I have purchase sony tv 55inches from flipkart and received the same on 31st of July. On 2nd the installation ppl have come and while fixing the same the person told that there is a size issue with almirah which is not getting fixed. They have a movable stand worth 4500/- u can purchase form them so that they will fix it. I have already invested 61k for TV and investing another 5k is not worth as im also a normal employee. Spoke to multiple flipkart executives and none of them is ready to solve my issue. Im not asking to cancel or return just want to replace with 43inches or at least 50inches. The alternative they suggesting is to have a place arranged to fix the tv(buy separate furniture or build a pace for fixing it). As a normal layman we are not civil engineers who will have idea of estimating the size and ordering the exact requirement. There should be some way where customers requirement should be fullfilled. I have raised a request for replacement and the flipkart team is saying il be getting the same dimension piece again...What il do with the same piece again when it is not fixing. Just as a showcase piece i dont want to place at my home. We need to enjoy the thing that we purchase not for keeping such worthy product idle without use. The executives are not even ready to transfer the call to senior managers so that il convey what exactly the issue. Stating that they do not have seniors numbers or mail id. You need to give a call back request so that you l be getting the call connected to customer service...then they will transfer to CSE. I have tried that as well but seniors are not even bother to attend the call.

    I bought LG 43 inch full HD LED TV on[protected] on full payment online at Flipkart Bill No PLF[protected], S-S[protected](1) CIN No U74900DL2016PIC291626. Whose delivery was received on[protected], on[protected], the technical staff of the company was informed to return the product by stating that the product was received incorrectly. The product is not being taken back by the company. My goods should be delivered to me as soon as possible.

      I have order for samsung s10 e back panel
      But the product which i received from flipkart was completely a differt product. I have taken video o[censored]nboxing of the product as i have faced the same issues with flipkart several times.

      I spoke with the flipkart support and they are refusing to arrange for replacement nor refund.

      Very worst support from the flipkart team.

      I request you to initiate a pickup for the product by replacement or refund and do the needful

        I ordered realme narzo 30 from flipkart. After receiving it when I checked the video feature was not working properly.even while taking normal videos there was dots flickering. Also the video doesn't work at night. When I applied for return it got rejected by flipkart 2 times. I want the order to be returned to flipkart and my refund me.

          Hello, i placed an order on 31st july ...it should have shipped by 1 aug as it is showing in track order section ...but it is'nt shipped yet ( 3 aug ).

                Hello sir, i recently bought honor magic watch 2 on 27th july 2021 with order id order id 'od[protected]'. I received it on 29th of july 2021.
                I was very happy with the product however while exploring it i noticed that i was unable to to use it with full potential as i was using any demo product. I contacted honor customer care and they asked for the bill however there was no serial number mentioned on the bill which is very necessary for warranty purposes. Hence customer care executive asked the serial number present int software of the watch (In settings — about — serial number). Whaen i provided, to my surprise i come to know that it doesn't matching with their systems. Hence, it is clear that seller has given me some different item. Hence, i raised the concern on the flipkart for the refund. However they are taking their time. If in doing so, timeline of return is passed which is 5th of august, then will my product will be eligible for return.
                Please look into the matter do the needful so that i can get my refund as early as possible.

                Items was missing from the package ( Empty box) sir i ordered a power bank from flipkart I had paid it online for Rs 1399.When I requested Flipkart to check my order, from where is my order missing? They did not reply anything and blocked my account and later it was told that you cannot get refund because your account has been blocked.When I wanted to know the region of the account, I was told that you have placed orders again and again. made frequent returns Requested again and again I refused to tell them clearly.I have come here with the hope and belief that I will get justice. Thank you so much sir

                    Flipkart suspended my account and in have due to pay in flipkart pay later that i cant pay so its reflecting in my cibil score as loan unpaid . Customer care just create Incident and never come back with proper answers

                      Also i was COVID positive
                      That's why i m unable to do shopping from outside

                      I raise a complain about bad packeging but they feel sorry and promise not do again
                      Then i orderd product again and after delivering they block my id and i m not able to open it

                        I had ordered a jacket from Flipkart and I had received that jacket in different size as well as it's style, look is was little different and the payment of that jacket has been made by Flipkart pay later. When I try to return this jacket my Flipkart account get blocked and I am not able to return this item as well as I am not able to pay Flipkart pay later due amount. But the main thing is that why should I pay bckz I hadn't receive what I have ordered. Please check this issue ASAP

                              I have ordered a phone Poco F3 gt on 25.07.2021 from flipkart. The seller is Truenet Commerce. The order was supposed to be delivered by 29.07.2021. But the order was not packed till then and the delivery date became 03.08.2021.
                              As of today 02.08.2021, the product is neither packed and upon calling customer service since last three days, they have updated the delivery date to 05.08.2021. My order I'd is OD[protected].

                              I want to receive the product anyhow and it's price has also increased now. So please resolve my issue as till the order reaches me, i will be worried.
                              There is no explanation on why the order is not shipped till now. Neither anyone is confirming that I will get the order guaranteed by 05.08.2021.
                              I need the product urgently as my other phone has stopped working. Kindly revert back and solve it as soon as possible. Thank you

                                The issue that I have experienced was: Delaying service indefinitely
                                I also purchased your protection plan as per t&c they have to refund if they can't clear the complaint in one month

                                It occurred on: 18/06/2021

                                I need the solution on Flipkart assured date that is 2nd aug
                                Either replacement or refund need to happen on this day, there is no postponding of antother dates its more than one and half month they postponding the date simply

                                I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.

                                  My phone number is being used by some other person "Archana Srivastava" whom i don't know and never ever shared my mobile number as well. Flipkart customer care is unable to resolve the same and keep on saying that you have only done that and we can't help you in any way. Tried all the possible way but still that number is there with other person and i am keep on getting the notifications/calls for those orders.

                                  Please resolve it.

                                    I have ordered an Apple iPhone 12 mini(128) with EMI option from Flipkart with order No - OD[protected]. Flipkart is keep on postponing the delivery date and not even providing any resolution. As i have opted for EMI, the bank is already started charging me the interest charges.
                                    As i discussed with flipkart customer care, they mentioned in case the order get cancelled then they are not going to bear the interest charges which will be around 2200. It's like they are keep providing false promises and not delivering the product and customer has to pay unnecessary charges because of such activities.
                                    Please help.

                                      I've ordered a product on 24/07/21, paid online. the product is still not packed as of 02/08/21. The promised delivery date was 29/07/21 by Flipkart. and now it has been changed to 4th Aug 21.
                                      The seller's name is - Truenet Commerce.

                                      I've already paid for the product and received multiple call backs from customer care. All they said is cancel and re order. This is such a worst deliver y experience i ever had.

                                      I want my product to be packed and shipped as soon as possible.

                                        I have ordered a product and I'm having issues with it... so I asked for a replacement

                                        Now for the replacement of product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification.

                                        I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to?

                                        If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. For What, the verification is needed.

                                        Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart with my full consent ? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?

                                        How can I share my my id proof with you? And that's also with my full consent that you can use it freely anywhere... with any third party

                                        You are just a e-commerce site how can you ask for id proofs... there is no rule like this
