Sir,
I have placed an order for three pens at Flipkart on 4th October 2021.
The order was a prepaid order.The order was not delivered to me but the status at Flipkart shows that the order was delivered.
I have informed this to Flipkart over phone and through mail. They simply say that they will look into the matter but as of 27th October they have not resolved my issue.
They have made a partial refund .

I am surprised that I made payment collectively whereas they are making refund partially.what about my
rest of refund.
Every time when I call they hear my issue as a new issue.
Very pathetic customer service.

I believe bringing the matter here will do something helpful to poor customers like us.

    I Order a product id no OD[protected] order on 5 Oct 2021 and expected delivery date 18 Oct 2021. On 11 Oct 2021 I check in my Flipkart app my order was delivered but where delivered I don't know so I raise a complain regarding this matter, customer care assured me that this problem will be resolved till 18 Oct 2021. I remind everyday to customer care on 18 Oct I got ivr phone call in which two questions put if product delivered press 1 if not press 2, I press 2 because product not delivered to me then in ivr take wait 24 hours i.e. 19 Oct 6:48 PM. I wait on 19 Oct again got ivr call and same question ripit then also I press 2. After that I not received any ivr call. And on my Flipkart app shows problem resolved. I again open this because my problem not resolve they assured my I raise complain regarding your product missing and you receive your refund till 26oct 3:05pm but till date not received. I request please put this problem in court against Flipkart and their customer care's those misguide the customer and also harsh the customer. I have all recording of their customer care. Please do the needful

      So Flipkart or Ekart as I may call do not deliver the products to the customer at delivery time the executive will say that the product will get delivered the next day and when you ask for a reason he will disconnect the phone and block the number and after 30mims you will recieve a message that customer denied delivery this like seriously pathetic and this is the 3rd time I faced the Issue there a like 50people approx whom I know who have faced similar issue by flipkart and we are planning to lodge a fraud FIR against flipkart and also slam them with a legal notice for cheating and forgery and mental harassment. Flipkart should be taking strict action against these delivery executives or they will definitely run out of business soon.

        Worst ever service and no value for customers

        Not ready to deliver the product and requesting for cancel the product for that also they are not ready...

        And daily they are changing deliver date by them self without intimating

            Have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

            The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
            Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

              I purchased the MI TV. there is some issue with my TV. Like when we turn on TV it is good but after half an hour voice is not coming and video is also off automatically and not working overall. My wife and mother tried to reached you guys and MI company but no one is responding. I want help regarding that as soon as possible.

                  Sir myself demanded Kitaari bollywood saree but got different product Girls Top instead of saree when I got the product mean I told to delivery boy sir that is totally different product thenhe told me u hav to return/replace product online he told in that case I can't do nothing, but myself raisey return request five times but flipkart cancelled my return request.

                    I have a gift card of ₹10000/- and when i try to redeem it after entering the card no and pin it shows as the card is been deactivated. I checked the balance it shows ₹10000/- . I need my problem to be solved very soon cuz i need that money for an urgent cause . Thank you

                      I have ordered a new laptop from Flipkart and i got it delivered on 25 october 2021 but when i checked warranty status of laptop with asus it is found to be a out of warranty product. I am totally dissappointed on this service by flipkart.

                          I am very try to giving adharcardh through mail and website also but showing me error and something went wrong .And this problem i also said to flipkart agent but could not helping me and my return get rejected 3 times.After that i complain hear to kindly approve my return request and scheuled a pickup date and give my refund amount rs 6469/-.

                              I have placed order on 7th Oct-21 from Flipkart and made payment through paytm wallet which was successful but order was not placed. When called to customer care of Flipkart about my refund they say that refund will be processed within 8 working days but till date refund not received in my paytm wallet. When again called to customer care after 15 days, now they are saying fault is from paytm side.

                                Haven't received the product, it's been 22 days. I am not even able to cancel the order on the app.
                                Have logged an issue at least 5 times with Flipkart, Nobody from customer support is willing to provide any resolution, every time I am promised a new date & asked to wait for the resolution. Nobody is willing to transfer my calls to the escalation handling team. Customer support executives just hang up on the calls. I have even waited for over 40 mins on call, waiting for the executive to transfer my call to someone who can provide me any resolution & she too hang up the call.
                                Neither am I getting the product nor am I able to cancel the order.
                                I want to cancel the order & want a complete refund of the amount I paid.

                                  Have placed order for 3 items worth rs 1036/- on 7th of october .
                                  paid the amount to flipkart through my paytm wallet .
                                  amount got deducted from my paytm wallet and also i have received cash back of rs 100/- from flipkart but orders for 1036 was not confirmed and flipkart says we have not received any payment .
                                  while paytm says amount has already been paid to flipkart .
                                  have called customer care more than 50 times but they just tell me that we have not recived the payment .
                                  just answer me guys if payment has not been received how will i get cash back ???

                                      I am still receiving otp on my email id when I have not been using the flipkart app to shop for anything. When I complained before I was told to change the password but I am still receiving otp message on email id. Advice.
