    I took a product from flipkart through using flipkart paylater options. I used this system several of times. But this time flipkart blocked my account before paylater statement generated. Due to unusual reason they said we blocked your account for high return request. Now I don't have my flipkart account so I unable to pay bcoz for payment same account needed. Now paylater fines are rising & I'm helpless to do anything. I contacted customer support several times they escalated my issue many times but every time they say this account unable to open this permanently blocked this is a new kind of trap. Which is clever made by flipkart.

      Respected sir/madam,
      i am continuously in talk with flipkart call center and i am not getting any resolution for my problem
      my problems is as under :1. Bills generated by FLIPKART even when we havent deal with FLIPKART for any transaction. list for the same is attached in EXCEL SHEET for your reference showing your invoice number and details of GST . all these bills are shown in my GST2A from my GST portal.
      2. few credit notes has also been raised by FLIPKART on my GST number . as i conveyed earlier we havent deal any transaction with FLIPKART, then also it is shown in our GST Portal.
      3. My 26AS (TDS details) shown in my incometax login.. shows that Flipkart has paid me amount appx 4, 50, 000/- and on which FLIPKART had deducted TDS on it and filed return of TDS. i am attaching pdf of my 26AS for your reference which shows transaction details.

      please check all these and cancel all these transactions and convey me as early as possible..

        I ordered packaging from global packaging flipkart. They give me different size product .which is not useful to me . I request for return. But they were placed my order for replacement. My product picked up from Xpress bees courier service. But I didn't get and replacement products. I complained to flipkart and global packaging but I didn't get any solution. My product price is 2020 . How I get my money back. Please help me . Very bad experience with flipkart. All most 2 months were gone . But till that I didn't get my refund so I'm decided to go consumer court and file a FIR against flipkart and global packaging. Fraud companies.

          Sir. Account is Active. By mistake some problem with Flipkart. Without Login, there's no option to tell Flipkart about Login problem. Hence I am taking help of Consumer Complaints. On 6 June I recently purchased product from Flipkart. After that there was no purchase from Flipkart. I tried to Login today, to view some products for buying. But I couldn't Login. I couldn't contact customer support of Flipkart, because without Login, there's no option to contact Flipkart. As a proof I am attaching Invoice copy of product successfully purchased and delivered on 6 June. Kindly Contact Flipkart To Solve My Login Problem. Thank You.

            I am a plus member, i have tried calling 30 times to customer care people most of the times the call is getting disconected by them when ever i ask for solution .they dont have escalation mechanisam also .it has been more than 45 days my problem not solved. I expect refund of 1500 at any cost .

              I requested to return my mobile phone on 1st July, 2nd July as well as 3rd July.
              Order ID: OD[protected] MOTOROLA G30
              Colour: Dark pearl 64GB
              Two times the technician came to my place, and both the times the conclusion was that my phone is defective. Also the technician also said in the report he wrote to you (as per the technician) that the phone is defective. Even after learning that my phone is defective, my request was rejected. I called your caller executive 25 times, and everytime everyone said that the technician did mention that the phone is defective however there was a miss communication. Also when the technician was scheduled to come the 3rd time, he didn't come and on the app the technician updated that the phone is completely fine, though he didn't even come.

                  Hello,

                  I had recently ordered a smartwatch - huami Amazfit GTR 2 from Flipkart (Order ID - OD[protected] which got delivered on 25th June. Howver, in the period of the return window I noticed that the battery is nowhere close to what has been claimed by the manufacturer (less than 4 days versus the claimed battery life of 14 days). Furthermore, there seems to be an issue with the mic or bluetooth such that in between calls the person on the other side cannot hear my voice in between. Hence, I had lodged a request for replacement and the technician was scheduled for a visit. The technician even called me asking for my suitable time and I asked him to visit tomorrow to which he agreed. But a few hours later, I was informed that the technician visit has been completed and my replacement has been cancelled.

                  How is this even possible ? Now, as my product has gone beyond the 7-day return period, neither is my issue being reopened (without being resolved) nor am I able to connect to the customer care. This is beyond anything I have ever experienced with Amazon or any other e-commerce company. I am utterly disappointed and dejected with the service that I have received.

                  Going forward, I want my product to be replaced without any further delay. Flipkart has failed to keep its promise of getting a technician to visit my place of stay to get the product checked.

                  Please do the needful at the earliest. I will lodge a consumer complaint with all the details for further action if my product is not replaced without any further inconvenience.

                    This is the very bad experience from Flipkart. For my product LG WING the return request was raised but it's keep on getting rejected by technician. This is the second time my request was rejected. I have been told by technician that people have raised the return for 3-4 times and then only we approve it. If this is the case then I will discontinue using Flipkart here after.
                    Since I have chosen Flipkart as my first option and have always purchased very expensive products. The great customer experience that I had with Flipkart is now totally gone. Now I feel very unsecure using it. Being always a loyal customer with Flipkart this technician visit ruled everything.
                    My issue is still not resolved. The technician didn't check my phone properly. He was not even bother to ask my query.
                    He was not professional.
                    Requesting to please address my issue and
                    only one question from Flipkart - How would I re-gain the trust and confidence in Flipkart
                    I've been told that there would be multiple times of tech visit. This is really so inconvenient. Again the tech visit with Gautam is assigned and this would be my third tech visit. This is keep going on and on.
                    Requesting Flipkart to look into my issue more seriously and expedite my support.

                      I usually purchase lot of products from flipkart, recently my 3 orders got cancelled and flipkart send me a mail
                      "we'like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account."
                      All the products i purchased are for personal use only.
                      Also i want to mentioned that I'm a govt service holder and i move here and there within state of assam. So i order product at different locations. I'm using this Flipkart account from last 6 years never ever such thing happened with me. This is is first time and the block my account with prior notice or warnings. Please help me to recover my account.

                            My order id- OD[protected] of marq ac is facing cooling issues, and even after multiple technician visits from the brand the issue persists, Flipkart even raised the return of products on 2 June, 2021 as it is under warranty, but it has not been uninstalled till date and also seller has cancelled the return.
                            Even after repeated mails to customer service they are asking me for more time. Any clue how can I resolve it?

                              Hello Team,

                              I am very disappointed with the flipkart service.

                              After the MarQ AC incident, I ordered a carrier AC from flipkart and it was delivered on 30/06/2021. Today the installation team visited home and they did complete installation.
                              After installation, we ( me and the installation team) have observed zero cooling. Installation team diagnosed the issue and found that the carrier AC does not have liquid gas and this is the reason for zero cooling.

                              Now again I have got through the process of return/replacement. Without any reason I have to suffer again just because flipkart and their seller are sending defective products.

                              Why flipkart... Why ???????

                              Even when I tried to connect with the customer care team they simply said "sorry sir" or when I asked tough questions they disconnected my call in between without sharing proper resolution.

                              As directed by the customer care team, I have given 1180 ( in cash ) to the installation team.

                                    19 jun at 10:00 pm i play quiz time and i reach some extra poins because all question repeat and my account is temporary bann so i didn't play any game and didn't collect any reword
                                    Flipkart allows this for shopping but not game zone and i believe this is the thing that can happen with many.

                                    I have tried to contact them but repeatedly i get this response:

                                    [we'd like to let you know that we've got a confirmation from seller that as per the terms and conditions of the contest your account is not eligible for the game zone.
                                    The terms and conditions also says we encourage fair play in line our terms and conditions, seller and flipkart has all the rights to disqualify account from the benefits of this contest at any time without any prior written notice.
                                    Once the option will be enabled you will be notified by the relevant team.]

                                    I don't see anything in terms and conditions about this. What if someone buy's new phone and log in with their previous id? According to flipkart this is going to be violation of t&c.

                                    I'am suggesting these thing should be mentioned clearly in t&c or at least a notification on first time when opening game zone. So that we should be aware of this.

                                    Its about to be a month and ban is still not removed also i have won some supercoins which i didn't recieved yet.

                                    So kindly please remove the ban from all my id's.

                                      I placed an order to buy and paid an advanced payment as they asked and confirmed/estimate delivery date. But after amount was debited from my bank account message received saying that order was not placed and the amount will be returned by 14 th July. Why should I (customer) wait upto that time without penalties from them as asked for payment without stock/seller information ?

                                        I have applied for replacement for my laptop because it has screen bleeding issues and too much lag. I applied on 27th june but the technician visit date
                                        I got is 13th july. why there is so much delay what will i do for 20 days. i just received my product on 24th june. I want to request to flipkart to please make it earlier as possible.
