This is to bring your kind notice to close my Flipjart Pay later account associated with this email id.
If the issue is not resolved within the next 7 days i will take it up to consumer forum and raise complaints not even that I will share all the recorded calls with your customer care with screen shots.
This is a real harassment you people are doing . I have attempted to close the pay later account number of times but it is not working.

Take actions from your end orelse I will take my steps.

    Dear sir/madam i purchased avita liber ryzen 5 laptop from flipkart which was deleiverd on 24 jan 2021 but i found its finger print sensor is not working and is bettery drainig so quickly so i requested for replacement ..7 feb tak mujhe replacement mil jana chahiye tha ..but no pickup unhone kaha ki apko haryana mai warehouse tak product pahuchana padega but i refused .on 8 feb they cancelled my replacement request and again initiated according to this mujhe 15 feb tak replacemnt milna tha but on 9 feb they again cancelled my replacement request now i dont know when it will be replaced ..mai call karta hu every time customer care executive kehta hai ki aap wait kijiye 48 hr me resolution milega abhi tak koi resolution nahi mila

      I've placed an order for laptop Msi gf65 thin 9sd after the payment of the order it's getting cancelled on its own...I don't think my cancellation is valid the customer care has forwarded this query to Flipkart team twice but no one called/reached me whatsoever please fix my issue

          Ordered a Hisense 411 L Frost Free Double Door 2 Star (2020) Refrigerator (STAINLESS STEEL, RT488N4ASB2) on the 27/01/2021, which got delivered on the 30/01/2021 evening.

          Order Number - OD[protected]

          The installation took place at night on the 01/02/2021 by technicians. We noticed the next morning that the fridge was not cold at all and the food items spoiled. At this point the freezer was working fine. Reported the problem to flip kart and asked for a replacement if it cannot be fixed by a technician visit as required by flip kart under the 10 days replacement policy.

          1. First technician came and checked the unit on the 04/02/2021 and found the temperature to be -7 for freezer and 16 for fridge

          He then commented that for the fridge to be cold the freezer needs to be set to 2/5 and the fridge should be 7/7. This did not make sense to us and when informed flip kart customer service they also said this is wrong and the temperature was well off the recommended refrigerator temperature.

          2. Second technician came on the 05/02/2021 who also checked the unit for hours and said something is not right and that he will report back to flip kart

          3. Flipkart then send another technician saying need more details

          4. 3rd technician visit on the 08/02/2021 who came in the evening and again spent hours and found that the compressor was tripping and said he will post the findings to flip kart, at this point he had unscrewed things etc to check the fridge and also said that flip kart want him to check the pcb circuit boards which he will need to remove compressor etc and takes long time

          5. Contacted flip kart again who said need further checks to be done and need to send another engineer

          6. Contacted flip kart on 09/02/2021 who said engineer is on other jobs and will need to postpone for 10/02/2021 before they can do a replacement.

          Overall, so must disgusted and unhappy and frustrated with the flip kart customer service

          1. The FDA recommended refrigerator temperature is 4 degree Celsius for fridge and -18 degree for freezer, this can be found on other manufacture websites as well

          2. This is a brand-new product with clear fault so really annoyed of the number of technician visits required to confirm and issues

          3. This again was requested for a replacement under the 10 days replacement policy but what currently happening is a warranty repair process

          4. Believe this is a breach of consumer act and any replacement policies

          5. Why should a customer have to deal with a faulty product and with technician dismantled a brand new equipment which should have been replaced under the selling policy of flip kart

          6. Given the weather a refrigerator is an important and integral part of any Indian family we already had so many food products spoiled because of the faulty product

          7. To have 4 technician visits to confirm and issue and get a replacement is crazy and not customer friendly at all for a brand new product.

            Hi Sir/ Madam,
            I purchased Prestige Induction cooktop Pic 20.0 - 1200 watt
            Induction Cooktop Black.
            I dont know that this product can be use only for Steel vessels. I raised a request for return but the request cancelled by flipkart and the mentioned remarks is "seller not accepting".
            The Induction cooktop works for steel vessels information is not mentioned in the flipkart catalogue page.

            Here i am losing my money also it is not useful for me. If i want to use this Induction cooktop i have to purchase steel vessels worth of Rs.5000 - Rs.6000

            I can't bear the much amount. I would like to return this product and also expecting my money refund.

            Please help me.

                  I Want to file a consumer harrasment case. Plz review attached two screenshot and see the details of order date, delivery date and again postponed delivery date, you can estimate how you are doing your business and how you are treating your valuable customers. You don't want to get deliver the ordered items to customers and you want customer should cancel the items by itself due to latency in delivery. Customer service is also very pathetic and no one want to resolve this query. I ordered my mobile on 26 Jan and today is 8 Feb means 13 days are already over and there is no information where is my product. Also I ordered one spin mop on 30 Jan and it was supposed to be deliver by 6 Feb but its has been delayed for one more week means 13 Feb... Plz note down this my all last time shopping from your flipkart, I would love to shop from amazon.
                  One day flipkart will loose the business for sure...

                    I ordered Yonex Astrox 99 for 15019₹ from flipkart. After unboxing i got broken badminton racket i requested to return this order but flipkart cancelled my return and blocked my account.                         I had booked a flight ticket with reference to the booking ID ff[protected] on Feb 2020 for my travel from Bangalore to Kolkata but due to Covid restrictions the flight got cancelled. I am waiting for my refund since then. Following up with the Travel Desk care teams over calls and mails but still no update from the Flipkart regarding the same

                          I had bought an mi notebook 14 from flipkart on 26 january . But on 31st of january. I observed an annoying sound from backwards in this MI laptop. I am not having any problem with the working but the sound is very annoying sound(sparkling sound) in the laptop. next 3 months are ver impotant in my life(12th boards) and dont want any loss of time so please do needfull fast help me with this problem.like replace or some kinda other solutions.

                                I order boat rockerz 235 wireless headphone on 6january2021 by flipkart with order number[protected]
                                I contact Flipkart support for 3week but no resolution received.

                                Requested for return but received message that seller is unable to fulfill request

                                To help you with your return request, please share a copy of either Aadhar (both sides) or PAN card by replying to this email within the next 48hours . Please ensure that the information on your photo ID should match the details on your recent order(s).

                                We will be validating the ID proof shared by you through a third-party service provider. Please provide your consent to Flipkart for use of the identity proof that will be provided by you for the purpose of authenticating the Flipkart Account. Please share the below clause in the email reply along with the photo ID so we can work on your request.

                                “I give my express consent to Flipkart for collection, use and/or disclosure of my information provided in this email and the documents attached hereto for the purpose of authenticating my Flipkart Account”

                                When the product was bought, no ID proof was required but now that they have sent wrong product and i want to return it, Flipkart is asking for ID proof. This is a complete breach of privacy. All my accounts are connected to my Adhaar and PAN card.
                                I share documents but again they not provide me my refund

                                  1- I Had try to book 2usb data cabel whoes cost is 198 on 19 Jan 2021 Time 07:44am . After completing the payment the order is not booked and i don't get any order id but the money is debited and send to Flipkart upi address. The screenshot is attached.

                                  2- Again I had try to book the order whoes order id is- OD[protected] at 19Jan 2021 Time 07:47am. (Screenshot attached) But due to some reason i have cancelled the order. But i don't get the refund. After contacting the customer care the said that your refund of Rs 99 is completed. But when I contact to bank they said there is no refund from Flipkart to your account. & On other hand i don't understand why Flipkart Refund only 99Rs. While the product is of Rs198.

                                  But after 6hrs I get my refund of First order whoes Balance was deducted but the order was not placed at 14:18 19 Jan 2021. Screenshot attached.

                                  Now I am try to contact customer care but the put my call on hold and after few minutes the disconnect the call.

                                  They Don't Solve the problem. Instead they Send my own Bank reference number which was generated in payment to Flipkart.

                                  They say that this reference number is generated by seller when he refund your money. You can see in the image.

                                    My order id is OD[protected]. I had ordered Apple iphone 11pro 256gb on 13/11/20 but Apple iphone se was delivered to me. i registered a complaint on 28/11/20 with flipkart regarding this asking for replacement or refund. From 28/11/20 to 28/01/20 i.e about two months multiple return requests were raised, rejected and reraised again. The reason for rejection of my requests in those two months were seller denied or didn't accept or logistic team said product was delivered intact or govt id not submitted by me. FYI i had submitted all the required govt ids multiple times to flipkart in those 2 months. Also i had shared pics of product receivec by me and the box in which the product was sent to me.
                                    But suddenly on 28/01/21 My refund request was rejected stating that i had done high number of returns from my flipkart account and also blocked my flipkart plus account. before 28/01/21 flipkart never said or gave this reason.
                                    Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I have not received any update on matter. issue not redolved till date. Need to send legal notice to Flipkart, its seller and its logistics team. has consumercomplaints.in received any reply or update on the matter by flipkart

                                      From 2nd Feb 2021 to present
                                      "maximum units allowed for purchase reached", am experiencing this kind of popup over my screen whenever i am trying to place any order. And that item has not been ordered by me in the near past also. Such poor service by flipkart although i don't get these types of error kind of things over amazon or snapdeal. You guys also blocked my account unnecessarily and this is what kind of experience you are providing to your customers.
                                      I have added Gift card of Rs 10999 in flipkart for placing a single order POCO M2 6GB 128GB pitch Black variant. In starting i m going to place a order, order placed successfully then suddenly shipment is cancelled from your side. I tried many time same thing happen again and again. And now when i am going to buy then it shows "You have reached maximum unit allowed for purchase of this item".
                                      kindly resolve this error ASAP, if you can't then kindly unlink my gift card from flipkart wallet so i can use in another account or give me an option to transfer gift to someone account.

So I can't use my rewards and many other benefits . it requires the OTP number of a registered mobile number . Now I don't have that number. kindly do the needful to change the number as soon as possible.
