I'm ordering Samsung Guru 1200 from Flipkart with order ID OD[protected] but the mobile has network fault and Flipkart customer advise me they are unable to resolve the issue and suggested to go Samsung care.
Why I'm go to Samsung care while I'm purchasing it from Flipkart?

So, request to you please ask to Flipkart for replacement/ return.

    DOA

    I ordered HP DeskJet 2331 on 22aug delivered on 25aug After that I tried to print and the paper got stuck and the ink leaked. I called Brand HP for service they visited and told me it was a defective product and I was under a return period so they provided me with a DOA letter. Then I contacted Flipkart on 30aug and told them to create a case after that they offered me an email which I tried to mail but said it was not valid so I called again...

    Dear Sir,

    My name is Nikhil S/o Ramanand saini from pataudi Gurgaon Haryana.
    I worked in Flipkart (Jamalpur sapka Branch).
    My weekoff day said by senior that, You come to present your week off and you take comp off other day. But superior denied my Comp off when I had urgency because of my health issue.
    They said your address verification failed that's the reason you give resign otherwise we blacklist you and also say we hire you next day. so I give resign forced by HR dept of Flip kart.

    But now they denied his promise for hiring related. Now I'm Jobless. The biggest issue is Flipkart already done this type of case many employee via different diffrent reasons.

    Please take action because this is not right way to forced employees resign.

      Dear Flipkart Customer Support,

      I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made on your platform. On 2nd September, I ordered hp printe 580 with Order ID od[protected] and unfortunately, the product I received was in a used and damaged condition.

      Upon opening the package, I immediately noticed that the product appeared to be previously used and not in the new condition that I expected when making the purchase. Additionally, there were visible signs of damage, including full of leakage and full ink is spread in all printer even some parts like ink bottle cartridge and caps are missing

      I would like to request one of the following resolutions:

      Replacement: I kindly request that you arrange for a replacement of the same product in new and undamaged condition as soon as possible. I am willing to return the current product at your convenience.

      Refund: If a replacement is not feasible, I request a full refund for the purchase amount to be credited back to my original payment method.

      I believe in Flipkart's commitment to customer satisfaction, and I trust that you will promptly address this issue. Please let me know the steps I need to follow to facilitate the return process, or if there is any additional information required from my end.

      Already I raised a request for multiple times and deliever boy cames and denied to pickup

        The above product was delivered on 15th September and I got delivery confirmation mail but still download invoice is not showing. Please provide a soft copy of the invoice pdf.

            I purchased Fire Boltt Hurrican smartwatch with product order ID:OD[protected] on sep 24 2022.Recently I noticed some problem. As the device is under warranty I contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice .
            The invoice is lost.I checked in flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing.
            Please look into this matter as soon as possible. As I have to return the product because warranty over date is near.

              Purchased earbuds with order "od[protected]" in feb 2023 and
              yesterday their is a physical damage on earbuds. As the device is under warranty i contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice.
              The invoice is lost and also not found in my registered mail id. I checked in flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing.

                Hi team,

                I have purchased a Lenovo IdeaPad flex 5i, was delivered to me on[protected], the seller on Flipkart goes by the name PETILANTE online but I have received an invoice from INDOSPIRIT PRIVATE Limited with wrong Serial number .

                The serial number on the laptop is different then the serial number on the invoice provided .

                More over the seller if F assured on Flipkart this means a badge of assurance for the products under this tag go through strict quality checks, then packaged and delivered to customer.

                So please tell me how can this miss match happen.

                And the invoice is not readily available on the app under the order section, which like all my previous products are available.

                I have to request for the invoice from the customer support but to my dissatisfaction I was told the invoice will be shared in half and hour. This kept happening twice and the third time I was adamant for the invoice to be shared right there .
                And to my dissatisfaction again I was given a invoice with the wrong serial number .

                Well I have been having a thru and fro conversation with Flipkart customer but they are unable to find a solution..

                So I would like the consumer forum to please help me out with solving this issue.

                  I m praveen I got stucked in a fraud of fake website i. E flipkart lite explore plus. While i m using my phone i got one pop up and and i clicked on that website. Where is shows some offers like samsung smart tv which costs 32, 000 in market but their offer says the price of samsung smart tv for rs.599.

                  I thought this is an amazing offer i will never get chance like this and i got excited and paid the amount of their requirement without reading the terms and conditions and after payment. They didn't. Provided any kind of reciept or order history.
                  Sir now i apologies my fault please help me regarding this.

                    I ordered the set o[censored]tensils from flipkart, which I received but I didn’t like that.
                    So I created a return request for that and the pickup boy came and picked the item from address. But after that the return request got cancelled from their side, so I requested for a return again and since then there is no response.
                    My money(₹3528) and the product both has gone and no body in flipcart is helping me to get my money back.
                    Please help
                    i have placed a complaint but there is no resolution.

                      We have placed on order with flipkart on 12th aug, 2023 Order Id:OD[protected] through our HSBC card, But unfortunately the order was not placed but the amount got deducted from our Cr. card. After contacting flipkart customer care they confirmed that the amount is with them & it will be refunded back within 8 days. But one month have gone past & we are still awaiting for the refund. Upon contacting customer care again & again they just make fake promise that the amount will be refunded within next 7 or so days. But till now we have not received any refund. Kindly Look into the matter & do the needful

                          I had purchase EMAMI-BORO PLUS LOTION from flipkart and the date of expiry was mentioned dec- 2024 (ORDER ID: OD[protected] with flipkart).
                          upon delivery on[protected], the date of expiry on the product is Aug-2024 and due to no cancelation policy, I am unbale to raise a query on their site.
                          So on the same day[protected] I mailed to [protected]@flipkart.com regarding the issue, because the expiry date is not the same as advertised and I need the SAME PRODUCT WITH THE EXPIRY DATE MENTIONED IN ADVERTISEMENT. but flipkart team has not yet reverted back to me.
                          Kindly look into the matter.

                          My communication via mail is not considered as contacting them, and my issue is NOT resolved.

Infact I ordered products in large quantities for me and my family and friends in the September, October, November and December months of 2022.                             I have purchased some groceries from flipkart on 7th sep the order id is OD[protected] the order was supposed to be deliverd on 8th sep 2023 i waited for extra 2 mode days but the order status was same shipping. I tried contacting customare care number they have escalated my issue and i was supposed to get the resolution before 12 sep 2023 but it didnt happend on 12 sep 2023 i got a call from flipkart department asking me for my bank account details for the refund. I asked them to refund the amount to the source account from which I have placed an order yes they give me only 2 options either give me my bank account information or they will refund my money as a flipkart gift card. After going through all the difficulties how can I agree to get refund as a flipkart gift card, and about the bank details legally I can’t provide the bank account details to anyone. The call center agent will say that he will arrange a call back from his senior but it’s useless no one called me but i got a message saying they tried contacting me on my number about my order id and asked me to callback on this number [protected] again the same story starts only 2 options of refund or offering a senior call back its been 7 days i have already ran out of my groceries need yet my order is not delivered nor the refund is initiated.

                              To refund money

                              I got stucked in a fraud of fake website i. E flipkart lite explore plus. While i m using my Facebook I show some offers in kids items. I ordered two items for rs 1089.

                              As I have trust on Flipkart i paid the amount of their requirement without reading the terms and conditions and after payment They didn't Provided any kind of receipt or order history.
                              Sir now i apologies my fault please help me regarding this and refund...

                              I thought this is an amazing offer from real Flipkart as I always use to buy the things and i paid the amount of their requirement of these two items i.e rs 1089 without reading the terms and conditions as I trust to Flipkart and after payment they didn't Provided any kind of receipt or order history.
                              Sir now i apologies my fault please help me regarding this and please refund my money as I earn the money very hardly. Thank you🙏
