My name is usman
0n 11th oct i had ordered a mobile phone Mi 11x pro which was delivered to me on 13th oct . When i opened the flipkart box i saw that the brand box seal was already broken . And when i opened the brand box the phone which i received was a used phone which had scratches on it . I tried to return/replace the product for 4 times . But every time my request was cancelled without any reason . I have also provide my aadhar card, photo and video while i was unboxing my phone as a proof . I have tried a lot to return or replace the product by talking to ur customer support but none of them helped me out in this . My request to flipkart is kindly go through it as soon as possible Or else i have to file a fraud case against the company .

    Ordered a toy gun, plastic hand juicer, whiskey bullets for the toy gun…with total amount 1093 paid by paytm wallet order no confirmed then paid again….paid twice but order not confirmed yet…paytm guys are saying that the amout has reached to merchant….and flipkart guys put the call on long holds….when call back is arranged the guys don’t even say a word and disconnect the call after 2-3 minutes

      Product (iphone) ordered on 5th October, 2021. It has not been shipped yet. Delivery date was 8th October. But today is 19th October and I have not got it. Customer care is falsely and repeatedly telling me to wait 1 day more.

        I ordered Realme GT ME 6/128 on 3rd October (pre-paid) and the expected delivery date was 13th of October. But it got delayed to today, i.e 19th. Still as of 7.53 pm, there's no response from their side about the delivery. Even in the track order section, it is showing "Arriving Today". I ordered before the Durga Puja and will probably get after Laxmi Puja. Job well done Flipkart..!!!

          I have placed MI 11 Lite on 4th Oct which is supposed to be delivered on 9th Oct, however, it's been more than 2 weeks now, and the product has not been received yet and customer support keep extending the time, now the 1st EMI is generated, however, haven’t received my product. The customer support team doesn't have any information about why there is a delay. they will keep on extending the date and the worst part is we can't cancel the order as well. This is one kind of harassment to the customer

            Its been over 9 days and my two returns are not getting picked up. The maximum pickup date given was 18th October. Its 19th today. I got an 'out for pickup' sms today but where is he ???? Their phone number doesn't go through!! Keep calling and calling and calling!!

            Does flipkart expect us to leave our jobs and sit at home waiting for their damaged products to be picked up everyday??? WE HAVE JOBS TO GO TO!!! How many days do you expect us to stay at home?? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! A REAL INCONVENIENCE.

            Their customer service has totally degraded. The caller never knows what to do. They never help. They just say wait for another. HOW MANY DAYS ???? YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!! My issue is never resolved.

                I am subhajit Majumdar. I've ordered a laptop named acer aspire 7 on 7th October 2021. The laptop was delivered to me in 17th October 2021. After receiving the pack I tried to boot it up and it didn't start. It kept restarting again and again in a loop. I requested a replacement as my product lied onto the 7 days replacement policy on 17th October. The request was accepted and technician visited my home to verify on 19th October. Technician checked the problem himself and he told me that I'll get my replacement on time. After he left I recieved a sms written "Return Update: The return request for your acer Aspire 7 Ryzen 5 ...+1 item has been closed based on the support provided by the technician. Please contact the brand for any additional product-related assistance."

                Why was that happened while my product is completely eligible for refund ??

                  I received damaged product on 5th Oct 2021 for which issue raised on the same day
                  Customer care now not proceeding to return and telling that issue is resolved. They fraud me for 11735 rupees.

                      Tried an order on Flipkart on 7th oct. The amount for the order was deducted twice from PayTM wallet, but neither the order was confirmed, nor the amount refunded to the wallet.

                      Flipkart customer care executives asked to wait for 8 Business days excluding holidays and claimed that the amount will be refunded. Also, they keep the consumers on hold and never return back with the update.

                      Now, they are saying they never received the amount at first place after 10 days of the first complaint.

                      This is not acceptable as they are making false claims when Paytm team is confirming that the money was paid to the merchant.

                      Please look into the issue at the earliest as the team is highly irresponsible for the queries raised by consumer. They are also not returning back with an update.

                        I ordered one item in big billion day with great offer on 2nd October. They shown me to be delivered my order on 9th of October . But I didn't received. It was prepaid they they promised delivery date would be 16 oct but again till the date they didn't shipped. Then when I talked to customer care they are saying that there are some problem my team is working.
                        But not giving any proper reason for this.

                        I talked to customer care several time but they are ignoring my request

                        Now problem is the cost of order is updated to double of the amount they promised that time.

                        Now directly I can think they are cheating me. They wants me to cancel so that I ordered it again with higher cost

                        But I am not going to do this as they already did it for several item in big billion they

                        If they don't want to provide on promised cost why they are even offering this much discount in big billion they

                        They did this for multiple orders

                        For some order seller cancelled my order when reordered it in higher cost they send it without any issue. What I understand with it

                        For one order they sent me pack of 4 chocolate instead of 6 which I ordered and when I complained they told me to reorder it and return it. Now cost of chocolate increased by 50percent.

                        Now that's all they did with me
                        I wants this order should be delivered soon and either they refund me amount in today's cost so that I can reorder it.

                        I wants this to be refunded with current cost of item in case they cancel my item, or cancel it

                              I have ordered an item on oct 3rd, the expected date for delivery was 12th then later it was changed to 19th oct 2021 as for today not yet done the shipment. I have paid payment through the credit card, I suppose to the pay the credit card bill tomorrow. I have been calling the customer care but my issue is not resolved.

                                  I am tausif and i am a regular customer of flipkart on 3rd september i have paid the amount of rupees 2383 which was successful i have the screenshots but the flipkart is saying they didnt receive it and routed me to the bank when i contacted bank they said contact with flipkart i really dont know where my money gone as the amount has been deducted from my accountand i also have the proof of the transaction.
                                  On top of that idfc bank is calling me threating me for the legal actions to be taken if i dont pay the amount again i am harassed and upset with this thing because when i call customer support for the help none of the seniors or agent loged my complain neither they transfer my call to the senior.
                                  i want my money back why should i pay it again when i have already paid and i have the proofs.

                                    I order iphone 12 mini (64Gb White) from Flipkart during Big Diwali sale for Rs. 38999/- after claiming offers discounts. Order was on track and reached to the nearest ekart Delivery center.
                                    Since delivery station is nearby to my residence, I went to delivery station in the morning to collect the order but due to heavy rush in the center I was called after an hour or so.
                                    After an hour I got email that order has been cancelled because seller is not able deliver to my location.
                                    This is absolutely rubbish since order is already arrived at nearest ekart Delivery center which within 250 metre radius from delivery location.

                                    when I called customer care, I was told a completely different story.
                                    they told me that thier delivery guy called me and I have cancelled the order which absolutely not true since i never got any call.

                                      I had ordered BAJAJ 15 L Storage Water Geyser (15L New Shakti Neo 150873, White)

                                      It was delivered on Sunday, October 17, 2021

                                      The installation guy visited my place in order to install the geyser at the desired location.

                                      After checking the installation wall, the technician told me that the inlet and outlet pipes required for connecting the geyser are too old and can not be opened as they were being used for the first time.

                                      The technician then asked me to take help from a plumber if they can make the pipes working.

                                      So the plumber also checked the pipes in the wall and confirmed that the pipes are too old and the valves can not be opened without breaking the wall which can burst the complete pipeline.

                                      As confirmed both by the installation team from flipkart and local plumber, there is no way the geyser can be installed at that place.

                                      There is nothing wrong with the product and it is absolutely in good condition but can not be installed.

                                      Kindly request you to cancel this order as I can not use this product.

                                        I have ordered Hindware Nevio Plus 60 Auto Clean Wall Mounted Chimney (Black 1200 CMH) via flipkart on date of 04/10/2021 and Flipkart Promised delivery date of 11/10/2021. it's total amount is 9249/00 and Order Number: OD[protected]

                                        After date of 11/10/2021, Flipkart cannot deliver that product, then I contact to flipkart customer care and they take complain provide new delivery date of 12/10/2021. then again they could not provide new promise date then again provide new date of 16/10/2021. then again same issue generated and provide new date of 19/10/2021.

                                        Today is 19/10/2021, but could not receive any update from delivery date.

                                        I am continually take follow-up from customer care executive. and they haven;t update regarding that product. They only suggest that your issue will be solved in few hours.

                                        I am complained against flipkart to short out issue asap.
