I have purchased NCERT 10th cl book set (10 Books) from flipcart. However I rec'd only one math text book through courier. I have already paid Rs 925 on this product.
I lodged refund of money through online. But refund rejected. What can I do now. I lossed my money as well as precious time due to this flipcart purchase.

    I recently ordered iphone 11 pro. The new phone touch screen is not working. Although there is a return policy till 19th it's not responding. I tried to raise the return request on the same day, intially they said delivery status might not be updated need to wait for a day and try. The next day also it's not allowing to return and we havent received any sms or email to return the product. Customer service is hanging out the call without responding. Issue is not solved and i dont want to repair my new phone. Its ridiculous. I dont want the phone. I want to return it. Order I'd OD[protected]. I never ever expected such service from flipkart.

The cleaning is not done properly, so Flipkart said that your warranty has expired, you have to contact the extra warranty company Jivish, so let me tell Jivish company My machine has frequent faults when a complaint was lodged by Jivesh Company and repaired by its man. A few days later, the machine started malfunctioning again.A complaint was lodged on my behalf but the representative of Jivish came to my house and the machine was serviced in such a way that a total of four to five times the complaint was lodged again in Jivish so I will live again.Came to send a message to my register number that our representative's name is XYZ and his mobile number is XYZ So I want you to know that the representative who comes to send the message sends the representative to another representative The last time I lodged a complaint in Jeevish, a Jivish representative came to my house and inside my machine.There was a defect, so his representative said that he would see the spare part changes inside your machine.So his representative said that it would take thirty days for the spare part to come, so after thirty days I will live again. The spare part was changed by the representative. Then again after three to four days the complaint was lodged in Jivish again so when Jivish's representative came to my house he opened the machine and told me that the spare part that was replaced was bad again. When it was done he told her that you would have to wait another thirty days Another thing is that I have repeatedly lodged a complaint on Flipkart and also in Jivish and both the companies talked to me for thirty minutes but no solution was forthcoming and from both the companies.My phone was also cut off and I was treated like a ### All these big companies are running but this is called shameful And the third thing I have to say is that this spare part comes from another country, so it takes so much time and my warranty time is gone from your fault. Please tell, whats the story of them big puppys ...I'm sorry if I made a mistake …

        I have made a bill payment for flipkart pay later on 1st march 2021 of rs 750, the amount has been debited but the order has failed. I have contacted NPCI regarding the transaction, they told me that the money has been deposited to the merchant, I have contacted flipkart but they are denying any payment. They are not properly addressing my concern and keeps on closing my complaint.

          I have purchase marq laptop on 20/10/20. After that last one week laptop not working properly.So i have complain to [protected]@flipkart.com . Every day i call to the customer service they ignore me they don't solve my problem. Even today i have a call, every time they say 24hr given them they will solve the problem . flipkart and Marq company totally ignore the problem. So kindly solve the problem immediately.

              We ordered pureit water purifier in Flipkart. After product delivery technician came and tested the water and said this purifier is not suitable for this water. So I tried to return the product but there is no option to return. Flipkart shows only replacement option. If the product is not suitable for me why do I need to replace. I need to return and I need to get refund. I paid from credit card (EMI). Still now I didn't open the purifier parcel. Please accept return and refund. Price of the product is 9999rs

                Dear all,

                I have made the booking from flipkart travel. I am very disappointed with the service and response from flipakart team. Please note the booking id: ff[protected]

                I randomly checked with air india customer service and got to know that flight as booked is not operational:

                Pnr: jyfkz
                Air india ai-851
                From del to pnq
                Etd : 26th april 2021
                Eta : 26th april 2021

                Booking id ff[protected]
                Booking placed on feb 17, 2021

                I had no information from travel agent flipkart about air india flight cancelation. Then i approached flip kart to confirm about flight cancelation from air india but flipkart has not updates. I raised the concern to get my full refund but no action taken yet. After so many calls and emails flipkart wrote “booking is cancelled from customer’s end”. So refund will be processed through ra and it takes 120 days from the date of cancellation. As soon as ra gets approved from the airlines end we will initiate your refund and it will get credited in your original payment mode within 9 days after date of initiation.

                My point of concern is:

                1. Why flight cancelation information not received from flipkart
                2. Why flipkart mentioned that customer has raise the request of cancelation
                3. How do customer know that flip kart has processed through ra with air india
                4. I took travel insurance of free cancelation of ticket. If i didn’t travel, then i must get insurance amount refund.

                Flipkart custom care executive have lack of knowledge and information.
                No updates from their end. Worst customer service.

                If i being plus customer of flip kart get this service, then what else could be expected. Please get me total refund of air india flight ticket and travel insurance amount.

                  I was ordered one Updecor Engineered Wood Shoe Rack (6 Shelves) against order id OD[protected] and the delivery date was 7th April 2021. It was not delivered and I called customer care and they informed me it will deliver 12th April 2021, But in 11th April one madam(phone no. [protected]) call me at 11:36 a.m. and inform me it will take 4 days more and if you agree to take delivery, I confirm I will take delivery. but same day evening I was got one miss call (I was at washroom so I unable to pick up the phone) from same phone no. after that in my order details it is showing “As per our conversation your issue is resolved”

                  I want to know

                  Can Flipkart cancel my order with one miss call?
                  If Flipkart is not able to deliver and cancelled without my permission then how do they take cancellation charge Rs. 200 from me?
                  Without my permutation if Flipkart cancelled my order. Flipkart should give Cancellation charges to me.

                      I Ordered boat airdopes 402 My issue is sound quality nd not getting to my phone Flipkart. As there was issue with items, I raised a complaint regarding them. Now for the return of product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. What fo th verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers? Y flipkart like thus i don't unstnd atlast they loose they customers atlast!

                          I had ordered Sandisk Ultra 64 GB A1 sd card from Flipkart on 10th November 2020. After inserting the sd card into my mobile copied few files into it, but after that i find out some video files were not playing after that for few days i had downloaded some files but again found that they were not playing. Then I inserted the card in my laptop and played the videos error was shown on the screen. After inquiry from Sandisk i found that the card is fake. Please help me regarding that.

                              I have purchase groceries from Flipkart on 31st March and My delivery date was 1st April. My Order No: OD[protected]
                              Till date, they have not delivered by items and neither they have option to refund my money.
                              Customer care executives are completely useless. They cannot do anything and simply disconnects my call.

                              Am tired with this CHOR company. Seems they have no mood to service. Only trying to make money from common people without product delivery.

                              I want steep Action against these Fraudulent People/Company.

                                    Received completely different color sets. I ordered for purple, got in black. And the other one, in website picture it looks like a very light nice purple, and i got a dark purple which looks so ugly and ridiculous. When i called customer care and asked them to take return of product and refund my money, they simply said refund is not possible, only replacement is possible. After that they disconnected call and did not even raise replacement request. Since its a non returnable product i can do nothing from my account.

                                    Firstly you guys send me wrong color, then on top, it looks nothing like picture and such poor quality for such high price, what kind of SCAM is this!

                                    Either u refund my money or else u guys r nothing but Cheats! Showing one picture and sending completely different stuff.

                                      I ordered a new laptop with exchange of the old laptop from Flipkart on 08-April-2021. The delivery guy came and rejected my old laptop with the reason that it has damage on its body when there is none. Delivery guy insinuated multiple times for the bribe but when i refused. I provided all the images from all angles to flipkart over thier app and twitter and they called me and accepted that the laptop does not have physical damage and they will get the new laptop delivered asap with the exchange of the laptop. They promised the delivery on 11-APR-2021. Even after having hours of discussions over call their logistics partner didn't deliver the product.

                                      I don't see any sincere efforts from flipkart in delivering the product, even after i told them multiple times that i stand to lose the payday /work day if i don't have the laptop setup before the start of the day on Monday.
                                      Please help me get the product and take the appropriate action for deficiency in service and the harassment that i have been facing from past two days and i don't know how long it will continue. They mark the grievances as resolved after a while without actually resolving the complaints.

                                      The product is refunded when i told specifically not to refund but to deliver the product. The worst consumer experience one can ever have.

                                      Their logistics company Ekart is the worst, most rotten and corrupt private company i have ever seen.
                                      Glad you found a product on Flipkart! Every product I search on Flipkart is out of stock or Sold Out. This business is going down very soon. Do not buy anything from such sites.

                                        GST invoice not provided

                                        I ordered an iPhone SE from Flipkart and also provided my GST details when placing the order.

                                        Now when the product came, and I tried to download the invoice, they have an invoice without my GST number on it. Flipkart is claiming that I did not provide any GST number, where as I had provided it when placing my order.

                                        Also on the call I provided my GST number but Flipkart is denying to correct the invoice and resent.br...
