    And they will later charger higher intrest on it please give solution

      Money Deducted but Product not Delivered

      Yesterday delivery boy came to my house to deliver a Saree which was 1153 Rupees and I asked him for using my debit card he said due to covid, we are using sms payment via mswipe and I paid it I also received approval code and transaction details in sms and he is asking me otp from Flipkart app but I didn't received anything from them then delivery boy not delivering my product.

        I have added 4 gift cards worth 12, 000/- on flipkart. And the very next day 3 of them deactivated without any reason. Now i can see only 1 gift card worth 1000/-. I want all my gift cards back otherwise i am thinking to move legally. Below is my number linked with flipkart

            Purchased Apple AirPod 2nd Gen from Flipkart. Order ID: OD[protected], Inv# FADAVO[protected]. Order and Inv date is 25/6/2020. Product s/n on product and box is GRQZ5FMLLX2Y.
            The Airpod was purchased in New condition. Flipkart seller name is Sane Retails Private Limited.
            The Airpod developed a problem in Feb, I took it to Apple authorized service center on 6/3/2021.
            The Apple service center informed me that the product is out of warranty. They received the Airpod on condition that I have to resolve this warranty issue. Repair reference no is RAF# FIC159165.
            I have showed them the Flipkart invoice and also called Apple cust serv and sent then the invoice copy via a link. Apple cust serv advised me to call on Mon again as warranty team doesn’t work on Weekend. Case no for call made to apple is[protected].
            I Called on Mon at 10 am. I was told to call later as the Apple warranty team was still not available. Frustrated by this I din’t follow up with Apple anymore.
            I sent a repair status query email to Apple service center. Response from Apple service center on 13/3/21 is quoted “Apple has canceled the Repair, the product has been registered to another customer before the purchase date on the sales document. Please contact Apple Support if you have any query and also the unit is no longer covered under warranty”.
            Now I went to Flipkart for an explanation as there was serious concerns over whether (1) I was sold a refurbished product (2) The warranty period is 12 months, how can the product be out of warranty if purchased on 25/6/2020. I still had 3 months of warranty period.
            Flipkart opened Incident: IN[protected] and asked for screenshot from Apple email which states Product is out of warranty. I have sent the proof on 15/3/21 along with Apple repair and call ref no.
            Flipkart asked me to wait until 19/2/21. Then sent a email to wait until 20/2/21.
            On 20/2/21, I received a call from Flipkart who asked for details of the airpod issue so she can raise a return request with the seller. The caller asked me to bring the Airpod back from Apple service center so I can return it. During the same call I have also asked for a compensation for trip expenses to the service center and other hassles that I had to go through. Flipkart assured me to call back after 24 hrs with a resolution.
            Next call from Flipkart was on 21/3/21. The caller started asking for info around Apple’s warranty, info that I have already provided the previous day over phone and also by email. It was a 7 mints call where I have told the representative that I have picked up the Airpod from service center and ready to return for credit. I was told that the issue is already escalated, concerned team is working on it, to wait for 24 hrs.
            Next call was on 22/3/21. The called disconnected in 5 seconds, I could hear a lady introducing herself calling from Flipkart, then called dropped. No further calls were made. But then I got an SMS stating the complaint is resolved.
            I have sent emails, Twitted to Flipkart that the issue has not been resolved but I have not seen any resolution.
            I have received 2 automated emails stating Flipkart couldn't reach me at my cell no. I dont see any missed call, network is fine, so i think Flipkart is just avoiding.

            My conclusion is that Flipkart is not disclosing the reason why Apple denied warranty and how can any person register the product before it was sold to me. They are not forthcoming in taking the product back and issuing credit. I think the attitude changed after I asked for compensation.

            This has been a trauma experience for me right from the time the product started having sound problem and then getting to know that product is out of warranty. Flipkart is disregarding its commitment to provide after sales service to its cust.

              I want to return the product as it's size is more than expected then i went in the my order section in flipkart and try to raise a return request then as i forward it they logged me out of my account and as i try to log in into my account they said your account is blocked please contact customer care

                    The Flipkart seller & courier is fraud & has supplied only 50% of the material adding waste material in the box & even after complaining to flipkart, they are least bother to investigate the matter leaving on seller & their courier service which is also involve in the matter. so next time be aware of purchasing the material from flipkart as they doesn't take any responsibility to check the list of their fraud supplier in which the courier service of some region is also involved. The flipkart is only interested in their business rather then the supplier may cheat you involving courier service & you may get looted from them

                        I had cancelled purchasing Iphone from Flipkart using my HDFC credit card on Saturday 20th March 2021 which costed 31949 after exchange, but I have not got the refund, and after confirming with my HDFC bank, I came to know that they have not received any refund thus far.                               I have created a Flipkart account 6-7 years ago with a mobile number 3-4 years ago I lost my SIM and deactivated of from my side.

                              The main problem is when I tried to update my new mobile number, the OTPs are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number OTP and account password, but the OTP of the old number cannot be entered as I lost the number and I don't have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                              Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my Flipkart account. And my old number is issued to someone else and now he is using that account

                                      i have been trying to order nokia 6.1 plus mobile and its shows product is out of stock for this pincode 575002 and 575022 continuously pls do something... but every time its showing out of stock & when its displaying in stock, again its showing 'delivery not available in your area.' even though mangalore is a biggest city in karnataka i'm suprised to see 'area delivery is not available', so what sort of problem is this??? or is it something like you don't deliver a product below rs.10000. please solve this issue asap if you can or atleast don't show the product on your site
