Hello,

I am a valuable Flipkart Plus customer since years. I shopped many products on Flipkart. I am very well aware of Flipkart return policy. Infact I ordered products in large quantities for me and my family and friends in the September, October and November months of 2020. As I above mentioned that I ordered products in large quantities so several products that I received, had manufacture defects and some were wrong products that I didn't order means I received different products. So myself made return requests on my Flipkart application but product didn't pick up by courier service on time and products return requests cancelled automatically as return time period over. Then I called to customer care and return requests
generated by them but again same thing happened products didn't pick up by courier service. Again 2nd time I contacted to customer care and again they generated return requests but again 3rd time products didn't pick up by courier service then I contacted to courier service and asked about why products not picking up by them, they told me that your area is COVID-19 contentment zone because of that we are not picking return products in your
area. Here I want to tell you that I am a Doctor and I also got COVID-19 infection on that time of period while treating the COVID-19 inflected patients. Now I want to tell you that 3 times (once myself and two times customer care) return requests generated for same products and because of that Flipkart system have detected higher number of returns generated in my Flipkart account and Flipkart blocked my account since October 2020. So now i request that please unblock my Flipkart account, reason i already mentioned above. I also want to tell that i have wallet balance more than thousand rupees and more than two thousand super coins balance in my Flipkart account. So again request you that please unblock my Flipkart account.

    Hereby I want to say that I have ordered whose order is OD[protected] bc namkeen in combo but I recieved one packet as well as that one product was defective and when I raised a complaint seller told that they will refund my amount without returning the product but after sometime I got message that the seller has rejected my request and not only once seller rejected 3times telling that courier service had told that everything was . Just say me what is this courier service also open the packet and check that product is in which . And the team contact with me I mentioned all the issue but they have done a return request for dameged product not for missing so the delivery boy had rejected my request telling that please tell coustmer care that mention that product is missing. And now flipkart is asking for my id card what is this I was not accepting this one worst return service. Please do any thing and refund my money and take your product.

        Currently, I ordered many products for my work-from-home setup, like a power bank, headphones, dongle, etc. But they blocked my account because I was returning the power bank, Since, it was not working for me!
        What is my fault here?? And now they are not responding with the update, they ask me 24 hours and leave it for the next day? Is this the way they will behave with their customer?
        And here it not comes to an end. what they do is, if I order something of grocery, like daily use product, they cancel it by themselves! and now they are giving me the reason that your account is blocked because cancellation is higher! Is this what they do with the customers??

            Want to buy an item from flipkart.com. While making payment through credit card, it is mentioned as 'save and pay'. How come force me to save the card details. This is ridiculous. Should ask with options whether save or not. This mandatory saving of card data should be removed immediately. Also i cant delete my saved card details from flipcart account.. I tried but nothing was showing in the saved card details.. But while buying anything all my cards details are showing in the payment page.. This is not acceptable.. Why you are saving my personal credit card details..??? If any fraudulent transaction happens, then i ll directly blame flipcart.. Until flipkart does this, i will not be buying anything from them. Otherwise i have to delete my flipcart account permanently..

                      Hi Team,

                      I am using Flipkart app from many years but never got any issue but this time my issue was not resolved

                      In Flipkart app supercoins zone under the reward section the Flipkart gift card voucher worth Rs2500 option is removed from my account.

                      However when i check it from other phone i can see that Flipkart gift card
                      voucher of Rs2500 is available. So initially i thought there might be a glitch but its more than 15-20days that option is missing.

                      However i was able to see that option few days back back but once i have collected 2500 coins that option was removed.

                      Called helpline number but got no help.

                      I want that Flipkart gift card voucher option in my phone as well.

                      Please check the attached screenshot which is taken from other phone and that option is missing in my account.

                        I had a flight booking to and from,
                        New delhi to goa with booking id: IN[protected]

                        My delhi to goa flight was cancelled for which airline refunded complete amount of Rs. 5919 .Due to this scenario i had to cancel trip and my return flight as well.

                        Flipkart only refunded me Rs. 2793 for both cancelled flight, which is less than what airline has refunded .

                        I am following up since last 2 weeks but everytime i am asked to wait.

                        I have provided them airline refund proof as well but still no response .

                        This is ridiculous. Such kind of incidents forces us to go for social media and let company image get spoiled.

                        Kindly resolve this at the earliest.

                          Order date: 21st July 21
                          Order status as on today: Ordered, not delivered.
                          Customer care response on 03 Sept 2021: Nothing can be done. the customer can cancel the order or it will automatically get cancelled one fine day in the future. when asked for further details, call disconnected.

                          There is no update from Flipcart till I raise the complaint after 40 days of placing the order. The payment was done, but the product is still not delivered. when spoken to customer care, they are so arrogant to say nothing can be done and I nee to cancel the order.
                          If I have to cancel the order after 45 days, what was Flipkart doing for 45 days? The customer care agent disconnects my call when asked for details and compensation.
                          Being a flipkart plus customer, I regret for being a customer for such an irresponsible arrogant company.

                              Flipkart is promoting there paid sellers without concern about the quality, service to the customers. One great example is seller
                              REES52ONLINE (flipkart assured seller). I purchased a product order no OD[protected], and i rated the product for several time but it is not reflected on the site.Now i cant even make a rating.Because flipkart forbid me. Flipkart forbid me from refund too..

                              Flipkart doesn't have a support team to assist.
                              For months i tried to contact them, because they sent a wrong product.I lost money.By making my rating inactive, Flipkart is allowing every FLIPKART ASSURED FRAUDS to sell on there website on the governments watch.

                                I have ordered a OD[protected] for Misthaan Culture Kaju Katli Box.
                                from Flipkart.com worth Rs. of 788 on 11 aug 2021. Because of quality issue I didn't like the product and cancelled it. I got a message from Flipkart.com saying that "Your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account on 12 aug.

                                I waited till 12 of August but didn't get the message for money...
