I got this product 2 times defective. Let me explain to you in detail, Actually, one month ago I have ordered a "LUMINOUS LB600PRO 600VA UPS -PRO UPS" and I got the defective product and I requested a replacement for this product and then I got replaced product that was again defective and then I requested "Return/Refund" and then they told me that they will pick up this product on "16 Oct 2021" and this deadline has gone and today I am complaining the date is "23 Oct 2021" Still they have not picked up the product from me. I have contacted them regarding this issue so many times and they Increased the time day by day, They told me they finally will pick up the product by 23 Oct 2021, and still, no one has picked up the Item and today I got an SMS that they will pick up the product by 25 Oct 2021 so, again they have Increased the deadline of pickup and I am Flipkart Plus Member and I am Frenquitely buying so many products but this time I am very disappointed. The last time I talked with the customer care number and he listen to me but he was not able to answer me correctly and then suddenly he got silent and I was like Hello Hello Hello...What the F..K service is this?????????
I want my money back As soon as possible otherwise I will case an FIR and Case against this Issue/company.
I will go through it deeply now. I am very frustrated.

Updated by Bharat_Bhanushali Here comes the real scam/fraud, After 10 days of waiting for pickup, they rejected the pickup, even my status is Refund Accepted, For this Issue, I have contacted so many times and explained my Issue about no one is picking the product and they Increased the deadline again and again and today I got SMS called "Pickup Rejected by Flipkart" Seriously????? You guys have wasted time, Energy, and Money.
