    I haven't received 1259rs from flipkart. They are saying payment has already done by the seller on 19/08/2021 and it should be reflected by 26/08/2021. And they also shared the refund id and refrence id as well.

    Message: Refund Update: Thanks for reaching us. Seller has refunded Rs.1259 to your Debit card on 19Aug and it will be credited by 26Aug}. In case of any delay, please check with your bank using refund reference number Refund Id - CR21081910122511907652101
    Payment reference no PZT[protected]QHS02.

    This is the message which is sent by flipkart.
    I m not understanding why i m not getting my payment. Please help me.

        Hello,

        I am writing to you to let you know how disappointed I am with a product I purchased recently. I bought your Blue Star 90 L Desert Air Cooler from an online store Flipkart, after I’d read great reviews of it online and I really liked the look of it.
        I was so disappointed when I got home and took the item out of the packaging, as it was immediately obvious that it was a fake product. The quality was poor and it was nothing like the genuine product that I assumed I was buying.
        I am surprised that such a well-known and respected company could allow fake products to be distributed in this way. Of course, I would like a replacement for my purchase, as it is not a genuine product. I would also like an explanation of how this fake product was allowed through your quality controls and an assurance that this will not happen again.
        Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss this matter and to outline how to intend to rectify the situation.

          Wonder why flipkart and ekart has failed to deliver my earphones product ordered on sep-15 august and which reached my nearest hub 2 days back in KARJAN but still not delivered and even no proper communication for delay in delivery. The tracking of product showing its dispatched and received stories from mother hub to local hub and back again. Please don't cheat customers like this, other wise you will loose your business and credibility.

            I ordered a product worth 51999 on 20th august which was about to be delivered by 24th but then i cancelled it on 22nd and they updated my order and said your money will be refunded by 31st august. I waited but nothing happened, they then told me to contact the branch i did that twice my bank said there is no refund initiated by anyone, it’s 2 September today and i still haven’t got my refund and i do think they have no intention of refunding me but it’s not a small amount how can i let it go, please help me.

              I have booked my flight. Firstly there was no option for cancelling my flight. Now I am trying to rescheduling it, i have called so many times to customer support. Everytime they are saying that i will recieve a call. Now its been nearly 48 hours, i have not even recieved a single call from them. I’m stuck at airport. I need to reschedule my flight at the earliest. Highly disappointed with the services.

                23rd Aug 2021: ordered

                I unknowingly have ordered with a wrong pincode and i want to change it without cancelling the order. The adress is correct only the pincode is wrong. I dont want to cancel the order as .I orderd with some offer. If I cancel and reorder the offer won't be available also it takes too long for delivery.So please do the needful.

                      I booked 2 indigo airline tickets on 3rd August and cancelled them on the same date due to change in the flight on the same day. As per the airline it is confirmed that they are refunding the amount in max 48hrs, but flipkart is not yet refunded my amount when ever I call customer care they are saying you will get the refund in 3 working days. It is been more than 20days they didn't refund even I escalate to multiple levels.

                      I request to lodge serious complaint on flipkart travel as they are not refunding the amount even they get it from airlines.
                      Please escalate and help me to get the refund.

                        Date of the incident: Sept 1 2021
                        Description: Promised date of item delivery is Sept 1 2021 IST, but at 5:15PM received message from flipkart saying that there would be delay in item delivery by 3 days.
                        When I reached flipkart customer care to explain the issue they cannot see the latest tracking information of the item. The latest info that they can see in their system is as on 29th Aug and they do not have information for 30th-31st Aug and 1st sept.

                        Issues:
                        1) Customer care representative disconnecting when they found that they can't address the issue(audio evidence)
                        2) Flipkart changing the delivery date as per their need on the last day of delivery. (audio evidence)
                        2) Customer care doesn't have latest information to address the issue
                        3) Delay in delivery from promised date.
                        4) Inability of customer care support
                        5) I talked with them 8 times and all the time the context persists.

                              I ordered a MSI GF65 Laptop from Flipkart, that has stopped working within 2 days of delivery, and I have been struggling to get a refund / replacement for over a month now.

                              Timeline of issue:
                              1-Aug-21 - Ordered the MSI GF65 Laptop

                              4-Aug-21 - Laptop delivered (Charging light not working on delivery, but since the laptop was working we started using it)

                              6-Aug-21 - Laptop stopped working and would not turn on

                              7-Aug-21 - Raised a replacement request, since return / refund was not available as an option (apparently, return/refund was not allowed on this INR 75K product, which is absurd)

                              7 to 20-Aug-21 - we were told that a technician will visit to check the device in 15 days, but no one came, and there was no communication around this. Tried calling the customer care to get some clarity on the technician visit but were told to wait till the 20th of August.

                              21-Aug-21 - Called the customer care and asked the status and was told that they are raising an incident to look into this.

                              23-Aug-21 - The seller 'CORSECA' cancelled the original order and raised a new order and accepted a replacement request on it.

                              25-Aug-21 - A replacement product arrived through an 'EKART' delivery agent but the product replacement was rejected because the product on our end had 'not been sealed by a technician'

                              25-Aug-21 - Called customer care and told them that the replacement agent was not replacing the product because the product was not sealed, and that no technician had come to seal the product. She said that she will check the issue and asked me to wait for a couple of days

                              27-Aug-21 - Someone from customer care called and said that the product will be replaced without the need for the product at my end being sealed

                              30-Aug-21 - The replacement agent came with the replacement product and refused to replace the product again, saying that the product at our end was not sealed. I tried to explain to him that the call center person had said there will be no need for the seal this time, but he refused to budge. He said he will write an email internally to sort this out and come back the next day.

                              31-Aug-21 - The replacement agent called asking if we had received any communication from Flipkart. We had not and we told him that. An hour later our replacement request was rejected once again.

                              1-Sep-21 - Trying to speak with the call center and the returns department, but they are unable to figure out how to resolve my issue. I am trying to return the product and get a refund, but that is not being accepted, and they have raised another issue to look into this issue and forwarded it to the 'Delay in Delivery' department, and have asked me to wait till the 5th of September.

                              The call center agents don't have the grievance officer number. The returns department lady said that there is no head for the returns department that I can speak with. All I hear is 'we have forwarded the issues to a higher authority and someone will get in touch with me in the next couple of days to resolve the issue'.

                              This is ridiculous that after paying INR 75K and receiving a defective product, I am waiting for over a month for a working product, even though at this moment I just want to return the defunct product and get a refund and forget this ever happened.

                              By the way, I tried calling the grievance officer at +[protected], but the phone number has incoming barred. Then tried calling +[protected] and the phone gets disconnected automatically. There is absolutely no way to speak with anyone responsible at Flipkart who can take personal accountability to get the issue resolved.

                              Whether this issue gets resolved or not, I swear and urge everyone else not to buy anything else from Flipkart again. Just walk into the nearest physical store and buy at a small premium. At least there will be a human being who you can talk to in case of an issue.

I initiated a return requested and then got a message after few days that i need to send my Photo id for third party verification which I don't think is safe. And there was nothing as before.                                   I have ordered Grocery on 9th of August, my promised delivery date was 14th August. So on 14th August midnight it has been rescheduled to 21st August without any notice or confirmation. After then on 21st August it has been delayed again and rescheduled to 27th August. I kept calling and mailing Flipkart Support, but all staffs always took the issue lightly. On 27th August asusual it has been delayed and rescheduled to 1st September. After seeing this trend, finally I posted some tweet on Twitter and someone named Pooja from Escalation Social Media Team contacted me and assured me order will be delivered by 1st September for sure, if it get failed to delivered by 1st September they would provide me the compensation and take necessary action against the seller/courier. Now today is 1st September, again the order got delayed asusual and rescheduled to 5th September. I mailed Pooja about the incident, she called me and now she turns 360 degrees and started backing up seller and Flipkart, she confirmed she provided misleading information on last call, she wont be able to provide the compensation neither the order delivery on 1st September, neither she can take any action against this incident. She forced me to wait again till 5th September. So after waiting this long time, Flipkart and Seller keep dragging the delivery timeline intentionally. Immediately take an action against them. Enough now. I have all the call recordings of Pooja as well, will move more higher authority, this way these people thugs people.

                                        Please note am going to file FIR because the invoice we received from from is duplicate and edited in case police caught any mobile purchase from flipkart they will not return us instead they consider as thift so am going to tell this to my all friends and social media.
