While booking flight tickets from Kolkata to Chennai through Flipkart for 5 passengers(includes 1 infant, Booking ID FF[protected], Travel date 06.01.2021, Booking Date: 25.11.2020), by mistake I booked tickets from Cennai to Kolkata for the same day (6th Jan 2021). However the moment the ticket got generated ( within 10 minutes of booking the tuckers) I realised ed it was a mistake...

I ordered a CipHands hand sanitizer pack of 2 and received a opened and adulterated product from Flipkart. After repeated calls and complaints as well no resolution has been provided except for repeated assurances of providing a resolution. I have been a premium customer of Flipkart but now really doubt using their services as they are much compromised and no Quality check ensured on part of sellers on their platform......

I have purchased a laptop with order id OD[protected] in NOCOST EMI in a credit card. But now i m getting processing fee, high interest on the purchase from credit card bill. Upon contacting customer care nobody is giving proper response. Once they say they have raised a complaint with their backend team and will get back to me within 24-48 hrs but its been more than 2 days that i couldn’t contact with them and hearing the same response...

I ordered a bed for 18500 from flipkart whic was supposed to be delivered on 24/01/2021... I ordered it on 27/12/2020.
Product ia not delivered yet and no update from flipkart.
Same product was available throught other online portal for 15000 but it was taking 38 days to be delivered and as I currently don't have bed I ordered it from flipkart at extra cost so that I can get it as soon as possible.

This is regarding incident IN[protected] and IN[protected] i have not received my refund for Roncuvita Biotin capsule of Rs 383 which was cancelled by the seller. The seller cancelled the item on 22nd January, and immediately i received an email stating that the refund has been successfully transferred to source.
I paid for the same through my paytm wallet, but upon checking it i found that the refund has failed,...

I have 2 passengers ticket booked via flipkart. Crdit shell has been issued but flipkart is delaying in rescheduling the ticket. The time they take for rescheduling is making us suffer fare increase. It is total harassment from flipkart that they dont let us reschedule as per our convenience. Totally unprofessional

I have an issue of refund with Flipkart. I am following up from more than 2 months but did not get any resolution yet. Below are the details of issue.

I booked a ticket in spicejet from Flipkart for travel date 25th apr 2020 and PNR is ECSL3Q. This booking was cancelled by Spicejet due to Covid and amount was refunded to a credit shell.

I ordered infinix hot 10 mobile in flipkart.when the delivery boy reached to deliver my order, then only I comes to know that I was mistakenly ordered two mobiles, but I told him(delivery boy) to cancel my order. Because I mistakenly ordered two mobile and at the same time I don't have that much amount to pay for two mobiles, and I don't wish to do so. But the delivery boy forced me to receive my order. Every time I try to make payment from any card I got a standard response transaction declined on the basis of risk check. Cod is working. Tried calling customer care twice but they didn't gave me any response and disconnected my call.
