    I have ordered one product from Flipkart, Order ID OD[protected], in the amount of Rs. 16, 349/- It was shipped on July 18, 2023, and the delivery date was July 28, 2023, of this month. I was unable to track the shipment with the tracking number FMPN[protected], (Ekart Logistics), and the product is still at the same location. There is no further update on movement. Can you please look into it and do the needful?

    +91 4046714000 This number was called to me by a customer executive who told me to cancel the order due to some technical issue with Ekart Logistics and order a fresh one, whereas I have raised a request to cancel the same and have been suffering since last 01 month, but the cancellation could not be done nor the refund so that I can place a fresh order. I have called customer executive after repeatedly waiting for 24-48 hours, almost 15 times, but they have not had a resolution and are keeping me waiting again for 24-48 hours.

        I ordered a Wings Phantom 850 Earbuds on 5th August and delivery date showed me it will be deliver on 19th August
        But on 18th August the simple send me cancelation message from there side
        When order the product cost is 999
        Now the product cost is 1599
        I don't want to pay extra money for there mistake
        So help me

            I purchased the product on 3rd Aug 2023, received on 4th Aug and found battery charge issue on 4th and raised return request in Flipkart.

            Service request was raised for technician visit on or before 18th Aug but Asus took 13 days i, e, on 16th the tech visited and unable to fix the issue.
            Later I came to know the product was out of warranty and also I am waiting for getting DOA cert but its delayed.
            so overal, from 4th Aug to today (18th Aug) I have been waiting for a simple replacement followed by tech visit DOA etc..which is not satisfactory at all.
            Now I dont know what is the status of DOA as tech has not updated details in flipkart portal and I am unable to check in Asus portal so had to ask chat support to escalate and get realtime update which is again not user friendly one. SO overall the process is not good, overall time taken for tech visit +DOA is also quite not good and no update on the status of the RMA ID via SMS/Email is also one of the things should be improved keeping customer visibility as I deserve the right to know the exact status of each steps.

            Flipkart still insiting me wait till 19th August and mentioning I might get replacement or Refund .
            I did not ask for refund as the product is out of stock and offer ended and not available on the same price now.

            I am closing it but Flipkart did not give replacement but refunded the amount and informed seller informed that item is not in stock which was white lie. The product was still available at that time and was being sold at higher price so the reason for cancellation of replacement was crystal clear

            Raised Grivence but no action taken but want to talk to me first rather taking action and update me . So grivence service is also worst. Moreover they created another ticket and mentioned resolution date as 22 August. Wow such a worst demo when I am already pissed of by waiting from 4th aug to 19 aug with no resolution. And I am following up with Asus to things get done rather Flipkart though it's their duty to get follow up, fulfill replacement within given timeline

            Now Flipkart stating it's pending from Asus end and says the opposite. So due to this my replacement is pending.

              I've ordered a phone from Flipkart on Friday, it showed out of delivery on Saturday, delivery agent confirmed that order will be delivered but till 9 PM there was no communication so I connected again with delivery agent (10-15) times. He did not responded. Then I cancelled the order.

              Again I ordered the same phone on monday and they supposed to deliver by Wednesday. Product went out of delivery, delivery agent also confirmed that it'll be delivered but the same story repeated. Delivery guys do not receive any calls and status gets changes by 10 PM automatically.

              This is been done thrice with me and this is not acceptable.
              I tried calling Flipkart customer care but they have no clue about delivery and they just run the script which they have. And inform me same things which I already know and already see on the portal.

              Delivery should be done on the commited day. One time problem is understood but this is been the pattern of Flipkart. Please consider this as a sincere request or you'll loose your customer base.

                I have been purchasing goods from Flipkart since several years. I am a premium plus member. I recently purchased purchased a roti maker from Flipkart. This was my second roti maker. But I am utterly disappointed by the service of the roti maker. Primarily, the roti maker lacks safety measures like ISI mark.
                Secondly, the finishing of the chapatti is very pathetic.
                I want to return this product and get the refund. But unfortunately, there is no refund option. Only replacement option is there.
                Despite complaining several times to the Flipkart executive they are arranging replacement for my product.
                I told them that I want refund but then also they are doing replacement. If the product is intact with price tags and original packaging, I don't understand why the seller is denying refund. Will the product get ISI mark after replacement?Why will I take the same product again which is full of cons.
                Despite complaining thrice, no action is taken yet. I am really disappointed by the service provided by Flipkart to its plus members. I swear that I won't order anything from Flipkart in the future if Flipkart doesn't address my problem immediately.
                I shall be grateful if Flipkart arranges some provision for refund .

                  I have ordered the product OnePlus pad 12 gb ram 256gb rom for Rs 35789 on aug 09 2023. On aug 13 2023 the shipment has cancelled by seller and the price of the product now is Rs 39999. I have contacted customer support either reschedule the shipment for the agreed price or give the gift voucher of the price difference of the product so that i can order freshly with the same price. Both they have not agreed.

                    I request you to kindly deactivate / permanently close my flipkart pay later account.
                    When i see my credit score it is clearly showing that i took loan from idfc first bank and this needs to be cleared immediately as it is effecting my credit score. I don't have any pending payments in flipkart paylater. So kindly deactivate my flipkart pay later account immediately.

                      I got this feature phone (Samsung Guru Music 2) as open box delivery yesterday (August 15th 2023). The delivery guy took photo of phone & accessories then delivered to me. I did not realize the reason behind that open box delivery on that time and the courier guy left.

                      When I remove polythene cover then realized that screen having scratches. I tried to switch ON the Phone, but it did not work, then I tried charging for 2 hours (no clue charging or not) after that also nothing happened. Even charging wire had crack in it.

                      Since it was open box delivery, Flipkart online return option is did not work, when I contacted Flipkart customer care, they did not accept for return of this open box delivery. They suggested to conduct Samsung customer support for defect product. When I call Samsung customer care, they told to visit service center, once technician confirms if its defective product then only we can return the product.

                      For convenient purpose only I purchased through online, now they are suggesting to go to Samsung service center after spending lot time with customer support team. I am frustrated with this experience.

                      It seems seller (SATYAM) is cheater and never every buy any product from this seller.

                        I ordered a realme GT2 phone from Flipkart after 2nd day of its arrival itself it had issues with its display. I contacted Flipkart and told them about the issues. They told me to contact realme customer support ao I contacted them as well. Realme told me to visit the nearest service centre to check the device for issues. I went to the service centre on the 3rd day of and they told me device indeed has some display issue. So they kept the phone with them and after three weeks they provided me with DOA certificate after been in contact with them regularly. Flipkart contacted me regarding the issue and I told them I have the DOA but the phone and all of its accessories are with the realme. They also requested me for my bank account details and after that they initiated the refund but cancelled it later on and then I get a call from them that it's a technical issue and was told to wait few more days.
                        I contacted realme that I need a replacement for my phone on their Twitter account where they told me that only Flipkart will replace your product and the current faulty phone will go back to realme.
                        I then contacted Flipkart again stating I have the DOA certificate but the handset is with realme so they told me to email the DOA certificate for further actions, and I also did that. Then later on I again get a call back from them stating your issue will be resolved by this date. But several dates have passed and queries have been raised but all are getting resolved by their own without providing me with proper solution.
                        It's been more than a month now and both realme and Flipkart are playing with me.

                            Https://finance918.com/home is the link of the website they are using to lure the civilians by the name of the commission for sale in flipkart services. i lost 5300 rupees in this name. Request to please intervene and stop them from expanding. they have telegram channel i the name of @Tg33882 and @Flipkart818 . They are sharing false screenshots in that group also. Request to grab the individuals and put across the bars. the WhatsApp no [protected]. I am not checking those guys as they might alert. please stop them. I am attaching the detailed conversation also for your information. Request to please arrange a refund of the amount.

                              This all began with a purchase of MI tv online worth 30000 which stopped working blank screen

                              Flipkart, who happens to be competitor to Amazon . (Good joke ) started selling fake products like MI and fake commitments and warranty by Jeeves which is also part of Flipkart .. raised an issue about the warranty I bought from Flipkart which is Jeeves and sold by Flipkart, it’s a fraud company cheating people in the name of extended warranty of 3 years but never clear costumer issues . I have been chasing Flipkart and Jeeves for the past 2 weeks now, and none has responded and reached my place to resolve the issue .. does Govt also has some share in this looks like things happening constantly and no resolution has been taken . So they are cheating customers openly . And you guys doing nothing ?, wake up guys this is a serious offence and should have taken care long back

                                      I order the VAN HEUSEN blue shirt with order ID : OD[protected] and received the different product . then I returned it on 1 august at 2;21. since then I am complaining about the refund from the past 15 days . The customer service are of no use, always says they have raised a complain but do not provide any solution in the end. I want my refund for the product which I have returned.

                                        On 6th August 2023 I raised a return request for the product "NAVIFORCE 9197 Fashion Sport Quartz Analog Digital LED Military Waterproof Wrist Analog-Digital Watch - For Men",
                                        with Product ID-OD[protected].

                                        The return request was raised on the same day as the product was delivered, and Flipkart offers a return for every product for a period of 7 days, and I raised the return on the very same day this product was delivered, but still Flipkart is cancelling my return. As of now, I have raised a complaint more than 10 times for the same product for the same reason, which is Flipkart is cancelling my return request.

                                        I wish to return this product because the watch I received is too big and I cannot wear it. Every time I raise a complaint, Flipkart gives a resolution date which is 4 days later than the date the complaint is raised. Flipkart is doing nothing to resolve this issue, they are simply giving me a new timeline and asking me to wait more and more and still when I raise a complaint, Flipkart is closing it immediately without giving any resolution at all and sends me a link to share my feedback. Kindly check the images I shared.

                                        I want this product to be picked up immediately by Flipkart, or else I will raise a complaint at the consumer court as well because as I mentioned earlier, this product is still under the return policy and Flipkart will have to take responsibility for it.
