Invoice option is not showing up for my one plus order as my phone is lost and some one is using it...

I tried to place an order on June 10 2023g, Payment went through successfully, but the order didn't go through. please help with refund.
I have sent 2 emails to grievance.[protected]@flipkart.com, but no response.
Tried calling support but no one attend. Please refund money.....

I ordered a neckband oppo enco m32. When I received the item, the packaging was intact but the item inside is of different brand not oppo but some old and damaged product from boult. Even after sending all the necessary evidence, the seller is not accepting my return request and Flipkart is saying that they cannot do anything if the seller doesn't accept. I had ordered a Eureka Forbes water purifier model RO+UV+UF+TA on 5 th June 2023, received different model RO+UV+TA on 6 th June 2023 for which I raised return on 6 th June which was cancelled by Flipkart without informing.
