Talking about my order I'd OD[protected], what is the status pls.
Today, I got a mail from Flipkart that they have replaced the machine. Can I pls ask why? As per our discussion we have cleared you many times that we don't want the same machine. We have cleared reasons in front of your executives and service manager as well.
By replacing the item and sending the machine, you are wasting our time and your time plus courier package, transportation etc.
Kindly cancel the replacement at your end and refund the amount to us.

I purchased Pureit by HUL ULTIMA MINERAL 10 L from flipkart on 9th october
amounting to rs 13, 949. Order id is - OD[protected] . I have spoken
with many times regarding the issues of this machine including your service
managers, executives and so on. They keep me on call for lot of time but
don't give me resolution. Flipkart says talk to HUL. HUL says talk to
Flipkart. Where do I go?
The product is packed with me but no body is coming to pick it up and no
body is talking about my refund.
I am really feeling Harrased. I complaint for refund but as there were no
option they opted replacement which I didn't accept because I don't want
any kind of replacement, I want refund.

Below are the issues, ..
Although it is a good product by a good brand but it is having some basic
issues.
1) Our family doctor recommended us to have water TDS b/w 200-300 but it is
giving 50 only ( as per water tds tested by technician) which is not good
for health and immunity.
2) Its not even having the basic functionality feature of adjusting TDS.
3) The major problem in our t3 cities like Karnal, Power Cut is a regular
problem and this product is not even dispensing the waster from its storage
without electricity.
These issues and problems are not disclosed or being hidden intentionally
by the company which is just making this product useless for us. Now,
flipkart say, this is not our policy to refund. But hiding the things on
the product page is also a fraud. If they had mentioned the above things on
the product page, I would not have bought. So request you to pls help me to
return the product and process the refund.
Flipkart has raised his hands, he is not ready to help and refund. I
request the grievance officer to pls help me bat your earliest.

Flipkart is not listening to me he is stagnant on replacement of the item. clearly I do not want replacement I want refund because replacement if the same machine and I do not like the same water purifier machine.. I request you to refund at your earliest.
