Flipkart cheats customer

One of the worst fraud i have witnessed from this Flipkart. I paid money for the order of Rs 4499, Delivery team denied that they did not receive the money. They didn't deliver my product and took back right away. After multiple escalations, and dispute being raised in my bank,
Flipkart confirms that they have received my money. They are asking me send my password protected bank statement for the confirmation i have made payment.br...

I check this mail but not satisfied with the reply as because the allegation was totally false and I also escalate the issue with consumer court as I humilated with your comments and my earning supercoin which you may not forfitted wrongly. Regards this email I clarity the above matter where I mentioned the issue.

Order placed on 7th Nov and cancelled the same day. Refund still not issued. Representative called me up asking me to follow up with the bank and told me that Flipkart can provide proof that money has been processed from Flipkart’s end. That is untrue because they haven’t been able to provide ANY proof. Disgusting and disappointing....

Delivery boy issue

Flipkart is not giving me my refund

Refund from flipkart travel

I am really disappointed with the behaviour of flipkart travel team, I have been contacting them since 1 month about a refund, I have got several incident and complaint numbers saying that you will get a call in 24 hours, and this happened 7-8 times but I did not get any call, and neither I got any refund.

(I got partial refund, and partial refund of ₹3000 was collected into the credit shell of indigo which later on I redeemed...

Warranty money of Television

I had booked a Kodak Tv in 2018, the same was with extended warranty of two years. Now in 2020 my TV display went off, contacted Jeeves (Flipkart Services) they said they would refund money and would not replace the TV set with new TV set. I accepted the same. I have purchased a HomeTowm box bed 40 days ago and received the product on time.

The installation partner came on the same day and started the installation process. during the installation the expert seen that the product is damaged and broken some pieces. So he escalated and raised the complaint against that product and he submitted all documents to Flipkart. After that the process going one in an infinite loop.

Exchange product sold to someone by wish master and paid exchange amount on behalf of me

I bought MI TV in exchange with LG LCD TV. On the delivery day wish Master took my exchange product and delivered MI TV but I see the wish master sold the exchange product locally and updated the status as item canceled and paid amount for the exchange product. I have not paid any amount on canceled item. I see the fraud on exchange product from wish master.

Even reporting the issue on the same day to the customer care about...

Refund related Flipkart Order #OD120193166302072000

I have booked "Classmate Longbook" vide order no. OD[protected] dated 11th Nov 2020, delivered on 14th Nov 2020. A return request was initiated on the same day and pick up was done on the very next day. The app shows Refund Processed by Flipkart and expected by Nov 26. But not refunded yet.
