I have a flipkart account with my old mobile number, i lost my mobile phone and the number. So i am trying to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the otp on my new number, but i can't get otp of old number as i lost the number and i dont have it. So i am feeling unsafe to do orders because someone get the same number.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

      I had ordered for the mentioned laptop on 28th May, which I received on 1st June. Upon using the laptop I started facing performance issue. I raised a replacement request for the same on 2nd June. Flipkart just contacted the HP and raised a request for servicing for the defective laptop, instead of going for replacement. After multiple follow-ups and raising case against HP in consumer court, the technician visited on 12th June and after making all the kinds o[censored]pdates of BIOS and drivers couldn't resolve the problem. He then asked for the invoice that I got from Flipkart. I showed him the invoice, upon which he said that he won't be able to proceed with the case as the invoice doesn't have the serial number of the product. I immediately contacted Flipkart and after much struggle was able to get through to the customer care of Flipkart. I told them about the missing serial number info on the invoice upon which they merely told me to tell the technician to go ahead with the serial number from the product and the product box. I asked them to tell the same to the HP technician, but the technician was adamant and started showing the HP policies.

      Now the case is rejected by the HP, citing the excuse that the invoice has not got the serial number printed on it. Flipkart is not doing anything and keeps on giving me dates to get the issue resolved. Due to their negligence, am stuck with a defective laptop, which is showing more erratic behaviors day by day.

      Please get Flipkart to either replace the defective laptop without the HP intervention, or please ask them to provide me with an invoice of the product with the serial number of the laptop, so that I can make HP proceed with the complaint.

      I had given negative feedback about the seller in the product review page of Flipkart as well as I had also given my whole ordeal in the product page. And now I am seeing that the review has been deleted from the product page, as the review was getting likes and transaction in the product page.

        I ordered an induction cooker from flipkart, the cooker got delivered to me but I wanted to return the product so due to covid flipkart could not pickup my product so their team called me and informed the I don't need to return the product and they will refund my money. They asked my bank account details..but after so many days I still did not got the refund and moths passed they are asking the product back ...they already told me that they will not pick the product due to covid and they will procees my refund...after 6 months still I did not got the refund?

Since the product was delivered to you on 30 Oct 20, it has crossed the seller's 07 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.

          I have ordered Flipkart AC and was delivered in 1 day on 9th of june, but still i am struggling to Install the AC, I called 20 times to Customer but they are giving time for installation on 25 of june, and mentioned that i can only return the product till 17th june, its enough means they install my product on 25th june then only i can proceed for return if product has some issue, and here they are writing that product can be return till 17t june, simply they are fraud, if i install from outside, they will labs my all warranty and guarantee, i told them to return your product i will buy another from Store, still they are not agree they are saying once AC install then only i can place request for returning only if there any issue in AC, they are just fooling thier customer, i need AC installation right now but they are not listening, if they are giving this service to New product then how can i think that they will give proper service for same product after a year?, i fed-up with this and exhausted to giving my time to them everyday, I want them to return their product and return my Money now i dont want to stuck with Flipkart anymore. please help, and try to get my money asap so i can purchase new one from Store.

                I wanted to exchange my phone but when I enter my IMEI number it shows that .y IMEI number is wrong, I have checked everywhere that how can I solve this problem but I didn't found anything.                   Hi Team,

                  My booking were cancelled having booking ids FF[protected] AND FF[protected] and still I havent received my money back in my account... Very poor services from Flipkart end... I was waiting since last year for this amount Rs 9889 + 1450.

                    That Day They Accept My Order On Pincode 392140 Abd Show Me The Delivery Date 13th Jun 2021. But On Date They Didn't Deliver And Doesn't Give An Update .
                    And Than Show Me The Delivery Date Change And 15th, Jun 2021 . But In That Time Doesn't Give Once Again .

                    When I Call The Customer Executive They Tell Me That . The product Will Deliver Before 7PM
                    On 15th Jun But Till Date They Doesn't Give Delivery.

                    So One Again I Call And They Give Me Answer That . They Doesn't Provide Delivery At This Pincode. So Please Cancel Order And Give New Pincode .

                    And They Just Say Sorry .

                    So Please Find This Complaint And Do Further.

                      The issue that I have experienced was: They have sent wrong jockey trunks set and that too it is non returnable. They sent one instead of 4 but took money for 4 jockey trunks.

                      Flipkart is telling that i informed them late so now they can do nothing. I mean where on the product page it is mentioned that if i complain late for a already non returnable product (which was delivered wrong) then i will not get any help or refund.

                      It occurred on: 16/06/2021

                      Since sending a wrong product was seller's fault flipkart should take responsibility and refund the extra amount i have paid.

                          I purchased a watch on 2nd June worth rs. 4999 on 9th june I got empty box so I registered return /refund request on 9th June on 15th June they reject my refund request then I again raised the same request after 30 mins they ban my account saying we have received high no of returns from your account this also means that you will not able to login with this number . My account was having 6333 rs after buying watch 1334 rs. Was remaining and my 5000 rs watch also they have not given I got total loss of 6300+rupees whom should I blame I tried to call with the team but they are not responding /replying .Return/refund policy of product only stays for 15 days please ask them to unban my account moreover 3-4 orders are cancelled by flipkart due to lock down and they are blaming me.

                              They have kept the conditions for exchange of phone.
                              As we have met up all the conditions,
                              they takeout some nooks and then say to pay other discounted charges.
                              we had a issue with the delivery boy.
                              they argue and cancelled the products.

                                  Ordered Boat 5W speaker from flipkart but recived speaker of 5W but with a different brand ( Tablepro MG2) . So I put a return request on the same day but it was cancelled by flipkart citing the reason that necessary documents were not uploaded .
                                  So I requested return once again and did chat with customer support but they are asking for my aadhar card to proceed return request which is nowhere mentioned in flipkart return policy, also against Supreme Court of India guideline regarding Aadhar uses. So why should I upload my Aadhar card ? I am ready to give all the product related details but Aadhar details asking is legally, morally and ethically wrong .
                                  So I just want to return my product as per flipkart return policy in which nowhere mentioned about Aadhar card .
                                  Please help me otherwise I have to opt some legal means .

                                      I paid for an order of about 18 thousand rupees using my SBI upi, but flipkart says payment not confirmed. Now they will take 7 working days to refund my payment. But I am a student, what should I do till then?

                                      The mobile I want will also go out of stock.

                                      The customer support is not taking my calls either.
