Pathetic service from flipkart
..
1.Purchased a phone pixel 4a on 25th December 2020. Phone turned out to be defective..

2. Sent it to Google Customer Support.
They demanded an invoice so as to send a replacement

3.. Placed several requests with the flipkart for the invoice as it was not present in the order email nor available on website to be DOWNLOADED. Get a standard reply and a new ETA every time I call the customer support

4.Even after several days of purchase and 10 days after placing a request for invoice, no invoice is received.

5. Have to let go of the phone replacement due to flipkart shoddy ways and for no apparent fault of mine. 32k₹ lost due to thanks to FLIPKART.

    Hi flipkart, your customer care is not resolving issues . My flight is cancelled by airlines but still you are saying it's non refundable so we can't refund you money talk to airlines and get mail stating about full refund but airlines is saying I can't talk to them as I didn't book through them . So please give me my money back . Flight is cancelled by airlines don't say its non refundable I didn't cancel airlines cancelled it.. if I didn't get my issue resolved iam going to court. My booking id is FF[protected] and flight is chennai to London.

      Return case, @Flipkart verified all verification for return, seller also ready for refund but @ekartlogistics why denied pickup many times.

      apple authorised service center provided me job sheet as well which clearifies that product is fake.

      now tell me where is my fault here.
      i need my refund.

      today i harrased by [protected], name ashish, said i am from flipkart higher team we called you regarding your case, we send you link just click on it and tell OTP, i totally shocked because in true caller this number showing spam from west bangal and the message which comes in my mobile for otp that you won mahindra SUV worth rs 15 lacs provide otp for claim settlement and your last refund case settelment, i said one thing kindly provide my pickup address and seller details and pick up partner name for my confirmation, i shocked he knew all my personal data, how flipkart do this to their customer if flipkart not done than i am sure this is from seller or ekart delivert partner ends because they know all details of their customer very well.

      person on shouted me using abusive bad words to me and in last said, take back this return refund case otherwise we took you from your home or empty all your bankbalance and he disconnected.

      now tell me why i take back my refund case back my money is blocked, i have all the proof submit to flipkart and verified already by flipkart.

      i really much sure either seller or ekart threat me or giving me pressure to take back but i will not becauae consumer complaint forum and all proof with me.

      today i saw one more thing that flipkart block my account this feel very bad to me.

      i need my refund back.

      Ekart Playing Game Again

      Today is the pickup date of my i phone 11 pro, i recieved details on my mobile so i called in after noon & evening but Ekart executive not recieved my any calls so i decided to call from different number in the evening around 7 pm he picked up and said are you same person of i phone return pickup, i shocked how he knew than i asked when you come for pick up he said i will not come for pick up as my senior said to me you will not pick up this courier otherwise your salary will hold, i really shocked.

      now tell me one thing flipkart how many pickup you create, here ekart is not ready for pickup intentionally. so this is totally waste of time & efforts by you and me.

      kindly look into this matter and provide proper resolution.

      i asked why & he said
      because our senior said, we dont have permission to pick up this, i really dont if you dont have permission than why you come again here for pickup.

      why flipkart & ekart playing pickup reject gamr again & again.

      i requested to consumer department, kindly look into this matter & esclate further.

      Now see flipkart EKART AGAIN REJECTED PICKUP with different fake reason mention this time i think they are very much expert.

      i already said ekart will never pickup all are playing, is this not noticable by flipkart.

      pls find attachment which is showing, pickup rejected due to missing contents, if this pick up is created for multiple reason than why again rejected by ekart.

      Ekart doesnt want pickup for this product because they involved in this.

      ekart delievery boy told us we dont have confirmation for pickup.

      kindly contact flipkart when they send us confirmation mail we will than pickup.

      he said our senior dont recieved any mails regarding this pickup.

      if they dont have confirmation than why they come for pick up.

      its a completely fraud.

        I had bought a marq washing machine from Flipkart on 18th January 2020. It got complaint after 3 months o[censored]sage and i struggled a lot to get the warranty and the service people told its not possible to repair, finally they decided to take the product back and refund me the full amount, finally after a lot of struggle for almost 6 to 7 months they picked up the product on 15th December 2020, But i didn't get the refund till now ( 09/01/2021 10 pm post time. ).
        I had used Flipkart pay later for the payment and later cleared the bill. i contacted the customer service multiple times and they sent me mail saying it will be resolved within this time back to back but i haven't got the amount till now.

        I have all the proofs of this complaint attached here.

        after giving the complaint here the company mailed me that your refund did not go through in the old bank account, and provide alternative account details. I provided it and still they delayed it for some more days and finally i sent another mail saying that i need the refund before Tuesday otherwise i will file a complaint in the court. today on Monday i received the money into my account. very unhappy with such a bad treatment from Flipkart

          Today when I tried to login into my account, I found my account has been blocked due to the high number of return requests. How should I proceed with this?
          How should I know that I have crossed the number of return requests? You should have given a valid prior notice to inform the customer concerning this. This kind of behaviour from flipkart is unacceptable and ridiculous. When I have gone through, I got to know that Flipkart has done this to many customers which is totally unfair. You should respect your customers and always be helpful to them. Because of them, Flipkart is earning profit and people like you are getting work to earn. If they decide to boycott then you won't be in a position to help yourself. There are several other options available for purchasing online for customers but for you only one campaign against you is sufficient. So, Do needful.. I also have an option to go consumer form with several other people because your return policy doesn't talk about the limited number of returns and also look to start a campaign against Flipkart at all cost if these kind of problems continue.. Hoping to get positive response and put on return policy that how many times a customer can place a return request?..

            Seller has repeatedly sold twice fake and duplicate sd card of 128gb . Even after first replacement I have got fake as card second time . I have asked flipkart to replace my product immediately or refund my amount. This time i will not return back product as this is the only proof can be given from my side.                 I have made an order (OD[protected] of women Flying machiner flipkart. The product I got was not fitting properly, so I made a return request. The request was cancelled by the seller and also my account was blocked. I complaint this to customer support and they told me that they will escalate this issue. Also, promised me that my recent order will not be impacted and they will be delivered on promised date. But today I got a mail that my those order was also cancelled. Now as those were purchased through gift card I will not able to get the gift card amount back as it is in my account which is blocked.

                I would like to highlight that this seller is a complete fraud and it is impacting your reputation.

                I called several times to customer support but I got no response. Please either unblock my account or transfer the gift card amount to my wife's flipkart account. I am not seeing any fault from my side. As a customer I have full rights to return a product which is wrongly delivered to me.

                Please look this on priority and provide a genuine solution.

                  I am Tapas Kumar Nayak a customer of Flipkart. I have to pay for Myntra early access membership fee Rs.99/- which should be deduct from my Flipkart Pay Later service. I have paid for myntra membership by my Paytm account, the order number is [protected], service provider IDFC First Bank Ltd carrying the Policy No. 26599670. But the link for this payment sent by Flipkart Pay Later Service amount was Rs.1098/-. It is totally intentionally fraud by the authority named Nilofer Jaan against me. That is why I had complained on 8th January 2021, but the authorities didn't reply back. They are not receiving any complaint and harassing mentally by threatened legal action will taken against me via email. Therefore I request you kindly for proper investigation on this matter and take strong action against the company Flipkart for which I shall be obliged.

                    I booked a ticket through flipkart from Hyd to Ohio and cancelled the ticket due to other reasons, I spoke to multiple people to cancel my ticket and also went on the flipkart account and cancelled the ticket and till date it says cancellation pending(Its been a month). The response is been very bad and every time I talk to a representative they either ask me to talk to the airline service or try to give some random answers but never solve the problem.

                    Kindly look into this and solve the matter as soon as possible

                      I request everyone to spend one min to read this post so that u will not come to this place like me as now and don't get cheated.
                      I have ordered a refrigerator from flipkart for my cousin marriage as gift but unfortunately what they delivered is a defective product I have raised a return requested and after a lot of follow-ups I finally got replacement on Jan 3rd . Again it's defective product what they gave me as replacement from then my issue is kept unresolved and days are going nothing changes...I lost my patience lost my cool because of flipkart and also facing embarrassing situation infront of my family beacuse of giving this defective refrigerator as gift from flipkart and not yet resolved yet. Ive really appreciate AMAZON in this case they never let the customer issue unresolved not more than 5days hats off AMAZON . Sorry for choosing the wrong platform. Readers please don't buy anything from flipkart they don't even bothered about customer satisfaction they work as they wish. Completely disappointed.. It's almost a month time my 11000 rs. Staying in cousin house as useless gift . Thanks to flipkart for giving me this wonderful experience.

                          I am a Flipkart customer for long years, and purchased many products from the company.

                          Recently in a few orders, I have received items either with quality issue, a defective item (manufacturing) which I had to return as the seller was not giving option for replacement. In my last order, I have received a different product.

                          When I raised complaint on customer care, they just blocked my account without any intimation. Now, I am unable to login to Flipkart, unable to replace the item that I received wrong, and unable to use/withdraw my account balance available as gift card.

                          Raised many complaints afterwards, requesting to provide a resolution unblocking my account. But the support representatives closing the tickets without any resolution.

                          Now, I need a final resolution from the company on the followings:
                          1) Unblock my account
                          2) Allow me to replace/refund the item that I received wrong
                          3) Allow me to use or withdraw the amount present in Flipkart wallet as Gift Card

                            I have purchased red chief shoes of Rs 1722 from flipkart on 31-October-2020. flipkart already mentioned that warranty is of 2 months but they are not refunding. In less than two months the Upper layer of shoes is getting worse and coming out from the surface, very disappointed with flipkart. This is duplicate product which has been sold by flipkart, flipkart cheated me with its duplicate product,
                            So, i want replacement/refund from flipkart as soon as possible,

                            flipkart is calling me and telling me to contact with seller, flipkart and seller both are not responding appropriately.
                            even the seller is not registering the complaint and flipkart has closed my complaint, i am requesting consumer forum to help me to ged rid of these annoying seller and flipkart. And requesting you to help me in getting the refund against this product.
                            please help me to get refund for this defective product .

                              Since long time wait, Rejected return according under policy terms and Refused Tax Invoice by Flipkart seller. Now I am tired to get resolution. Neither send return nor process for DO at my local place through sony service centre.

                              I am too tired to get resolution from flipkart.

                                I have ordered Item on 26th Dec 2020, Ordered Item has arrived Perambalur Bluedart Office which is away from my town 30kms. Bluedart Person ask me to pickup from office instead of deliver at near by location. Since Bluedart is big company they don't deliver in small town. My question is if they can't deliver at mentioned address why do they pick up.

                                  Where do I even start,

                                  I ordered a Aristorcrat trolly bag & expected my product to arrive in time as the promised delivery date. At the time of delivery and reaching near my areas warehouse, it said the product couldn’t be delivered today & will be delivered 7 days after. I was shook because the tracking showed its reached near me.

                                  And now when I finally received my product, it was definitely not what i paid 2400 for!!! It was beans of a bean bag! Are you kidding me???

                                  Beans in place of a trolly bag?

                                  Flipkart sellers run such a scam.
                                  I anyway never buy from flipkart because I’ve heard their pathetic services but today my eyes are shook.

                                  I once ordered an AC which they cancelled without even telling me.
                                  Then I ordered a chair and it reached near my house & AGAIN they canceled without even informing me. What is this going on??

                                  Are your customers a joke?????

                                  Please solve my query, i am not numbing about this.

                                    I Gautam Sharma would like to inform you that I had purchase Mi 4X LED TV from flipkart on Dt. 30.12.2020 vide Invoice No.# FAE3TR[protected], I had called so many times to flipkart customer cares and begging to give my hard spent money on defective product, but they are not going to refund my amount, and saying that the product had only a replacement policy, there is no such agreement copy available in the flipkart stating any terms of replacement or refund.They are saying seller is not agreeing to refund the amount, I purchased from Flipkart, why I should agree with the 3rd party the seller because when the customer purchased items from flipkart, its flipkart seller not the third party.

                                    Then I raised a replacement for Mi TV, Now, they are sending fraud people to my home to pickup the tv from Ekart, Ekart don't have valid ID card and other details like order ID, replacement ID and when I asked the pickup person from ecart to show the details like his Employee ID and other details, he told that he will bring which is in the vehicle, he did not came again, this information I shared with flipkart customer cares. All specification details given below pertaining to Mi 4X TV

                                    I received defective LED tv from flikart on 29.12.2020 and installation is done on 30.12.2020, they had sent nearly 4 people at my home to check whetherMI 4X LED TV is working or not, all the installation executive told that its a network card and speaker problems, One executive from Jeeves executive sent by flipkart told that they will send repaired LED's to customers.Now i cancelled the replacement due to scam happened to me.

                                    Please take serious action against flipkart customer care teams for negligence and also ecart who send fraud person for replacement to pickup the TV.

                                      I Rakesh Oswal had ordered ACER ASPIRE LAPTOP and given my firm name & GST details . But I received the laptop without my firms name & GST No .
                                      My invoice No - FAEWJX[protected] & OD[protected] DTD 3/1/2021.
                                      It is sold by Damson Technologies Pvt ltd.
                                      Today I gave call to helpline no & spoked with Mr. Rajivkumar Ranjan Sharma . He had asked me to use Desktop remote & then later asked for all credit card details including CVV.
                                      I was shocked, since CVV details are not supposed to be shared as per RBI guidelines.
                                      Pl check whether your procedure is correct or mischief is been done, I closed the call .

                                        I bought an infinix phone which was prepaid for Rs 6999 from Flipkart order, which was to be delivered to me on 3 jan 2021. The delivery boy came to my address and asked me for 1000 rupees. I refused to give him, then he asked me for proof of delivery. Both PAN card and Aadhaar card, when I again refused to give him id proof, he threatened me that he Will deliver the product and will not even give me the product and went away from there with abuse.Then my product went out for delivery on 4 jan and the product was delivered but I did not receive the product.                                         Flipkart promise to wait till 8th january but issue not solved by flipkart please help me .
                                        13 January i got mail by flipkart and he mentioned to wait 48 hour .i Wait 48 hours but not get any solution . i want to check by your side and provide me refund or product.
