I received incomplete Product. The main parts Hydraulic Piston is missing in my package. So I call the customer care. They told me that My Product is still not showing delivered so I have to wait for item to get updated for delivered. I have received package on 3rd June and estimated delivery date was showing 8th June but they have not updated yet. So again call the customer care for replacement or return my Product but they keep saying that We are trying to contact the seller but they are nit responding. You have to wait till the seller confirm the delivery of the Product. Today is 19th June. What should I do ? Please Help.

    Hi there..
    I have ordered 4 items of
    Naturewell Fish Oil (Triple Strength) With 1000Mg Omega 3 (600Mg) and I made online payment for all these products.. since the time it is showing delivered but I just got one of these products.. I have called several times and made so many complaints but there was no solution about it.. either I want all the remaining products or I want my money back.. if I didn’t get any response in 3-5 days about it, I am going to complain this issue to consumer court.. for the delivery of these remaining products I will give you maximum 7 days because it’s about to be 2 months since I have ordered the items.. this is last complaint I am doing to Flipkart, the next complaint will be to consumer court..

      I'm here to report regarding bad experience from Flipkart, recently i procured a Kent ultra storage water Purifier from the Flipkart, the product i was ordered on june 01 and it has been delivered on 10th june, and the next day Kent technician guy visited for installation at home. but he realised there was an issue on water overflow sensor because it is broken while shipping time and he guided me for initiating return the item to Flipkart, 11th june itself I had initiated return request from my end and the first update from the Flipkart is technician will visit on or before 17 june and himself will rectify the error unfortunately service expert will not comes to rectify the error and so the First commitment was slipped from Flipkart end, and the second update from Flipkart is they will resolve the issue before 18 june, but again slipped the commitment from Flipkart end, I've have been closely chasing with Flipkart team to resolve this issue but their representative just called me and close the issue from their end without providing resolution it's just for their name sake. the third commitment from the Flipkart is they will resolve the issue before 21st june, but now it seems they are again failed on their commitment, now the return pick up is scheduled on July 05, until now already passes 19 days over but still now issue was not closed, i didn't experienced this much worst experience from any other online platforms, they all are ensure the delivery within 2-4 days and return pick up and refund within 1 day, as per last commitment i need refund amount before 21st june can't be allow any setback for this, should get the refund amount before 21st june its mandate. kindly help to provide instant pick up and refund for this and take necessary actions for their illness.

        I bought a foot wear in flipkart Rs.458, They sent a damaged one, Second time they replaced bigger size, So I was asked good product, but they told me we will pay back your money, But they paid only 121rs only. SO I raised a consumer complaint, I got a call from fipkart, stated that we will pay your 458, So I trusted them and return a product, but once returned they refund 121 only.

                I am a seller on Flipkart. I received a used product in return from buyer.
                Product cost 2600/-
                Flipkart charged me about to 700 rupees for this order and return and i got the SPF Claim only 824 rupees.

                How Flipkart Justifying Difference Between New And old one by 100 rupees?

                I am not begger. I just want my Haq.

                Received very old product, completed drity and all screw and nuts are Iron rusted. As I collected the detail products from manufacturing company that told me that product was bought from Mumbai in 2016.

                  This is wrt order no OD[protected] from Flipkart Grocery which was delivered to me on June 12th, 2021.
                  This order contained 19 items out of which only 9 items were delivered.
                  The delivery window for this order was 7 AM to 9.30 AM. It got delivered between 7.30 and 8 AM.

                  My house help went down to the lobby to collect this order from the Flipkart delivery person. He took all the items that he had with him and put them all in our shopping bag and my househelp came up with the items. He did not give her a paper invoice.

                  As soon as she came up, I checked the order and realised a lot of items are missing. I tried getting hold of the delivery person but he had already left the building without delivering the rest of the order.

                  I reached out to customer care at Flipkart immediately and received a call back from a customer service representative within 10 minutes. I was advised by that representative to do nothing till 9.30 AM saying that since the delivery window is open till 9.30 AM, the delivery person may come back and deliver the balance items.

                  The balance items didn’t get delivered by 9.45 AM and I tried reaching customer service again. I had to make 3 attempts at conversation and received no help - finally the 4th guy could help me. He said he will put in a Return request in the system for all the 10 items and that I shall receive my refund in a couple of days. I believed his claims and agreed for that.

                  Meanwhile I received the refund for 1 of the 10 items and I assumed I shall get the balance refunds too.

                  On June 14th, I received 3 text messages from Flipkart stating “Return Update: Sorry, your return request for ….. items cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed the delivery of the order with the product being intact.”

                  I immediately reached out to Customer service again and had to go through 4-5 calls again. First I was told nothing can be done about this and when I insisted on speaking to someone senior I was asked to reach out to customer service after 9/9.30 AM because no seniors start work before that. Another suggestion given to me was to wait till eod on 15th June since the issue was showing open in the system - I was told maybe the back end team will resolve it in a day.

                  Till date I haven’t received any resolution yet except a flurry of messages saying “Issue Resolved: Has your issue been resolved? We hope you are happy with the resolution provided.”

                  I do not understand what Resolution has been provided by Flipkart !!

                  I would like to understand when I can expect the refunds for my balance amount without any more multiple follow ups

                    Flipkart is fooling customers. They are increasing the MRP of the product and giving discount on that inflated price. I caught them red handed and showed them the proof. They are avoiding me while I try to contact.

                    Flipkart customer service is one of the WORST. They are no where near to Amazon who still run on ethics. While I tried to use 'call me back' feature, its phone field is disabled. While I tried to send mail (from support interface), it is not allowing document upload and giving me error. I tried multiple times only to leave it in frustration. Upon raising complaint, they called me from 044 number but there is no voice at the other end. Clearly, they do not want to speak to me still for the sake of the process, they called me. All I can say they are SHAMELESS.

                    Flipkart, if you still have iota of shame left, analyze my complaint related to incident number IN[protected] and call me back.

                        I had ordered Naturewell supplement 2qty. Each qty supposed to contain 120tablets in 2bottles as per description.so, I am supposed to get 4bottles totalling 249 tablets for which I paid. But instead, I recieved only 60tablets(1bottle). I raised this issue with Flipkart 2times but they rejected refund saying that the product was delivered. True that product was delivered BUT INCOMPLETE DELIVERY, NOT AS PER ORDER QTY. Now, on the packing, it was written 2qty of the said product, delivery agent delivered the packet to me and left. Pls note nothing endorsed by me that delivery is done and complete and no codes exchanged..when I opened, I came to know that even one qty was not fully delivered, only one bottle containing 60tablets. Now, please tell me how can you guys argue that delivery is done???
                        Either get me a refund of Rs.702/- or get me 3 more bottles of the product..I will do whatever it takes until I get justice...2times already I raised the concern with Flipkart, this is my third and last with Flipkart. If I don't get a favourable answer, I would take it to next level..

                              I ordered a product namely 100 wooden bamboo toothpicks which according to the app was priced at Rs 94 with an additional 49 Rs shipping charge . So I payed a total of Rs 143. When I get the product what do I see, the MRP of the product is RS 25.(evidence attached)
                              A classic case of fraud. So when I tried to apply for a return, it says that the product has no return policy.
                              So I decided to do the next most sensible thing and call a customer care executive and surprisingly she cut my call after I told her the problem.
                              Although the amount isn't much but the disgusting customer care service of Flipkart has convinced me to not buy any product from the platform ever.
                              Any proper account of the product prices to the prices displayed in their pages should be matched.
                              Anyways I finally had to redirect my complain here to the Customer Complaints.
                              Hope the issue will be resolved soon.

                                Hello to whoever it may concern,
                                My order ID -OD[protected] was not delivered but it shows in the app that it is being delivered . Also I have already payed RS 299 for the product. Their customer service is terrible as they cut the calls in the middle of addressing the problem. Plz help (invoice attached)

                                  I had ordered (order id - OD[protected] a product on 23th April 2021 which was delivered on the 27th April 2021. Laptop Harddisk was defeted that was addressing by the Lenovo company. First of all I had generated return request on 29th april 2021 that was cancelled by your agent because we need change my pickup address after that i couldn't submit the request again when i have called your agent on 11th may 2021 so your agent was saying we can't do any thing because of return policy When the cancellation was done by your agent then I have contacted to lenovo brand so lenove technician visited on my house and checked all laptop then give me DOA Certificate 25th May 2021. After that we contacted every day till 31th may 2021 so flipkart agent was saying our concern team will contact you but we didn't get any call from concern team. After that on 31th may 2021 we request to flipkart agent please contact with me your senior person. I told them the whole story after that they accepted my refund request. Today means 18th june 2021 my return pickup date but till now not any agent visited here. Again flipkart agent cancel my request and generate new request for pickup my product on 18th july 2021 but before that the technician will come. Flipkart is telling me to wait for 20 days & Why my return request is pending when lenovo technician has already arrived and checked my laptop on 23 may 2021. Also Lenovo company has given DOA Certificate So why return request is pending & not yet filled.

                                  Today 21 June 2021 your pickup boy have came here but your pickup boy don't know how to return laptop so he have mentioned product mismatch and again you have cancelled my refund request. I don't know what are you doing. today i have completed 55 days. but till now not solve my problem.

                                  Today 28 june 2021 till now you haven't assigned any couriers awb number. Tomorrow 29th april 2021 is the last day expected pickup but flipkart is not solving my request.

                                      I have purchased 1 Moto G60 (OD[protected] with exchange for an old phone. Yesterday the courier boy came and asked for extra 2100/- for the old phone exchange extra price.
                                      I have asked him to wait till Flipkart customer care confirmation but he said he can't wait as he is having some other order to deliver, after your communication with the flipkart agent you call me i will deliver the order.

                                      After confirmation from customer care, I called him to deliver the order, he refused to collect the old phone and asked to pay full amount i.e. 4950/-
                                      Without any proper reason why he refused to collect the exchange and why asking to pay full amount via Case or Google pay.
                                      Why he is not carry the card swipe machine ??
                                      Why i have not received any Msg. / mail regarding extra payment ?

                                      Moreover i have escalated the issue several times to flipkart customer care but not recived any positive response.
                                      Now mail recived from flipkart and updtating the status order cancelled.

                                      Why my order was canclled and After the confirmation I have done the factory reset, who will I bare the charges of data, as old phone reconfiguration required ??
                                      Moreover, the courier boy removed the glass protection cover also which is not useful right now ?

                                        1. That, I have ordered Infinix note 10 ( Emerald Green 6GB RAM, 128 GB Internal Storage) on dated 13 June 2021.
                                        2. That, the product was confirmed to be delivered on June 16, 2021.
                                        3. That, after chats and conformation I had received a sorry message with conformation that the product will be delivered on 18 June.
                                        4. That, even after so many chats and telephonic conversation product is yet not delivered today i.e. 18 June 2021 up to 5:30 pm.
                                        The above reasons compelled me to cancel my order today if not delivered before 7 pm i.e. 18 June 2021.
