Hi this sai, my order id is OD[protected].
On the date of, 14th jun '21, I'm placed HP 14s I3 10th GEN - (8gb/256 GB SSD/WINDOWS 10 HOME) with the amount of 35, 390.0/- the order number is OD[protected]. It was shipped on 14th jun, with EKART LOGISTICS ( FMPP[protected] ).It was delivered to me on 21st jun '21.
" I RECEIVED AN EMPTY BOX, THE LAPTOP IS NOT THERE INSIDE OF THE BOX ". On the time of delivery i'm asked the delivery person also " he said call to flipkart we can't do anything ". After that i'm raised a return requested from my end while selecting option ITEM MISSING.the return request is rejected on 23rd jun, without any proper resolution, on that day.
I'm raised the another return request on 23rd jun still there is no response from your end. I don't have the trust on flipkart I'm thinking flipkart will blocks my account that's the reason on 23rd june, I'm sended the legal notice on flipkart to your registered adress Bengaluru.
Please give my product to me, otherwise give my refund to me..
flipkart is doing fraud with customer, my account is also blocked by flipkart without any reason. i lost 35000.

    It's really wrost service from installation team of chimney in surat, they did not updated any notes and not refund is back of installation fees, as product was detected and returned already.

    No action has taken against that stupid ### person who is handling installation process in Surat city

      I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

      The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
      Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

        Ordered indo era kurta and palazzo set Rs.1179. We have received a wrong product on 28th June order id OD[protected], paid Rs.832 (as per the bill in the parcel). Contacted flipkart customer care team immediately and it was promised that there will be a replacement for the wrong product delivered and balance amount, Rs. 347 to be paid to the delivery executive. Delivery executive didn't accept and didn't replace. Now the replacement request has been cancelled and no resolution provided and case closed by flipkart cc. Called customer care again and call disconnected two times during the call by the executive rudely without providing any solution to my issue. HORRIBLE experience with flipkart

          I received an offer regarding one of the Levi's shoes that there is a huge price drop and I checked it on Google. Many websites that offer discounts and codes showed that. I clicked on that link and was redirected to the purchase page of Flipkart. I found the item at ₹600 MRP. I know that's way too low and sounds incorrect. However I got this on the page and was so excited. When I tried to make the payment, I realised that I can share this with my papa and friends too. I went back and took screenshot but when I proceeded with the payment option, it increased the price to ₹1300+ this time. Huge disappointment!

          Nevertheless to say, this was a bitter experience for me. I have been making purchase of thousands of rupees every month and you can check my order history too. However, I feel like been cheated this time. Please let me know what can be done to make the purchase at that discounted price. Please don't reply with a sorry or preaching about how website and offers work. I've already have enough of it by your team. Please adjust the price up to ₹600 or escalate this issue to your senior management.

          The price then went to 2100 and 2300 then again 1300 then again 1289 and so. It denied all my payment methods and didn't allow me to click on any unless the price went up. This is surely a fraud which encourages people to buy something by showing attractive items in their favorite and then loot them. Here's the screenshot for your reference. Thank God, I took this!

          I tried in browser as well as app and even re-installed it. I've contacted at least 10 times on call and the representative keeps asking me to wait for 24 hours and when I call again the next person asks me to elaborate my query again. This is so annoying and frustrating. Chat representative went unresponsive when I asked for the supervisor and same way the call lady was mute for 12 min when I asked to get me a senior person. She was insisting me to explain it to her at any cost. I know companies record every call. Go and hear the audio and see how pathetic your customer service team is. I wonder why I chose flipkart over other brands just because it was Indian. Please delete my account and resolve this issue. You have no idea how worst this issue can be for flipkart than it seems to be. I won't leave this matter this way now since I've been taken for granted for last 3 days. Had it been handled with proper response, I would've understood. Now, no chance...!!!

            I would like to inform you that I had ordered a bedside table from Flipkart (Order Id-OD[protected] which I have already paid for.This product was supposed to be delivered to me after about a month but the product was not delivered to my given address & my order delivered showing in the Flipkart app.Whose complaint I had filed in Flipkart on[protected], I was informed by the Flipkart executive that the matter would be resolved on[protected]but nothing has been done yet.
            flipkart has done fraud with me which should be investigated.
            I request you to resolve this matter as soon as possible

                      I ordered 43 inch tv from flipkart for which 24th june 2021, 7pm was the installation time.

                      There is no phone on who the service guy is. After hundreds of calls, flipkart gave
                      Me jus another date and say that they've escalated my issue and resolve it within 24 hours or 48 hours. Initially they give me deadline of 29th of june. That before 29th of june the installation is done. But that's not done again. And every time whenever i call customer support they tell we've escalated your complaint we highlighted your complaint. But they don't give me any solution or a good reason for delayed and today on 30th of june i got a mail that the installation is cancelled because of the technician called you nd you didn't give a response. I'll waited for their technician call from 24th i take leave from my office on 24 and 29 just because the technician has to came and now they saying me that i cancelled the the installation. And now when i call the customer support they give me again a new date that before 3rd of july they can fix it.

                      Assuming that the installation guy will come, i have to take leave for two times
                      From office and sit at home biting by nails when he will come. I have to loose pay for one day because of flipkart waiting for service guy to deliver. Flipkart has been irresponsible and uncourteous about this.

                        I purchased a Mi 10t Pro on 1 Feb, 2021 with Buyback Guarantee of INR 28, 000/-, valid until 1 Feb 2022. When I try purchasing any phone above 28, 000/- using this buyback guarantee now (30 June 2021), I am unable to add it to the cart, although the item shows available and can be exchanged at my current postcode. I spoke to several customer service assistants who said that maybe the phone I was looking at was not available under this scheme. But I have tried all the phones and I even asked the customer service to tell me any 1 phone that is available to purchase with this option. Standard response: we are unable to help you with that. So either there is a glitch on the Flipkart system, or Flipkart is selling misleading products with this buyback guarantee option. I've been told to wait till 5 July for a resolution to this issue, but I'm very frustrated by the amount of time I've had to waste on this.

                          Product Installation Delay

                          I have purchased the product of order ID 'OD[protected]'. I have asking for fast installation but flipkart has only one answer sorry we cannot help u as engineers are not available. So for installation we have to wait for a month. Waste service on earth by flipkart....

                          Your logistic team delivery boy has not delivered percel at my doorstep they asked to take percel to go 3km otherwise have pay him extra money to deliver at doorstep
                          At 14th jun 2021when out of delivered. When I complain against that on flipkart over twitter, chat and call supporting team gave me believe they would try to delivered percel as soon as possible but without informing me they was cancelled the percel in 20th jun. When I complained again on that day supporting team told me to reorder the product and I did the same and given me 29th jun expected delivery date but its so sad product has reached to my nearest hub on 26th jun but not delivered uptill 29th June . at night of 29th June when I call flipkart supporting team told me don't worry sir will delivered the percel within fist July but today morning 30th June has canceled by flipkart team except informing me any reason. I am asking flipkart don't u have any value of your customers time? If you can't able to deliver the percel at doorstep why u has taken order? Is my address not within my mention pin code in address? Others logistics delivery boy can deliver the percel in my address why your ekart team not able to do that ?

                              (OD[protected], I have returned my item but they claimed that seller had refunded the money, but I didn't received the money.There useless Customers service agents told to wait to couple of days, but still i didn’t t received my money. Every time they asked to wait for next 48 hours . That was really frustrating. They said to contact bank, and bank said to contact flip kart. I will share my bank statements 5 to 6 times.
                              By mistake i have mention my card number instead of account number, i have also contacted to my bank manager, he said that the system must show invalid because there is no option for card detail, there is only option for account number. It's been 6 months since this problem.

                              Please ask the flipkart to refund my money.

                                I am trying to change my phone number to new one and i am unable to do so as the OTP is sent both to new number and old number.
                                I dont have the old mobile number with me any longer since 5 years.
                                Also i am unable to update other options in my profiles as well.

                                  Dear sir/ madam
                                  I have placed this order ( OD[protected] on 11th June on flipkart. Flipkart said, my product will get delivered on or before 19th june.
                                  On 18th june I was on flipkart app to check the product's delivery day, app notified that my product will get delivered on 19th june means tomorrow.
                                  Even on 19th june app notified me that your product is arriving today. But when I checked the tracking details I got shocked as the product wasn't shipped. So I raised the issue to flipkart then flipkart contacted me and said, your product will get delivered on 26th june.
                                  My question is if flipkart hasn't shipped the product, flipkart would have informed me earlier but flipkart didn't untill I I raised the issue.
                                  I could have accepted flipkart' delay if the product was in transportation mode as we know pandemic is going on but in this case I will not accept this as flipkart done this intentionally.
                                  Regarding this matter I have talked with flipkart agents on 20th June. They said please bear for this time and don't
                                  worry your product will get delivered on or before 26 th june.

                                  Again I called on 24th June to know about the status of the product and Flipkart's agent told me that it will be delivered.

                                  However after few hours I got an email that your order has been cancelled by seller and you can place this same order again. If you order this product again, we will make sure to give 100rs gift card after successful delivered.

                                  But I didn't understand when the seller has cancelled the product then why flipkart said, I can place this order again. There were many doubts. So I thought to give the call to customer agent to know the details about cancellation and repurchase terms.

                                  Flipkart agent said, due to unavailability of the product and seller unwillingness to send the product to your pincode, seller has cancelled the product.                                   Irony is that this product is assured by flipkart. So if anyone places order successfully means the stock is available and the pincode is serviceable area but intentionally they have cancelled the product that too after being told product will get delivered on 26th june.

                                  So at every point Flipkart has harrassed me and deceived me. There were no clarity. I think lack of responsibilities flipkart owes. It's so simple that you can cancel the product after making customer wait for 15 days?

                                  However I demand to get penalty for harassing me inspite of knowing the true fact.

                                  So I would like to request you to do the needful. If I don't get any solution, I'll have only option left to go to consumer forum.

                                  NB: Screenshots are attached here. Even I have all call recordings and if you want I can send. But for this time I'm attaching only screenshots.

                                    Dear sir/ madam
                                    I have placed this order ( OD[protected] on 11th June on flipkart. Flipkart said, my product will get delivered on or before 19th june.
                                    On 18th june I was on flipkart app to check the product's delivery day, app notified that my product will get delivered on 19th june means tomorrow.
                                    Even on 19th june app notified me that your product is arriving today. But when I checked the tracking details I got shocked as the product wasn't shipped. So I raised the issue to flipkart then flipkart contacted me and said, your product will get delivered on 26th june.
                                    My question is if flipkart hasn't shipped the product, flipkart would have informed me earlier but flipkart didn't untill I I raised the issue.
                                    I could have accepted flipkart' delay if the product was in transportation mode as we know pandemic is going on but in this case I will not accept this as flipkart done this intentionally.
                                    Regarding this matter I have talked with flipkart agents on 20th June. They said please bear for this time and don't
                                    worry your product will get delivered on or before 26 th june.

                                    Again I called on 24th June to know about the status of the product and Flipkart's agent told me that it will be delivered.

                                    However after few hours I got an email that your order has been cancelled by seller and you can place this same order again. If you order this product again, we will make sure to give 100rs gift card after successful delivered.

                                    But I didn't understand when the seller has cancelled the product then why flipkart said, I can place this order again. There were many doubts. So I thought to give the call to customer agent to know the details about cancellation and repurchase terms.

                                    Flipkart agent said, due to unavailability of the product and seller unwillingness to send the product to your pincode, seller has cancelled the product.                                     Dear consumer forum, Flipkart is a fraud company. If the product is canceled due to not availability of the product to my pincode then how can I reorder again?
                                    So please take necessary action against Flipkart for deceiving us.
                                    I had a similar experience with a phone order on Flipkart, which was to be delivered by 29 June. Lot of false promises and a giant waste of time, only to finally end up cancelling the order. Very poor service and totally unacceptable customer service.
