It is regarding the flight cancellation refund issue from Flipkart Travel.
I have made a Go Air ticket booking in March 2020 from Bengaluru to Ranchi on Flipkart Travel for travelling date of 23rd March 2020. Unfortunately, because of COVID-19 outbreak the tickets were cancelled by the Airlines (Go Air Airlines).
The airline has refunded the amount to flipkart travel on 2nd Oct (as per the confirmation received from Go Air) and I asked for my refund from flipkart in Dec 2020 and flipkart then cancelled my ticket and initiated my refund on 20th December 2020 and asked mt to wait for 9 calender days for the refund. In those 9 days I had not received any communication from flipkart and after 9 days when i called flipkart as I had not received the refund, the they asked me to wait for 2 more days without any reason.
From that time they are asking me to wait for 2 more days everytime i contact them for my refund. So, I called them on 29th Dec, 31st Dec, 2 Jan, 4th Jan and 7th Jan but everytime they are saying that they are looking into the issue and need 2 more days. They have my bank details as well to process my refund but then also they are not processing it and none of the time they are communicating any status to me and everytime i will have to call them asking for my status of refund.
So, I’m requesting you to help me out in getting the refund amount (10, 385 rupees) because the Flipkart travel help desk team has not responding to me.
Note: Go Air Airlines has refunded the amount to flipkart on 2nd October 2020.

Updated by Ajain324 I am not getting any communication from them even after sending so many emails. Please ask them to atleast give me any status of my issue, they are only asking for time and telling that they will revert back but never do that.
