkart coins dated 9th Oct ’21 with order id OD[protected] product was delivered to me on 12th Oct’21 but product condition was damaged having stitching issue (stitching was removed/ not available in some area) at the time of booking I saw the return policy where replacement or refund both are available with particular process but I was not able to proceed with replacement of the product due to faulty/ damage product was delivered because only refund option was available I initiated refund dated 18th Oct’21 and refund was approved and product was supposed to be picked dated 19th Oct’21 but product is yet not picked and I haven’t received the refund till now Refund ID:[protected].

                                    I again ordered the same FLYING MACHINE Full Sleeve Solid Men Quilted Jacket with Rs 1851 + 98 Flipkart coins on 16th Oct’21 with order id OD[protected] and product was delivered dated 19th Oct’21 but again product condition was damaged having stitching issue (stitching was removed/ not available in some area) at the time of booking I saw the return policy where replacement or refund both are available with particular process but I was not able to proceed with replacement of the product due to faulty/ damage product was delivered because only refund option was available

                                      Supercom net seller is worst, I have ordered on 3 October till 21 October order not shipped and delivered, when contacted care received reply as will deliver till 10 October and second time till 22 October but here worst seller " supercom net " haven't shipped and delivered the product, so on Flipkart some sellers are worst ever, so order at your risk ... #...
