Hello There,

The worst customer experience that I had with Flipkart

Order ID – OD[protected]

I have placed the order on 18 Jul 2021 and I have received my order on 20 Jul 2021.

Due to size issue, I have initiated an exchange request on 20 Jul 2021 which is approved by Flipkart and after couple of days exchange was canceled and I get the massage pickup agent will pick up your product and refund will initiate soon, after couple of day I received IVR from Flipkart that was like as confirm by pickup agent you don’t want to return your product we have canceled your return request, even the pickup agent did not reach out to me.

I have again initiated a return request with Flipkart app. Again the same thing has happened, I reached out to the Flipkart customer care executive and informed about the issue and she told me I have initiated your return request pickup agent will reach out to you soon, after a couple of days the same thing again happened and this scenario was repeated around 4 times today I received a message from Flipkart and there were information about the pickup and contact no. of pickup agent I did call and told him about 4-time pickup cancelation and I was asked him at what time you will be able to pick up the product he started shouting on me in avulsing language, again I was asked him is there any issue why you are shouting on me he was cut the call and I was trie his number 2-3 times but he was not pick up the call.

I just want to know from Flipkart is the right way to dealing with customers?

My concern is when pickup will happen and when I will get back my money?

And I also want to know what action has been taken by Flipkart against the pickup agent?

    This is to inform you that I bought Apple 12 mobile through Flipcart. I received a product with damaged microphone which is why the receiver side unable to hear my voice. I did many calls to your customer care and everytime it is getting disconnected. When I am asking to transfer the call to their seniors it's getting diconnected everytime.I have recording of some of your communication. I can't believe that it was disconnected so many times just for network issue. It's really frustrating after investing such amount of money I am treated like this.I also get in touch with apple help centre they also told me it's a hardware issue and advice me to take this phone to the service centre physically. Flipkart has given me the option of replacement though till today I haven't received any call from the company. Now I am really scared that Flipkart again will deliver the damaged product which will be identified after few months and by that time flipkart will neither accept return or refund my money. If you see my transactions you can obseve myself as a loyal customer. However the way I have treated I lost my confidence in your company. I really don't want to buy your damaged product and need my money back. Shared all the prove earlier but yet to receive resolution of this.

    Hope you will not disappoint my confidence this time.

      Hi,

      Recently, Flipkart has blocked my account without giving me any reason and when I contacted them, they just sent an email to me. Please see the below email text.

      "We're sorry to let you know that your recent order has been canceled as our systems have detected that you've been making unfair use of the offers under our Token of apologies policy. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account. We are concerned and would like to understand the issues you are facing in a better way. Please reply to this email and we'll get back to you with an update."

      I replied and asked them to explain the above as I haven't done anything like that, but again they sent me the same email as above.

      Please contact Flipkart and resolve my issue.

        I have ordered creative stage soundbar system on 24/07/2021 and they delivered on 24/07/2021. But HDMI ARC was not working at that sound bar.
        I requested for replacement after visiting the registered tech. person.
        The replaced one has been delivered on 27/07/2021. The replaced sound bar is having the same issue. The registered tech. persons from Flipkart have visited on 02/08/2021 and 04/08/2021. Both the tech. persons have confirmed that the product is defective.
        Now, after calling several times Flipkart neither replace the defective product nor pick up call.
        I want Flipkart immediately replaces the product or refund me.

          I have parched a mobile on June 28 and received on June 29, after three days of purchasing I have registered my complaint in flipkart customer care. They are send their person three times, finally the person has find the issue in the mobile.
          I have talk many times to the flipkart customer care but not get any positive response.

          They are not change my mobile & not refunded my money.

          Please take the necessary action again my issue.

            MARQ Ac service and repairing

            Hello Sir, I have ordered one product asus rog phone 3 from Flipkart.com non 28th July 2021, Although I have received the defective product and upon following up with them, I filed for return request on 2nd august 2021. They haven't responded anything with my return request yet also I tried to contact them many times upon they responded that "Because of server issue we cannot approve request" and they disconnect the call everytime after keeping me on hold.                 I bought a realme phone but its not working good at all and hang all the time!!
                My screen also got cracked just because i put my hand over it
                Its not at all good phone!!

                  I had ordered a furniture of tv unit webster of 55 inch which was delivered on correct date which was on 3rd of August but due to some flipkart software glitch installation ticket was not raised for my product and installation which was promised during order which was on 4th August is not done till today please help me out for my installation process

                          Flipkart is showing not deliverable in many products in Pincode 791111. 791111 is the pin code of ITANAGAR, the capital of Arunachal Pradesh. Not deliverable in a capital region is shocking. We cannot buy from Flipkart even staying in a capital city of a State.

                            I have placed my order on 23rd July 2021. Product name is "Childcraft 6 Shelves Wardrobe Family Print Cotton Collapsible Wardrobe". As written expected delivery date was 30th July. But they are unable to delivered. After talk with multiple times with their executive they given commitment I will get my product before 5th August but still product not received. As per tracking product is already in my city and my nearest hub from last 5 days.

                              The product which i have received has several issues in this defective & damaged item on 18th april, 2021.

                              1.Scratch is present on the front screen.

                              2. One side of sim slot is broken.
                              (Order ID OD[protected] as my refund has been rejected four times. Why has my refund been rejected four times intentionally.

                              1.After four times my refund was rejected flipkart has blocked my account intentionally just after that when again I raised my concern of my refund again. I am facing a lot of troubles of this defective LG G8X phone.
                              2.The item which was delivered on 18th of april, I am facing very trouble due to this mobile phone. I have already paid you the amount.Please its a request to you please refund my amount..
                              On 12th May, 2021 the back end team (Name: Debadrita Das)called me & told me that your concern is genuine so first please share your bank statement.I received an email from flipkart in where I have already shared my bank statement in that mail.

                              [Incident: IN[protected]] But I haven't got my refund since 85 days have already over that I already shared my bank statement on 12th may.

                              As per our conversation ON 12TH MAY Flipkart person asked my bank statement so they can intiate my refund...
                              SO WHEN I WILL GET MY REFUND???

                              4.Everytime I received a call from your escalation tem everybody suggested me to wait for sometime you, ll get your refund but then I received a mail from your side that mentioned "high no of return history".I have only ordered 1 product till date...You can check that in my purchase history & only 1 product I have ordered till now. Flipkart has already accepted that there is a technical fault from flipkart side but still flipkart has not returned my refund since 85 days..

                                first 2-3 days the product was ok but 3-4 day its display starts flickering and on 4 august its touch pad stopped working i also have all proof the product i got is defected its cost was 49240 rupees i tried contacting flipkart too many times flipkart says contact nokia the laptop manufacturing company and when nokia technician come they say contact flipkart now consumer is stuck in between seller and manufacturer
                                mam/sir please please help it has cost a lot of hardship for my family to buy that product and i am helpless neither flipkart help nor nokia company helps

                                  Advertised as Big Sale. We did purchase a mobile from flipkart. They promised to deliver the product withing 3 days. We ordered on 27th July 2021 & it was promised to be delivered on 30th of July. Now its been 4th Aug 2021, still they aren't delivering the product, but keep reciting same versions of asking us to cancel the order and make new order as there is some problem in delivery from logistics and that they promise to make delivery upon new order. What kind of fun this Flipkart is making??

                                    I'm waiting for My Flipkart Student Benefits & Flipkart Plus Membership
                                    like a Begger since 25 Days, Today is the last Day.
                                    My student verification for Flipkart has been successfully completed on 10
                                    July 2021. It's been 25 days since my Flipkart Student Benefits &
                                    Flipkart Plus Membership is not Activated.
                                    Today i.e 4th August ( 25th Day ) is the last day. I'm waiting for my *Flipkart
                                    Plus Membership* & *Flipkart Student Benefits* as my student verification
                                    was successfully verified by Student Identify Team
                                    on 10 July since I'm waiting till Today !
                                    I sent *8-9 mails* to Student Identify Team but didn't get any response
                                    from them.
                                    I've humble request to you to please Contact to Student Identify Team as
                                    soon as possible or on urgent basis or else I'll be mentally ill as was
                                    waiting for it like a Begger !

                                    When you call me, I'll tell you what I've written since last 20 days, So I've request you to don't call me ! Contact me through my email.
                                    I'm getting ready to file a consumer complaint if you doesn't want to fulfill customers right that they deserve.
                                    Student Identify Team contacted me through mail & addressed me to call the respective platform i.e Flipkart to get your benefits that you deserve but Flipkart doing a great job that "Doing Nothing Since 27 days". Salute to you guys !

                                    Day 35th of Not getting Flipkart Student Plus Membership. Assured last week that they will resolve my issue & configured Plus Membership in this week but still didn't got it as it's end of this week. What A Shame ! Worst Experience !
