    Dear sir
    For Order ID - OD[protected], the refund is still not completed by flipkart, although their messages claimed it. When contacted bank, they informed me, no such amount ( INR 284 ) is debited in my account.
    Plse direct flipkart to do the refund fast. Previously, when initiated refund, i would instantly got message from bank confirming the refund. This time no such message also came in my mobile

    Today, 12th April, 21. My bank confirmed that a sum of INR 284 is deposited by Flipkart on 10.04.21. thanks to consumer forum authority to strictly monitor this case and resolved mine

    Today i have been confirmed by the bank, that a sum of INR 284 is deposited by Flipkart on 10.04.21. hence, i got my refund. Thanks to consumer forum authority for their superior monitoring into this case and resolved mine.

If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. Hope this helps.
    Ordered Boat airpodes from Flipkart. As there was issue with tems, I raised a complaint regarding them. Now for the return of product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. What fo th verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?

    Ordered boat airdopes sound quality issue so Flipkart . As there was issue with item, I raised a complaint regarding them.       I have flipkart account using since last 7 years. I lost my mobile phone and wanted to update new one.

      The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.br...

      I had order a product but at the time of delivery they cancelled the product by their own side and said it has been done by the seller and saying me to buy the product again from other sellers but the price is too much high now and i want that product at that same price but they are not solving my problem instead ignoring my complaints I want action against them all. They had to compensate me for this by dilivering the product at that same price

          I have purchased BLUE STAR Ac From Flipkart and order id is OD[protected]
          But I didn't get the copper wire but Flipkart have delivered the cover without having wire in the cover.

          Please see the pic's.But customer support team told me like they will not deliver copper wire then you people are delivering the empty cover.

          This is kind of cheating.Please resolve it otherwise I will file case in consumer court.

          I have seen the people who purchased same product from Flipkart getting copper wire.

          But I didn't get that one and when I called to customer support, the executive told me clearly we are not going to give the copper wire but how can you give the copper wire cover without having wire in it.

          Bluestar executive told me clearly we will get the copper wire otherwise I need to pay 2700 if I want it.

          So you people are missing the accessories and getting the amount by selling outside or collaborate with service centers.

          If you get 2700 per one AC then how much Flipkart will get the amount for all AC sales by cheating customers.
          And in the product specifications they haven clearly mentioned like I need to pay amount for extra copper wire if I need it then where is the actual copper wire supposed to deliver to me.

          If I didn't get the resolution by tomorrow, I will file case in consumer court.

              I booked one flight ticket for my wife who is pregnant now.. i was in a hurry to book ticket. Unfortunately the layover time was more. I called vistara and explained the cause of pregnancy she can’t wait for a longer time.. they accepted n processed full refund. I complained in Twitter vistara, they replied of full refund. When i called flipkart travel customer care, apart from taking time and asking for proof ( even Twitter vistara screenshot provided) .they keep on extending time nothing else neither processing my refund. I m clueless due financial loss. Kindly help .i sent them multiple emails and called many time. But no resolution yet.

                I Have bought a mobile phone in Flipkart on 15th march with order id OD[protected] oppo f17 but received a dummy phone Vivo y19 but it is a dummy piece(showcasepiece) informed and returned to Flipkart on 20 th march but flipkart not responded and cancelled it after continuous follow up they have blocked my flipkart account mentioning unusual returns

                OPPO F17 (Dynamic Orange, 128 GB). Since the product was delivered to you on 20 Mar 21, it has crossed the seller's 7 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.

                Dear Flipkart Team,
                This is ridiculous I have initiated return request on 20th March and order ID is OD[protected]
                Received an acknowledgement and mentioned return request is accepted and the return ID is[protected].
                On 28th March i got an alert message
                Sorry the seller is unable to fulfill your return request
                Actual product I received is dummy which the Flipkart is encouraging the fraud seller and my account is got blocked
                When i spoke with Customer care they keep saying your query is get resolved will look into it it seems they mentioned no buddy is looking my issue
                As you can see my history of purchases list and you guys are loosing a valuable customer
                Worst experience faced ever.

                Please find the attachment proofs which the Flipkart is encourage the fraud services.

                      I would like to inform you that, I have placed one order from flipkart on 3rd April 2021 the amount was -7999 and order id is - OD[protected].
                      I have place the order on 3rd April. I have not received the product but flipkart showing order delivered on 6April. I have not received any otp and any call from deliver person and flipkart team on 6th April. This fraud done by flipkart and his courier team.I have also raised the complaint on flipkart. but they are not proving any solution. It was my prepaid order.

                      Please help us to get my order or my amount which i have paid 7999

                              Incident - Purchased AC online via flipkart app.

                              On 23.3.2021, I have ordered a Voltas 1 ton 3 star Split AC 123 DZX (R32).
                              On 29.3.2021 they have delivered a Voltas AC of different model.

                              I requested for replacement and they have told me the product is not available so i can return the product.

                              Then on 4.4.2021, I received a mail asking for Aadhar card or Pan card(which anyway linked to my aadhar card) front and back images and consent to share it with 3rd party within 48hrs. (Which is asked not to share by UIDAI itself).

                              Also an FIR form was sent to give consent to flipkart to take action against seller on my behalf. Which is totally irrelevant. Even the form is mobile or laptop. Why is it required for AC?

                              I sent them a reply mail on same day, that they are asking unnecessary details as id proof, as the return is going to take place in the same address where they delivered the product. Also i can't sign any FIR form but they must take back the wrong product and refund the amount.

                              No response from them for 2days and on 3rd day they have sent a mail that the return request is rejected due to not sharing id proof within 48hrs.

                              Now I have invoice for one model AC and have a totally different model AC with me. Even if i use the delivered product, with this bill I can't even claim any warranty in future.
                              I spent 29000 and why should I live with a product without warranty.
                              As a customer why should i go through all this for their mistake. This is causing me mental agony.

                              Again I have raised a return request through app and asked for refund. I want return and refund done without disclosing my Aadhar details as well as without signing FIR form.

                              If it is needed, I can show my id proof to the delivery personnel comes for pick up. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?

                                I have ordered for a Poko M2 mobile and got delivered on 31st of March 2021 but the phone is not working properly it has heating issue and the SIM signal is not properly coming so I raised the issue and Flipkart executive gave me troubleshooting procedures but it is not getting cleared so I want a full refund I don't want a replacementas, as I cannot manage with this phone I bought a new phone to maintain my Business with out break, so kindly take my request and process full refund for this phone thank you.
                                Note: I tried to call Flipkart customer care numberb several times but I am not receiving call back, I received once but they did not resolve my issue I am getting very much frustrated and getting health issues because of this problem so take back this mobile and give me my money refund.

                                  Is there any issue to refund. Today afternoon your person told me they have refunded the amount and now customer care is telling there is no such complaint made.
                                  Stop making fool of customer.
                                  I have purchase nokia tv 139 on 20th march 2020 from you with complete protection plan. Same tv display not working from February month 2021. I have made complaint to you and to Jeevs. Jeevs person visited on 17th march and told they replace tv as they don't have parts available. After that day I m trying to call them but no reply from them for the same ...they have only one answer it will resolve in two working days. Same complaint made to Flipkart but again you people behaved same manner..everyday I am calling flipkart I have all recording ..today u people told refund has being processed on 5th march 2021 you will receive today in your bank. Now I called flipkart for same but again same thing as if you people are not aware of the complaint.
                                  Please let me know as a customer I have purchase tv from you which is not working.. after taking policy 3yrs being in warranty you people are not replacing tv nor you people are refunding. Stop making fool. Let me know when are you going to refund the amount. Kindly revert ASAP

                                    I have ordered a laptop and gamepad worth 55990 ruppes.It was paid through phone pe upi transaction.It shows it is successful and paid to merchant called '[protected]@indus'. I have contact flipkart customer service since this happened i havent received any clarity about the issue.Till now i have not got the money refunded.
