I ordered a Samsung F41 phone worth 14, 999 /- from Flipkart on 20th august, then I cancelled the phone delivery due to some issues and a Flipkart message came saying that your order has been successfully cancelled and you will receive your refund till 24 august. But I did not receive the payment, I called customer care on 26th, saying that refund was not done, they gave me a reference number and I gave it to the bank, but the bank also said that they did not receive any payment/refund from Flipkart. I've been calling Flipkart customer care more than 6-7 times now, but they are only saying that your payment has been done and here is the reference number, etc etc. What should I do now?

Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care with the refrence number[protected] using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
