    @flipkartsupport Hi. Adil imam here on 11th feb 2021 i got the delivery my product Apple airpods pro Invoice no. FAF07X[protected] and order id no-OD[protected]
    From the day i got the delivery i have been raising the issue to flipkart regarding the product as it doesn’t seems genuine to me as non of his serial matches with the product and build quality is not proper and noise cancellation and transparency feature of the product doesn’t worked. Earlier from the customer care executive i got the assistance that the product will be replaced as the seller will again send the product to you. And for replacement date i got 18th feb 2021 on 18th feb 2021 flipkart wishmaster arrives at my place for the replacement of the product he checked the product and says the product is expensive and need more approvals from flipkart which you have to arrange means me from flipkart than they will collect the product. Than after that they never comes for the pick up than next day i went to the logistics team they said the product is with us but need the approval from flipkart to give you. So much of mental pressure and torture i have been gone through this with flipkart can’t tell and still facing the same. Product is still laying with me as a scrap which is of no use. I just got scammed and fooled by flipkart will never ever use his service in my life. My hard earned money got wasted just coz of flipkart. It’s a fraud which they did to me no proper customer support where the issues could have been sorted easily but flipkart did not did it and seller would have been selling this fake products to more of his customers where flipkart did not took any action against the seller. now when there 7 days return policy is over they you should contact the apple store more assistant as there policies is only for 7days return period.

        I have ordered a trimmer from Flipkart (Order ID - OD[protected] and received a detective product. I wait for 48 hrs to request for replacement/return, but the app has no option available to return the product and the customer service is not informing about the status, rather the customer service is disconnecting my calls.

        I'm very much disappointed with the behaviour of your Flipkart team. It feels like I have done a big mistake by placing an order with FLIPKART.

        Since 2 days have passed, there is still no update from the team concerned (Flipkart). There's nothing received by email, sms or phone.

        I've attached a screenshot of the email that was received on February 25. There's no update from the team since then. They can at least update me on the current situation.

        It is very disappointing! 😞

            All my mobile phone orders are getting automatically cancelled. When I reach out to their customer support executives they can not come up with a valid reason. They said I should submit id proof to continue ordering. I did that, then they said now I can place orders without any issues. But, after that I tried ordering mobiles and it is same, it gets cancelled right after the order is placed and payment made. I am attaching relevant screenshots.

            I can not place a new order as when I try to add any mobile to cart it says the maximum quantity for this product has been reached. Whereas for some cases I have not ordered a single quantity of that particular product. This is happening for any and all mobile phones. Either you guys resolve this or share an honest and clear answer why this is happening!

                Hello, i ordered a product Puma Solid Men Black Track Pants

                On 22nd feb i received the item sized XL, but it was a bit large for me so i ordered L as replacement on 22nd itself.

                Today on 25th feb i received the replacement order

                And to my annoyance, it turned out to be a different model and a used product!! With dirt stains on it..

                I contacted the Flipkart support right away, but they were only up for refund and not replacement, and also the seller has now increased the price!! So now i will have to pay more to order the same item again..! This is a new fraud game they are playing..

                    Used supercoins and redeemed croma voucher worth rs 500 on flipkart, dated 16th feb 2921. Later came to know that voucher given by flipkart is invalid and it wont work on croma platform. Rootcause for the above mentioned issue is there is no promotional agreement between flipkart and croma. Which is confirmed by croma technical team.
                    After getting response from croma, immediately i raised an issue with flipkart on 23rd feb 2021 and lodged a complaint on mentioned point. Estimated resolution time is provided as 25th feb 2021 initially. I made a call on 25th feb 2021 for issue resolution follow-up. Thing is that flipkart help desk reupdated the resolution date 2nd march 2021 and not providing proper details for resolution delay. Everytime they are playing tricks or putting calls on hold or disconnecting my calls. After going through both mental and physical torture by flipkart and its team mistakes (for more than 10 days), here im raising honorable consumer forum to look in to above concerns. Issue complaint id given by flipkart is IN[protected]

                    I got a call from Flipkart team on 25th feb noon saying that issue will be closed by 27th feb noon i.e within 48 hours. Still awaiting for their response and feedback (today is 27th Feb 2021).
                    What happened flipkart on your above bogus/fake promise?

                      All the emails, messages
                      On every social media
                      So that everyone come to know how easily Flipkart do fraud
                      Flipkart has started doing this now. They send the same " unusually HIGH number of returns" to people several times. Even when we have just returned ONE item 3 years back and been a genuine customer for a long time. I had ordered expensive samsung monitor and logitech gaming mouse, they don't investigate the issue and make false reasons to block account. IF your fraud system had detected and blocked account why not do it before we place any other order.
                      Instead you block our account after we raise a genuine refund request.
                      I have received an empty package worth 10, 999 and still no resolution.
                      Fraud company then making positive customer stories on their blog and twiiter.
                      Shame on the largest india owned marketplace. No wonder why amazon supersedes in quality.

                          I have purchased a brand new lenovo tab but it is not in working condition and didn't turned on when received.immediately i raised the request the product to be returned but after several attempts also they are not getting the product changedand it's been 3 days now and now they have rejected the return requiest.

                                I am a student and i ordered a smartphone, which is Realme X7pro for my study purpose, but i was short in cash so i paid the merchant with paytm wallet through flipkart payment portal . The money was successfully sent by paytm to the flipkart merchant which is supercomnet according to the information i gathered from flikart customer care executive . So i paid for the product but still i was able to see pay option on my account dashboard even if i already paid and at the time writing this complain, the product has arrived to my nearest hub, from 2 days but is is COD, , i tried contacting flipkart customer service mutliple times and talked to them for many hours even if i m preparing for my CBSE 10th examination, but the flipkart support service is so rediculous and they are just giving me new dates and fake consolidation and the products is already in nearest hub but i can't take it because they are asking for payment . Now tell me what i do, , i am being mentally harassed by them, its 29999 RS, which is not a small amount, so what i would say to my father and my family, it is hard earned money of my parents ... So i m requesting consumer forum to please help me either to get my money back or to get my product delivered .For the convenience of helping team, i am attaching each and every vital proof of my genuinity along with this greivance, , and pls help me, , i cannot talk to their customer care for 4-5 hours in a day, , i am mentally broken and it is effecting my study life .

                                  I have received a voucher from Google to buy google home mini for Rs. 499. This is is unique coupon, when I go to redeem Flipkart is showing multiple errors.
                                  1.Technical issue, please try again
                                  2. Voucher already used

                                  Both above errors are appearing a coupon is not listing in "My Coupons" option.

                                  I have cross-checked in Google Support and they confirmed it's an issue with flipkat., the same error many people got from Flipkart and at the end coupon was listed in their Flipkart account. I am raising this concern since Feb 18th and still not resolved.

                                  When it is coupon is system generated how it can be used by someone else? was this a security breach by flipkart?

                                  Today is a last day to avail this voucher and I don't think so it can be validated from tomorrow 1st March onwards.. I have raised this concern since 19th Feb and still no resolution provided.. never expected such poor customer support from Flipkart.

                                      My name is Shriyash Gadage.
                                      I ordered a laptop from flipkart on 12th February 2021 named Acer Predator Triton 300 corei5 10th gen priced at Rs.74990. I received the order on 14th february 2021. As i unboxed the laptop and powered on the laptop, i saw a dead pixel on the display of the laptop as this was the manufacturing fault. So, i placed a replacement request on flipkart regarding the ordered laptop on 16th feb 2021. Flipkart approved the replacement request and gave the the date 21st february 2021 as my replacement date. and also stated that it will be a hand to hand replacement and no technician visit will be there. But, i Havent got the replacement on 21st february 2021 and inspite of that it got delayed because it was not shipped by the seller itself inspite of being approved by the seller himself. the sellers name of flipkart is CORSECA. So today dated 24th february the replace laptop was out for delivery. when the so called wish master as named by flipkart came to deliver the order came, he just refused to hand over the replacement and take back the previous ordered laptop stating the reason that the technical person is not here and he is on holiday.
                                      now tell me what should i do. I am from mumbai. i am here in gurgaon for work for a few days. as my work got over i just have to stay in gurgaon for the replacement process nad that puts a load on my pocket to stay here. and due to flipkarts and delivery team's co-ordination i am unable to get the replacement.
                                      I am also posting the pictures of proof that how all it happened.

                                      As i am from mumbai. I just had to stay in gurgaon to receive the replacement and still to this date the replacement has not been provided and the date given for replacement is 3rd march 2021. So what about the money i had to spent to stay to receive the replacement and the time and hassle which i had to go through. Its been a tough time for me to be very honest. it may be simple for flipkart to give dates but what about the customer like me who has to bare the expenses. I want a compensation and apology from flipkart for delaying the shipment and the misguidance and wrong behaviour of their wish master.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have received a voucher from Google to buy google home mini for Rs. 499. This is is unique coupon, when I go to redeem Flipkart is showing multiple errors.
                                        1.Technical issue, please try again
                                        2. Voucher already used

                                        Both above errors are appearing a coupon is not listing in "My Coupons" option.

                                        I have cross-checked in Google Support and they confirmed it's an issue with flipkat., the same error many people got from Flipkart and at the end coupon was listed in their Flipkart account. I am raising this concern since Feb 18th and still not resolved.

                                        When it is coupon is system generated how it can be used by someone else? was this a security breach by flipkart?
                                        Please note, last date to redeem this coupon is 28th Feb, please look into this on priority.

                                        Today is a last day to avail this voucher and I don't think so it can be validated from tomorrow 1st March onwards.. I have raised this concern since 19th Feb and still no resolution provided.. never expected such poor customer support from Flipkart.

                                        I have got a confirmation from Google to reach out to Flipkart and they confirmed it's an issue with Flipkart.
                                        Why it's showing coupon already used when i didn't used yet..?
