Every time I try to make payment from any card I got a standard response transaction declined on the basis of risk check. Cod is working. Tried calling customer care twice but they didn't gave me any response and disconnected my call.

Rejected to return a product

Purchased a BOAT headset and with the price set that is of inferior quality (Even though Return back period is available) and then onwards tried to return the product but they are reluctant to take back the product.

Old Item delivered

I ordered apple airpod 2 through flipkart. But I got old apple airpod. Also serial number on box and actual airpod are not matching. When I searched serial number on box at apple warranty check it shows it is replaced product. and When I look for serial number on airpod, it shows invalid serial number. Refund for flight cancelled by airlines

Hi Team, . I had booked a flight ticket from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore with booking id FF[protected] for DEC 26 2020, but the flight has been rescheduled by airlines which was not a preferable time for us to travel and they have mentioned we have choice to cancel the flight with assured full refund.

So I went for a full refund and it has processed by Flipkart, after few days I got a minimal amount of RS 253 only from my refund...

Complaining about the return request

I ordered Ray ban sunglasses from flip kart under seller retail.net
But as it was of poor quality, not mirrored as mentioned in there stats and is of large size
I sent the request but without any proper reason they rejected it thrice.
No one on customer tends to respond properly
The calls are being cut in between

Replacement problem against a defective mobile phone.

Incorrect invoice

Flipkart generated invoice and mentioned billing address same as delivery address which is totally wrong. It did not give me option to select billing address so i assumed that it will be by default in my name.

When contacted customer care, Flipkart says different billing and shipping address is not possible. if that is the case why do they even print shipping address on invoice....

Customer care wrong information on billing and shipping address

I was having a requirement of billing and shipping address to be different. i had spoken to flipkart customer care regarding this and they informed you first place the order and call us back we will change the billing address and it is possible.

Lost reg phone number

The main problem is when I tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as I have lost the number and I do not have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account....
