I obviously tried to place an Order on Flipkart as Prepaid via UPI but My Order wasn't placed successfully but Money got debited from My Account and then I ensured and complained regarding this issue and Flipkart ensured that they got the payment Flipkart's Customer Care Services where they accepted that they got money but Order wasn't placed because of Technical issues promised Me that they will refund my money within 8 Days but today they again add 8 more days to get Refund. I don't know why they are avoiding again and again.

Oh My God!
It means Flipkart doesn't want to refund My Money. Now I will leave flipkart forever and ask them to leave cheater Flipkart.

    I (Komal Setiya ) have been charged for an unauthorized transaction for a flight booking which wasn't done by me. The PNR is UH2WSY from Indigo airlines. This ticket is from Pune to Guwhati and has been booked with two different accounts of flipkart.
    One is from my account ([protected]@gmail.com) and other is from bishal Sinha's account ([protected]@gmail.com). We two are totally unrelated people.

    Additionally, I also have been charged of 5890 rs. for this ticket and this unauthorized transaction has been made from my Flipkart account through HDFC credit card.

    How is it possible that one flight ticket is with same pnr booked from two different emails and two different accounts . This is clear case of lack of cyber security in such a big ecommerce platform.

    For reference: Flipkart booking id-FF[protected]
    I have reported this issue to flipkart and HDFC both on 17th june. Sadly, there is no response from both the sides till this date. The innocent customers like me shouldn't be penalized due to lack of secure transaction system at Flipkart. I am requesting my money back as soon as possible.

    I am taking follow up for this complaint from past 45 days.

    Dear Sir,
    My son Sanjeev Krishna is studying in 12th Std at Sri Chaitanya PU college at Banaswadi, Bangalore. He had scored 81% and above 87% in his quarterly exams and pre final exams of 11th Standard. We have found that lowest score of 75% in 12th standard.
    We have approached school seeking information on assessment methodology and also to share the details of the marks uploaded in the CBSE server. Faculties in School have not shared the earlier 11th standard final marks. School authorities refused to share the marks details of the 11th standard and 12th standard. We have requested school authorities to show the exam papers of 11th standard and they refused and also mentioned there is chances of error in the assessment and CBSE board has taken decision to assign the marks.
    We have also noticed that students were struggling to pass and they scored more than 90%. This makes us to feel that there is callous attitude of faculties in the school and there is fraud done by the school authorities in assessing marks for 12th std students.
    I request you to do the needful for conducting enquiry and take appropriate action teachers and on the school.

      I sudesh OD[protected] ordered Reno 6 5G from flipkart website and it is not even packed I had ordered it on 23 JUL 21 and I was given delivery date of 31 JUL 21 but today is 30 JUL and the product is not even packed please deliver the product as soon as possible.

            I have entered my correct address but its showing out of delivery area.And other product of same order is not packed yet inspite of being ordered of 27 July 2021.Today is 30 July 2021.The expected delivery date was 29 July 2021. I already contacted customer care but it was of no use. They were telling me to cancel the order!

              I have purchased Apple Ipad Air from Flipkart on 26th July considering the delivery date mentioned by Flipkart was 27th July in Ghaziabad.

              However, I am yet to receive my product despite it is showing the product reached the nearest hub on 27th itself.

              They keep changing the expected date of delivery every day and the contact detail of the delivery agent shown on the Flipkart application is incorrect.

              Now I have to move outstation on 1st of August for few weeks and there is no option to change the delivery address as the item has been shipped.

              The item I have purchased was having a limited period offer which would not be available if I cancel the order.

              Please suggest how to get the delivery address changed since the delay is being caused by Flipkart itself.

              I missed mentioning pathetic support services from Flipkart as well i.e the toll-free IVR is not detecting any input, the customer care guys don't do anything except giving you fake promises, the callback service feature also doesn't work all the time, and specific mention to the e-kart support guys which is highly unprofessional and rude.

              I will have no option other than to cancel my order by 1st Aug and if it happens I pledge not to buy anything from Flipkart again in the future for me & my family members.

              I got all the products from Amazon even when I ordered much later than Flipkart.

              Such a pathetic service from Flipkart I never imagined.

              Due to such poor service, you are bound to lose valuable customers.

              I will also ensure to get this escalated to the top management for appropriate action against the responsible people.

                  I order for a helmet worth rs745.on delivery time there is not any PIN or DELIVERY CODE i get.then on a delivery boy miss call for just 1-2rings then after 2 hrs its call again and this time i receive but not any sound from other side.and after 5 min my order has been placed and shown that is DELIVERD.which is not received my me...such a big fraud my flipkart and its partner i pay from my paylater..

                    Facing issue in getting gyeser installed from Flipkart and also not able to return same.

                    Product delivered on 20-July
                    Initial installing eta :23-July
                    Post that whenever I connect with customer care - they say to wait for 24-48 hours.
                    Complaint already escalated multiple times.

                    I am yet to get any comm from Flipkart by when it will be installed.

                    Further, if I ask them to get it installed from other electrician, then they say that in that case if issue is found then product can not be returned.

                    I would be grateful if can get resolution.

                    Thanks for installation cancellation.
                    Could you confirm how to return if found something wrong with product during installation.
                    I am not getting return option on Flipkart.
                    Thanks for installation cancellation. However, now I don't have option to return due to long delay.
                    So, if during installation I find that something is missing or damaged then how to return.

                    Please note, I did not check because customer care reps asked me to wait for installation from Flipkart.

                      Gyeser delivered on 20- July is yet to be completed.
                      Initial installation date was 23-July. After that on every call to customer care they ask to wait for 24 to 48 hours.
                      I am yet to get any timeline by when it will be done.
                      Further, they are not allowing to get it installed from outside. By denying return incase some fault is found by external mechanic.

                        Phone not yet shipped, waiting from Sunday. We are facing lots of problem as do not have a spare phone and not able to attend online classes because of the same. Very poor customer compliance and satisfaction from flipkart. Much better with Amazon. Whenever customer care is being contacted, only they tell to wait and do nothing except logging a complain. Also not able to contwct seller as contact number doew not exist.
                        Please hrlp or i will have to move to consumer forum. Really pathetic from flipkart. I should get some gift card or voucher to make up for this harrassment.

                        Very pathetic...now customer care is telling that product cannot be delivered after 7 days of harrassment and telling me to cancel the product, otherwise it will be auto cancelled. Very poor customer satisfaction from flipkart.

                          Mobile not have that much quality.

                            I have purchased Realme TV from Flipkart which is Delivered on 25th July and today is 29th which is expected Installation date but still I didn't get any call for Installation.

                            I am just getting calls from Flipkart everyday confiming installation details like name address contact number but nobody is coming to install this Tv. I am very upset and fed up of following with Flipkart.

                              I make an order on flipkart order id is OD[protected] the smartphone have i white dot on display and camera images are very darky i call to flipkart helpline they arranged a technician visit but the technician is very irresponsible he call me about 6:30pm and says he can come about 8 pm i requested him to come in bussiness hour today he is not responsing

                                      It's been 6 days and my pre-ordered phone has not even been packed as of yet and everyone who ordered the same phone after me got the same variant from the same seller. Why yall even say the item is in stock even when it's not? now all am seeing is coming soon on the product and my prepaid order isn't even been packed yet. Very disappointed in Flipkart's service. My point of complaining is you guys shouldn't take orders when u don't even have the stock so basically I have to wait until the next stock arrives and then you're gonna pack the order and then ship it to me? that'll be way too long man in this way you're making your customers wait for their order for so long and now I don't know how long its gonna take to get that item back in stock but whatever it is it isn't fair the order page said item will be delivered by 28th of July 2021 and it's 29 now and now they're saying it'll be shipped on 1 august? u guys are so crazy am on my office leave because I don't have a phone anymore and because of your delay in shipment, my salary is gonna be deducted. and I can't work without a phone. And for the record, I pre-booked the phone and prepaid the whole amount. The seller is Truenet Commerce and the item am ordering is a Poco F3 GT handset.
