I am ordering Poco M3 Pro on 3rd Octomber 2021 from Flipkart online shoping, then product curior boy delivered the phone on 5th October 2021 when I open the mobile box (flipkart packing box is completely seal pack) when I found mobile box is alrady opend and when the mobile box is open I found the soap bar. hear I attached some images for the same, then I complaint the flipkart customer support and the all are give time the told me within 17th October your issue will be solved, then on 10th October I got mail by flipkart in the mail show the replacement and return is accepted by the flipkart so I am happy that time but after 4 days automatically cancelled return and replacement and reason show to me product is not replace and not covered in return and replacement policy,
Dear sir flipkart 2 time accept his mistake and give me two time replacement approval, but after some time they cancelled my replacement, flipkart big cheat with me please sir take necessary action with flipkart
Dear sir please help me the all are cheating me and not provide solutions.
