I ordered a smartphone via Flipkart on January 12th at 11:50am.
soon after the transaction is done via my debit card, the status is shown as ' thanks for placing the order...' and the amount of 12999/- has been debited from my account.
but on the order menu, it is shown as the product is cancelled...i was very frustrated and mentally broken since it was my complete salary of past month that I've saved for buying my mother a smartphone.
i was ordering it as a surprise gift for her and its her birthday next week. what should i do, now the Flipkart executives are not answering my call or they are not responding to me.
it is shown, it will take about 10 days to get my refund.
please help

Complaint marked as Resolved i contacted the customer care executive via Flipkart toll free no, then he told me to wait till 20th Jan 2021. since the seller have completed my repayment process, he jave told me that not to worry.
today 16th Jan, when i checked my statement the amount of 12999 have been credited to my account and was totally happy about it...
i didn't receive any emails or calls regarding the refund...
but any way i got my hard earned money back.
but i cannot express my metal situation that I've passed those 4 days...

Since you've mentioned that you have not received the refund yet, we request you raise a dispute with your bank for this transaction and they will help you further by looking into any payment gateway related issues due to which the amount may not have been added to your account.
