I had purchased soch dress material (costing Rs1849)which was delivered on 3rd Oct 21 and I made return request on 4th Oct 21.The pick up date was showing 16th Oct .The item was not picked on the scheduled date.On enquiring the customer execitive told it will be picked by 20th Oct 21.The item still didn't get picked up and on calling the executive failed to solve my issue.This problem I have faced twice. So I think one should break his head for the return and refund in Flipkart. SO beware before making any purchase with Flipkart.

    Dear flipkart,

    I've purchased a JK tyre worth rs.2685/- which was delivered on 15/09/2021 September through flipkart pay later option. Later on October 6th i tried to pay the pay later bill through Google pay UPI and payment was successfully completed by my side Transaction ID[protected], but the payment is not reflected in flipkart Pay later account . But the money was deducted. It's been 3 weeks. I chatted almost everyday with flipkart consultants & everyday i've had to explain the same issue repeatedly to every new consultant. Some consultant told me that the amount has been refunded. the team will let you know all the details." but the team didn't reply. The other consultants told me to wait for 24-48 hours as the team will get back to me. But still now the issue remains the same. I didnt get the refund back.
    Because of this, I have also had to pay a penalty, and my credit score is also getting worse

    Now almost 18 days to go but still i am suffering and not getting any response from your side,

    Kindly do the needful As soon as possible

    Ordered an MI TV via flipkart pay later account, cancelled on next day but till now from 14th August 2022 to 31st August 2022 - the refund is not yet made, The Flipkart staffs are clueless. They are generating the bill and forcing the customer to pay for an cancelled bill.

    I would like to file a case against Flipkart for this issue and made me to contact the Customer service so many times but the issue isn't rectified. I want a compensation from Flipkart for the poor responsiveness

    Being a loyal customer for more than 7 yrs
    This is one of the worst experience I have faced.

    I have full rights to go to court and ask for a compensation of INR 1 LAC for the fraudulent from Flipkart team

      Very poor quality of product Bajaj GX 1 mixer grinder ordered through Flipkart Order ID - OD[protected] first one came with loose base jar and tight locking replacement one started making abnormal noise in just one month very disappointed with this product registered complaint with Bajaj under Call ID DEL[protected]-1 service person said motor needs to be replaced imagine the quality of the product I don't know it's Bajaj in particular or Flipkart is selling low quality control check item for high profit yield but I will use my consumer rights for redressal and Flipkart in not allowing this review to be posted on product page not received any satisfactory response from either of them to resolve the issue

          I've booked a top 19th September but it was not delivered on time. Then I tried to cancel the order but unable to do it. I asked the customer executive to do that but they are good for nothing .They can't even give any correct information, continuously cutting my phone, wasting my time. I've been calling Flipkart since last 1month.what kind of service is this? I'd tell everyone not to buy anything from Flipkart. Flipkart is trying to cheat the money. I want my refund of 572 rupees

              I am bikas karati. I ordered a Infinix 40inch tv.My order id is OD[protected]. The tv has a problem. It turn off autometically and after 7 to 8 hours its turned on. 1st i replace the tv and after replacement the same problem happens with the replaced tv. I raised a return on refund request on flipkart. The service technician by jeeves visited my home on 22nd october and check all the tv function and confirm me that tv has a problem, they uninstall my tv and told me that on 23 the delivery agent will come and pick it up. But at 9pm on 22nd october i receive a msg from flipkart that retirn on refund rejected. So once again i raised a return on refund request. The same technician is provide for me for the tv examine. But on 23rd october the tecinician call me and tell me that the visit is just a meaningless. We dont help you about this. We dont visit your house for the tv. You call flipkart and take your refund. So, i want to know from flipkart that is this the way to serve your service with the customer? After 7days the cancellation time will over then how i return it? One of the worst service team you have. If flipkart behave like this then we have to take necessary step. Please look forward this matter. I want a refund on return.

              You and your team such a ### service..flipkart is just harrash the CUSTOMERs.I called flipkart CUSTOMER service more than 100 times regarding this tv issue. But truely flipkart dont want to return the tv and just behave like taken for granted . I already raised a complain against your technician team complain no is IN[protected]. Flipkart assured me that no technician visit will happen next time for this case. Direct pick up will be arranged for you and once pick up done, i will get the refund. But no response received regarding this complain from flipkart. Such a irresponsible platform. once again your agent called me and raised a request on 26th october 2021 night for return on refund. And today is my technician visit date but the technician deny to visit and continiously misbehave with me. My return date will close on 29th october. Once date close you think that you just relief from this.I dont want to hear any excuse from flipkart. Please pick up your tv and refund me. The tv is already uninstalled by your service technician. Please refund me and pick up your product otherwise i take a strongly action against this.
              Now, flipkart just avoid my calls and cut my calls always. One of the 3rd class app flipkart is right now. They cheat customers provide faulty products. No technician visit, no return on refund happened to me. One of the fraud online platform right now. I think i should have a court case against flipkart.

                I am plus member of flipkart from last 3 year but today flipkart blocked my account. I ordered adidas shoes worth rs2200 and the product I received was completely different so I applied for return but they rejected the return of the item 5 times and now they have blocked my account. Please help me to unblock my account and returning the money ASAP

                    I bought iphone black 128 GB on 2nd october from flipkart by paying Rs 44149. I cancelled the order on the same date because by mistake i ordered wrong colour. I was told by flipkart that money will be refunded within 48 hours but now 20 days had past and still i did not receive my refund.

                    I am chasing them from last 20 days but they are not giving any proper response. I want either they deliver me the order or refund my money. I have attached the order and some the the chat screenshot with flipkart in which their executives are giving same reply every time.

                            Worst service by flipkart...dont buy from them..ordered in biliion sale on 01.10.2021 and received on 18.10.2021 great speed by flipkart.

                            Installation guy came on 23.10.2021 and checked that the order received different color. though received different I was in urgent for fixing the item. So asked him to do installation. when opened he found that the diwan is defective due to lack of screw inserts on one of the wood plank. so he said he will put a replacement. So agreed.

                            But flipkart is accepting returns only instead of replacement. Taking my money with them for 25 days and not (return not completed and refund also) sending me good product/replacement. I will go to consumer court for doing this.

                                I got this product 2 times defective. Let me explain to you in detail, Actually, one month ago I have ordered a "LUMINOUS LB600PRO 600VA UPS -PRO UPS" and I got the defective product and I requested a replacement for this product and then I got replaced product that was again defective and then I requested "Return/Refund" and then they told me that they will pick up this product on "16 Oct 2021" and this deadline has gone and today I am complaining the date is "23 Oct 2021" Still they have not picked up the product from me. I have contacted them regarding this issue so many times and they Increased the time day by day, They told me they finally will pick up the product by 23 Oct 2021, and still, no one has picked up the Item and today I got an SMS that they will pick up the product by 25 Oct 2021 so, again they have Increased the deadline of pickup and I am Flipkart Plus Member and I am Frenquitely buying so many products but this time I am very disappointed. The last time I talked with the customer care number and he listen to me but he was not able to answer me correctly and then suddenly he got silent and I was like Hello Hello Hello...What the F..K service is this?????????

                                I want my money back As soon as possible otherwise I will case an FIR and Case against this Issue/company.

                                I will go through it deeply now. I am very frustrated.

                                Here comes the real scam/fraud, After 10 days of waiting for pickup, they rejected the pickup, even my status is Refund Accepted, For this Issue, I have contacted so many times and explained my Issue about no one is picking the product and they Increased the deadline again and again and today I got SMS called "Pickup Rejected by Flipkart" Seriously????? You guys have wasted time, Energy, and Money.

                                    Finally it's time to deactivate my Flipkart account permanently after when I use Rs 932 Flipkart Wallet balance .I'm just waiting for flipkart to start delivery in my location 811311 then I will use ₹932 flipkart balance then delete flipkart account permanently I'm deactivating my account because flipkart lost my trust. I purchased an adaptor with Type C cable but they provide micro usb cable continue 3 times in replacement product also. And no action taken on seller . Flipkart support team famous rote dialogue "we can understand the trouble you have faced" . After 3 weeks there support team say only refund available now price of this product increased from ₹224 to ₹432.

                                      I ordered a shoe from Flipkart on 27 September on that day price was ₹699.
                                      And that order was cancelled by Flipkart itself on October 4. And I got email that if you reorder this item within next 7 days we will get difference amount. So I ordered this issue again with the price tag of ₹2249.
                                      The difference amount is ₹1550. But I got only 100₹.

                                      I attached all the photos and email I got with this complaint.

                                      Please help me to get a difference amount.

                                        was also delayed i bought it as a gift for someone on birthday but it got delayed so i had to buy from a local shop on the same day, flipkart has caused me so much trouble and harrasament
