I have ordered an Apple iPhone 12 mini(128) with EMI option from Flipkart with order No - OD[protected]. Flipkart is keep on postponing the delivery date and not even providing any resolution. As i have opted for EMI, the bank is already started charging me the interest charges.
As i discussed with flipkart customer care, they mentioned in case the order get cancelled then they are not going to bear the interest charges which will be around 2200. It's like they are keep providing false promises and not delivering the product and customer has to pay unnecessary charges because of such activities.
Please help.

    I've ordered a product on 24/07/21, paid online. the product is still not packed as of 02/08/21. The promised delivery date was 29/07/21 by Flipkart. and now it has been changed to 4th Aug 21.
    The seller's name is - Truenet Commerce.

    I've already paid for the product and received multiple call backs from customer care. All they said is cancel and re order. This is such a worst deliver y experience i ever had.

    I want my product to be packed and shipped as soon as possible.

      I have ordered a product and I'm having issues with it... so I asked for a replacement

      Now for the replacement of product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification.

      I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to?

      If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. For What, the verification is needed.

      Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart with my full consent ? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?

      How can I share my my id proof with you? And that's also with my full consent that you can use it freely anywhere... with any third party

      You are just a e-commerce site how can you ask for id proofs... there is no rule like this

          Ordered of havells hair dryer my order Id is OD[protected] Today I got received this order which is also late by 1 day bt that is ok but when I unboxed it, in the box of havells which is also not sealed I received nova which is also used and broken.It is the first time ever I faced this issue before this order I shopped multiple times with Flipkart even previously I also purchased mobile phone and some other things.Seriously this time I am very disappointed with its service. I have contacted the customer care executive and she said it can be replaced by 4 aug I just want to be replace it as soon as possible and I request you to improve your services otherwise you can lost your valuable customer.

              I ordered the product on 26th July and made the payment through "Pay later" mode provided by my bank (ICICI). I cancelled the order since flipkart has 0% policy to make sure your product gets delivered on time. I have worked for flipkart for a month and this is a true story. Only dates are provided and nothing else. Total amount which needs to be refunded is 5399/- . No action has been taken yet.

                  Ordered Mac Mini from Flipkart on 17th July 2021 and it was delivered as scratched and dented. The physical damages were immediately highlighted to Flipkart and even the replacement also was of similar pathetic condition.

                  Flipkart approved the return and asked me to wait for pickup on 25th July 2021. But the pickup guy never came and everyday did false update of missing contents.

                  I had repeatedly mentioned that nobody is coming for pickup but Flipkart didnt care and cancelled my return request thrice. It is more than 15 days my amount is illegally withheld by Flipkart while their merchant is happy selling me a damaged and refurbished Mac.

                  Everyday their pathetic customer service claims to escalate the concern and some team would look into that. But till date not a single resolution has been provided yet.

                    I am a regular user of flipkart and do shopping every month using flipkart pay later..and pay it before due date, always on time as can be shown in my track records also..
                    So for June pay later amount which needs to be paid in July, I opened the app as to make the payment and saw a late extra fee of 300 Rs.I called the customer care and told them about the issue and informed them that there was some issue in my mobile and I paying it today but please remove my late fee amount Rs300..but they told me that you need to IDFC bank for the removal of late fee of 300 Rs. I also asked the executive to make me talk to the senior but they cut the phone...3 times same thing happened..

                    Firstly, why should I pay extra fee of 300 when I m clearing dues..

                    Secondly, why I should talk to IDFC when I have shopped from Flipkart and not IDFC..

                    Thirdly such poor management and executive who don't know to talk and instead of transferring call to senior just cuts the phone everytime..

                    Is this how you deal with customers??

                    Still I have made the payment but wanted help to Kindly refund the extra paid fees of rs 300/-

                    Firstly, flipkart send me messages saying we are unable to get in touch with you as you are not picking our call..I did not even received single call from Flipkart then after I emailed them then I received a call on Thursday, 5 aug 6:30 pm in which the executive told me that we have taken the complainant forward and you will get the solution in next 48 hours...
                    Today is 8 Aug still and more than 48 hours, still I have not received any update about the issue...

                        Very dis-appointed with the flipkart service
                        I bought a TV which is 60k worth its been 20+ days [Still in BOX]
                        so far 4 people came - 1 to deliver, 3 to check in this pandemic situation as the TV is not turning ON as expected

                        I raised a complaint with in 3 to 4 days after i received TV based on the technician visit as he confirmed that its a faulty one

                        I was keep on calling customer care everyday & the update is like will get a replacement
                        But all of sudden today i see it was canceled

                        TV still in BOX

                        I am feeling very disappointed with the service & customer care team started disconnecting the call

                        I need some one who can help me on fixing the issue

                          I have resolved all my dues in my flipkart paylater account . but still flipkart wrongly reported my outstanding dues to rs 1680. Due to which my credit rating came down from 810 to 770..i have called flipkart customer care but they put my call on hold and disconnected the call. Such poor responce from flipkart is no expecred

                            Hi,

                            I ordered a oppo reno 6 5G phone during the 27th July 2021 (Order id OD[protected]. The expected delivery was on 31st July 2021.

                            The delivery status in the website has not changed since 31st July, its still showing "dispatched to motherhub_csk".

                            The whole day i am waiting for the phone. There is no proper updates from flipkart after made many follow up

                              On 30 July 2021 I wanted to place an order worth Rs.947. I paid the money through Google pay but order didn't get placed. It's been 24 hours neither my order placed nor I got refund. Below image is the screenshot of payment details. When i called customer care they asked to me check with the bank . When I called bank customer care they are telling me your transaction completed we can't do anything. It's tooooo bad to face this type of issues from the company which is having so much trust &faith among people. Please don't loose it. Do the best at the earliest

                                I booked Poco X3 Pro with exchange of my old phone Samsung M10 which is 2 years old. While booking the value of old phone is said to be 3700 Rs. My old phone has discolouration but every other aspect of the phone works perfectly. No cracks, no breaks, no scratches. Good as new except for discolouration. The delivery guy checked my phone and said I had to pay 3600 Rs. for just the discolouration. If this was the case I would have checked while booking the phone. Such options are not available while booking. Now I have canceled the phone and I have to incur delivery charges now. The discolouration can be fixed by Flipkart for a very low price still don’t know why they are charging so much. Really disappointed with flipkart service.

                                  I have order a new Redmi note 10 pro, on 05 th July 2021. But I have received a dummy infinix mobile toy. On 09th July 2021. The same is I have done return request but Delivery boy asking paturn lock. I was call to customer service they taking lite my issue and 3 times I have done return request same 3 times delivery boy asking patern lock, I have received a toy, how can put patern lock to that toy. Kindly consider this complaint and take nesseasry action.

                                    Horrendous service. My brother ordered a microwave oven ref. FMPC[protected]. It has arrived early. As our need was urgent we offered to pick it up. But the customer service operator at Flipkart was totally uncooperative and refused to give contact details of the hub. This is cussed churlishness

                                      I have ordered Boat earbuds from Flipkart. My order is received on time but when I opened the box the earbuds are missing from the case of the earbuds. Now I am requesting a call from Flipkart, they are messaging me the phone is unreachable. A few moments later I received a call from Flipkart, I shared my problem but he is muted my call few minutes after and no sound from his sides. I have ordered it for 999rs and now the conclusion I lost my money.

                                        I have order a product on flipkart and it was suppose to be delivered on 29 july. I got message in morning that product is out for delivery and i was at home for whole day waiting for my product and in between i called to delivery person also but everytime he told me sir i m coming in half an hour and after 6 o clock he stoped picking my calls and later i got msg that we are not aboe to deliver today we will deliver it tomorow means 30 of july even on 30 july i waited for whole day but i didnt get any update and i called cusomter care and they are like u want the product then wait or do whater u like but we can tell u when it will he delivered . See its your fault flipkart that u could not deliver product on time and i wasted my 2 days bcoz o[censored] and still waiting for product for which i already paid . Plz take action on that and deliver my prodcuf with compensetion and inprove yiur service . Actuoy there shoukd be a law that i[censored] promised and still cant deliver the prodcuct then u have to pay fine then only company like flioakrt will work properly bcox now they think whats goiing to happen even if cuctosmer write to consumer forum so plz take action on this and i m going to file a complaint against flipkart

My actual delivery date was 2 days after purchase and when i raied issue now your team asking me to wait for anothere 7 days then whats the use of raising issue i[censored] taking more than actual date and also your customer team is saying that we cant do anything and i have to wait til time line and if product has been reached to nearresr hub on 28 july only then why cant be delivered even after 4 days after delivery date . What a service flipkart, your service should be awareed . I m going make a video on this and make people understand that what kind of service flipkart offering
