Hi Team,
This is regarding the flipkart order of product Realme DL 13 VOOC type c cable purchased on 9th August 2021, the product-type c cable was missing from the original box when opened.
I have raised the return request as told by the customer executive of flipkart twice both times it has been rejected.
I have not received the product nor I got my money back.Also I am attaching pics of loose outer box and without any taping realme cable box.
I have been trying to reach out to flipkart for the last few days but no valid resolutions.
Also now my account is blocked from flipkart without any information. Even after reaching customer executive team there is no response .Also, no email has been send to my registered email id as told by customer executive.
Complaint is still unresolved after 15 days-Complaint Number-IN[protected].
Kindly resolve asap. Also, this kind of service is not expected from flipkart.
Looking for a quick resolution.
kindly unblock my account and refund for the missing item asap.
