I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account. mail id is not changed

    Keep changing delivery date on regular basis,
    not delivering product, even they dont provide ekart delivery contact number.

      Dear Sir,
      Now i am feeling very seek and looking for a consumer helpline the best way to get my order back.
      I have purchased a product (name called as TCL 126 cm (50 inch) QLED Ultra HD (4K) Smart Android TV Handsfree Voice Control & Dolby Vision & Atmos (50C715)) on dt. 21.04.2021 from flipkart online website with a sbi credit card of rupees 15, 729/- (sbi card number XXXX XXXX XXXX 7832) which means full amount i have already given to flipkart in advance.
      My order delivery schedule 07.05.2021 was not received. Suddenly Flipkart no intimation order cancelled on 27.04.2021. As per many of my requests to flipkart each and every time flipkart customer care says seller updated the message like due to price error this happened. So he cannot process the order and requested flipkart to cancel the product. And flipkart executive stated that they will give 1000/- of gift voucher as a compensation.I says that gift voucher rejected, I want only my order. they didn’t resolve my issue till 27.04.2021.please me help sir.

            I first ordered from Flipkart but there was a slight default so I returned it.Then I waited for the refund but the refund has not come in the bank yet.Then I contacted Flipkart and he told us to check in the bank, Our transfer here has been successful.
            I have checked in the bank but have not received the refund yet from Flipkart.
            So please help me now what can I do?

              I have ordered realme 7 mobile phone to gift it to my son on 24th April and expected delivery date was 28th Feb . I made payment online and tracking my order on 28 April my order received to my nearest flipkart hub at 3.57am but from 28th April status is same. I have contacted customer care many time but everytime got the same answer that team is working on it and you will get your order soon.
              I have written several mails to flipkart officials but they even not bothered to revert on my mail . I must say pathetic service by flipkart and very unprofessional way of working.

                Today 30th april 2021 some days before someone try to hack my acc, i get otp and soon after sometimes ordered some items that i dont but suddenly i contact with customer care he denied and dont help cut my call, but i logout my acc from all devices and then change password but today again this happens to me what should i do help me please how many times i will change my password and how many times

                  Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
                  I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know. My flipkart id: [protected]@gmail.com

                                    I have lost my Flipkart account, ie my account has been blocked by Flipkart. My Flipkart account has balance of Flipkart Pay Letter which I am willing to pay but I do not have Pay Letter Balance till I get my account back. Will be able to repay because there is no other way to fill this Flipkart account and if the payment is not made by Flipkart on the last date of May 5, then a penalty of Rs 175 will be imposed on this balance.

                                        Sir/Madam, While I am purchasing the TV I also purchased Flipkart Complete TV Protection Plan for 3 years. Now in my TV lines are appearing on TV display. So I was raised a compliant on this on 29th Of March complaint number : TVIN[protected] after 3 days i.e., 02 April 2021 the MI SERVICE CENTER INSPECTION AGENT (Not an Jeeves Inspection Agent) CAME AND INSPECTED MY TV, after total Inspection of tv he saw one small line (mark) on TV display and requested me to raise an service request from Jeeves Complete Protection Plan as it was an out of warranty from Brand of 1 year, But when I cleaned the screen with cloth the small line was wiped off (gone) on tv display, So I raised a compliant again Jeeves on 6th April 2021 complaint number : M892752 the agent was requested to wait for 2 days for inspection after 2 days. I got mail from Jeeves said that they said to contact Flipkart so I contacted Flipkart on 11th April 2021 they raised a complaint on this and after so many days calling and mailing regularly they responded and agreed to provide the refund amount of 80% of TV value i.e, RS.18, 506 /- on 20th April 2021. After 3 days they said to provide claim ID from Jeeves side and I said that they didn`t gave me any claim ID, So as per request after so many times I mailed to Jeeves to provide claim ID they mailed that is Plan ID and Claim ID is both are same. After that mail I am again shared the same screenshot of the mail from the Jeeves to Flipkart. Then the Flipkart said to wait for 2 more days to process the request. But on today they said that there is a scratch on the tv so we can`t provide the resolution from our side. I was already said that there are not even a single scratch on my TV. I am also attached all the pictures of my TV and e-mail conversations. I am also have the call recordings of the conversations. Sometimes they didn`t even respond to my issue from JEEVES . and I wasted a lot of valuable time of 1 month and I need refund of money and compensation.                                         Got the call on Monday[protected], 6:27PM ) From Flipkart
                                        Flipkart agent said they received an update from Jeeves i.e., There is a scratch on the TV so the scratches are not covered under the warranty we are not able to provide the service Flipkart agent said.
                                        But I already mentioned that there is no scratches on my TV and I attached the pictures of my TV as proof.
                                        Again the Flipkart has requested for 48 hours of time to get an update from the Jeeves side and to validate the pictures of the TV( Which I was uploaded as proofs) of this issue. Flipkart agent said that they will call me on Wednesday[protected] to provide the resolution. But Flipkart was wasting my valuable time, saying you have to wait 48 hours to get an update on this issue since last 1 month. Whatever proofs you need I am ready to send it.

                                        Got the call on Wednesday[protected], 7:35PM ) From Flipkart
                                        Flipkart agent said that they didn`t received any update from Jeeves so, they taking an terminal action, and to provide 80% percent of refund amount i.e., RS.18, 506/- to me (customer) and asked to provide the bank account details to get the refund amount and I provided my bank account details.
                                        Flipkart agent again requested 48 hours of time to process the refund from there side and said that she will call me on Friday[protected] to update the status about refund.

                                        Flipkart agent said that we didn`t got any update from our concerned team so, you need have to wait for another 48 hours. Seriously the flipkart was playing games by with me wasting my valuable time, She told that I will get the update by Monday[protected].
