I ordered on 6th Oct, product delivery on 22 Oct that too wrong

I ordered campus shoes on 6th Oct during sale, delivery was supposed to happen on 12, it was delayed from Flipkart to 14 but finally product is delivered today and that too wrong. The seller has sent wrong product after 16 days. Now they are saying they will try replace or refund, will I get same product even after waiting 1 more month ?...

    In May, 2021, i checked my Cibil report and found there is a personal loan and 548 rupees is due on my name by IDFC first bank for which i never applied before. As well I don't have any type of intimation or information on mobile number or e-mail from idfc first bank. While I contacted IDFC bank it is reflecting because of paylater option available by Flipkart. However nothing is due to pay in flipkart paylater option and the proof for the same is attached. Then I contacted flipkart and they told me that nothing is due in my account and they will resolve the matter with IDFC bank in 2 days. And it's been 2 months and nothing is being resolved by flipkart. It affected my Cibil score by 150 points and in the future I have to apply for a home loan and I am worried about the same. Flipkart and IDFC bank are misusing the information of the customer and forwarding wrong information to credit rating agencies which is a big trouble for us.

      I have raised issue for my order. 3 times I have ordered same mobile but all got delayed and finally cancelled by Flipkart automatically without notification.

      I have tried to chase for the reason. Flipkart told me that is reaches max attempt of delivery. But in fact no attempt was made to deliver the product. I have attached proof that I called delivery person and he never picked my call. No updates so far.

      This is worst experience. Please do not make.people fool.

        I have purchased Poco M2 Pro on 18th Oct 2021 and it got delivered today.

        When I tried to open the box the mob looks pretty old and damaged with full of dirt and the Mob is very old stock more than a year old and looks already tampered. Corner of the box damaged too.

        However immediately I have reported to Flipkart support team about this and convey I did not open the seal at all as it looks tampered already.

        I completely afraid to open the box and did not seal it.

        Kindly take the necessary action against seller and do the need on replacing the mobile which is new.

          Regarding delivery of LG washing machine

          I ordered a washing machine through Flipkart ( LG FHT1265ZNW) Order ID - OD[protected]. They send me damaged product two times, the first delivery and the replacement one. During the diwali sales I got the machine in offer for rs 22500 and with exchange of my old machine I got it for Rs 20600. Now since already the replacement has done they are only providing the option of refund which only gives me 20600. The price of the product...

          Raising as issue as a seller with flipkart how to check new orders are prepaid or cod before dispatching to buyers.
          The account i am handling as a self ship ordres so it is very important thing for me to know orders are prepaid or cod.
          Flikart is not helping at all. Initially flipkart manager told me all slef ship orders will be prepaid by default which is not a case. After delivering al orders as prepaid, suddenly got to know from a buyer the order was cod. Riased so many indients with flipkart but no policy at all. No managers helped on this. Want to file a case against flipkart

          Incident: IN[protected] is open with flipkart. All the orders successfully processed. Customers got the products delivered. All orders had valid tracking ID since the orders processed through self-ship method. Flipkart denied to pay for all the products which are successfully delivered to buyers. We also have shared poof of delivery to flipkart (POD), but flipkart didn't respond after that.

                I had purchased iphone 13 on 17 sep and opted for emi and the same has not been converted. I called flipkart multiple times but they disconnected the call every time. I want my transaction to be converted to emi on priority. i spoke to bank they said merchant had not done.

                  On 24 july 2019 i orderd realme x phone from flipkart website, now my phone is major issue regarding screen so i visited realme service center they asked me for bill, but i don't have bill so i try to download invoice from flipkart order section but there showing problem to download invoice . so i contact flipkart help center but they did not provide any resolution yet.

                    I had size issue with my Puma product so I decided to return the product during the return policy. I also ordered another suitable size product with higher price.

                    Product was supposed to be picked by[protected] but it's still not happened by[protected]. From last 4 days I am complaining to customer care and Twitter. But no resolution.

                    On[protected] morning I got message for that executive is out for pickup, I tried to call him but he didn't picked up my call. Same day night I got automatic message that return has been cancelled.

                    Customer executives were giving me false promise that it'll be still picked up. Today in the app it shows return cancelled. and my return policy is about to end.

                    I am suppose to leave my place today[protected] for next 20 days so I won't be available at my place.

                    So eventually I have to keep this unnecessary product and have to bare the price from my pocket.

                    Flipkart is just forcing people to keep unnecessary product in the name of return policy cause they don't want to receive product and want to give refund to customer.

                        I had requested to the return the product (Order ID:- OD[protected], Replacement ID:-[protected]) on 12th of October. Nobody came or responded for that.
                        And early today(on 22nd) morning around 4AM the return was cancelled without my knowledge. I don't know how and why it was done from you.

                        Flipkart is wholly responsible for this fraudulent.
                        I want that to get returned and my money back.

                          On October 6th, 2021, I ordered a laptop from Flipkart. It was scheduled to ship from the seller on October 10th, 2021, and be delivered to me by October 16th, 2021. The product arrived in my state on October 13th, went to the next hub on October 14th, and then to another hub on October 17th.

                          By now, the product was delayed from the original delivery date of October 16th to October 18th. However, there has been no movement of the product since October 17th.

                          I have been on too many calls with Flipkart customer service since the last many days. The experience has been absolutely horrible. They have been incredibly unhelpful, have disconnected my call when I have asked them to connect me with a senior employee, and have given very vague explanations about why such a delay is happening.

                          Once the October 18th date also lapsed, they updated that the issue will be resolved by October 22nd. Then they arbitrarily changed that date to October 23rd. I was assured by the customer service executives I called that my issue will be resolved "for sure" by the 23rd, I only needed to wait. But at 12 AM today, this date got changed again, to October 25th.

                          On the order updates on the Flipkart app, they have stated that they will try to resolve the issue within the next 3 days. This message has been present since the October 18th date was lapsed. I thought this would mean that they will resolve the issue by October 21st. But with every passing day, they are expanding the deadline by one day as well. It's like a never-ending loop.

                          It is not everyday when I decide to buy a product of such high value. There's a lot of planning and saving involved. I have been suffering from anxiety ever since this issue has come up, and I cannot bear this any longer. This is an extremely anti-consumer approach from Flipkart and I'm thoroughly disappointed in their practices.

                          Please help. Thank you so much.

                            I bought Thomson TV online from Flipkart during Big Billion days.. Order delivered but no installation happened for 7 days. Followedup many time but no positive response. Finally I opened the box to check if TV is working otherwise Return day would pass by. And when checked its remote was faulty, for which I raised replacement complaint. And it was cancelled without any explanation. Followed up on same for 10 days. Raised another replacement request that too was cancelled without any explanation. Now when ever I call customer support they just hang up and drop the call. Thats not at all expected from this reputed company. Sorry to say but this is the worst service I have seen in my life.

                              Order id- OD[protected]

                              Today 21 OCT 2021 while we eagerly waited for our product (REAL ME NARZO 50A. Price 12499)
                              which was order on 10 oct, 2021 but unfortunatel it was came to be delivered on 21st oct, 2021
                              and it was not our first time to got online purchase on mobile phones . i am going to take the phone in the exchange
                              And delivery boy came and gave to us on 21st oct, 2021 after 7.30 pm in night
                              and he checked the phone and told us to pay extra Rs.1150, we thought the phone was old so i am in staircase with Rs.1150 money to give him.
                              Suddenly the boy behaves very rude to us and telling that, i have camed to give this phone, other wise no one will come to give .
                              Delivery boy spoke very rudely and in tough voice in front our house, flipkart delivery boy behaviours is very rude to us.
                              We are common peoples that doesn't means anybody came and rush to behave rude to us.
                              I do something then will b greatful but i am doubtful that even flipkart do anything according to my complaint??
                              So i decided that i never buy any products from flipkart .

                                Hi Sir,
                                Myself Aurelius Soares (25) Mumbai a Flipkart Customer of yours ([protected]) I had placed 3 Orders on 7th Oct worth Rs 3525/-
                                Nor my Order was placed moreover my Paytm wallet money got deducted for the same of 3525/-
                                I raised so Manny conserns but no Idea if I would get my Money back.
                                As your Customer I request you to please check on it
                                It is some money from my hardwork which I have put into if it was 200 ..300 I had no issue but the Paytm says we have initiated it's successful...and I have also received cashback for that Order of Rs 100..Please I don't want that cashback but my money to be refunded.

                                Please I hope you will resolve my Case Soon.

                                  Hello,
                                  I purchased a mobile phone realme 8i on 6th October on flipkart in exchange offer with my old phone ( mi note 4). This delivery date is 12 October. And on 12th October after contacting to multiple times with flipkart customer service rhe delivery boy came at 6 pm on 12th October. But he making less money on exchange phone, so I refused them to take mobile, but after some time flupkart message me via sms, and email that if you want to take your this mobile phone with that offer in big billion days then you contact with me (flipkart). Then I contact to flipkart and booked again that offer with exchange offer.
                                  But this time I want to gave exchange offer mobile phone cash not the phone . So they gave a date to me 13th October to delivered my phone . Because my phone is in rewari (my location) since 9th October. So after 13th October I contact to many times with the flipkart service and they not deliver on 13th October. But after that they gave me a issue resolution date of 19th October. But on 19th October I Don't receive my product. So they said you received your product in 24 48 hours so I waited. But on again 20th they said by typo error your order was delivered by 20th October 7pm but I don't receive on that day respectively. After that they say you receive your product by 21th 7pm respectively. But on that day also I don't receive my product. And now is 22th October and also this day they saying you receive your product by 24 -48 hours . When I will get my product . They Don't give me a sure or confirmation date. They telling lie lies and lies again again and again..
                                  They telling lies to everyone they delivered all product late by the date they gave.
                                  So I want to said that when will my product came, I want my product today and today. Today
                                  If they said whether they send my order or not . If not I will buy another product on amazon . Amzon are best in delivery matter they always delivered their product before there dates they gave. So I want my product today .
                                  They are a making joke of me day by day.

                                    The product which is supposed to arrive today. Haven't shipped yet. In addition this laptop was purchased in Big Billion Day considering the Offer. Flipkart wasted my valuable other offers time and money on this order.Please look into it.
