Flipkart have worst customer support when it comes to electronic items. I received my order on 3rd Feb. It was a gift to someone. On 4th Feb, I made a replacement request as the phone is not getting charged (Replacement ID:[protected]).Now I am even judging the originality of the product shipped by them. Every few hours a representative calls and schedules a visit then when we are waiting for the person, another call is made saying that visit has been rescheduled. It is not possible for the person I gifted the phone to stay at home all the time just in case flipkart people turn up. I hope they know the meaning of working class. Now, we received a message that you people tried to contact us but we were not available. I do not understand how a person staying at home for your representative is not available. Also if they mean that they were trying to contact us by call, then I want to assure them both phone numbers I mentioned in the order were ON and both can't be unreachable at the same time. Their site is also now customer friendly when it comes to filling a complaint.

    This is regarding Incident# IN[protected] & IN[protected] dated Sat, Jan 30, 2021 at 3:01 which is been not yet resolved till date.

    Please refer my emails on above mentioned incident number for more proofs & video's.

    Below is the extract of the email complaint
    I tried to reach customer care not able to reach out. I tried around 70 to75times since 3-50pm to 6-49 PM even couple of times around 9-00PM,
    please find the screenshot to find out how many times I have called no
    proper service as well

    My daughter bought a Samsung M31S from Flipkart Ordered on 26th Jan 2021 &
    was delivered on Jan 30 2021, with Order ID - OD[protected]. To my
    surprise the mobile delivered was not in good condition with the company
    packed & sealed box. Whenever we buy a new product in a retail shop no one
    opens the box and shows it. They will open only after the invoice payment &
    then open & if any issue they will give a new piece. Here it is clearly
    seen that it is an old piece repacked in old box using electrical
    insulation red tape.

    Moreover I ordered for 6GB & 128GB & label on the box shows 8GB & 128 Gb.
    Anyone can make out it is a used or returned or refurbished piece. Please
    refer to the attached pics encircled with red & yellow highlighter & watch
    unboxing video.

    When I contacted the customer care, executive was rude & not ready to
    accept it & they are saying they cant exchange & they will refund & I
    should reorder the new mobile as on today's price of Rs 21, 000/- where I
    bought it for Rs 17, 500/-

    Regarding the same I called your customer care executive & explained, the
    only answer I am getting is to return the product & I will get back my
    money.What about the offer ? The only reason I ordered is due to the offer.

    Even I contacted Samsung customer care regarding the issue & they
    registered the complaint & they have taken it seriously & told they will
    escalate it at a priority.

    When I questioned how can this happen they told the customer who bought
    this product might have returned back the product due to some issue & the
    seller might have resold the same thing again on Flipkart. This was really
    shocking to me.

    First thing my question here is after placing the order I immediately
    called your customer care & enquired is the product which I ordered with
    Order ID - OD[protected] is refurbished or used one, your executive
    replied with confident that Flipkart does not sell any refurbished product
    this will be a brand new product.

    If that is the case look at the video o[censored]nboxing the product any layman
    can say it is not company packed or sealed product.

    Secondly if I ask the solution for such a fraud case from the seller your
    executive does not have any answer other than saying the seller doesn't
    accept it asking me to reorder the product as on today's price. If I return
    it what about the offer I had availed ?

    At any cost I want a brand new product. By mistake if I had accepted the
    product & problem would have arised after a month or so will the Flipkart
    or seller would have taken responsibility of getting refund or replace?
    Definitely no one would have taken this responsibility or entertain for my
    issue.

    Why don't you have stringent policies against the seller? Why are you
    allowing such fraud sellers to cheat customers ? No one orders the product
    based on seller, people trust Flipkart & buy product not by trusting seller
    & more over you dont have option for customer to contact seller & I dont
    even want to contact them it is your sole responsible for everything

    This is the second time happening to me. Please refer to the attached email
    for a similar issue earlier. I really didn't expect this from Flipkart.

    Hope you look into this seriously & take necessary action & do needful.

      Dear sir,
      On Feb 3rd 2021, i ordered Redmi Note 9 pro max (Aurora Blue, 64 GB) mobile

      Order ID - OD[protected]
      from flipkart. Payment got deducted from my HDFC Credit Card but flipkart shows Payment not yet confirmed from the bank and 'order is pending'. I have been waiting for after 48hrs to happen something. I lodged a complain also on HDFC Bank but no response even after 48 hours. Neither they are refunding my money nor they are confirming the order.

        I had ordered a Fossil Gen 4 Smartwatch and it was delivered to me on Feb 4th. Upon unboxing, the contents were not placed properly and seemed like it was a second-hand watch. On further usage, the smartwatch got extremely laggy and refused to respond.

        I initiated a refund (Refund ID:[protected]) and as per the procedure, the engineer came to examine the watch. In front of him, I showed that the watch was lagging. He acted as though he was against Flipkart and supported me. Instead, he rejected the refund which I got to know through the Flipkart app. Now, I do not have another chance for a refund.

        I want my money back and would like to purchase another product but Flipkart's customer care is not being helpful at all.

          It's been over a month, but still haven't received refund and flipkart everytime marking the issue is resolved but problem is still there.
          i have made payment on 31 dec 2020, already sent bank statement and bank replied mail screen shot to flipkart.

          i have tweet on tweeter regarding this issue and after a while flikart deleted my order from order list too. i have all proof in mail id chat with customer support.

            Flight ticket from Chennai to Kolkata was booked on 24th Dec'20 but it failed without booking and money was deducted. I am still struggling to get my money back. Now they are claiming amount refunded for another booking ID as the amount refunded for my this claim. Simply Pathetic

              I booked flight from BOM-KUL-ICN from flipkart on 24/11/20 from malaysian airline and korean air for the travel date 6th Feb 2021 at 36000 Rupees.

              1) I called Malaysian airlines with the ticket that was issued to me from Flipkart after I booked on 24th Nov. 2020 they were unable to pull my records.
              2) I contacted Flipkart support to confirm the same and was afraid that my flights should not get canceled. To which advisors confirmed if at all the airlines cancel the flight how will I know as I didn't get any notification from the airlines for bookings as well. Your team then confirmed they would send me a mail on my mail id if something like that happens.
              3) I received mail from Malaysian airlines that my flight was canceled on 8th Jan 2021 which I checked on 1st Feb 2021 as it was in spam. I did not receive any SMS notification either. (check the trailing mail also attaching the screenshot)
              4) I mailed Flipkart to ask for rescheduling my flight if possible or refund the amount at the earliest by forwarding the received mail from Malaysian airlines. To which I'm going merry go round since then and receiving no proper response. I called several times on customer care and they said to me to get the confirmation from Malaysian airlines about the cancellation of the flight so that Flipkart can go ahead and book the rescheduled flights for me or can initiate the refund. (which I got and attaching the screenshots of the same.)
              5) I have got the confirmation from Malaysian airlines stating that my flight has been canceled and I need to contact my travel partner to get the refund or reschedule the flight. (attaching the screenshot of it)
              6) Also I'm doubting that the Malaysian airlines' ticket was never issued to me as the PNR details were not matching with the airlines when I contacted them at the first instance of doubt. (Malaysian airlines PNR is different from the Flipkart issued ticket to me check the Malaysian airlines ticket attached to find the difference).

              Since 2nd Feb 2021 I called flipkart more than 10 times and also mailed them over 15 mails but everytime they say it is escalated and I need to wait. This waiting never ends and I am scared once my travel date crosses this people will not give me full refund. Calling them 100 of times and giving same details I'm exhausted but there is no satisfactory answer or resolution given to me. I'm just asking for full refund to be given to me as soon as possible.

                  Hi, I purchased Yonex Gr 303 Multicolor racquets in Jan 2021 through Flipkart Order OD[protected]delivered 23rd Jan, started using 30 Jan 2021, replace/return policy ended on 30 Jan 2021, occurred on : 1/02/2021). I was surprised to see that within 2 days o[censored]sage, racquet hinge broken! I gifted this product to my cousin as a birthday gift, the product quality does not even persist for two days, she is a very good badminton player representing her dept in IIT Delhi Tournaments, there is no chance for bad usage, not expecting this for Yonex product.
                  I request for a replacement.

                            I tried to book a flight ticket but my ticket didn't book and status shown.. pending and my money got deducted but finally transection failed by saying sorry money will be refunded within a week
                            But now I have to travel as my college has started but I have to no money in my account .now what I m left with ?? I m totally depressed and confused what to do ?? What a poor ill service is provided by flipkart .

                                  I had put a refund request for a HP laptop which had an issue connecting to the Wi-Fi, took a lot of time to boot even though it is a new laptop and often hangs. It also gets heated up just after 1.5 - 2 hrs of minimal usage such as web browsing and studying

                                  On contacting the customer care, they said that a technician will visit me. After about a 100 calls and follwups, when the technician visited and checked my laptop, he did some so called "troubleshooting", but the problems still remain unresolved. He then said that the problem has been resolved and asked to further contact the brand for any further details.

                                  Flipkart has cheated me and looted me of my money. We had saved a lot of money during these times of Covid to just buy this laptop for my children studies and examination, but it turned out to be just a useless collection of spares and the Flipkart authorities refuse to help me either.

                                  I am therefore filing this complaint against Flipkart to resolve my issue and immediately provide me with the refund...!!

                                  We are sorry for the trouble caused. We’re writing to you about HP 15 Ryzen 3 Dual Core 3200U - (4 GB/1 TB HDD/Windows 10 Home) 15-db1069AU Laptop (15.6 inch, Jet Black, 2.04 kg, With MS Office). Let us help this to fix the issue here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try for your vertical name to fix the issue you're facing. As per our telephonic conversation, we request you to follow the troubleshooting steps below:
                                  Laptop T/S: Run fewer programs at the same time

                                  Don't have too many programs running at the same time.
                                  Each running program consumes a bit of the system's resources.
                                  Have multiple open windows for the same program (e.g. having three Word documents open) also lowers resources as each window takes up a bit of memory and processing power.
                                  f you are not using an open file or program, close it so that the files/programs you are working in can speed up a little.

                                  Laptop T/S: Restart the Laptop

                                  Laptops have Processes and Services running in the background and need a restart regularly (At least once a week). If these processes and services are running for a long time without a restart, they may cause issues.
                                  Restarting your device gives it a fresh start and is sometimes all you need to fix your issue.
                                  There are several ways to restart a laptop some of the easy ways are as follows:
                                  Click on Start Menu
                                  Tap the power button
                                  Select Restart

                                  OR
                                  Hold the Power button until it shut OFF. Then press the Power button to turn your laptop ON

                                  Laptop T/S: Free up hard disk space

                                  Use the Disk Cleanup tool to free up space on your hard disk. The tool will scan for files that can be safely deleted.

                                  Type This PC in the search bar
                                  In This PC, right click on the C: drive icon and choose Properties
                                  Click on the Disk Cleanup button
                                  Disk Cleanup will take a short while to scan the hard drive
                                  Once done, tick the boxes next to the items you would like deleted
                                  Click on Ok to delete. It should be safe to tick all the boxes if you wish
                                  You'll be prompted to confirm that you want to clean up old restore points

                                  Laptop T/S: Uninstall unnecessary programs

                                  You may have many programs installed on the computer that you never use or don't need. Uninstalling these programs can free up hard disk space and speed up your computer.

                                  Click on Start and then search for Control Panel
                                  Click Uninstall a program under Programs
                                  Select the program you no longer need and click on Remove/Uninstall

                                  Important Note: Be careful what you uninstall, as it may be an important program or system utility.

                                  Laptop T/S: Update drivers

                                  Driver updates for Windows 10 and many devices (such as network adapters, monitors, printers, and video cards) are automatically downloaded and installed through Windows Update.

                                  It's likely you already have the most recent driver, but if you're having trouble with a device, you can try fixing it by updating or reinstalling the driver. Here's how:

                                  Right click on Start button and click Device Manager
                                  Expand a category (like Monitors or Network Adapters) by right clicking on the arrow to find the name of your device
                                  Then right-click and select Properties
                                  Select Update Driver.

                                  For example, to update a graphics card driver, expand the Display adapters category, right-click your graphics card, and select Update Driver.
                                  Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
                                  If Windows doesn't find a new driver, you can try looking for one on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions.

                                  Laptop T/S: Reset Windows 10 Laptop

                                  Important note: Inform the customer about data loss.
                                  If required, have the customer backup data.
                                  Make sure the battery is sufficiently charged.
                                  If applicable, remove the SD Card from the device to prevent accidental formatting while resetting.

                                  Go to Settings
                                  Select Update & security
                                  Click Recovery in the left pane
                                  Tap Get started under Reset this PC
                                  Click either "Keep my files" or "Remove everything, " depending on whether you want to keep your data files intact. Either way, all of your settings will return to their defaults and apps will be uninstalled.
                                  Select "Just remove my files" or "Remove files and clean the drive" if you chose to "remove everything" in the prior step. Cleaning the drive takes a lot longer but will make sure that, if you are giving the computer away, the next person will have a hard time recovering your erased files. If you are keeping the computer, choose "Just remove my files."
                                  Click Next if Windows warns you that you won't be able to roll back to a prior version of the OS

                                    This is in regards to the new Samsung Frame TV I have purchased from Flipkart. My issue was with the storage of the TV, as per specification mentioned in Flipkart website the TV has 8GB storage and 2.5 GB RAM but the TV which I received has 2.95 GB used memory & 885.71 MB free space which means the TV has only 4GB of storage. I also doubt the RAM of the TV which I can’t see.

                                    After speaking with multiple executives from Flipkart & Samsung all confirmed that TV has 8 GB storage and the wrong model was delivered to you and then TV got replaced.

                                    Now, the shocking part was new TV delivered was also having only 4GB storage. Then, again I contacted Samsung and Flipkart but they were failed to answer my query.

                                    Samsung: Promised to Send technician at my place on 3rd Jan before 12 PM but No one came.

                                    Flipkart: Promised to call back in 1 HR from higher management, No one called back.

                                        Hello Sir/Madam,
                                        I want to request you sincerely that I am cheated by Flipkart. I ordered some products like shoes, jackets and trousers. But wrong and unfit products were delivered to me. And when I placed return request, they blocked my account immediately. My return requests are genuine.The reason behind blocking my account as per customer care is more number of return request generated from my side as per email received from customer care after lodging several complaint. The reason i generated those return request was, that i received wrong and unfit products. And according to the flipkart policy i can return the product within 30 days if i am not satisfied by the product. Flipkart blocked my account without prior intimation or warning.
                                        So I'm unable to create return request and so I'm helpless now. I have complained to flipkart customer care several times but still no resolution provided. kindly help me to resolve my issue.
