I am writing to you to bring to your notice about the pathetic services being provided by flipkart paid account managers. Actually this is not a service, this is humilation of sellers, because seller pays to take the pain from flipkart paid account manager team, who never respond to sellers.
I was contacted by Abhay Verma ( After cheating of Karan Sharma for Ignite Program ) i trusted to Aman Verma and got cheated again in Sept 2023 regarding a paid account management services for basic level seller started by flipkart for 9000+gst where Abhay committed a dedicated account manager.
I have made the payment and it has been more than 15 days there is no reply from there side neither they are replying to my emails.

Abhay Verma Assign my account to Anubhav ( who never respond to me ) then i got only Single Email from Shiv Nagar ( sent me 1-2 email just to say wait for his response nothing else) and also he never respond to my email and into CC there was entire Team : Akriti Mishra, Zeeshan Ahmed, Kajal Singh, Ashok Chandra

    Order order status pending even after 2 days and payment deducted from my Credit Card

    On September 27, 2023, at 12:32 PM, I placed an order for a Lenovo Ideapad Slim 5 featuring the AMD Ryzen 5 Hexa Core 7530U laptop. Regrettably, even though the payment of Rs. 40, 740 was successfully deducted from my Credit Card, the order status continues to display "Order Pending, " with the message indicating, "Payment not yet confirmed from the Bank."

      Hi.
      I purchased a phone from Flipkart. I am facing issues with the product.
      There is no customer support to connect. There is serious bug in the application. It is not directing to customer care. I am really fed up trying to reach help from customer care.

        On 26th Sept 2023, I received an unexpected delivery from Flipkart containing a product that I did not order, and it was not placed by me or anyone I know. This incident has left me quite distressed and concerned about my safety and privacy. I promptly contacted Flipkart's customer support to report this unauthorized order.

        To my dismay, I was informed that Flipkart's policy does not allow for the return of products in such cases, which has left me in a vulnerable position. As a young woman, I must prioritize my safety and privacy, and receiving unsolicited items raises significant security concerns.

        I want to make it clear that I am not seeking a refund for this order; my primary concern is to return the product and have it removed from my possession. I kindly request Flipkart's assistance in facilitating the return of this item, as I do not feel safe having it in my possession.

          I am a valuable Flipkart Plus customer since years. I shopped many products
          on Flipkart. I am very well aware of Flipkart return policy. Infact I ordered products in large quantities for me and my family and friends.As I above mentioned that I ordered products in large quantities so several products that I received, had manufacture defects and some were wrong products that I didn't order means I received different products. So myself made return requests on my Flipkart and return these product .Due to hight rate of return and ordered product Flipkart block my account.So now i request that please unblock my Flipkart account, so that I can resume shopping on Flipkart. I also want to tell that i have wallet balance rupees and more than two thousand super coins balance in my Flipkart account. So again

              I have ordered a washine machine on 27th sep 06:00am through my wifes mobile phone from flipkart app.The money was deducted from my credit card on the same time but the order is not reflecting in flipkart app and i have not received any response from flipkart on delivery.

                I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                  I had placed an order for a Tcl tv on 27th September 2023. But the order is not reflecting in the order section though money has been debited. I called the customer service but was told to wait for 24 hrs. Today, I called again and was told to wait for another 24 to 48 hrs. Then I was told by another that the order had been cancelled and the amount refund has already been initiated. She will share the refund id with me over mail and phone. But I dint receive any intimation. Then another person told me to wait till 2nd October and said that the earlier person had lied. This is highly unacceptable and unexpected response from a company like flipkart. I can now neither cancel my order nor buy another TV. I have to just wait. And there is just no order reflecting on flipkart.
                  What to do?

                    Flipkart Account blocked due to return in Flipkart

                    On September 18th, I was not able to login my Flipkart account. It was showing 'Blocked Account. Send you registered email/phone no. to [protected]@flipkart.com'. I talked to the customer support 11-12 times but they are just giving dates. I also sent registered mobile number to their account validation email that is mentioned above.

                    Kindly request you to check the history regarding the order ID : OD[protected]...

                    I am not able to place an order because Flipkart won't accept payment with my card which worked on Flipkart earlier and works completely fine at other online sites like Amazon. The error says that "Transaction amount exceeds the risk limits defined by the bank for this card". After getting this error I have tried my card at other sites and it works indicating that problem is on Flipkart's side

                          I have ordered Moto G54 which was supposed to be delivered today. Since morning I'm trying to contact delivery boy as I'll be unavailable at certain time but he isn't answering my calls. The delivery boy came to my house but I was out, he called me I wasn't able to pick up the call. And I have tried 50 times to call back but he isn't answering. I ordered from flipkart hoping it would be delivered within 2 o clock but this delivery experience has been horrible. Deliver the order by 4 o clock. Did not expect this from flipkart.

                              Not able to download my invoice

                              I purchased Poco F4 5g from flipkart on 29th Jun 2022, when I try to download the invoice from flipkart for warranty purposes there is always an error messege "Oops ! Taking longer than usual time
                              Your invoice will be sent in next 10 mins. We have created an issue for your inconvenience. You can track it now."

                              I also contacted flipkart support but everytime they told me that they sent the invoice on my email but i didn't...

                              I have ordered a phone on sat'day - 23rd Set'23 and its supposed to deliver by 24th Sept.
                              Its not delivered on 24th, 25th, If you look at the oder status, everyday they update with same status.

                              If they knew- there is a logistics issue, it should have been informed while ordering. Pathetic service and this is not the first time order is delayed.

                                My account blocked due to multiple times o[censored]sing return items. Your delivery boys are not delivered all grocery items. So, I raised refund for those products. I complaint about this through customer care executive also. Continuously 3 times facing the same problem. Finally I got blocked from your side. I don't know why I got blocked because the problem is from your side only. Kindly unblock my account.
