Money not credited to my account

I bought a laptop from Flipkart on Nov 25 2020 . It cost ₹32990 . Due to some issues I wanted to return the laptop . But then I had to wait for the technician visit . But no technician came and I had to wait for two weeks and finally they took the laptop . Then the seller initiated the payment the very same day . It started on 14th December . And then I had to wait till 24 th as the deadline for money to be credited to my account.

I contacted multiple times i didnt receive the refund for this order and i contacted but they said we have credited the refund please check with your bank but i contacted my bank also with the reference number but they said the amount is not credited and 1 month already over...

NI status for refund

I've ordered on Flipkart supermart on 26.12.2020 order id OD[protected]. I paid via upi 1250 but the next day the order got cancelled. From then I'm contacting the customer service but no response. They're repeatedly telling me that my id is deactivated and not letting know about the refund status. I came up to the forum for a resolution please help....

I tried contacting to flifkart coustomer care but they don't respond me, and resolve my issue.
As u provide me the resolution i, e i am done unusual lots of return, of my issue is totally wrong i am not satisfied with your resolution regarding to my complaint.
First thing when we have problems regarding to produt such as ( size issue, colour and different product, etc ..) then we placed the return request...

Used Shampoo Received

I am a plus member so far on Flipkart but today my trust has shaken. Ordered a Biotique Green Apple shampoo and received today. As soon as I opened it, I was shocked.

The shampoo bottle is already used around 50% and there are fingerprints and wet dust all over. Came from somebody's bathroom.

The SELLER was Supercomnet(Flipkart itself)

Terrible way to treat Plus customers....

I got a totally different item, it matches to nothing as shown on your website. My money got wasted as its a non returnable product. The product i received is totally different style and totally different color. This is pure case of SCAMMING and CHEATING by flipkart!

I want my money back! No way i am going to pay such a price for this cheap item which i never ordered for. STOP CHEATING YOUR CUSTOMERS! U r not even reachable...
