I ordered United Colors of Benetton jeans but recieved a very pathetic FLU jeans with United Colors of Benetton tag on it. I thought there might be some errors while shipping so I put a replacement request from the Flipkart’s app. It got rejected after 2 days. I called customer support [protected] and they asked me to raise the request again and assured me that this time it won’t cancel.Also, they asked my Pan/Aadhar card for verification, which I gave them. I raised a Refund request and again it got cancelled by the seller. I did it for the third time and it got rejected. They ate more than 7 days in this process. I am student and cannot let go my 1500/- rupees in such frauds. I used to trust Flipkart a lot but now I won’t ever use this app and even encourage people to stay away from potential fraudulent risks o[censored]sing Flipkart. Still my refund request is pending and I am very saddened and frustrated and find myself in a very helpless condition. Please help me if possible.

I got it rejected for the 4th time. Why are they rejecting it when they are the ones who sent me a different jeans? How should I not consider Flipkart fraudulent now?

Flipkart looted me and I think I cannot do anything. I am just a drop in the ocean. I have to live with it. My 1510/- rupees gone in vain. Rejected my pickup 5th time. They sent a jean which I will never wear. Okay I can afford 1500/- but what about poor and lower sections who are gets cheated. I think Flipkart might have collected hundreds of thousands using this fraudulent technique. Thank you Flipkart I will never ever use your app again and will also delete this app from my entire family and relatives’ mobiles. Thank you for breaking the trust.
Again my return got rejected for the fourth time. This is very unprofessional behaviour by Flipkart. I sent and fulfilled everything they asked still I am the one in trouble. I cannot keep this FLU jeans while paying for UCB.

    Flipkart flight ticket rescheduling issue

I booked tickets 24 march 2021 on Flipkart from surat to Toronto so the flight is connecting flight from surat to delhi, airindia and from delhi to Toronto air Canada. The wholes tickets generated by air canada airlines. So after 2 days of my booking, I got mail from airindia that my flight has been cancelled and they gave me another flight. So my previous flight of airindia and air canada’s layover...

    I am not sure what is Happening and what will happen on this case. After multiple discussion and follow up I am not getting any resolution for this Issue. I have told multiple times that I have patient in my home and I need to buy a new Ac. I have asked for Replacement and Refund respectively but nothing worked till date.

    I told multiple times that I will raise complaint to forum but till date I have not done that because I had a good relationship with Flipkart but now it is getting worst. Today itself again Installation request has been raised can you please tell how I will remain silent (Attached message screenshot).

    It is my keen request to you please arrange a refund first then do whatever you want (Installation, Un- Installation).

      I have ordered a Product from Flipkart and they have dispatched it through Ekart till Gurgoan and from gurgoan they have dispatched it throught ecom Express. On the Flipkart app they have mentioned the Ekart Tracking Id and not updated the one of Ecom Express. I am able to check that the product has reached the nearest hub and as i went there to collect it myself but couldnt get it as i dont have the ecom tracking id. i tried to call support teams but they arent able to help. the Ekart tracking is FMPP[protected]

        They have been deliverd wrong item to me then when i raise a return request they just cancelled all the three times return request and they blocked my account since 1 year they are just giving me the copy paste replies like ntrust we have calrrifierd or else we have shared detailes like that but i have paid 32995rs and they are just giving silly excuses for same i want my refund my mobile number is [protected] and order id is OD[protected]

                I have ordered 2 items on flipkart on March 28th. Expected delivery was 2nd April. Product also reached nearby station but still not delivered till today. Tried to call customer care they are saying it will reach by today for sure. But I am not getting any updates other than that.                   I ordered narzo 20 mobile on COD.On march 27, I recieved my order..I have tried the payment through Flipkart pay an hour before he reaches my place..but it failed .. so the delivery boy send me a link to pay my order value a sum of 11, 499. I send him via the link.. money has been debited from my account and he said I didn't get approval and when I get an approval I will come and hand over it product ...but the next day .. he said madam ur money is stucked... So I will cancel the product so that u can get ur money back...so he cancelled my product ..still now I didn't get my money it's already 9 days over.. I didn't get any solution...pls. Help me out ..                     I was order jeans 23 March 2021 and received 26 March 2021.I will check jeans on 28 March 2021 but quality is cheaper and look like a duplicate product sent by seller. Apply for the return request approve and pickup scheduled by 30 March and refund back to 31 March but still no one pick up my product 4 March 2021. Many time call to flipkart customer care but not good response and not provided to better result for my product.

                        1. I have applied for Flipkart paylater service. I don't know they are creating the IDFC personal loan in the backend side. This is very intelligent fraud by flipkart.
                        2. There is loan of 60000 on my name on IDFC first bank, which is created by Flipkart for the Pay later service because of this issue I am not able to get any loan.
                        3. I have asked them to cancel it but they replied it won't be possible.
                        It's my request to kindly cancel my account as it is reflecting in CIBIL report.
                        4. Kindly please remove my flipkart paylater account and remove loan details in cibil report.

                          Bought MarQ washing machine and while purchasing it from Flipkart we added an extended warranty with that. So now the warranty for the product is upto Sep 2022.

                          On 1st April, I contacted MarQ(owned by Flipkart) customer care to raise a complain for the washing machine. While talking to the customer care agent on the call she asked me if the washing machine is in warranty or not i said i am not sure can you pls check it. She checked and reverted back saying that the product is out of warranty and I would have to pay for the required services...I accepted that.

                          But when I checked with the person who ordered he said he bought an extended warranty for the product while purchasing it so I shouldn't have paid for the service.

                          Now i called back to MarQ customer service..they said that customer agent should have told you regarding this but now they can't do anything.

                          I contacted Jeeves service(owned by flipkart) centre..they send the technician for the MarQ product service..they said MarQ customer agent should have told you about this..we cant help.

                          Now because of inefficient work by an agent I had to pay extra money which was supposed to be paid in the first place. And on complaining about this...they say i should remember this from the next time.

                          For the service of the washing machine, they did not even give me a bill. Technician said bill will come to on email but its been 3 days now I have not received any bill. For this also MarQ customer agent said they cannot do anything as they are not responsible for the service they just take request and ask Jeeves to handle it. And obviously Jeeves says that I should ask MarQ for the bill.

                            This is in regard to the order id(OD[protected]. Why Flipkart is asking for an Adhar card for processing my return request. In this order, I have placed 5 items in which I have a fitting issue in 2 items and i remaining one has received different what I have ordered. I don't know why are you rejecting my return requests. I have been associated with you for the last seven years. I am a loyal customer of yours. But I have to say this with a lot of regrets that my experience was very bad with you. So now the time has come that I should leave you and go away with someone other company. I have been associated with you for seven years, of which I am very sorry. If the size of a track pant doesn't fit me properly, then what are you investigating in it? If you do not want to take back these track pants, then you should tell me clearly. But don't bother us in this way. Because I am not able to wear these track pants and you are not taking them back, I will be forced to donate these trousers to someone in need.

                              I ordered a trolley on 23rd of march the price was 2429 as my ticket was of 28 of march the expected delivery date was of 26 march but on 26 march the product was not delivered and they said wait till 29 march I said OK I had to cancel my ticket on 29 march the product remained undelivered I complained to customer support they said wait till 3rd April on 3rd April they cancelled my order and send a mail that says the seller has cancelled the order if you again place a fresh order in 7 days you will get 300 gift voucher but they product price were raised and displayed 3886 and the product was out of stock The seller was retail net. I complained to customer support that my order is showing out of stock how can I place a new order in 7 days please extend time they said we can't help .but I have booked my another ticket on 15th April please provide me a trolley

                                My payment is already approved from many months and I got TDS certificate on my mail id Which was Showing amount was credited. But the actual payment is not been credited to my bank account till now. Help me as soon as possible

                                    Hi,

                                    I had booked my Mumbai to Bristol (UK) for 8th March 2021 from Flipkart. My flight no was BA-138 with British airways. My PNR no was R4L42B.
                                    On the day of departure when I reached airport, I was told at the airport that my flight has got cancelled. I asked British airways ground staff on the airport, he said he doesn't know and I should ask flipkart coz my flight booking has been done from flipkart.

                                    I have not received any cancellation Email from british airways because I had booked the ticket from flipkart.

                                    When I asked for a refund from Flipkart they are saying they I should get cancellation proof from British Airways.

                                    I have tried all the possible way, and have written to flipkart several times, but no action has been taken till know..
