I have order id FMPP[protected] the product hasn't reached me today, when I was ordering the product it showed that it will be delivered on 16 june i.e. today but when i completed the payment it showed delivery date 17 june. The problem is I wanted to gift this product to my sister but due to Flipkart's poor services I have to wait for that now.

    I have created flipkart account few years back with a mobile number which am not using now. I want to update the mobile number but when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

      I have purchased a Flipkart Smartbuy Air Cooler 47 Ltr delivered on 04/06/2021 but the product are not matching as given description that mention cooling area 230 sqft but the product is not making cooling around 120 sqft area and I have submitted a request to return/replacement on 09/06/2021 but the problem is not resolved till yet i.e. (16/06/2021).

      Flipkart is not providing services after sales of product even harassing me to make wrong commitment many time but not resolving my problem. I have requested 10s times to request a call back via flipkart app but always another person picked up the call and I have to explains the issue to individual one and wasting my time.

      And I request you to please return the product and refund my complete amount as description is not match with the product.

      I also request to take an serious action against technician named MANOJ KUMAR PATEL, who closed the service request without visited on assigned services request 2 times and misbehave to disconnected calls 3 times.

        Hi,

        I purchased Kitchen Hindhware Chimney in Flipkart. 25th May, 03 Jun is the my installation date. Till now no one reach me. Everyday I'm getting new installation person number. He is not all responding. Number of times I call to them no one answering properly. I'm disappointed with service.

        I'm trying all the customer care numbers of Flipkart and Hindhware. All these are playing with customers.

          Ordered the product from Flipkart for a medical purpose but the product was missing essential fitment. Requested refund within due timeframe and was told that the refund will be processed within 5 days but neither the return nor the refund has taken occurrence. There is no positive response from the support staff and now that the invoice is available the company isn't cooperative in sharing the account details where they are saying the refund is made. In many emails I am asked to provide the bank details for refund but after providing still I am getting the same emails in my inbox from multiple email accounts. The complaint was already filed on mobile apps for National consumer helpline and My grievance but nothing has worked. The representatives keep calling to harass me to give the same information over and over again. The communication was also sent to their legal team about the issue but nothing has taken occurrence. Here is the complaint sent to their legal team for the situation.

          Even after constant communication with those idiots the amount is not yet refunded and the company either doesn't want to pay the amount or they do not want to talk about it. I have not received the money is all I know and I shouldn't have to experience such harassment from Flipkart and its representatives.

            I have purchased marq split ac 0.8 ton last 14 September 2020.i attached my bill with this email. My ac is not working from 14 June 2021. Then I complained your customer care service an my complaint I'd was CLBWQ[protected] this. Next day your executive has came and checked my ac he told me there is some gas leaking problem in ur ac. He said I will come after few days for repairing.but after few hours I got text message from flipkart.com. That ur complaint has been completed successfully...
            Now sir I request you to please solve my ac problem as soon as possible and make sure our trust maintain further... Because issue is still not solved..

              I am Abdul Gafoor Sidheeqi, Contact No: [protected]

              The product was performing well till last month. It has been around 40-50 days, its battery box started to swell. It became larger and larger by weeks. Moreover, now battery backup is very weak. I can use a full-charged headset but less than 3 hrs nowadays.

              So, I am not satisfied about its performance. So, it should be either repaired or exchanged by new one.

                As per captioned subject it is a complaint regarding the aforesaid order.

                The matter is related to the replacement/ refund request of CROMPTON Hiflo Wave Wall Fan 400 mm 3 Blade Wall Fan-Rs. 2111

                In this regard, I want to make you aware about the facts in chronological order:

                1. It is to inform that on dated 17.05.2021 I had ordered the following (Attachment 1) from flipkart:

                · HAVELLS EFFICIENCIA NEO 1200mm Elegant White 1200 mm BLDC Motor with Remote 3 Blade Ceiling Fan- Rs. 5505

                · CROMPTON Hiflo Wave Wall Fan 400 mm 3 Blade Wall Fan-Rs. 2111

                Total Amount Paid Was Rs. 7616.

                2. Havells fan has delivered on dated 23.05.2021 Invoice is attached under attachment-2 & is working fine till date & have no complaints regarding the product.

                3. CROMPTON Hiflo Wave Wall Fan 400 mm 3 Blade Wall Fan was also delivered on dated 23.05.20212021 Invoice is attached under attachment-3

                4. Afterwards, the CROMPTON Hiflo Wave Wall Fan 400 mm 3 Blade Wall Fan found defective as its swing function was not working & the product return request has been raised on the same date i.e. 23.05.2021 & same has been accepted by flipkart (Attachment-4).

                5. On dated 29.05.2021 I had received a replacement against the request made & after open the box I found a useless damaged product (Attacment-5)

                6. Since then, I had raise the concern that on Flipkart chat you may find the chat history from dated 29.05.2021 to 09.6.2021 under attachment -6.

                Since 29.05.2021 I had continuously following up with the flipkart team over chat & call & everytime I get a system generated message or response & every time the promise resolution date has been given:

                · Ist promise resolution date-01.06.2021

                · Ist promise resolution date-05.06.2021

                · Ist promise resolution date-09.06.2021

                But no resolution has been provided till date.

                7. Now your team is threatening to close my account under attachment- 7

                Your team has asked to submit the ID Card without any reason which I had submitted on 10.06.2021 which is unethical. Your team has continually harassing me. I want to remind you that I am asking for my hard earned money. You interrogate your delivery team who has taken the Crompton damaged fan from me on dated 29.05.2021 & given me this useless product against the replacement as mentioned under point no.5 & attachment 5.

                The attitude of your team is highly irresponsible & insensitive towards the customer, I am feeling cheated, this type of attitude not only harass customers it will also hamper the image of your organization as a whole.

                Here, as there is a complete mismatch in what is shown & what is given to me. I want a either replacement of the producr/refund of Rs.2111 amount on an immediate basis.

                Being a reputed organization this type of behavior is not at all expected from you. The purpose of writing this mail is to make you aware that the service which you had promised is not what actually the customer received. I was very much disappointed by the experience I have faced with your team till now.

                I had raised a complaint in against you in National consumer helpline with complaint no. 2773922.

                Hope you connect with my mail & do the needful in the case asap, otherwise I had to take legal action.

                  Firstly I had ordered Acer Swift 3 long back dated on 05.02.2020 (as mentioned in the Invoice) from Flipkart. I received a product which had a keyboard issue first. Then I claimed for a replacement. I wasn't aware of the warranty registration of my laptop on Acer Website. Then for extending warranty I visited the shop.acer.co.in to register for my product. I found that it was already registered. I checked the warranty validation with the Serial Number of my product and surprisingly it was valid till 08 October 2020. Bt Flipkart claimed me a warranty period of 1 year. Bt It was just 8 months. As I mentioned that it was previously registered I received an refurbished product in the replacement. I want a new replace for it. Please. I'm facing issues with the old product. I'm facing issues with uploading the necessary evidence. Please help me please . 😭😭😭😭

                      This is in regard with the order ID OD[protected].
                      Initially I opted for COD but today morning (before delivery)I got the message regarding online payment and I paid 10430 but the delivery body didn't have any confirmation regarding the payment and took 10430 from me claiming that the previous amount(the one which i paid online) will be refunded after updation.

                                  This Complaint is regarding My Order ID OD[protected] Placed on 2nd June 2021 and for Unavoidable Logistics Reason The order could not get delivered on tentative date (7th Jun 2021) and Order was Cancelled.

                                  Refund Request was placed on same date with tentative refund on 23rd June 2021 resolution

                                  On 15 Jun 2021 @ 11:30Am Recieved a charge request for order value Rs 11230 same as my refund value was declined by bank as card was turned off for Online TXN(ScreenShot Attached) instead of refund they try to charge my IDFC credit card.

                                  Conveyed to Customer Care but totally clueless about anything.

                                  Please Revert at the earliest for the same.

                                    I recieved a groceries with in one packet of opened sealed of product and it seems it bitten up by rat. Its been 8-9 days since flikart picked up my packet and asked me that i will receive refund but till today no refund credited of 70 rupees .

                                    Multples calls and email attempt but all in vain.
                                    They disconnect our call everytime after putting call on hold and when we mailed them they are not replying . Ticket everytime they put under resolve without providing resolution. I want comsumer complant to take immidiate action against that harrasment and get my money refund urgently.                                       I'm a loyal customer of flipkart since 2015. And I'm Flipkart plus member since 3-4 years. On Thursday June 10th 2021 my flipkart account has been blocked and I'm not able to login into it. Without any reason any mails or any calls they have blocked my account . I have contacted customer service and via mail but there is no such response from support team.
                                      After 2 days I received a mail saying that "We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been canceled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account".
                                      Most of products nearly 70-80% are delivered to my home address and you can check in my order section .All meant for my own personal use and my friends relatives and cousins.And I'm not a reseller too.pleaee check and help me out.

                                        Deficiency by Flipkart in rendering services to its customers !!

                                        Very BAD experience...NOT HAPPY with the SERVICES of Flipkart!

                                        Order was booked day before yesterday and when the delivery guy called me at around 10:10 pm, I guided him my route to my residence, but he never turned up. After sometime I found my order has been cancelled.

                                        Flipkart before arbitrarily cancelling my orders didn't bother to intimate me of their action nor enquire about the veracity of the story.

                                        On calling customer service, I was told that they don't have control over their logistics support and no relief or no resend could be initiated once cancelled.

                                        Therefore, I would urge people to exercise caution before venturing yourselves to such e-comerce company like Flipkart as they will just shirk their obligations/responsibilities when their interest is hampered without relief to its customers, whatsoever.
